Lately, there has been a lot of ing art from our gallery, and for that I'd like to clear up one thing.

~robin-x-raven is a club. Therefore, adding gallery entries to your favorites, whether you are a member or not, is not allowed.

I know this seems like such a petty thing, but this rule is not without reason - doing this takes away the credit of the work from the original artist. The links to the original works are provided; please, please, PLEASE use them. I added a small note about this in the previous journal, but no one seemed to take heed... If you know anyone who's doing this and does not know, please inform them immediately.

Where's everyone gone off to? Activity has been really low recently. ~Queen-of-the-Saps and I would really like to restore the club to its former state, but to do that we need a lot of help from you guys. In the end, the members have the final say, so...

Anyway, down to business. We've decided to start another contest, starting today. I know it's really, really late - for which I apologize most sincerely. I'll even grovel if you so wish - but it'd be nice if everyone gave applause to ~Murof, the most recent winner. The theme is Photo Booth. This should be interesting.

To enter, you must submit a piece of artwork consistent with the theme, with a minimum of two panels and a maximum of 5 to 6.

Wow. It's February. Where I am, it's been raining from 11 pm until about 8.30 am, and the school's bound to be flooded.

Congratulations to ~Vanillakittens for being the winner of last month's contest! As always, the winner chooses the next theme, and this month's is... guess?

It's 'medieval'. So you get to draw (or write) Robin and Raven according to how you think they would look like in the Middle Ages. This should be interesting. It's the start of a new year, so ~ShadowsOfNightfall and I thought we would start off 2009 with something new. You might have noticed the lack of activity going on with the club. Well, the two of us came up with something that should help. We are going to leave a journal up for Robin and / or Raven outlines since not every member can draw. This way, those who cannot draw can color the outlines in any way they want in programs such as Paint to even Photoshop or anything in-between. Sounds fun, right? All the outlines will be posted as a deviation and also be listed with a link under three sections: “Robin”, “Raven”, or “Group”. As shown, you can have either just Robin or Raven or in “Group” you can have anyone you want in the group picture as long as you have either Robin or Raven or both if you prefer. Please keep in mind that we will not post mature content or any other shippings besides Robin and Raven. Also, we have decided to keep the outlines anonymous. So the artist's comments on the outlines in the club gallery will be a bit different than regular deviations.

Dear members of the ~robin-x-raven fanclub,

I am sorry I have not been able to take care of this club like I had been for the years I have been co-manager and then alone as manager. I can barely keep up with my own account, not too mention four other clubs. I realize I am not up to the task to bring this club back to the way it was and keep it there. Don’t worry, I’m not shutting down the club. I am merely giving up my position and giving it to someone much more capable than myself. I don’t know who, yet. I would like for you guys to decide the same way you did when I was elected.

For all those who are interested in possibly becoming the club’s manager or co-manager, please write a resume about why you want to do it and why you think you can do it and send it in a note to the club. (Do NOT write it in a comment. Any resumes written in a comment will be disregarded.) The resume doesn’t have to be long. It can be only a few sentences; it’s up to you. But please no more than a couple paragraphs. And, if you don’t feel like you can do it alone, please write that in a separate part of the note and I'll work on getting you a co-manager. And don't worry, I won’t post that as part of your resume.

To make sure this election won’t be a popularity contest, I’ll post the resumes in a journal accompanied with a number and not a name. To vote, just put the number of the resume you think should have the position in a comment. And to reassure all those who are considering the position; I will leave a detailed description about how the club should be run and what to do in different situations to the winner(s) of the election. Hey, it looks like I’ll actually be able to post this on time! Yay! I am leaving today for a long weekend and wasn’t sure if this was going to make it up today or not. Anyway, I’ll keep this short and sweet. I would like everyone to congratulate ~InuKa-RR-Hijinkessou for winning last month’s contest! It is now our featured deviation on the club’s front page. And, another prize for winning the contest, she gets to pick the theme for the May-June contest! The theme she has chosen for us is “gender bender”. If you don’t know the terminology, it is when you draw Robin as a girl and Raven as a boy. Kinda weird, huh? But it is pretty popular here on dA and more fun than I thought it would be. The only thing I find hard is making Robin’s hair girly. . .

