I sincerely apologize for not updating in so long.
College has really taken a of work these past few semesters and staring at Photoshop isn't something I've been keen on doing after doing the same during class.

AnimeSouth 2007 was great, although I am sad that it won't be meeting next year.
I saw lots of friends and made plenty of new ones. I even met my birth mother there! ((Marly luv you Mummy! ))
I didn't see very many good photos of me this year, so no link for yous.

Twilight Tales is off to a decent start this year. :iconteh-soup: even got a sketch from me at AS. And as always, I love to hear feedback from you guys. (*brickhint*)

I'm working on my driving and drawing at a somewhat slow, but developing pace. I finally got a new job, am quitting my old one (huzzah! says my back), and college is paid for for the semester.

So why the heck do I feel I could get into a screaming match with both Larxene and Saix and scare them into submission?

Rewinding, the first event we come to is last night. Some smucktard sixteen yearold going entirely too fast plowed into the back of my step-Luxord's truck. (Yes- in my opinion, my stepdad looks like Luxord. A few piercings and a bottle of bleach, and I kid you not.) Dad's okay, with the exception of a goose egg and some soreness, but criminy. WE JUST PAID THE F'ING THING OFF FRIDAY! So this means that we are officially down to One (1) vehicle as opposed to the Three (3) it was supposed to be in the upcoming weeks. Jooooooy.

Second is my printer. I swear I am about to go Luna Diviner on this thing. It has worked once since I plugged it in. This is one reason for my lack in delay over Twilight Tales. (Other than the fact I have been too tired to even bother with it lately...)

Third is my soon to be ex-job. It's killing my freakin' back. I hate insurance lady. Don't like the new doctor's three inch thick files.

My cousin was a great guy, who did more in his short life than most people could ever dream about. He was loved, he died for someone he loved, and that's the most comfort I can dwell on.

Anger is a part of the grieving process and I have been forced to confront feelings of anger I have not felt before. It's a fury that's quiet, but louder than I could have ever imagined. It's like having a part of you ripped out in the most violent way imaginable.

But so is sadness. It's knowing that there's one scarred for life, someone who lost their everything, someone you can't help. It's knowing that in your family, there's a blank, a presence lost.

No. Life isn't fair. But life goes on. We must keep going forward, to preserve the memory, to survive. And we will grow stronger for it.

So we're getting to lucky page #13 on Twilight Tales. I love doing this, but the coloring part has been bugging me. I want to draw more pages faster, but coloring them in has been slowing me down. I've been considering changing to a black and white format, but I'm 50-50 on that idea. Any ideas from the peanut gallery?

Two legal pads and one thing of copy paper and I still haven't got it all mapped out!
Details change, characters change, but the story is the same.
I've had numerous problems with my computer, but everything has worked out.
I started on Marluxia's scythe, and had to restart and scramble like mad to finish it. I've also made new friends and bonked said friends with this pink monstrosity.
I've started my last year of high school, which is terrifying and exciting all at once.
I discovered that like DA, youTube can be like braincrack, fun to look at but doesn't get stuff done.
It's been a whirlwind year, with very emotional times.

And I can't wait to start on the new.

Twilight Tales is something I started back before Christmas, and as a celebration of me paying off my pre-order on KH2 and the Special edition guide, I finished the lettering! Yay... *stares forelornly at wallet*

So... about Twilight Tales. It takes roughly twenty or so years after the events at Castle Oblivion.... It's a "what if" scenario, as in "What is Marluxia had won?" so if you haven't beat COM, watch out. (But really... it's been a year. In two weeks, it shouldn't matter.)
