oo1. i can't sit normally. (i always have to be in some odd and uncomfortable looking position, preferrably contorted, but i always find a way to make it comfortable.)
oo2. i fangirl over rainbow. (badly. ask lunar. she knows.)
oo3. i'm usually motivated to do something until someone asks me to do the exact same thing. (like i'll do my dishes with no complaint, but the second that someone asks me, i'll snap at them and walk off.)
oo4. i hate socks and shoes. (i never wear them. i am always barefoot. i even just go outside sometimes with bare feet. like if we drive up to my grandparent's; sometimes i will go in bare feet.)
oo5. i like to bite the bottom of water bottles. (don't even ask how THIS one started. i don't even know. all i know is that i was bored and sort of started gnawing on the bottom of them, and now i just... do that when i have them.)
oo6. i take pictures of rainbow when bored. (i have over fourty saved onto my computer at this moment.)

so those who are loyal to d.gray man will understand that the first episode came out today. i just watched it, unsubbed, whatever. could still understand everything that was going on because of the manga. <33

so it starts off with the opening theme, innocent sorrow. i really, really liked it. <3 not the best opening, but hey. and the animation is SO PRETTY. i'm pleased with how they did all the character designs in the anime, but i've sensed the fact that they're straying from the manga already a little bit. like, for instance, when claire is killed, it's on her wedding day, instead of after it, and never mentions how mark was previously a pastor, and why that would attract the earl's attention so much. however, i sense they're not going to turn this into allen x every girl in the anime (like they did with FMA), as his meeting moa in the first episode is just like it is in the manga, if not even less than what they show in it.

apparently we go to rewinding town in episode 9, (meaning we meet rhode and miranda!) and then in 13 we meet rabi! <33 skjglakjg i really wanna see what his va is like, because even when you look him up he seems to be new and never really involved in past things like before. allen's voice is really high, but i'm getting used to it--sort of. ah well! i find most voices really high until i get used to the anime.

allen's arm, and the way his eye is done is ALL SORTS OF FUNKY. really cool. ;__; and seriously, when they DO use special effects and things, it looks really pretty. i'm happy with how the anime is turning out so far. can't wait for the next episode <3

the ending for it is called snow kiss, and the video for it isn't anything special, but still pretty nonetheless. and the picture of allen, cross, and the earl in it remind me a lot of that one picture from the manga, where allen has that top hat on~ (ask me for the image if you wanna see what i mean. XD;; )

so yeah, overall, really pleased. <3

So, I had an interesting encounter with the police today. Too much. 6 interviews. READ IT.

I was asking all around the school if someone would come with me to Mr Sub. No one would. Caroline even said, "No way, I'm only coming with you ONCE A WEEK only!" Junk like that. But from everyone.

So I went out on my own to Mr Sub. And on the way back (avoiding the parkette, as it's usually filled with homeless, drunk people), I pass Sophie, Sam M, and Kathleen on the bench.

They say, "Oh, I think Sam Chow is calling your name."

So I look across the street, and there's Sam, with Andrea and Michelle. I turn around to go see them, and this guy's walking awfully close, and just as I pass he bumps into me and grabs my ass.

I just keep walking, probably quickening my pace to get to Andrea, Michelle, and Sam. I tell them what happens, and as I'm passing the girls on the bench again, Sam, Sophie, and Kathleen are almost joking about it, not really taking it seriously.

At this point I'm a little freaked, but not so much. So we go and look for Ms Mackinnon. We see Carol on the way up. And I tell her what happens, and she goes, "This wouldn't've happened if I had gone with you!" and apologizes. She goes with me to get Ms Mackinnon, who we interupt from a meeting. I whisper, "Walking down the street, I was groped."

She calls Mr Domina, and they escort me to her office.

They interrogate me about it, asking for a description of the guy, and I tell them that Sophie, Kathleen, and Sam M saw it happen. Mr Domina calls the police.

Once they find Sophie and Sam, he takes Sam with him to scour the streets from the guy because they got a better look at him than I did.

Apparently after he groped me, he stopped for a moment, looking back at me with a nasty look on his face before continuing south down the street.
        
Ms Mackinnon makes a call to my mom, I tell her what happened, I kind of break down a little on the phone. She calls my dad and tells him what's up. The police arrive, and start asking Sophie and I questions in more detail; first the both of us together. Apparently there was a guy yesterday with the exact same description reported for the same offence.

Mr Domina comes back with Sam, but they don't talk to us because the police are still asking us questions about the guy. They finish just as mom enters the building; we're given Ms Girven's office to talk in, and I tell her in beter detail what went on. Dad arrives five minutes later.

The police come in and tell us they'd like us to go to the police station so that I can talk to the detectives about what happened.

We do so, and first meet the two detectives in a meeting room; they explain what's going to happen. They first ask of me a brief synopsis of what happened, and then take me upstairs. The room they lead me to has a camera mounted on the wall, and a microphone behind the couch where I'm sitting. We reintroduce ourselves, and I'm interrogated anew, this time on tape. They treat it as seriously as they would a sexual assault, which I found a bit, you know, overdoing it.

When we're done, we're given the line to a victim helpline type thing, in case I do experience trauma from the incident.
After that, we head home, I put on as many layers of things as I can, eat the lunch that's now been neglected for about four hours. Didn't matter, because I wasn't hungry anyway. We went to Oma's after that, and upon returning home I briefed Lunar, Kiki, Rae, and Michi. Sophie was on MSN, saying that Sam M gave the wrong description of the guy when they were looking. Both descriptions of the guy were exactly the same from Sophie and I. From Sam M? Not so. This messed it up, so they LET THE GUY GO. so i've taken up german. i'm a geek, i know. but i'm serious about it. we've bought stuff, whatever. my family's helping me because they all speak german, and i'm actually motivated. i'm treating it like homework--better than homework, actually. because i want to do it and i've even been geeky enough to make flashcards to help me memorize words and things.

it's also affecting my french accent (which is really pretty XD;; ). like last night. i said 'tennich' instead of 'tennis'. if you're on my msn, chances are i probably sent you the voiceclip of my failure at pronouncing it. if not, ask me on msn. XD;

anycase, i've been nauseated all weekend. great, isn't it? i almost went home today early from school. i still feel really nauseated and it's really not pleasant. ;__;

i might be taking a bit of a break from msn, btw.

oma's birthday tomorrow!

oh, and, my grandfather has cancer. it was confirmed today. and it looks like it might've spread. he's definititely getting chemotherapy. lovely.

at least webcamming all sunday morning was fun? *sigh*

rei got herself a betta fish.

he's blue, with cyan in his fins (similar if not just like dalit/fish boy), and a touch of burgundy. he's jumpy, but he's constantly pacing back and forth in his aquarium. XD he also really likes the toy we bought him; he's always under it, between parts of it, and on it.

and yeah, he's named dalit. he's on my nighttable, and even rainbow has no complaints or attempts to eat him (just yet). he's resting on his boats (the toy we bought him) right now. : D

also, we bought some things on the german language, which mom is gonna be helping me with, as i'm really set on learning it, and i'm pretty excited about it.

Whoo, second day of not-really-school.

So more mingling today because we rock. Today Clare and Hemani were hanging out with us, which was pretty awesome. Our group of people is slowly growing...!