And for clarification, Robin and Raven aren’t just dressed as the opposite gender, they are the opposite gender. You can give them new names (superhero or civilian) and do most anything you want. Once again, I’m sorry everyone. I left this club alone for way too long. Well, everyone, I am going to apologize for letting the club go for about a month or so. Whether or not you forgive me is up to you. I have never been away from my clubs for such a long time before. . . I do have some excuses, however. I was not neglecting you, this club, or this past contest. I have been out of the state for a while with only dial-up to check my mail once or twice. Then when I got back I found out we were having internet issues; especially with my computer. I finally got a stable connection and I am back to work at catching up. And about this past contest: I must've chosen a lousy theme because nobody sent an entry So I'll choose another one for this month. I will have the contest journal up either tonight or as soon as I can tomorrow. We'll that's about it. I still have to go through a few notes and put up some deviations. Welcome back everyone! Did you all have a spectacular winter vacation whether snowing or not? I had a fun time, even though it didn't snow here in Texas, USA. I only remember it snowing on Christmas Eve 2004. Myself and some of my female relatives had just gotten out of the movie theater (we were seeing "Catwoman") and it was snowing! It was a slight flurry, but it was more than I expected in such a warm place; the climate down here is very similar to Florida's.

Anyway, enough about my snowless winter, let's get down to business. Our last contest had a theme of "fanfiction" which was chosen by the winner of the Spetemeber-October contest, ~InuKa-RR-Hijinkessou. We had four wonderful fanfiction entries for this contest. I hope you enjoyed reading them. And now onto the winner of the contest, which I am sure you all want to know. The winner is. . . Wait a minute. This can't be right! The winner is. . . me. How odd is that? I enter almost every contest and I think this is the only one I won in 2007. Last but not least, right? So the winner is #1. Teen Titans - "Moon Gazing" by ~Queen-of-the-Saps Thank you all for voting! We're all trying to keep this club alive even though the show has been canceled.

And now onto the next theme. I think I'll go with "dreams". What do Robin and Raven dream about? What kind of dreams would they have? Sad dreams? Happy dreams? Horror dreams? Funny dreams? You decide. And for clarification, you do not have to have two separate dreams. You can have a drawing with Robin dreaming of Raven doing something or vice versa. Or you can have just the dream, itself, and no one knows who is dreaming and who is a figment of the other's imagination.

BOTH Robin and Raven must be included in the entry.

Only one entry allowed per deviant.

There can be other Titans in your deviation, but the only love interest can be between Robin and Raven. Not even one-sided interest is allowed.

I have been informed of a Teen Titans petition to save season six and (hopefully) future seasons. I know we all would like to have a number of questions answered. The petition stated several obvious ones that most of us died over with the last episode of season five. Here are the more vital questions:

How did Terra come back to life?
Does she remember anything?
What happened to the Doom Patrol?
What happened to Red Star?
Did he stay in space?
What about Kole, Argent, Jericho, Ganark, and other honorary Titans along with Titans East?
Who is Red X?
Who is Robin going out with? (We already know the answer to that one, though. *wink, wink*)
Is slade finally dead? (He has only come back to life about 3 times. . .)
Do the titans really break up?
What happened to Malchior/Rorek?
Is Trigon really dead?
And what happened to Arella?
Has everybody had enough of the questions?

Hey, everyone! How are you all doing? It's winter break for most of us in school and most of you in the work force have some days off, as well. So are you enjoying your time off? I am! And with the end of the year approaching fast, believe it or not, our final contest (for the year) is coming to a close. With only having six contests this year, time has gone by fast, wouldn't you agree? Anyways, our contest theme was simply "fanfiction". Fanfiction is very popular among fans and fanatics of different shows, games, books, etc., so I'm glad ~InuKa-RR-Hijinkessou picked it to give all you writers out there a chance to participate in the contest, if drawing isn't your forte.

