In light of recent events, I have decided that I will start a PROJECT, dedicated to everyone who likes my bases. This account is a little empty, as I'm sure you'll agree.

So! There are thirteen weeks until the end of the year, and my goal is to create and post at least one new base per week until New Years 2010.

I think this is a reasonable goal. Consider it a reverse New Years Resolution. I will do my best to update this journal with each new base as I finish it.

WEEK 01: THE GENERAL - In progress! This will be an expansion on the human figure in my LOLARMY base, with different poses and expressions.

For starters, here are my rules. You have my permission to use my bases, provided that:
      You do not redistribute them.
      And that you post a link to when you post a work done on one of my bases.
I also reserve the right to revoke this permission at any time.

My rules could be a lot more restrictive. For example: I could disallow all commercial use of my work, or disallow edits of any form.

Now for the complicated part: The rules on a base can be considered a license giving you permission to use the work. You are not entitled to use a base just because it is posted on the internet. Think of bases like a stock image, you are given license to use the base or stock image for the purposes outlined and not for anything else.

The rules are there to protect the copyright of the artist; they are not there to ruin your day or to demand anything of you other than what is stated.

Just recently we all discovered that a friend of ours, was in a terrible car accident in October, which was had her in the hospital with no muscle control and no ability to speak.

COMMISSIONS FOR GLORY
I will be offering pixel art commissions to help raise money for the trust to help pay for her medical bills, please note me if you would like one!

$10 will get you a custom pixel doll of any character of your choice. All of my work is baseless, so everything you commission will be unique.

$10 will also get you a custom base, for your own personal use, in any pose you can think of. I'll work with you until it's exactly what you want. Ever thought it would be really cool if I did a base like such-and-such? Now's your chance. ^_^

I'm also willing to offer sketch commissions, and vector commissions, if anyone would like those. Prices to come.

I have supplies! Including, but not limited to, blankets, pillows, couch cushions, kitchen chairs, safety pins, yarn, knitting needles, big paper clips (the big black ones, with the bendy bits for added bite-y quality), a coffee table, an ottoman, two TV trays, an ironing board, a treadmill, books for reading and/or weighing corners of the fort down, various series of TV shows on DVD (House MD, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, 24, Samurai Troopers [I sold half my soul for this dvd set. ], Gundam Wing, Ninja Scroll, Saiyuki, Nadesico, and Sailor Moon), four and a half two litres of soda, chips, cookies, and a rocking chair.

I have made a blueprint, trials will tell whether or not the plan is workable. Blueprint does not includ treadmill or rocking chair, but I suspect I could work them in if I tried hard enough.

Building begins at 9 am sharp, or whenever mum leaves for work. Whichever comes first.
