One was a student at my school, the other had graduated two years(?) earlier.
Leigh Anna and Tad were girlfriend and boyfriend, and on their way back from a church event when a drunk driver slammed into their car, causing it to leave the road and burst in flames.

The whole school's been kinda depressed even though I, along with a good deal of other students, did not personally know them, we all feel sad and shocked, quite frankly.

They were here, then gone, and its so hard to beleive that lives were snatched up so quickly.

Then it got me thinking of all those people who've lost a loved one, be it by cancer, an accident, 9/11, just plain getting old and dying, or any sort of inncident.

And about people who've touched lives.

When one of my teachers went to visit the memorial where it happened, the groom and some of the people from the wedding that was occuring nearby ame to pay their respects, even though they didn't know them.

It's hard, but we can find encouragement in the fact that others, who don't even know, care. Have those hurt by loses, such as close family and friends in your thoughts and take a moment of silence every once in a while to honor and remeber those close to you or close to other people who YOU are close to.

And if you know someone who could benefit b knowing someone is praying for them and someone cares, feel free to share this with them.