Oh, my goodness! I am so sorry, everyone! I missed the deadline by a day. . . It’s November 2nd, now, and I am just now writing and putting up this journal. I feel so bad! I don’t think this has ever happened before. And I have a lousy excuse, too. I totally forgot what day it was yesterday other than Thursday. Isn’t that horrible?! I cannot believe how stupid I was to forget something like that XP But forget about what I did wrong (please); it’s time to talk about contest stuff.

As you likely know, the last contest didn’t have many entries; so it wasn’t too hard to decide which one of two you liked best. The theme was based on “Can’t Fight the Moonlight” by LeAnn Rimes. The two entries were from ~InuKa-RR-Hijinkessou and myself, ~Queen-of-the-Saps. The votes were pretty much unanimous. So, the appointed time has come. *Drumroll* The winner of the September-October Contest is. . . #2. Can't Fight The Moonlight by ~InuKa-RR-Hijinkessou! Congrats, ~InuKa-RR-Hijinkessou!!

Wow! That last contest was a blast, wasn't it? Eight wonderful anime-ish entries, lots of votes, and two months of fun! But all good things must come to an end, right? And that just means we have to start all over again. . . with another contest! Yup, another contest. But before we can get to that, we have to announce the May-June Robin-x-Raven Contest winner. Hey, everyone! How have the past two months been? Yeah, two months. Can you believe it? I don't know about you, but it feels just plain strange to me! Oh, well. I should get used to it by the end of the year and then we'll probably be back to one-month contests. . . XP It just figures, doesn't it?

Anyway, this first two-month contest we had was definitely a success. The voting was very close and competitive, I'd say. For a while it was neck and neck between entries #2 and #5. And now you want to know who won, right? Okay, the winner is: #2 Birds of a Feather. . . by ~Neptune47 So congrats ~Neptune47!! And thanks to everyone who voted. We here at the ~robin-x-raven club appreciate it a lot.

Well, onto the next contest! ~Neptune47 has chosen the next theme: "So Far Away". Once again, this is more of an interpretation contest. It's how you want to use the theme. Your entry can be angsty or hopeful; it's all up to you! I can see some creativity coming from this one. . .

Can you believe it? Yeah, it's that time already. It seems like we just started this contest and now, two months later, it's time to start the voting process! Howdy, everyone! How was your winter break this past year? I'm sure it was a blast no matter what you celebrate or if you celebrate anything at all! It's about a week after New Year's, now. So sorry for the delay, but at least it wasn't too long. We will try to end the contests a little before the end of the second month so we have time to contact the winner and write the journals. That way we can ideally get them up on the 1st like we did last year. It could have been a lot worse. We did, however, get the new theme relatively quickly from the winner of the December Contest. And that brings us to the announcement of the winner, now, doesn't it? Anywho, the winner is ~Robin-Raven with the entry "Im never cold when Im with u"! Congratulations, ~Robin-Raven!!

And as the winner of the December Contest, ~Robin-Raven gets to decide the January-February Contest as before stated. And as the theme, ~Robin-Raven has picked "Two Birds of a Feather". I feel like an idiot. Not only did I forget to check the club's notes and such after I got back from Japan on Friday(?), but I also forgot that duh! it's the end of the month - which means it is time for the contest voting! So, I'm very sorry ~kiwifairy! I didn't get to her entry until just now. And also, I'm afraid we can't extend the deadline for voting, so hopefully you get this in time.

Let's talk about something other than my unfortunate jet lag. . . We have two very wonderful entries this winter-y month (for those in the northern hemisphere). I know it must have been hard to find the time to create such beautiful pieces of art because of the Holidays and New Years (or whatever you celebrate). I know the time is hectic to find and purchase the last minute presents and decorations (and even for you post-Christmas deal shoppers). So, hopefully, everyone can buy out a minute to look at these two entries by ~Robin-Raven and ~kiwifairy and vote. As for those two, please have in mind which contest theme you would like January to have. Once again, I'll post the previous contest themes so we don't have a repeat. We will note the winner to tell them that they won. So please note us back with the theme and ~Shadow-whisper and I will get to work on the journal and have it up asap.

