UPDATE!!
Last Note Sent To Members...
It's been a while, hasn't it!?

Alright so here is how it's gonna go... we've been having butt kiss for participation lately and it's kind of disheartening. I guess the Apinkalypse wasn't the right way to go either, its sad because the people who actually wanted to participate got bitchslapped by the people holding them back. So here's how it goes, note me if you have SOMETHING to show for the Apinkalypse and maybe'll we'll try to put what we do have into a MegaDeviation and post on here.

It's sad when a community like us with over 50 members and we get 2% participation on GOOD weeks.

In other news, I'm still the leader of this group, I didn't drop out after all.. maybe because I don't have to do much with no participation from you guys or maybe because I have a shred of hope for this little community. OH and btw we cleaned out our waiting list... everyone on it, thanks for waiting, you are now members.. congrats!

Anyhow... thats my little B/S note of the month or so.. hope you guys enjoyed that.. you can go back to your own lives now...

Hopefully we'll get some more interest after people get settled into the new school year and shizznit and be bale to have a mascot drawing contest or something... We should have a fiesta.

Another evil scheme to get more Frumpish Collective pride fluttering around... mwahahaha! Here's how it goes; we are going to have a collaberation project, all who want to participate must send a note to Rubberspikes before August 1st and we'll randomly pair you up.

Then it's up to you guys to get your collaberation pictures with an Apinkalypse theme done and uploaded to either one of your galleries before August 25th. Okay, lets sum this up for the easily confused:

Pair ups will be announced August 2nd

You & yer new Buddy's Collab is due September 10th

Make sure that if you send in a participation note that you DO participate!! LOSERS WIN!!!

So if you have a bit of a tacky streak in you and would like to join our little collective just send a note to rubberspikes asking to be a member. And don't forget to include your thoughts on tackiness and what makes tackiness cool in your opinion and how it relates to you and your lifestyle... in short, what makes you tacky?

Now, I don't want to sound offensive, cuz this is all in fun. But it seems that almost everything that is in style these days is pretty tacky... wouldn't you agree? Right now in the PopCulture everything and anything goes if you wear it, act it, whatever it with the right attitude. And yet in many places this doesn't hold true. So, we the underdogs of style, must rise up as the losers we are and take over. Losers tend to win in the end anyway... yayy for underdogs.

So what the heck are we going to do with this little collective, anyway? It would be pretty cliched if we started to post pictures of things we drew, photographed or whatever that seemed pretty tacky. But maybe we want to be cliched, I dont know. Its up to you, the members to decide what will happen with this collective. So speak up.

For our Devious Information we need to get some answers... If you're a member please send rubberspikes a quick note with all the information filled out. And then from all the different fave bands, fave music, fave author, shell of choice... and whatever else we'll fill out the information for the collective with the most popular picks. Also, we have a quote contest... make up some silly, cheesy, funny, insightful quotes that have to do with either being losers, underdogs, tacky or whatever else that we can use as our personal quote.