So anyway, we got our agendas today! They were handing them out to everyone--myself last--but when they got to me they DIDN'T HAVE ANYMORE. So Andrea and I had to go upstairs and ask the teachers if they had anymore, which they didn't, saying that they had to take them all back to the school building already. Noo~! However, Ms Pai showed up not TWO SECONDS LATER with an agenda, saying she had one extra. I told Carol about it after when we got back down. XD They're the same type as Lunar's, and she's right. THERE AREN'T ANY OF THE FUNKY FACTS. ;___; Gonna cryyy! And they're HUGE for some reason wtf?! So we all exchanged our emails and then we were forced upstairs for some prefect assembly. How dull. Andrea and I were whispering back and forth and shoving each other because we were so squished in the benches. We also made plans to volunteer at the Terry Fox Run? At least I think we did. As long as I don't have to run myself I'm okay.

After the assembly we headed downstairs to grab our things, before all going out, where we met up with Michelle and Sam. Then in our group we headed out, and started passing Mr Sub, which confused me, as that's where we were going. So we all turned back to find out that THEY WERE OUT OF COOKIES. Tragedy, I know. So as we left we realized that Andrea and Janus had abandoned us, probably still heading on to Second Cup. We went there ourselves, seeing the lineup prompted us to try the convenience store instead. Michelle paid for an ice cream for meee. She's so sweet. ;w; Sam was mooching off everyone lmao. So once we were passing Mr Sub for the second time, we see Andrea and Janus with a slushie and a hot chocolate. We walk over to the parquette to... stand/loiter around because the ground was too wet to sit on. After that we went back to the church where we just hung around/talked until we had to go to the next assembly.

We were even more squished this time. I was kind of playing with the pamphlet, tearing it then weaving it so the spine turned all really funky, but Mr Tanner confiscated it wtf. What's so wrong. Really. Am I going to jab someone's eye out? Give someone a paper cut? Crinkle it too much during the boring speeches no one can stand?

Apparently, she thought so.

So we sat through it, whatever, and were falling asleep. We talked a lot over it anyway, and Carol was discussing how she could possibly drop Geo to join us in our music class instead. I'm so happy. <3 I hope she can!

After we were all released from prison, I noticed that I could see Charlie (my golden retriever) sticking his head out of David's car window. Knowing that Andrea hadn't left yet, and that she loves Charlie, I told her and she went with me to say hello. After that we said goodbye, and since then I've been chatting with Hemani on MSN. She uses XD too, and she types in a literate form! We had a whole discussion on armsocks. We are so awesome. Apparently she loves them too. We also are planning a revolution wherein we will educate everyone in the way of "XD" and typing properly instead of text talk. <3 It will be a glorious day when we come to power!

Oh, and, we don't have school tomorrow and the day after. Four day weekend again for me, losers!

So I'm guessing from the title you can guess that I'm back from school. If you can call it that, because it's rather screwed up now. So here's the expected entry everyone's writing about their first day back.

First of all, my school was being renovated. Much. It's still not ready. So that means that for the first two days, we're going to only be in the church for lack of suitable school building.

the MORNING

So the morning was like usual. Only I actually managed to eat breakfast and get up on time. Whoo. So we drove to school, and I was dropped off in front of the church. After jaywalking across the street, I was assaulted greeted by an onslaught of hugs from Sam and Michelle. It was so nice to see them again. And OMG, Michelle has contacts now! She looks so pretty TwT So Michelle dragged us around looking for her buddy (new kids are all assigned buddies), and didn't find her. : D;; We went back to the entrance where the rest of our class was gathered, where we ran into Andrea, who I hadn't heard from all Summer ;w; More hugs, and we entered the church and went downstairs into the lower gym. On the stairwell I saw Tara and she glomped me lmfao. : D

Down in the room, we found out our classes. I'm in Ms Tanner's class. EW. She's CRAZY, but she LIKES ME. Which means I'm expected she's gonna pick me to answer everything. ;__; Ah well, at least it means we'll have homeform in the computer room?! Anyway, found out I was in the same homeform as Andrea, so that made me happy. Michelle and Sam were in Mr Bunten's class wtf LUCKY.

So we sat down in groups of homeform, where I met Andrea's buddy, Janus. She's really pretty. ;__; Another girl, Ally's buddy (since Ally ditched her) was hanging out with us as well. Her name's Carol(ine). XD Apparently Ms Pai is her sister omg?! She says they have this rule where they can't speak to each other in school. XD I got along really well with both her and Janus. XD

So anyway. Then Ms Tanner forced us to do "get to know you" activities. Like asking people things like, "if you were a tree, what kind of a tree would you be?" and "what kind of car would you be?" to which people liked to answer things like fire trucks, ambulences, and police cars. d(-w-) lmfao Janus kept having to move from person to person because she was an even number (Ms Tanner divided us up into numbers and if you were even you moved around). LAWLS she didn't talk to anyone but us. XD Caroline didn't have to move though : D Andrea didn't either.

After Ms Tanner essentially GAVE UP Janus came back to us. d(-w-) The prefect we had provided us with ring pops wtf?! Caroline was the only one who didn't get blue. XD Andrea, Janus, and I did and our tongues were so blue. : D;; Only for some reason my lips and my teeth didn't get dyed blue. Either that or Carol was lying. D<

So I found out that Carol likes manga : D! How awesome. I told her that I did too, and that I had close to 200, and we both agreed she had to come over and see my shelves one day. XDD So now that I had basically kidnapped Ally's buddy she stuck with me in the lineup even though we were supposed to line up with our buddies. We ditched our ringpops as everyone was leaving the room to go up to the main room in the church. For some reason we got to sit in the choir seats. Wow Ms Tanner has an AWFUL voice. (x_x)p

So Carol and I were pretty much falling asleep here. Andrea and Janus were sitting in front of us, but you know, you're not really supposed to talk in church. Not that anyone was really listening. So Carol and I were whispering back and forth a lot. XD I would explain things to her as we were watching all the announcements or make snide remarks. And OMG we both got so hungry sitting throughout that thing. ;__; So after about an hour of explaining that "CHEATING IS BAD LAWLS" we got out schedules. I'M BACK. Well, I was actually back yesterday, but HEY. Only SSK, Martha, and Rae were online then, though. SO YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME. : D (Happy now, SSK?)

My first day back did NOT go well. I was up until 7AM with a bad case of the Chills. Guess that's what I get for being in an environment 30 degrees (if not more) colder than what I was just in for the past two and a half weeks. At least Kagerou gave me something to do/read.

We got Rainbow back today; I was so happy to see her again. She's currently sleeping on my feet. <3

I'll do a detailed thing on how my trip was later. You know, when it's not 5:00AM.

I won't be with an internet connection from the fourth until the seventh, and then I'll only be back for one day. Because then, I'm leaving on the eighth to go to the cottage. Now, to push that long rant off the page. XD;;

Anyway, because I'm me and you all know I like to vent, I'll be ranting about my exams as they come and go, so expect my journal to be updated a lot. Yesterday, we had computers.



History: June 2nd 2006, 8:30AM - 10:00AM
I was panicking a little bit yesterday. I admit. I usually never panic for exams. But I realized I hadn't studied a lot of things I should have--and got really lucky. The exam barely even touched the first World War, and it was mainly about living conditions in the 1900s, which I'm happy to say I'm well aquainted with. I actually liked learning about that. I blame Les Miserables.