Another thing: the next contest will actually be a January/February contest. It will start as soon as we get the journal up and end in mid-February. The voting time will still be approximately a week, and hopefully we will get the next contest up as close to March first as possible. This is going to be fun, and I hope I explained it well enough. Can you believe it?! We had a whopping *SIX* entries last month!! That, my fellow members, is a great accomplishment. I guess my idea wasn't so bad after all. . . It's a shame my picture didn't make it in time. I wouldn't have won with my cruddy drawing, but it woulda been fun just for the heck of it. ‘Cuz that's what these contests are all about; having fun and being happy with the effort you put into your entry. It's a shame you can only vote for one. . . otherwise I would vote for them all! Anyways, enough ranting. It's that time again. The time you have all awaited for; the winner to the November ~robin-x-raven contest! So here we go; and the winner is; 3. .:Listen to Your Heart:. by ~the-fallen-raven13! Congratulations ~the-fallen-raven13!!

Well, we have to get on with the show, now, don't we? The next theme for the December contest is "Winter Wonderland". Now this topic is very vague. It can be anything from the Titans making snowmen to Raven and Robin having a very advanced snowball fight (using telekinetic powers and smoke bombs) or anywhere else your imagination takes you.

Now, another important note; the month of December is the last month that ~Shadow-whisper and I will be choosing the themes for an entire year. The winner of this contest will decide the theme for the January/February contest. Yes, the next contest will be two months instead of one. It will be that way the entire year of 2007. So, there will be six contests next year instead of twelve. If you plan on entering this contest, please think of what theme you would like to do to start off the new year. Is it just me or are the months going by faster and faster? Yes, there were thirty-one days in October, but it seemed to go by so much faster than that! It went by so fast that I didn't even get an entry in. Anyway, this past month's contest had three wonderful entries, and I'm sure you are all anxious to hear the results! And the winner is. . . Swan Lake by ~MrsSakuraPotter! Congratulations, ~MrsSakuraPotter!! We loved your beautiful illustration as well as the other two by ~sorarocksmysocks and ~athena12. Well done, everyone. We hope to see more entries for this next contest, especially since it can be interpreted in many ways.

For the November contest we are trying something new. We have listed fifteen songs with the link to the lyrics. The objective is to take either the theme or select lines from the song and have a Robin-x-Raven scene along those lines. Don't worry, it isn't as hard as it sounds! And it doesn't have to be lovey dovey since I tried to list songs of different genres. Some examples are Robin and Raven dancing to "strike a pose" in Madonna's "Vogue". Of course, that isn't one of the options, but you get the idea. Or another one is having Robin and Raven holding hands or having a "moment" to the lyrics "I'm the one you chose. Out of all the people; you wanted me the most" in No Doubt's "Running". Those two examples are pretty cutesy, but what did you expect? I am ~Queen-of-the-Saps, after all. I hope this gets the ball rolling for you all. And I tried to keep the songs to popular ones that most people have heard of, and most of them are pretty recent.

One more thing before we list the songs. ~Shadow-whisper and I have discussed this and decided that this month and December are the last two months where we will direct the contests. The December winner will announce the first theme of the new year, and each winner in 2007 will have the same privilege. So think about it. What would you like to do? We will still write the journals and everything, so don't sweat it. This might mean cutting the time a bit for submissions or extending the contest to two months instead of one. ~Shadow-whisper and I will have the details in our December contest journal.

