Oh yeah, I guess my website has changed quite a bit since the last time I was active on here. But it's under reconstruction again (although it's still up and viewable). The plan is to have a new version (Version 3) up an running by this summer (2009) ?!??!!

This is the point in my photography journey where I'm slowly starting to develop a style and find topics which I want to focus and continue to improve on.

I finally got a chance to set up a semi-organized photoshoot.
It lasted only about half an hour, but I got a chance to test out some shadowing and lighting techniques.

Here are the few selected photos:









Special thanks to C.L. for lending her body and becoming my first victim of this style .
I think I did quite well for my first time of this type of photography.
C.L. was also very "flexible" and didn't complain too much .

All comments, especially critical, are more than welcome!
I already noticed a few things I could improve on.
Please let me know what you think!

(I will also set up an external gallery including all original images from that shoot - eventually)

PS. This was very significant to me because I finally got to release some of the ideas that have been "trapped" in my head for a while - hence the long ass journal entry .

I'm currently in a process of creating a new website (located at [link] ). It will be a new reorganized and enhanced version of the old one. It will contain more galleries and more photographs of variety of objects, concepts, landscapes etc.

The website should be up and running by the end of December 2005.

I'm very excited about this projects and look forwards to receiving feedback from viewers.

Of course I will "get the word out" as soon as the website is up and running.

I was debating on whether I should stick to some specific types of pictures I should take.

I thought about doing just black and whites, because these usually leave much to the imagination of the viewer.

BUT... I love taking pictures of anything and everything in black and white and in color.

So I can't decide what to do... though my 'style' seems a bit chaotic to me...
