So...i suppose i should change this. lol! Well, i'm in school now and i'm really loving my classes and the campus and being able to hang out with some good old friends more! I got my license and have a car! Life is going quite well. Next thing i REALLY need is a job! So i need to get jumpin on that.
I'm taking a digital photo class, which is pretty intense. It's definitly making me work hard for my pics and there are a LOT of changes and improvements to be made. I've finally decided to try to major in photojournalism. It'll be perfect for me!
Hmm..what else? Ah, i'd love to do some traveling this year. It's possible (but very very unlikely) that i'll be able to go to Australia for a weekend or so. Also i may go to China with school, but i'm not sure about that either. I will be going to England over summer though to visit my boyfriends family, it's likely that we'll get engaged there. Again, money is an issue with most of this.
Also i have a goal..i mean...a BIG GOAL and that is for someone to buy one of my prints by the end of the year. So we'll see! Ha ha! This will definitely be a year of growing, learning, and exploring!

Well all of my summer adventures are coming to an end. And now everything is coming at me super fast! I still have classes to register for, find a job, and get my license! I'm not wanting to go to college, never really have, but i'm sure it's better for me. Definitely not looking forward to this year, but i've just gotta make the best of it. I think the only thing that will help me survive the year is that i'm going to England next summer, and my friends of course! So far the only class i'm registered for is a photography class. So my photography should be improving as the year goes on...at least i hope it will. ha ha! Well...that's the update! ^^

Hey everybody! I'm not quite sure if anyone reads these things anyways, but i'm just gonna fill you in on my summer! Right now i am in Oregon and i'm half way through my week long vacation here. Me and my mom are visiting an old friend of mine. I absoloutly LOVE it here! And i'm hoping to move here and settle down, have a couple kids, and whatnot sometime in the future.I have brought my camera along with me, and this is my first "camera adventure" and i hope there will be many more! I'm starting this..series...i guess. Called Breakfast with Diana. And i'm trying to venture out more and do something out of the norm for me. Even though i have passed up many photo opportunities throughout the days, i'm really happy and feeling confident with what i do have! The zoo was fun too! YAY! Well anyways, i feel like i'm ranting. I'll upload some of the new pics in a week or so! I hope everyones days are going just as well as mine are!

~KB

ps. i'm buying a tea pot! Woo hoo! <3

There are many ways that I would like to impact this world, though I may never cure cancer and I may never feed a third-world country. But I believe that we are all meant to do something great.
It has always been my dream to travel, go places, and explore the world that God has created. I long to connect with other people, and as I grew up I realized that I not only wanted to connect with them, but to help them. I want to feed and nurture the world with love and selfless giving. Being able to change the world may be too much for me to handle, but to change a life can be done without even realizing it.
As humans, we long to do something of remembrance. We want our names in books, our faces on the television, and to be able to leave this life with a sense of accomplishment. A lot of times we dream big, and reach far beyond what we think we could do. Yet, somewhere along the way we gave up. We chose to settle for less instead of chasing an impossible dream. But who said we should give up? Who said we weren’t meant to do something great? In life we all make choices, some big and some small. But every choice we make could take us somewhere we never dreamed of going.
Granted, we may never reach our ultimate goal. But the journey of getting there could open up our lives to so many possibilities. We may end up changing a life with just one word, or conquering the world with just one small act of faith.
So, my dearest friends, dream big. Let your heart guide you to do whatever you’d like to do. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, and keep your head up through life’s struggles. By following and believing in our dreams, we can find self-fulfillment. We were all meant to do something great, so go find your place in this world, and keep believing.

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