All in all, the exam was really really easy. XD I think I did well. My essay. Was four pages long. Emily's was ONE PAGE LONG. I almosted missed a section, being the idiot I was. Ah well. I discovered it with 45 minutes to spare. And then... I just kinda sat there until they let me LEAVE. ... Emily kept kicking my chair. D< Now to wait for French and Geo. ;_;

Geography: June 5th 2006, 8:30 - 10:00AM
I was... panicking a bit. Yet again. Because I hadn't studied much for this in the least. Mostly because Geography is a subject where you seem to only use your head and logical skills rather than memorizing random facts. Which is good. I hate memorizing things.

In any case--it was easy. Especially the essay. Those kinds of things (or most things that involve writing anything) come pretty easy to me. So I'm still pretty confident.

Inbetween
Inbetween the two exams today, I went to Emily's house--Michelle, Sam C., Andrea, and Maria came along as per usual (as this has become a tradition at exam time to go to Emily's house), so that was fun. Except for the fact that it's 90 degrees here and that Emily's house has no air conditioning. We mainly talked--not that I'm complaining. We were laughing so hard. And Emily and I were jumping around on her trampoline.

French: June 5th 2006, 12:30 - 2:00PM
I have no doubt in my mind that I absolutely flunked this test.

Everybody else has a mutual feeling about it. They put things on the exam that we had never even learned, let alone put on the review sheet. There were a whole bunch of typos, so a lot of us ended up doing things wrong anyway. Hopefully they'll take it easy on us when marking because of all these misconceptions--yeah right. Like the teachers at our school would ever do that. So yeah. I think I failed. : D There goes my improving French mark. I think I also fried my brain after, as I was so tired when I got back from writing.

Science: June 6th 2006, 8:30 - 10:00AM
The fact that this was on 6/6/6 continues to amuse me.

So, getting in that morning, I stopped at my locker--Emily and I reviewed for the test a bit (as this one we thought we would absolutely FLUNK). I have a 3-digit locker code on my locker. I, being not superstitious in the least (I find it to be completely bogus), scrambled it to 6 6 6 just to spite everyone. Emily kept making cracks about my devil locker. : D

Anyway, the exam itself went over well--it was actually a ton shorter than I expected. o__O So few questions but for a ton of marks. So I don't think I failed. : D

English: June 7th 2006, 8:30 - 10:00AM
This was no doubt the easiest exam I've ever written in my life.

I was already writing the final section, and the time allotted for the exam wasn't even 1/3 of the way done yet. It was pathetic, in a word. Whereas, Emily was writing in front of me down to the last second. I was laughing at her. She even brought a dictionary. I don't need one. Now, to get back the blood in my hands--as it's freezing down here--I present a rant to you.



You guys all know how much I love Fullmetal Alchemist, right? It's probably the reason a lot of you watch me. If not--ignore that statement. But I know it's a reason why I watch a lot of the people that I do.

Every day my mailbox is flooded with FMA fanart. Which is fine, really. I loved it--at first. Now, I feel like it's becoming more and more one of those 'stereotypical' manga. No, no--don't get me wrong. I think its an amazing and unique story. But I'm grouping it in with Inuyasha and Sailor Moon anyway. It's just one of those mangas/animes that everybody knows about. I know it's a stupid reason to dislike it, but... It's just become a little inane. Everywhere you look--it's FMA fanart. It's traces of FMA fanart. It's copies of FMA fanart. People who claim to have used 'references' of FMA fanart. People who just downright copy Himoru Arakawa's style.

I'm not sick of FMA fanart, really. Just the ones that look identical to what we're always seeing. It looks identical to the series--but that doesn't make it good. It makes it lame and expected. Mechanical and predictable. There's no talent in copying a person's style. What I do admire, however, is when they do it in there OWN style, no matter how incompetant they feel while doing so. I love Japanese fanart for this reason. There's some uniqueness to it--finally! But I'm quite honestly sick of all the FMA fanart flooding my dA. It's just all. The freaking. Same.

Even all the couplings. Everywhere you look, it's Roy x Ed. It's Ed x Al. It's Ed x Hei. It's Al x Hei. Heck, it's even ED X ALTER!ED (or in the case of if the one he killed didn't actually die in the zepplin attack). Nothing surprises me anymore. It doesn't even make me flinch to see it anymore like it used to.

Truth be told, I'm getting bored.

I buy the mangas just as I used to. But I always read them the last. Why? I dread it. I can't quite say why, but I think the FMA fandom around me contributes to it. I have tons of memrobelia of FMA. I have plushies. I have all the music from the OSTs. All the episodes. Download and collect the manga.

I hate the Anime. The plushie of Ed looks POSESSED. The keychains are USELESS TO ME. The watch was just BECAUSE. Same with the postcards. The buttons. The music? I don't listen to it anymore. I'm tired of it. I'm even bored with reading the manga. It's just as good--the quality hasn't changed--but it's just become so... tiring!

Everywhere you hear the same thing--the same opinions, the same complains, the same hates and loves of the series. The same misconceptions are made by people who haven't watched the movie, seen the anime, read the manga. It's all become completely predictable, even down to the serie's very fanbase.

I know there are people who agree with me. Probably a lot of you will object to what I'm saying, but if you look around, it really, really is everywhere.

If you post FMA art, no matter how bad, you instantly get favs and comments on it. No real critique. Just the mad rush to get something FMA-related in your favourites. ... Okay. I missed my own dA Anniversary by 12 days. I'm an idiot. XD It was the 3rd of April btw.

Anyway, some of you may have noticed I haven't been on my dA in the last month or something? I've been doing other things lately I guess. Like reading Les Miserables, playing KH2, and so on. xD I also have a really random urge to play DC2, but shut up. XD

School has been going well so far, I suppose. Except for our classroom. They have construction going on RIGHT OUTSIDE THE GRADE 8 WINDOWS. So all our windows are boarded up and have the addition of a BRICK WALL BEHIND THEM. And we have no air conditioning. And I sit next to the radiators. Which are on 24/7. And then, we have a retractable wall between the two grade 8 classrooms. So the body-heat of 46 students plus teachers. And only fans. And it is boiling. I've already fallen asleep, what, twice this term? And those two times were last week on monday or what. In History I fell asleep with my elbow propped up on the table and my chin resting in the palm of my hand. She didn't notice. In English I fell asleep reading my book, so when I fell asleep, it looked like I was still reading. Maria, who was sitting beside me, had fallen asleep as well and was sprawled over her desk. Ms. Pacaud caught her and paid no attention to me. Everyone else noticed. XD

Oh, did I mention my mom bought me the Les Miserables OST? I am so happy right now. TwT I've been listening to it like... non-stop on my iPod and in the car and on my laptop XD

Rachel was just saying how she didn't understand something and she wanted to know if Ms Savage could help, but Ms Savage yelled at her saying she never listens. e__e; And then she went on to yell at everyone around her for reasons that were totally NONEXISTANT. 'Cause you know I can't go a week without making at least one journal.

Anyways, I'm sick again. With another sore throat. Only this one is a bit different.

I can't speak.

And I mean at all. When I try, only a small squeak comes out. That's it. So I've been sleeping the day away, and currently I'm waiting for mom to come and pick me up from dad's house.

Oh, and on Valentines day, I woke up and found Tales of Legendia under my pillow. So I've played about three hours or so of that. Norma annoys me. :E ... Oh, and I have a coupling for it already wtf. :33 ChloexSenel. XD The after-battle skits amuse me. <: And I don't like the battle system and the dungeons are too easy. >: And I also hatehatehate the character designs. But I'm still having fun. <: I wish it were on the GC though, it would've been a lot better. The controls with the PS2 controller are so awkward. :/ HOWEVER, I'm not obsessed with TOL. Holy cats.

