2. Get grades higher (besides portfolio, art school also look for a 3.0 average)

As for the story, I really want to start off writing about what I know. I dont want to start off writing a real supernatural/fantasy kind of story because for some reason ive been turned off by them. I want to start off with a story about local characters that people can relate to with a little bit of suspense elements. It'll be a drama titled "Get A Life". Most of the main characters are a bunch of freshman that go to community college (No, they are not losers).

It was so stressful getting my books. They dont even have the gov books in stores yet.

For some reason all I can think of right now is Halloween. Maybe its because yesterday when I went to get fabric from Jo anns, they had there halloween decorations put out.

Right now I want to make a steampunk costume and a Maetel costume from galaxy express. I really want to cosplay an old school series. I wonder what I would look like with blond hair. I hope the GE999 manga isnt out of print. I really want to try to order it from amazon.com.

I went to the mall yesterday and I did a marketing survey. I was asked how many movies ive seen in the last 2 months. Then they made me watch a trailer for Max Payne. It to juvenile to me so I was honest and said I wasnt interested in seeing it. I got 2 bucks out of it.

Anyone read Neuromancer by William Gibson. Its an interesting cyberpunk story but im having trouble understanding the jargon.

It makes me mad! Why are there so many mediocre people on DA that only draw anime. If anime didnt exist theyd probbly hate to draw. Im mean for fucks sake, they draw the same looking characters with the same face and body shape. It just looks lazy and too elementary for me.

Normal anime style has been done too many times. Whats wrong with being orginal and having your own style. If you think your good enough to do commisions then you should start putting together a portfolio and try to get into a good art school. Oh wait, you cant because all you draw is anime and thats not DIVERSE enough!!

Im going to write about movies. I saw Wall-E yesterday and I actually liked it. I usually dont like pixar films because theyre to dull for me but I actually liked the message of this one. I love space Sci-fi stories with messages like that.

Theres this other movie I want to see called the spirit that doesnt come out until December.

Theres also gonna be an american live action death note. Most people think theyll probably mess it up. This is probably a stupid idea but I think they should make the characters in it more diverse. I wonder what the shinigami are going to look like.

I have the first 3 pages of my comic drawn. I saw an inking pen at hobby lobbby but its 20 bucks each. I just have to keep drawing and then i'll in the pages. Drawing movement and angles has gotten easier than last year.