Wow, was everyone as psyched about the last contest as I was? Eight entries, can you believe it! All the entries were so cool. And so much variety. . . from classic anime to music videos to movies and everywhere inbetween. I am just so excited about it! And I’m sure you’re all as excited, if not more, about the results. Okay, the winner of the September Robin-x-Raven Contest is. . . *drumroll* ~kiwifairy’s RxR: Call Me When You're Sober!! Congrats, ~kiwifairy! We all enjoyed the Evanescence tint to the Rob-x-Rae relationship. Although, I don’t see Robin being as much as a creep as the guy in the music video was. . . or am I the only one who thought that he was creepy? I dunno. . . He was definitely quite a looker, however.

Anyways, the October Robin-x-Raven Contest is already upon us. While most clubs are doing a Halloween horror contest - or at least some type of dressing up - we thought we would do the same thing; only differently. *Did that even make sense?* We are doing a Fairy Tale or Fantasy themed contest for October. This is a contest where at least Robin and Raven are dressed up as someone or something else for a Halloween contest/party as one possibility. Another one is to have Robin and Raven as the actual person or creature you want to make them to be. For example, you could have a deviation of Raven as Thumbelina with Robin as the fairy prince Cornelius. See? That would not be cosplay like in a contest, but, instead, that would be like a story about Robin and Raven. I hope that makes sense. . . Oh, well. It doesn’t matter which one you do, or even if you come up with a totally different idea. The idea is to have fun with this and be creative.

There has been the question on whether or not to have Robin and Raven in their Titan uniforms or in the costumes of the characters they are playing. =Shadow-whisper and I have discussed it and we have decided that “Robin” and “Raven” are technically not the characters that are in the scene but rather others that are played by Robin and Raven. Just as an actor/actress will don the outfit and personality of the character they are playing, Robin and Raven will do the same. If the scene is in a book or very complex, they do not have to be the same to the very detail. Rather, they should be closely related. For those who have already started their entries, I apologize for the delayed response. We will let you enter the deviation as long as they are not in their Titan uniform. Wow, out of the past few contests, I’d have to say August took the cake! We had six very, very, very well-done masterpieces that must have taken serious effort. When =Shadow-whisper and I came up with the “Priceless” idea, we weren’t sure if it would hit the interest of our members very well. I guess it was good we did include it! Everyone had fun with this, and although I wasn’t able to complete mine, I had a good time reading others’. Some were rather humorous and others made you go “awww. . .”. And, as the Queen of the Saps, we all know I loved that!

Anyway, back on track, it was a difficult decision from all the different votes and some were butting heads in competition, but we finally have a winner; ~mystic-Portal with Priceless! Congratulations, ~mystic-Portal!! We all enjoyed your deviation, and all look forward for more to come

And, without further ado (or maybe not too much ), the next contest will require a little more thought, but hopefully will be as much fun, if not more! We've had a bit of a problem. Our members list was somehow cut from members with names beginning with P-Z. A few "P" members remain on there (as does a newly added "R" member), but that's all. They are ~pandagirl100, ~PellNell, ~phantomgirl628, ~pnaybabygurl and ~rae12.

Release those two keys and then type in your name in the box or line that comes up, and (depending on what browser you’re using) hit they Enter key, the “Find Next” button, etc. Your name should then be highlighted on the page, once. Well, it seems that our July Contest winner was The Red String of Fate by ~Queen-of-the-Saps! Congratulations ~Queen-of-the-Saps! All of the entries were wonderful, and I can't imagine how much time and effort were put in to each of them (especially since they had to be comics this time around!). Great submissions, guys!

Now, on to the August contest! The theme for this contest is "Priceless". I'm sure most people have seen the credit card commercials with the priceless theme, and that's basically what this is. This is almost like a comic again, but not quite.

You don't have to have more than one image in your entry, but can (and there's nothing wrong with that ). As an example to what this is, you can have Robin and Raven on a vacation or two and it would go something like this:

"A trip to Hawaii? - $5,000.00; A Caribbean cruise? $2,500.00; Spending time with the one you love? - Priceless"

And you could draw up an image for each of those, or just draw the "priceless" one. You need to have the writing in there, though, and you should have at least three lines, including the priceless line. Be creative with it!

