Ok everybody, I know I am really only here half the time, but so what. I guess I should explain what I've been doing since the last time I actually was here:

For those that don't know or rather those that still can't believe my actions here's a quick recap of the past few months I've been off.

1) I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND!!!
Even though I'm still a little stunned myself it is indeed true. As of Jan. 15 it has been three months since we actually started this relationship together.

2) Haru is my roommate.
So I've heard about this bet that is rumored among our friends, and so far Haru is still alive and I'm remaining calm. So Far that is...

and ...

3) __________________.
I left this area black because I haven't really done much since I left school last Dec. Of course I went home and all but most of the time I was there I played Nutritionist for my grandparents and providing for their general well being. No I ain't complaining, rather rejoicing in fact, I mean they needed me, Not just because I provided for them the best I could, but the seem to get this energy of sheer happiness and actual life when I arrived and dwelled with them over the break. Of course this is enough justification to provide its own numbered slot in the things I did since I last wrote; however, I left it blank for not the symbolism of things that occurred but rather to symbolize the things that may occur if things remain the same. (AHH! the whole Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come thing!!)

So Now What?

For now, umm..., I guess I'll just have to keep moving forward.

the 1st player of this "game" starts with the topic "6 weird habits/things/hates/likes about yourself" and people who get tagged MUST write a journal about their 6 weird habits/things/hates/likes as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you are tagged" in their devpage comments and tell them to read yours.

Well, I'm back to normal for the most part (guess that trip in the snowy wilderness of the upper part of Wysconsin helped; sorry can't spell right now).

Plus, I want to give a warm and glorious shout out to my pals and fellow DA's, ~Sain-Nayuakuioa and ~moondroplet, on their marriage and I wish them the best with joyious blessing abounding them in the days ahead.

Ok, well with all that said, I will get back to the matters at hand. Over the last few weeks I have been losing my mind over the amount of stress I was feeling with the end of the school simester, going home to the manner of life back here, the preparation to go on the trip, and the dealing of my personal issues I have to deal with every day (I ain't telling you what they are, so deal with it.) So anyway, I went on the trip, had a good time, and actually relaxed, I mean relaxed, in the timelessness in God's glorious creation. I began to ponder the shear vastness of the beauty that I looked upon, and was amazed at the reality that even when I walked in the bogs (both in the realms of life and my spirital growth) God was with me and help me to push forward to make it to the glorious trails that lead are way to the campsite for that night. As I recall, there were days I truly wanted to give up, because it seemed like we were lost and could not find the correct way we needed to go. I know I really didn't need to know excatly where we were going during those time ,but I wish I had a little more detail during those times as well.

Anyway, before I start rambaling on about the truths I learned through out the entire tirp, I just want to say that Christmas was good at my house (smaller than normal, but it was still good nevertheless) my sister and her boyfriend (actually on good terms, praise the Lord for that) came for Christmas as well as my mom (she's doing.....better.) and my grandma (actually in good spirits due to Christmas) came with me to Christmas Eve service up at my church. Oh, how I wish every day was this past Christmas!

Well I could continue on how my life has been over this past few weeks, but if you,the reader, want to here more about my tales you will just have to ask me yourself. Sorry , but "those are the breaks" as many people tend to say. Until next entry, See yah!

1) I'm thankful for having Jesus Christ as my personial Saviour and Lord,

2) I'm thankful for being alive,

3) I'm thankful for God allowing me to have the family and friends that I do,

4) I'm thankful for being born in this blessed country of America. ( Glory be to God Almighty, Faithful and True, Everlasting Father),

Ok, so it's very late or very early depending on who you ask, and I just had two French Vinella Capacinoes about four hours ago. Therefore, I'm rather wired and can't fall alseep.
Go figure!
To counteract this effect and make me sleepy again, I so far have:
~1) watched the dumbest cartoon, in my oppinion, Shinzo.
~2) remoded my white deck, yet again.
~3) burned the Newsboy's "Shine" album to my computer.
~4) played the entire collection of all the classical music in my keep, and the collection is very, very, very, very long.
~5) ate about 1/3 pound of salted, roasted shelled peanuts just to remove the effects of the caffine from my bloodstream.
~6) read to owner's manual on my TI-84 calculater once through.
~7) sat listening to my housemate's playlist playing for the last hour, and the playlist is on repeat and is rather short.
And finally
~8) had enough time to write this journal entry.
So if I'm lucky enough, I could try to sleep now. But that means that I will be asleep until tommorrow, 10/15/06.
Until then. {Peace in Christ.}

Subject: The Whipping

Tough teaching assignment!!!!