I have no idea how I’ll be able to describe everything that’s happened tonight, but I’m gonna try. Wish me luck.

So I’ve been looking forward to this concert since Rockstar INXS ended a few months ago and I heard INXS (with Marty for opening act) were going to have a concert. Mom asked Janet to find us some tickets, and she did. Really, really good ones.



On The Way
The weather has been really good to us lately, but over the last two days, it’s been terrible. Snowy, stormy, hail, we have gotten it all. Wind too. So mom took the car to the subway, and then we had to walk a few blocks in order to get there. Turns out she forgot money in the hopes she could pay with her debt card. Which she couldn’t. She’s so card-dependant! And then she wouldn’t even step outside without needing to open her umbrella so the snow wouldn’t get to her hair. I just laughed at her. Anyways, we had to march through the snow to find a bank before finally getting back to the subway and catching the subway before having to ride it about 8 stops. When we finally got off our stop we walked through the mall (Oh god, same one where that suicide was that I was there for D: ) and decided to go to a restaurant across the street from Massey Hall. Mom was checking to see how long the line was while I waited outside, and saw two limos pull up. Unfortunately they were just escorting some of the other people coming to the concert. How lame. D: And then when we were in the restaurant, the people next to us were talking about INXS, claiming how Kirk was as blind as a bat, and how some of them had snuck up to them and got picked up, turned around, and plopped back onto the ground by one of the bodyguards. And she made actions while she said it too, so it was hilarious.

At The Concert
Last time I was at Massey Hall I believe it was for my award ceremony. Now, one thing you have to know about Massey Hall, is that it boasts to have the best acoustics. I wouldn’t say it didn’t. You could feel every little note. <3 Unfortunately, it was also really hot in there. XD But that didn’t matter. Our seats were the right first balcony, second section, second row at the very right. So we were right on the aisle and REALLY close to the stage so it was pretty perfect seats. So after awhile of my studying the drum stand (stfu I’m a percussionist) I realized it said “The Lovehammers” instead of INXS on it. I instantly turned to mom and yelled: “MOM, MARTY’S GOING TO PREFORM!” And about ten minutes later, they were all getting on the stage, and I was screaming, clapping, and jumping when Marty went on the stage. It was awesome to see him again. My first observation? HE CUT HIS HAIR. ; ; It’s about two inches shorter, not straightened, and has some black highlights in his usually-platinum blonde hair. He sang all eleven songs from his CD (including Trees omg ) And get this. At one point, Marty started climbing the equipment on stage, and CLIMBED ONTO THE SECOND BALCONY. ON OUR SIDE OF IT. He stopped inches away from me. I was so close I could have just leaned slightly forward and touched him… and I didn’t. I feel like smacking myself for not doing that now. And y’see, I’ve always been a big Marty fan, so—ARGH! >: *wails* And he sang Trees, as well! It was so good~ Everyone was singing along to ittt~ Oh, and INXS was good too. XDDD;; You should’ve heard the amount of screaming that went on. I think I’ve gone temporarily deaf. I really have. When JD came out on stage everyone just went wild. When they sang one of my favourites—Never Let Me Go—I was jumping up and down and singing along. And we just went downright crazy when they sang Pretty Vegas. We were all dancing in the aisles and screaming—no, not singing, screaming—along to the song. It was nearly impossible to be heard over anyone else. I strained my voice so badly. But it was all so incredibly worth it.

AHAHA I GOT MY OCARINA OF TIME OFFICIAL SOUND TRACK. *FLAUNTS* And a factory sealed copy of Majora's Mask~~ <3 Perfectly new and <3 <3 <3 Ahaha <3 Oh, and I got LoZ 1, as well. It's... confusing. XD I've died 13 times already and not even at the first dungeon. On the plus side, I know where to get the sword and shield upgrade and I've found three heart pieces. :3

Whoo, the weekend has been going great so far. I saw Ross and Craig yesterday at the Lawn (tennis club we all belong to). Craig (Ross' little brother) has become really... insane as of late. If you asked me to further explain, it can all be summed up in one word anyways. Insane. He wouldn't listen to us, he was being just... crazy. So that was pretty annoying. We all hung upstairs in the upstairs lounge by ourselves for a bit. I even ran into Camilla from school when I was there wth. o_O Anyways, when Craig was distracted by the TV, Ross and I snuck out of the room after telling him we'd be outside. We went out the side exit and walked down the pathway to the enterence to the shed and the tennis Bubble. It was fun, I haven't hung out with him in a long time. Or really had the chance to actually talk 'cause Craig was always there. At one point we found a tennis ball on the ground (rest are in the Bubble, so.. ) and we started trying to hurl it over the bubble. I came the closest to getting it over, but eventually we both gave up and I just threw it over to the abandoned tennis courts. We even tried to see what would happen if we made an attempt to step on the bubble once... not that exciting, but wth. The weather was unusually warm, especially considering it was dark out, so Ross and I stayed talking there for about half an hour or something before finally deciding we should check up on Craig. As we made our way back, Ross turned around and pointed at something, and found that Craig was eavesdropping on us. Isn't that wonderful. Ah well, it's not like we were discussing anything worthwhile. XD But Ross told him off for it, and Craig just kinda moped off back to where Ross and I were hanging out before. We continued walking back to the main building when we ran into mom, who promptly asked where Craig was. We told her she had just gone back to where we were, and she wanted us to get him to come back inside. On the way back I asked Ross if there was anything wrong with him, as this wasn't like Craig. Apparently he's really hating his new school. Since there were reports of teacher-student molestation, the teachers don't even make an attempt to get to know the students. He's just really upset there, and it's been effecting him lately. So we tried to cheer him up a bit and we got him to come back with us. Mom intercepted on the way there, and Ross and Craig went up ahead. Mom started asking me why it was just Ross and I on our own, and I explained how Craig was getting on our nerves, so she asked Craig to stay with her and Jacoline (their mom) for the rest of the time we were there. It was really weird, 'cause at one point when Ross and I were ordering dessert, this little girl came up to me and asked me questions. LITTLE KIDS ALWAYS COME UP TO ME AND TALK TO ME AT RANDOM. EVEN AT SCHOOL WHEN I'M WALKING IN THE HALLS. "Hi!" "You have really pretty hair!" "HELLO! 8D" ... Little children scare me. >: But it was annoying, 'cause when Ross and I were in the downstairs lounge watching TV later, the same little kid came in, sat inbetween us, interupting out conversation and starting talking to me wth DDD8 I just kinda looked at Ross, and exclaimed: "SEE?! THEY ALWAYS DO." And it was messed up >: She finally went away when her parents came in to tell her it was time to go. Not soon after Craig came in to tell us it was time to leave. Ross and I started saying, "Wait, this is the weekend. We can stay later, can't we?" So we asked. And somehow Ross ended up sleeping over at my house. o_o I HAVEN'T HAD HIM OVER FOR A SLEEPOVER IN YEARS. XD Ross got to sleep on the amazingly comfy couch in the hallway of my basement. XD; Anyways, we stayed up until two talking, watching the FMA movie, reading mangas, and playing FE. :3 Then he went to sleep and I stayed on my laptop a little longer and talked a bit to Lunar. Hey, it's been awhile! :3 Sorry for taking awhile to reply; my laptop was taken in when I was in Chicago and I just got it back. And even then I was having some problems with my laptop (AKA my MSN, not that that's anything new) and so I had to fix that myself. Sucessfully. <3