So, the rules:

There must be three text lines, including the "priceless" line.

There must be at least one image, and it should be the "priceless" one.

Robin and Raven must be the main pairing and neither can be involved in another pairing. Other Titans can be present though, as can other romances not involving Robin or Raven.

Only one entry per person.

No mature content.

Friday, August 25^th will be the last day you can submit entries.

Wouldya look at that? June just got up and left out the back door. Without a sound or anything. It’s just . . . gone. Even though the month went by quickly, we got really good entries this time! Well, I’m sure you’re all wondering who won, so I might as well tell you. It is actually a tie between Bad Date by ~the-fallen-raven13 and TT: Dick and Raven by ~kiwifairy. I would like to congratulate both ~the-fallen-raven13 and ~kiwifairy for winning the June ~robin-x-raven contest! Since it is a tie, we will have “Bad Date” as the featured deviation for half of July and “TT: Dick and Raven” for the other half. I would also like to thank all the other participants for working so hard on their entries. We appreciate how much work members put into these deviations.

Well, now it is time to reveal the July Robin-x-Raven contest. This month we are holding a special kind of contest. . . it is fairly broad in topic. You can have any genre of deviation you want; humor, romance, horror, angst, etc. The only catch is that it has to be in a comic strip format. Yes, you need to have the boxes. I know it can be laborious at times (depending on what program you are using or even by hand), but since there are five weekends this month, we thought that there should be enough time to contemplate and create any kind of comic strip you wish.

There are a few rules, though, that you should pay special attention to;

There must be at least one box in your deviation additional to the main picture.

There can only be one entry, or deviation, per person. Extended stories are not permitted, sorry. . .

There can be other titans in your pictures, but the only love interest can be between Robin and Raven. Not even one-sided interest is allowed.

No mature content, please.

Must include BOTH Robin and Raven.

Yea!! Today is June 25th!! You know what that means! *crickets chirping* Okay, today is the first day of voting!! We have five wonderful entries this month. So choose wisely. On your mark, get set, oh just vote already!

Okay, okay. So maybe the Nightwing-x-Raven thing was a little hard. I’ll admit that Nightwing is one of the hardest Teen Titans character that I have ever had to draw. Yes, I tried to create an entry, but ended up throwing it away because Nightwing looked so absolutely hideous.

So, once again, I would like to congratulate ~AnnDarknessGoddess on her wonderful achievement in drawing Nightwing— I mean, excellent artwork that won the May Contest.

This month the ~robin-x-raven club is doing a much broader topic, and easier, as well. As popular as it is to have the Titans in their costumes when we draw them, there is also a large amount of deviations that have the Titans cast in civvies. But, of course, the Titans lounging around in civvies is not what this contest is about. The contest is “AU”, or “Alternate Universe”. Basically, it is about the Titans (namely Robin and Raven) as civilians. Of course, if they are “ordinary” citizens or not is up to you See? This can be fun!

Wow. March faded away pretty quickly, now, didn’t it? I guess it was because we were late this month. As you all know, this past month the ~robin-x-raven club held a contest. The challenge was to somehow use at least one of the following objects in your picture that had both Robin and Raven in it; Banjo, Batman Boxers, Candy Hearts, Chef’s Hat, Chess Board, Coconut Bra, Green Alien, Kitten, Make Up (Kit), Pineapple, Pink Rear View Mirror Dice, Pink Ribbon, Sombrero, Stuffed Beast Boy Doll, and/or a Wonka Bar. We have five very well-done entries in this contest that you will fight ove— I mean, vote over to determine who will be the winner and the Featured Deviation for the ~robin-x-raven club.

While most clubs did some sort of event for Valentine’s Day or February in general, we kinda skimped out. I would like to congratulate all the members of the Robin-x-Raven club for contributing to our deviation gallery! We now have *one hundred* total, and I think that is something to be proud about. I apologize for the delay in this journal; I hadn't had the time to update. Sorry!

On to the voting.