<;>THE WHIPPING

There was a school with a class of students, that no teacher had been
able to handle. Two or three teachers had been run off, from this school, <;>in one year, by the unruly students.

A young man, just out of college, heard about the class and applied to
the school. The principal asked the young man, "Do you know what you
<;>are asking for?" "No one else has been able to handle these students." "You <;>are just asking for a terrible beating."

After a few moments of silent prayer, the young man looked at the
principal and said, "Sir, with your consent, I accept the challenge, just <;>give me a trial basis."

The next morning the young man stood before the class. <;>I can't do it by myself, I must have your help."

One big boy, they called Big Tom, in the back of the room, whispered to his buddies, "I won't need any help, <;>would allow the students to make up the rules and that he would list <;>them on the blackboard. This was certainly different, the students <;>thought! One young man suggested, "NO STEALING." Another one <;>shouted, "BE ON TIME FOR CLASS."

Pretty soon they had 10 rules listed on the board. The teacher then
asked the class what the punishment should be
He said to the class, "Young people, I came here today to conduct school, but I realize I can lick that little bird all by
myself."

The young teacher told the class if they were to have school,
there would have to be some rules to go by. He also added that he for breaking these rules.

<;>"Rules are no good unless they are enforced," he said. Someone in the <;>class suggested that if the rules were broken, they should receive 10 <;>licks <;>with a rod, across their back, with their coat off. The teacher
<;>thought that <;>this was pretty harsh, so he asked the class if they would
<;>stand by this <;> punishment. The class agreed.

Everything went along pretty good for two or three days. Then Big Tom
came in one day very upset. He declared that someone had stolen his
<;>lunch. After talking with the students, they came to the conclusion
<;>that little <;>Timmy had stolen Big Tom's lunch. Someone had seen
<;>little Timmy <;>with Big Tom's lunch!

The teacher called little Timmy up to the front of the room. Little
Timmy admitted he had taken Big Tom's lunch. So the teacher asked
<;>him, <;>"Do you know the punishment?" Little Timmy nodded that he
<;>did. "You <;>must remove your coat," the teacher instructed.

The little fellow had come that day with a great big coat on. Little Timmy said to the teacher, "I am guilty and I am willing to take my punishment, but <;> please don't make me take off my coat. The teacher reminded little <;>Timmy of the rules and punishments and again told him he must <;>remove his coat and take his punishment like a man.

The little fellow started to unbutton that old coat. As he did so, the
teacher saw that he did not have a shirt on under the coat. And even worse, he saw a frail and bony frame hidden beneath that coat. The teacher <;>asked little Timmy why he had come to school without a shirt on. <;>Little Timmy replied, "My daddy's dead and my mother is very poor. <;>I don't have but one shirt, and my mother is washing it today. I wore <;>my big brother's coat, so that I could keep warm."

That young teacher stood and looked at the frail back with the spine
protruding against the skin, with the ribs sticking out. He wondered
<;>how he could lay a rod on that little back, without even a shirt on it.
<;>Still, he knew he must enforce the punishment or the children
<;>would not ever obey the rules. So he drew back to strike little Timmy.

Just then, Big Tom stood up and came down the aisle. He asked, "Is
there anything that says that I can't take little Timmy's whipping for him?"

The teacher thought about it and agreed. With that Big Tom ripped his
coat off and stooped and stood over little Timmy, at the desk. Hesitatingly the teacher began to lay the rod on that big back. But for some strange reason, after only five licks, that old rod just broke in half. The young <;>teacher buried his face in his hands and began to sob.

He heard a commotion and looked up to...