Whoo, I'm fourteen now. XD

Anyways, I came back to close to 700 messages. And everytime I got rid of 100, I came back the next day to find it was all in vain. And so now I've finally gone through them all and caught up on EVERYTHING. The inbox is so... empty. ;w;

Birthday pwned. XD I got to see Jonas and all, so that was great. And now I'm going to visit Lunar (~silquen) in March~!! <3 <3 <3 I'm so excited ;w;

I've been having little troubles with my laptop for awhile now, and it's finally getting a complete overhaul. FMA atm is 54 chapters turned into 51 episodes, doesn't follow the plot, and leaves out SO MANY THINGS that just-- GRAHH!! x_@;; They even changed how Train got the name Black Cat. Let's see, the last few times I was reobsessed with a series, (Rurouni Kenshin, Fruits Basket, Tales of Symphonia... ect) I had always been obsessed with them a few months beforehand. Now, I've gone and gotten myself reobsessed with Escaflowne, which I haven't seen in five years. And yet somehow I still manage to remember the voices of the characters in English, (Sadly. I hate it now that I've seen the Japanese. e_e; ) and noted how Kirby Morrow (Miroku from Inuyasha, Dr. Tofu from Ranma 1/2) did Van's voice. Upon stumbling across the list of voice actors for Esca and seeing it was Kirby Morrow after all, I kinda freaked out that my memory was that good, 'cause I haven't exactly heard Van's voice in awhile. XD;; But yes, much love to the Esca fandom. <3 I wonder if Ashleigh still likes it... XD;

Only one exam left; Science. Oh joy. e_e; That's the only one I've been worried about, but now that I understand the math section of the electricity unit I think I'll be okay. All the other ones I've been pretty confident about, especially my History. I'm great at memorizing things like maps, as I have a bit of a photographic memory. :3 As well as I have a tendancy to remember things from the first time I read them. So when it was time to do the History exam all the facts just kind of poured out. By the time I was done my essay (which was extremely long XD;; ) my hand was cramping up. I haven't done a lot of writing like that in a long time. XD The other thing I hate about exams is the fact that I'm always hunched over when I write, so my back usually hurts by the time I'm done, and I end up cracking it constantly throughout the exam. e_e; I blame this on my 50-pound knapsacks. XD;

After Monday, I believe I'm out for the Christmas holidays~! Whoo XD Too bad we get back on the 9th of January, which just happens to be my birthday. Buuuuut during the holidays I get to go and visit my half brother Jonas. Awesome. <3

Ow.

I strained my arms yesterday when we were moving all the desks down to the gym. >: It was really bad at first, because they hurt to do ANYTHING. And they were actually shaking so much to the extent that I couldn't hold them still. >: Buuut after I took a nap because of staying up so late with Lunar and Snake on MSN I woke up and they were feeling better, and no shakiness. Now they just plain HURT. e_e;; So being on my laptop is a bit painful. BUT I DON'T CARE <3

And plus my legs have decided to be retards and hurt since I woke up yesterday. So my body is just plain aching today. >:

Oh, and I just remembered I have my first exams tomorrow. Whee. At least in between Maria, Andrea, Emily and I are going to Second Cup and then over to Emily's house to party. :3 I SHALL BRING CAKE! >O And pringles. And stuff. ;3 So we're looking forward to it. XD Sorta. I can't believe they're giving us an hour and a half for the computers exam. Last year we were in and out in FIFTEEN MINUTES! e_e;; And I somehow managed to get the best overall mark in it in my grade o_O 93.5%. Oh, ownage. <3

Seeing as I'm not really getting anywhere with my history and Geo hw... I think it's time I finally updated, seeing as I kinda died this month. D:

Yeah, I'm doing better, but whatever it was that I had hasn't fully gone away. D: I still have bronchial coughs all the time, and when I woke up this morning, my throat was hurting. So ig;aeigja; D: I DON'T WANT TO BE SICK FOR EXAMS AND THEN HAVE TO REWRITE ALL THE ONES I MISSED ON THE SAME DAY. D:

Anyways, that aside, I've been on a bit of a reading frenzy, if you will XD First I read Lirael by Garth Nix, and then read the sequel all in one day <3 The Abhorsen series owns you. Then I read Across The Wall, which has "Nicolas Sayre and the Creature In The Glass Case", which takes place in the same world as the Abhorsen series, so I was happy. It also contained smaller stories or dabbles my Garth Nix, including one hilarious story called "My New Really Epic Fantasy Series" which absolutely cracked me up. XD Ask ~silquen, ~ssssnakeh123 and *DarkGarnet. :3 And so, I got a bit obsessed with the Abhorsen series <3 <3 <3 Sameth OWNS. XD He's my... non-manga bishi <3 Because Nicolas sounds a bit more like an old man than he does a 19 year old o0O; And then I also read Warriors: The Darkest Hour (Book Six) by Erin Hunter <3 I love that series. Now to start on the two books of the New Prophecy in that series. XD;

Oh, and I saw the Harry Potter movie last week! <3 <3 It was actually rather disappointing in comparison to the books. :/ The books will always and forever own. <3 And yet at the same time I've gotten myself a little bit reobsessed with the series. XD I have the oddest craving to reread it D: I even drew Hermione the other day. I haven't been obsessed with HP since I was EIGHT. D: ... I want the video game. D: OH, and I was reading ~Kesenai-Tsumi's rant on the movie, and she showed THIS. XDDDD I was cracking up so badly. Poor, poor Fred and George XDDD;;

For starters, I found out who that person who added me was. They just added me for the sole reason of having Inuyasha in my email address. I hate that now though. Too bad for them! Not that I would've kept them anyways. *blocked and deleted* They did say they got it from a picture though. o_O *glances at ~Kiyari*

Oh, and about the sick part? This week I've been so incredibly stressed, and haven't been on my laptop for most of the week. Ask ~ssssnakeh123, ~silquen and ~puppyinuyasha223, as I talk to them 24/7 on MSN. ... Well, more like 12/7 considering I sleep 12 hours a day on weekends. But yeah, we've had two assignments due, early band practice this morning, plus four tests this week. Is this what my school considers being 'balanced'? ANYWAYS. I have what started off as a little sore throat last night, and by the time I woke up this morning (Thursday) I couldn't speak. And when I did, it seriously hurts. It hurts to breathe. If I take a deep breath, I go into coughing fits which hurt like nothing else. And it's not just in my throat, it's in my actual chest as well. In Rememberance Day assembly, we were singing the National Anthem, and I tried to sing, and nothing would come out. Not even the tiniest little squeak. Nothing. So after my Science test 3 period, I called my mom and went home and slept from 2-7.

Sorry if I haven't been replying to journals or something today like I'd usually do; my eyes are rather weak right now, and if I try to read the journals I start to cry or my eyes just water. Hopefully I'll be feeling better by the time the weekend is up, if not sooner.

After I turned off my laptop, I realized I was shaking violently, and even after getting a drink and going under my sheets, plus having my heater up at full blast, I was still shaking like crazy. After fifteen minutes with no improvements, I went upstairs and made mom come down with me. I had a fever, and my mom says I was freezing cold, but said that my basement was really warm. She gave me two advils, and that didn't help at all. My head was throbbing when I woke up an hour later, so she went upstairs to get me some water and a tylenol. I turned off the heat, seeing as I was boiling hot, and waited for her to come back down. Even after having the Tylenol, my fever did not subside, and I kept switching back and forth between hot and cold. Eventually I woke up at 6AM and was freezing cold, and pulled my blankets over me. Even then it took awhile to fall back asleep. Then I woke up at 1, was still freezing cold (still am) and my throat and chest hurts like no tomorrow. As well as I have bronchial coughs. ; ;

6:15PM

I just got back from the doctors, (She said that my forehead was really hot at the time) and she gave me a prescription. She said that I didn't have the flu, however, when she was patting my back to see how my breathing was, she said I wasn't breathing in at a part in my left lung. So I need to take the stuff she prescribed me for 5 days, and hopefully that'll get rid of my lung problem plus whatever else I feel like.

