My brother caught this bug in the ventilation system earlier this morning, when he was dusting. And so he stuck it in this little Ziploc bag .. and as I was reading Gregory Maguire's Lost, I was also watching the bug take its hind leg and scratch itself like a little dog. XDDDDD; Hilarious.

We're picking Diana up in the afternoon, yay! Yeah, so I should start getting dressed. o_o; Still in pajamas. But then again, what weekend exists that I'm not in my pajamas all day? D:

Winter drumline championships next week. And then my birthday on the 30th. Heavens, I'm feeling old~. And pretty odd this week. I've been completing my math lessons a day before we actually start them in class. So I get the homework done before my teacher assigns it to me. (Amusing and stupid, I know. Overachiever. But still. It helps me. XD)

On Monday, my English Honors teacher told us that we had to bring an Outside Reading Book (ANY book this time that's fit for adults, at least 400 pages long, and fiction, as long as it's okay with our parents -- NOT a classic! YESSS~) on Friday and that we were to finish reading the book by late May. On Monday, and Tuesday, I couldn't go to the library. On Wednesday, I started to worry that I wouldn't be able to get my book on time. Thursday at lunch, I headed over to the school library and checked out Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult. I read on-and-off from 5 p.m. to 2 in the morning. We were supposed to start the assignment at third period on Friday. On Friday, after school, I finished my book. YAY FOR ME~ I now have another favorite author. XDDDD;

I'll pull out some awesome quotes from the book sometime. You guys should all read it. <333333 It was just great. Probably the best fiction book like that I've read in a while. ;o

Yeah, so basically I'm sitting in our hotel room at the Las Vegas Monte Carlo doing nothing at all. We've been in LV since Sunday, and I confess -- I want out. Shopping, GameWorks (and, with it, air hockey and DDR SuperNova~), more shopping, more shopping.

My parents took me to Las Vegas and all I got was the memories that came with it all, a long-sleeved polka-dotted gorgeous polo shirt that pretty much pwns all of Rae's striped ones, three pairs of shoes, jeans, a pack of hair accessories, an all-day pass to GameWorks, a stomachache, a downward spiral into deeper obsessions, and the deep desire to go home.

How're you guys; how's your spring break going?

The Mood reminds me of .. well, I (Riffie) would be the one in pink going around all crazy-like and such; Mima'd be the one in blue just sweatdropping at the idiocy of it all. XDDDD; I miss that girl.

Okay, so my mom supposedly unplugged the entire internet connection. I guess she thinks she's supercool now. >_> (Hate to burst her bubble, but ...) Ah~. It really is almost ten. I thought she was exaggerating again; she tends to claim it's ten when it's really only nine-thirty or something like that. Ah well. That's pretty okay.

Earlier today, I went to the library and checked out eight books: Ultra Maniac #1 and #2, The Boyfriend List, another of E. Lockheart's books, a book on drawing manga (I really only picked it out to learn how to CG properly; haven't quite looked into that yet), The Perks of Being a Wallflower, TTFN, and TTYL. Those last two had better be good books, or .. I swear. -_-;

Oh~ Vivian. Instead of doing next lesson's Bio outline, you know what you can do? Make a China outline. Or help me on all of my mini-essays. And Rae, I'll just trade outlines w/ you. XD If you have a China outline as well, let me know. @bothofyou - BUT THEY HAVE TO BE TYPED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I've finished 13 books of my 50-book-challenge list. o_o; That's not very good, honestly. I want to be done with a lot more than I have right now. I was expecting around 20 finished by now, to tell you the truth. (I will beat Vivian, I swear, I will.) Oh, and for any people that would like to join us on this superb task: let me know. Let's keep tabs on what books we read, when we read them, etc., yes?

おはよう、to those of you that think you're a whole lot cooler than the ones who can't read that. (Or not.)

So my weekend was pretty dang effreaking awesome.

Friday - Finished English homework at school. Got picked up by my dad around 4. Finished Math homework at home; popped in the Kodocha flash drive thing and read until ten-ish. My cousins came over; two-year-old cousin got freaked out of his wits by this one Yoda toy of my brother's. (I don't blame the kid; the Yoda's mouth moves as it talks. Realistically.)

Saturday - I got up at seven in the morning to read more Kodocha. And then we had our winterdrumline competition. Mm, kettle corn. Around six, my dad picked me up to go have pizza with my mom and brother. We ate on that one cooliosos pizza place on Melvern (Fullerton, I think). Then my dad took my brother and me to my aunt's house at seven-thirtyish. My mom said for us not to stay too long, but we ended up finally leaving at ten. XDDDD My little cousins are pure cute. And then my brother and I sat in my room and cleaned my flute. Whoo~!

Sunday - It's morning. And I got up at seven to read more Kodocha, but I fell back asleep. thanks to everyone that made it what it was (although it's highly doubtful that they'll get to read this).
