Hueco Mundo is conquered by Soul Society and now has a city there! the Hollows are drove back to the menos forest and are subdued there. There were downside's in the past: Genryuusai mysteriously vanished, a few vasto lorde menos tryed to conquer Seireitei, 3 shinigami went MIA and a captain was KIA. But new shinigami's came and rose to rank of Captain and Vice-captain. Now in present time an ancient evil arose from it's prison and he wants revenge against Soul Society for imprisoning him 60 million years ago. In the Human world, Ruzima Niro discovered his dormant powers as a Shinigami, with his crew of a arrancar(GOOD), a quincy and a bounto, he venture's in Soul Soceity and Hueco Mundo to defeat Los Perdido (the lost) and restoring Soul Society's era of peace.
