College had been pretty darn hectic that last 8 months. Then I got really sick with a HORRIBLE case of Strep Throat. Tonsils the size of golf balls >.< yup, fun times....

But now school's done for 4 months which means I'll have time to draw again ^_^ So look for updates soon! I have a few finished pictures ready to upload, as well as some modifications to all my other images. I'm experimenting with a new shading technique

Not only were all my drawings were on it, but my photoshop wouldn't open on my other computer.

But now it's all fixed and I have gotten back to work, lol! I've also been busy working on the story. Mainly just brainstorming ideas on who the 'villain' will be. Not so easy >_< I really want to tie in some mythology to this story but I'm having a hard time creating my villain and their evil plot. I don't want to be cliche!

I've also been working on some new fukus for my senshi. They may replace my current designs OR they may be their power up. The new fukus are a little more individualistic. All the outfits share the same design but are a little more colour specific to each senshi. I'm still toying around with some design ideas tho. So until I'm 100% happy with the new looks, you wont be seeing anything

First and foremost, the story takes place on Gaea; making this a crossover fic with the anime Escaflowne. If you haven't seen Escaflowne, I urge you to go see it! It's an amazing anime! Only 26 eps long, but still damn good!

Here's some basic info you should know about Gaea: In an alternate dimension from Earth, there floats a twin planet replete with oceans, continents, and ancient civilizations. Its size, mass, atmospheric composition, temperature belts, and even seasons are essentially similar to those of Earth. However, although people on Earth cannot see Gaea, people on Gaea see both the Moon and Earth in their nightly expanse. On Gaea, Earth is known as the Mystic Moon.

Also, the world of Gaea is kind of medieval. I suppose Steampunk would best sum it up, lol! Fusion of modernish technology with medieval setting.

My characters come from 4 countries on Gaea: Fanelia, Asturia, the Dutchy of Freid and Zaibach.

Fanelia is considered an unremarkable backwoods country of farmers and townspeople by most of Gaea. It is located south of Zaibach, north of Freid, adjacent to Asturia. It resembles Meiji-era Japan. It's military/army is made up of Samurai. The head of State is the king of Queen. In this fic, it is King Van Fanel, who only became King 5 years prior; he is 20 years old.

Asturia is the economic centre of Gaea. The capital is Palas, which is a port city and resembles Earth's Venice in that is has many canals running through the city. It too is run by a monarchy. The current ruler is Queen Millerna Aston, youngest daughter of the late former king Grava Aston. Its greatest warriors are known as the "Knights of Caeli".

Freid is an ancient country with deep spiritual and religious roots is currently ruled by the young Duke Chid zar Freid. Duke Chid is only 10 years old and became Duke when his Father died in the Great Destiny War five years prior. His mother was Queen Millerna's eldest sister; she passed away when Chid was only 2. The country as ancient ties with Atlantis. The country resembles Earth's Thailand and Cambodia.

Zaibach is an Empire country of industrial-age spires and techno-urban sprawl represented the late Emperor Dornkirk's vision of a world united by his Machiavellian ambitions and technological discoveries. It was once a small and frail land. People were facing hunger, sickness, neighboring attacks, living in constant fear. As a well educated man of science, Dornkirk used his knowledge to rebuild Zaibach into one of the most respected and feared countries in Gaea. Zaibach is reminiscent of England during the Industrial Revolution.

The population of Gaea is very mixed. Not just racially, but also in species. There are many different human-animal hybrids including: cat, dog, wolf, aquatic, avian etc. The Hybrids are a minority it Gaean social society, as they prefer to stay out of densely populated areas (cities). Some do live in cities, but they are few as many humans look down on them. Palas has the largest hybrid population compared to other major cities throughout Gaea.

There is also an Elven race as well. They keep mainly to themselves and are rarely seen by any non-elves. They live in forests and mountains. There are many clans throughout Gaea and each clan member is born with a mark of their family/clan. It's not unusual for people of the same clan to not share the exact same marking. They will be similar however in the overall shape and design.

The Elven race is quite supior to any other race. They age slower, usually not reaching physical maturity until age 300. On average they will live up to 1000 years. At birth, the clan prophet will foretell the newborns role within the clan (ie, healer, hunter, etc...). All elves are born with the knowledge of their destiny. It may not be completely clear to them, but over time it does begin to become clear. So needless to say, all the elven Sailor senshi are aware of their senshi power and the darkness that threatens to consume their planet.

When Araurwen (Aquarius) was born, the prophet could not predict her destined role in the clan. Never had such a thing happen, so she simply helps out with everyone in any ways she can. That is why under her occupation/status I have listed her as a 'jill of all trades'. However, Ara is special in her destiny, and the destiny of the Sailor senshi. It is because of her the other senshi can awaken their powers. It is her special gift and power. She believes it was because of her destiny why the prophet couldn't see her role in the clan.

I've made this account specifically for my Astrology Sailor Senshi. I have quite a few images I'll upload shortly plus, sometime in the future (hopefully soon) I will be making a fan fic to go along with it.
