But the quarter is new and things are going well. I'm writing more now, and this is a wonderful thing. Until very recently, I hadn't written in a long time. Over a year, I think.

The pieces I started last quarter are being slowly finished. And there are quite a few of them. But for now, I won't worry about things.

It's so nice to be in Athens in the spring.

I think there are only three weeks left in the quarter. I register for classes tomorrow and I'm not really sure what I'm taking. That could be a problem. The classes I'm interested in were almost full today and I don't register until 11:30 tomorrow. It could be worse, though.

I'm just ready for the weekend. Already, haha. There's a SMO concert, though. That's reason enough to be excited for the weeked on a Monday. And it's my turn to make dinner for Family Night! It's limited to what you can cook in a microwave, of course. That's the only appliance we've got to work with. Well, Kerry miiight have a quesadilla maker and Steven miiight have a crock pot, but shhhh! Those are contraband.

I don't understand why everyone makes fun of me for loving 'teh Bowie'. I mean, he's a god and deserves my devotion. I don't think I have a Bowie problem... Not at all.

A bit about me. I'm from Ohio and I currently attend Ohio University where I am a freshman and a journalism major (surprise!). Drawing is my bad habit. I find I do my best work exactly when I'm supposed to be doing something else, most usually during class. Although now that I've just started college, I find I have less time to devote to art, especially since it isn't my major. In the next few days I'll be putting up a lot of stuff. I've kept most of the things in my sketchbooks from the past two years on.

I'm a little bit nervous about putting my pieces up here for everyone to see. It's a bit like letting go.