Anyways, we'll see how I feel, right? Hopefully I'll get a better sleep tonight.

First, my concern atm. x_X;

Someone recently added me to their contact list: linear432@yahoo.com with the MSN username of Sam. I have NO IDEA who they are or how they got my email, considering I don't give it out on dA unless you note me (and even then I don't unless I know you). When I check their space, it shows that they're going by the alias of Genis Sage. And then their avatar is of something from FMA. So that means it's someone who likes both Tales of Symphonia and Fullmetal Alchemist. But when I checked the people on my friend's list who have their emails posted, I don't see the one that I'm concerned about, nor do I know how they could've gotten my email address in the first place. If you have any idea who it is, please tell me. Thanks! x_X;;



My brother came to visit this weekend! X33 It was so freaking awesome to see him again! X3 I haven't seen him since last Christmas o0O I was picked up from mom's house by Jonas (my half brother <3) and dad at about 2PM, and then we dropped Jonas off to meet my other half brother, because he wanted to discuss with him to stop lying to us all. D: He looked Jonas straight in the eyes, and told him he never lied. When Jonas told this to dad, dad laughed. And I honestly don't blame him. He's freaking screwed up his life to the extent that everything he says is a lie and doesn't even realize it anymore.

ANYWAYS, while Jonas was away with my other brother, that left Dad and I to pick up the rest of the food and stuff and get ready for 7PM. Jonas finally got to meet his youngest half brother, who has my dad's eyes but otherwise looks like his mom, and got him a gift and everything. He was going out later though. ; ; We talked a lot though, so it was okay. I love talking with him XD We think on the same level despite the 19 year age difference. When he left though, he told me:
Jonas: I'll wake you up at 2AM when I come back so we can go downstairs and make bacon to eat!

And so, 3AM rolled around, and I was still talking to Lunar (~silquen) on MSN, and kinda DIED because Jonas knocked on my door and we went downstairs and made back bacon XD Which I don't particularily like, but hey. So I just kinda sat with him in the kitchen. When he went to put on his shoes, he FAILED, and admitted that he was drunk. After putting the bacon on the BBQ, he went over to the fridge and got out a Mikes, opened it, took a sip, and then turned to me and said:
Jonas: This is part of sobering up.
Rei: Isn't part of sobering up having some water instead?

And so I got him a water bottle out of the fridge (in the end I convinced him to have two) and he put back the Mikes. Aside from swearing more than usual, he's very sound-of-mind when he's drunk. o0O

Also at one point he asked me if I was playing any video games when he was gone, and:
Rei: Yeah, I was. I was playing Fire Emblem 7. I beat chapter ten using Lucius, the man-woman I showed you earlier. (XD)

And so after half an hour of conversing with a drunk, we said goodbye and went to sleep. And of course being me, I slept until 2PM and he left at 10AM. D:

Oh, and so you know, he's 32.



Oh, and I got my report card recently. Doing the worst in Geo; figures. Surprisingly I got a B+ in French. wtf. D: That shouldn't happen. Oh, and I'm doing awesome in Math. Got 100% on my last test.

OH, and I also got back into FMA after reading chapters 41-52 of the manga. XD Anyone who has only seen the anime and not read the manga is NOT A REAL FMA FAN. D: I SWEAR. THE ANIME SUCKS SO MUCH IN COMPARISO-- Wait, it can't even be compared. If you want the links to the manga, note/comment! ... Now I'm obsessed with Ling x Ran Fan instead of Ed x Winry. XD I bet you're so relieved, Rae. <:

School is still going well for me. ;3 I'm doing well in all my classes, which is really good, meaning that I've finally gotten used to my school. XD Last year first term was really difficult to adjust to. e_e Ah well, we'll see for sure once I've gotten my first report card, right? ;3 ... I bet I'm failing french. XD

English is one of my best subjects, and always has been. Too bad it's so freakishly behind at this school. e_e ... Then again that leaves me lots of drawing time. >D ANYWAY, the ISU book A Tale Of Two Cities by Charles Dickens is really annoying me. e_e I'm going to talk to Mrs. Pacaud about it tomorrow and ask her if I can just read another book I actually like.

Mme Bikhit hates us all. End of story. Especially Roz, Camilla, and Taylor. But especially Roz.
Mme Bikhit: Where is your belt, Rosalind? ('Cause we have stupid tunics. I HATE THEM. D8 )
Roz: I forgot it.
Mme: Rosalind, I want to you see Ms. Mackinnon.
Roz: I bet if I had three I wouldn't forget.
Mme: *gives her three belts*

And she wore them for the rest of the day, too XD It was hilarious.
But seriously, Bikit hates us. x_X Want to hear the nicest thing she did for us? She said we didn't have to get our latest tests signed so that our parents wouldn't die of heart attacks. x_X Talk about harsh. At least I didn't have to get my horrible test signed o_O;;

Math is going well, I got lost at one point with the fractions in algebra ('cause I haven't worked with fractions in YEARS), but I'm all caught up now. :3 Apparently I'm a strong math student, so sayith Ms. Gravell. o_O

Science has become a goof off class. I swear. XD Ms. Savage is blind/deaf, because she NEVER NOTICES EMILY AND I BEING IDIOTS. ... Except once, but it was hilarious.
Emily had asked me to write "*Pen ninja'd*" on her arm, because I am the so called pen ninja (because I stab her with them when I'm mad >O), and draw on her. <: So I did.
Emily: OMG123321 (Yes, she actually said that XD) YOU WROTE IT TO BIIIIIGGGG~ *starts rubbing at it so hard it looks like she's bleeding/has a rash because it's permanant red marker*
Ms. Savage: What on Earth is she doing to herself?

In any case, I just doodle the whole time during class. Ah, how I love Science class XD

I hate history class. I mean, last year it was TOLERABLE, but OMG. I HATE DR. DANTER. *kills her >OOO* We all hate her so muuuuch. She'll say something during class, and then will repeat the same thing for the remainder of it even if we DO get it. >O So I just plain don't pay attention anymore. And then, she's an incredibly hard marker. But not in that way, but UNFAIRLY. We had to do a map of the colonies before confederation for an assignment. And so we handed it back, and WTF. Tara got Kingston wrong because she had the dot a freaking MILIMETRE OFF OF WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO. And I'm not exaggerating. I was right behind her at the time in line. ONE MILIMETRE. It was PERFECTLY ON WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. And then she starts saying that the arrows aren't pointing where they should be. And starts accusing me of adding things to the assignment once I had gotten it back! Okay, Québec trip. Here we go.