Anyone who is a member of the club can vote, even if your application is up here. You can vote for yourself if you want to!

Only five applications were received, so there's only five choices to choose from.

Just read through them all, and based on the information given, choose who you think would make a good manager. There are no names, just numbers. This means more fans sending notes wanting to join, more deviations being sent to be posted via Robin-x-Raven, more comments to respond to, more questions to answer, etc. You can see how quickly this can pile up in the message box. That is why a co-manager is needed to help relieve some of the work.

I have been a Teen Titans fan ever since it came out and after only a few episodes a Robin-x-Raven fan, as well. It has grown and grown to the point of being the fanatic I am today. I have seen every episode several times, own many action figures, I am currently trying to break my obsession over Robin-x-Raven fanfiction, I draw Teen Titans - especially Robin or Raven, and all in all I am a complete Teen Titans nut whose life revolves around Robin and Raven.

I do not have any previous club-managing experience to this, but I would like to change that. I am a student that home schools, so I will have free time to manage the club and do the various club-handling responsibilities that are needed. I would also like to come up with the different ideas for contests, how to promote the club, and the such. I am not asking you to vote for me. I am asking you to pick who you believe will be the right choice. So whether or not I become co-manager doesn’t matter as long as someone capable gets the job. Thank you for your time."

~Queen-of-the-Saps fixed the problem I had initially had with voting. I'm glad she did, so now we can get the selection underway!

To all those that applied (there's still time left!), I need you to write why you would be a good manager, how it would help, and why you want to be the manager. Please don't write out names of other clubs you run. If you can't think of how it would help, just list off some good qualities about yourself, or just take your time and let it come to you. There's no rush, so take your time and write it well.

Also, send what you wrote to the club through a note. Do not comment on this journal entry with what your saying about yourself.

And please, do not inform anyone else as to what your comment about yourself is.

What will be doing is listing the comments, but with no names, and having the members vote.

We'll start the voting on February 4^th, 2006, so that's when applications will no longer be accepted.

Members, your help is really needed.

I'm curious if you all would feel better being able to choose or vote for who you wish to be the manager. It was suggested, and it's honestly the only way I can think of this working, other than me deciding myself.

Again, this is really the only option I can see working. A third option is drawing names from a hat, which is completely unfair. I don't want to decide myself, because that doesn't seem entirely fair, unless I got approved from you all.

My only fear for voting is that it turns in to a popularity contest (which is almost unavoidable) in which people just vote for their friends, and not really who they think would be really good at the position, even if they don't have friends in this club.

Then again, I'm pretty sure this isn't the hardest thing in the world to do.

So, voice yourself here. If I don't receive much response, I'll probably just end up going with voting, and hoping for the best. I suppose it doesn't matter too much.

You guys decide.

No, no co-manager has been chosen yet. It's going to be tough to choose though, because of how many great people applied! Thanks all of you for your interest in being the co-manager.

Now, this doesn't mean more people can't apply. There's still time, so if you want to, all you'll have to do is either note the club, or leave a comment on this journal.

Anyway, the purpose of this journal is because people asked what would they be doing. Heh, I forgot the most important part!

Basically, you would be doing everything, probably alternating days with myself. We would figure out the best arrangement for that, though. What it requires is submitting works to the club, welcoming new members, answering notes, writing journals, etc. Heck, you can even think of your own ways to promote the club, the show/comic, gain more members, contest ideas, etc. But you don't even really need to be a co-manager to do that.

Again, thanks all for applying! I'm still decided how to go about actually choosing the co-manager, but if you have an idea, please send a note to the club with how you think would be a good idea to go about it.

There's no requirements, other than having the time and dedication to help manage the club. I would prefer it if you weren't already managing many other clubs, but if you are, please note me their names so I can see your current performance.

Or, if you aren't up to it, you can recommend someone. If you feel as though someone you know would do a great job, shout it out and I'll talk to them about it.

So, if you want to do it, or can think of someone else who you think would be good at it, either comment on this journal saying so, or note the club.