Tuesday

7:00AM - Bus
The wake up call at six? Murder. I’m not made to get up that early. But as soon as one of my friends arrived at the meeting place I woke up and was talking a mile a minute, as I always tend to do. I sat with Emily on the bus, and got stuck with one of the chairs with the messed up foot rest in front of me. Joy. Emma sat on the row beside us, so we could still talk with her. We’re like a group of three. Only Emma annoys only me and not Emily. So I fight with her a lot. o_o; After awhile on the bus Emily and Emma started having a ‘yo momma’ fight, and it went on for so long that they couldn’t think of any more, and had to make up their own. Some of them were really stupid. Such as:
Emily: Well… well… your momma’s so fat she’s going to explode! Oh! Burn!
For some reason the stupidity of that one made me crack up. I don’t like yo momma jokes, but these were ridiculous. XD Soon after we were presented with the most retarded of movies to watch on the bus. To the extent that I fell asleep three times on the bus and couldn’t care less about the movies. Unfortunately, this was a nine hour bus ride to Québec, and my iPod could only last for so long. ._. I fell asleep with it on and it was draining all the while. x_X

5:00PM – Hotel
We finally arrived in Québec, and were noisy and restless as ever from the long ride. Although, it only took the mentioning of ‘room arrangements’ to make us quiet down to listen to Mme Young announce what the rooms are. I was rooming with Emily, Emma (oh joy) and Clare (not my best friend. Clair doesn’t go to SCS. This Clare isn’t even in my class and she’s really shy and doesn’t talk at all D8 ). So we were all given our room keys and went into the Delta (our hotel). The rooms weren’t fancy, and ours smelled of cigarette smoke. I even found a burn on the carpet. There were two beds, a TV with French channels (OH THE HORROR D8 ), the simple washroom with a hair-dryer that doesn’t work, and a desk and two chairs. In short, it was lame and expected. So we got awhile to get unpacked and settled in before heading off to dinner. Some of us also wanted to change, so we changed behind the curtains. Emma started exclaiming that the bus was looking at her, so we started cracking up at the perverted bus. XDDD

6:15PM – Dinner
I don’t even remember the restaurant; not that it was really that important. I had pasta with tomato sauce. Oh my god. It wasn’t even funny how badly I wanted there to be meat in that sauce. D8 I hate tomato sauce, but I love it if there are no pieces of tomato and tons of meat.

8:30PM – Walking Tour
Been there, done that. Only we got this in English when I was here. Yep, that’s right. All the tours and everything were in French. On our way to one of the places we were supposed to be, we passed this odd statue of a jester, throwing its hat into the air and smiling eerily. When I was looking at it, I was oddly reminded of the Level 2 Akuma from the Lala and Gozaro chapters of DGM when Allen and Kanda go on their first mission together o_O;; You know you’re starting to obsess when things like that remind you of it. We also saw the cannonball tree, and other things I had already seen. Geeze, don’t they understand that if they explain it in French that none of us will remember it? ._.;

9:30PM – Back at the Hotel
My feet were hurting me a bit, we talked for awhile, snacked on the bag of chocolates I brought with me (I’m called the Snack Person for a reason XD; ) and continued to unpack. Also I drew a bit. Emily and Emma decorated the room with birthday banners because Emily’s birthday was on the Thursday. We had to go to sleep at 10:30 though, which sucked. And I hate you Emma for talking when we were trying to sleep. Hey guys~~

For one, I'm still sick. And really tired.

Buuuut now onto what's so important about this entry.

I'm leaving for four days.



Our school is going on a trip to Quebec. I'm honestly not looking forward to it, as all the trips I have been to with this school have downright sucked. At my last school in grade six we already went on a trip to Quebec. And for LONGER. My new school, SCS, has a tendacy to squish all the activities together in as little as time possible. ._.; So yeah. I'm leaving Tuesday morning and coming back Friday night. So your last chance to talk to me before I leave is tomorrow~

Just want you to know in advance. I bet I'll come back to 500+ messages. e_e But don't let that stop you from posting ;D (Like I could stop you XD)

Tomorrow I won't do any homework, as I'll obviously have none due the next day, so prepare to see me online for awhile. :3 And maybe drawing/oekakiing. XD I'm having fun with that lately. o_o I'm bringing my sketchbook with me, so expect more drawings. I have a ton I haven't posted yet, so I'll be doing that soon. *shot for being lazy*

I would bring my laptop to Quebec if I could, but something tells me that it would get confiscated. o_o I'm going to die from lack of Lunarosity and DGM. D8 BUT MOSTLY LUNAROSITY. D8 OMG, and lack of sleep. D8

I will crack up if Robin and I are in the same room. She was with me at my last school as well. And she was in the same room as me on that Quebec trip. XD

The annoying thing about this Quebec trip is that we're going to be FORCED TO SPEAK FRENCH. I don't care what they say; I refuse to speak french during that trip. I can't speak a freaking word, let alone a sentence. I just can't wait to drop it in Grade 9... *mumble*

I'm looking at the Final Itinerary for the trip, and I already see something I've already been to.

We're even stopping at the same places to eat as before! WTF!

Ooh yeah, this is gonna be so much fun.

At least Emily is going to be stuck with the Frenchies on her birthday. (Thursday.) HAH, poor Emily. (She has a thing against French XD Dun be insulted. XD) I guess I'm going to have to poke fun at her all day for it. XD "Happy Birthday" indeed. 8>

I'll write one of my infamous uber-long entries when I get back. XD I'll keep a log or something so I don't forget what I've done there. I'll bring back maple syrup and maple sugar candies for you all. ;3



Quebec aside, not much has happened. Rainbow has been dropped off at my Oma and Opa's house 'cause she'd be all alone all week once I've gone. I'm hoping to get rid of whatever the hell it is I have before Quebec, and so on. One day of school and then I have the whole week free~~ X33 Well, sorta XD;

Still obsessing over DGM. D8 Obsessing over Linali x Allen even more than I used to. XD <3 Note me if you want to download D.Gray Man. XD I will send the links~

I bought six more mangas on Saturday~~ :3 xxxHolic 3, 4, and 5, and Hikaru no Go 2, 3, and 4. :3 ... I'm so angry that DGM hasn't come out in English in my manga store yet~~ >< But they say it's on order, so that is awesome. <3 FMA 3 is out, and they had this novel thing in the back of it. They said that Ed's eyes were SILVER and that Al's armor was BRONZE. WHO THE HELL WROTE THAT?! >E I've also read Novel one parts 1 and 2 of the DGM Reverse novel. Although that novel is love. <3 I want the next part~~ D8

Been two weeks. ToS anthology STILL hasn't arrived. ._.;;;

Hey guys~

I’m still sick. ._. It’s been over a week now. And sorry to anyone I was talking to yesterday; MSN signed both Lunar and I off and wouldn’t let us back o_O It’s working now though.

And sorry because I fell asleep yesterday at 4PM and woke up at 11PM, stayed up for a little while and then woke up at 10AM. You can tell I’m sick when I take a nap for that long PLUS wake up early. o_O But yeah, even after all that I’m still sleepy. TToTT

Mom is relentless and is forcing me to go to school anyways. The construction site (‘cause our school is expanding down the street ) is right next to our classroom window, so we get all the fumes which makes me unable to stop coughing, and then with humidity it goes to fourty degrees. ._. It’s insane. And mom wonders why I haven’t been getting better.

During the week I went to the optician to get my eyes checked since I haven’t done so since I was 4 or something. Apparently I have perfect vision, but I have a slight stigmatism in my right eye. But it’s so slight that I don’t need anything for it. Phew. x_o There was one girl in the waiting room I was talking to called Charlie, and she was explaining about how she comes so often. She’s absolutely hilarious. She said once she came here and had to go back to school with her pupils all dilated, and her school is kinda known for the druggies (her as one of the exceptions ) so all day her friends were coming up to her and asking her if she was on drugs or something XDDD

With math I find I’ve really been enjoying it as of this term o_O It’s really sad; none of the girls at my school can grasp any of the concepts. XD It’s so, so sad. I get them instantly. So everyone keeps looking at me like I’m some kind of mathematical genius. o_O I mean, I know I’m above average in math, but I’m no genius.

On another note, I now have fourty watchers. o_o Thanks so muuuuch~~ X3 I love you guys~ D8 I don’t deserve that many~ ><

And before you ask, I’m still actually obsessing over the same thing I was the previous week! o_O OMG, the apocalypse is coming! When I was sick during this week, I finally got off my lazy ass and beat The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker XD Geeze, I could’ve beaten that so long ago. XD *all she had to do was beat Ganon’s tower and stuff* I think the Carbon Copies of certain bosses were harder than Ganon o_O And I think Ganon puppet was harder than Ganon XD So, so sad. The thing that annoyed me is you only got the light arrows for so little time and then you beat the game. ._. I wanted to keep those for longer~ They were so awesome~ D8

Sick + FINALLY!

Y'see, I was going to write one of my infamous uber long journal entries, but then I got majorly sick and still am.

Friday I wasn't feeling too well since the moment I woke up. I had a sore throat, and was really tired. Over the day my throat got worse, and I developed a runny nose. I went to sleep earlier than I usually even do on schooldays. And I slept 14 hours, which is freaky. I usually sleep 12 hours on weekends (if I can XD). When I woke up, I felt even worse. I can't hear properly out of my ears, my nose is plugged, my sore throat is worse and avoid talking whenever possible, and my whole body feels so heavy and aches like crazy. And I feel so tired all the time, even with my 14 hour sleep... I don't know what's up with me. I'm just worried that it's my strep throat coming back or something... >< Gahh, I don't wanna go back on those antibiotics again. x_X They tasted disgusting... ><

I have one question here: Why couldn't this have been on monday instead of Saturday? TT_TT

On a more positive note:

I FINALLY got a new laptop cord after all those months of complaining! Mom took my cord to Future Shop, and they had one there at the time, and I got it immediately instead of having to wait 2-3 weeks! O_O We wrapped it in a very flexible type of tubing, so Rainbow can't bite it. ;3 And let me tell you, it's working great! Even my fan hums less. o_O I have no idea if my cord was what was causing it, but it doesn't go on nearly as much now. Uh, yay? XD

ToS anthology still hasn't arrived. It's been six days...

Just realized I still have to do my homework. x_X Gahh, I hate Sundays. I wonder if I'll even be well enough to go on Monday... And I was starting the school year on such a good foot, too! It's not fair! TT_TT (*doing well in most subjects*) I really hope I'm still sick on Monday, our Music teacher was saying there's not enough time in the school year to teach everything, so we have to come in every monday at 7. That's usually when I WAKE UP. And why a MONDAY? That's the WORST day. I bet I'll get like... one hour of sleep. -.-;;;

Also, I started reading D.Gray Man. XD I found one site with the scanlations up to chapter 57, and I promised myself I'd just read one chapter, and then I just kept reading another, and another... And then before I knew it I read all the ones that were up. CURSE YOU, SITE. THE 57TH ENDED AT A CLIFFHANGER. >_o If you want the link to the site then please note me XD;; (Btw, you download the chapters as .zip files instead of just reading them online. Just so you know~~ )

Also, I was wondering if anyone who watches me watches the show Rock Star INXS. There's only one person I know (Carissa) who watches it! I feel so... alone. x_o To quote her: "Everyone else is just watching stupid American Idol..." I hate American Idol, so I was really surprised that I liked this show. o.o But it just a one time thing, not something that'll happen 32408762047968343 times until we get sick of it like American Idol and Survivor. What's Survivor on; Season 209583? So yeah, if you watch RSINXS, please tell me. x_X

Sorry for the major rantage, but when you can't speak all day you tend to want to talk a lot XD

Yeah, that's all that I can think of for now. Will write about the first three days of school another time~

First Day of School + Tales of…

The First Day

I’m not sure if I can really call it the ‘first day’ or not, as it was really only a half day for getting organized. But oh well.

After finally getting to the school, I rushed through the huge crowds of people outside of the doors and looked for the nearest familiar person, and saw a huddle of my friends in the corner of the room. And the first question I get is: “What class are you in?” Of course, I had no idea so I asked Tara where she found out. So she led me to the classroom, and it turns out I’m in the same class as her: 8G. So of course I scanned the list as quickly (and frantically) as I could to find Emily’s name on the list, and it was there. So after memorizing most of the list and seeing a bunch of other friends being in my class (MC, Maria, Jade (I think), Andrea, Alex, ect…) I rushed to find Emily. So a few minutes later she showed up and I started yelling at her and telling her that we were in the same homeform. The reason we were so happy to be in the same homeform was not only because we’re such good friends, it was also because she’s moving to Calgary next year. >< So we looked for Emma and apparently she’s in 8P, and I don’t really see her much. She’s in the class with all the ‘cliques’, as she calls them. And it’s true, they really stand out. x_X She, Emily, and I are the group that hang out together too. Though mainly it’s just Emily and myself.

And so we learned that our homeform teacher was Ms. Gravel. She’s another one of the math teachers, and I don’t like her much. You can’t understand a thing she says, which is probably why my class (we had Mrs. Stephens) was so ahead of the other grade sevens who had Ms. Gravel. ANYWAY, we basically had a ‘get to know you’ kinda thing. Just asking how your summer was. Which was a bit annoying as we had no new students. Emily is two desks away from me, but oh well. When it was her turn they asked her what camp she went to, and she’s embarrassed by the name of her camp.
Emily: Camp Big-Canoe. -.-
Rei: XDDD
Emily: Shut up, Sabi! XDD

After that we had a hour long prayers ceremony. D8 OMG, that was dull.

Then we learned about our lockers. 8> MC, Alex, and I have lockers 1, 2, and 3 in the basement on the corner so it’s nice and isolated and it won’t get so crowded like everyone else’s. XD Poor Robin has hers upstairs next to the grade ones and twos. She isn’t too pleased about it. 8> Then again, if I were in her place, I wouldn’t be too happy either. XD Maria got hers right next to the gym door. And Emily’s is right next to the drama room door. (Rei: You’re gonna get hit by the door! 8D Emily: Shut up DDD8 )

After that we headed back to the classroom and we got pictures taken of us just for the classroom (I’m not photogenic. Mine is going to look horrible D8 ). And finally after that we got our schedules. You know how I always complained about my horrible spazzy science teacher who throws pots and pans and whatnot? She’s on maternal leave, and she’s been replaced by a teacher called Ms. Savage. XDDDDDDDDD Emily and I could not stop laughing about that. XD As soon as we got our schedules Emily and I were comparing them, writing down which classes we had together. I dropped drama and she dropped art, so our schedules are rather different. I have PE with her, History, Math, Science, English, Computers, and Geography. I’m really upset that I’m not in the same French class as her though. I’m stuck with Mme Bikhit. She’s the worst. Everyone hates her, and she’s incredibly strict. If you’re late coming to class, the whole French class has to stay behind after school with you. If you forget a book, you get detention. Man, even Cruton (Mme Crouteau) was better than that! x_X With Emma I think I have art with her, and with Sonja I know for sure that we both have to suffer through the same French classes. So we’ll see.
