Merry Christmas Eve everyone! Just got back from NYC! It was really awesome. I saw the Tim Burton Exhibit at the MOMA and got in for free since I was 16 XD My friend Bevin got pissed but she still got a discount because she had her old student ID with her. The Exhibit had all of Tim Burton's artwork and it had the original figures from films like The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Corpse Bride, and Vincent. There were also figures of these physically mutated children who are part of a little animated series. I also saw props like the burnt animatrons from Will Wonka, the fun house door from Ed Wood (which is my favorite Tim Burton movie and one of my favorite movies of all time: SEE IT AND WATCH THE ORIGINAL ED WOOD MOVIES!)
and the costume from Edward Scissorhands. Amazing! I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I missed the premiere of the audio play I did with Vibranium Productions. Ah well at least I have the the full play downloaded. I was terrible mainly because of the sound quality of how my parent's computer converted the sound of the mic to the computer. Once I get my computer back it will be a lot better. After Christmas they are showing it again so I will give you guys the link to that. Well that's pretty much it. TURKEY TONIGHT! YUM! Alright Merry Christmas Eve to everyone again!

HELLZ YEA! I'm so excited for tomorrow! After school I'm going to city and staying in a large ass apartment with a movie theater because my mom's friend asked her to babysit his dog. I'm really excited. I also get to miss the last day of school before winter break but I'm not missing anything important since everyone is slacking off and eating cupcakes. (I don't have much of a sweet tooth and frosting makes me sick XD) I'm also going to hang out with a couple of friends who are home from college which includes my long time bud Arkeida. If anyone is going to be in the city on Tuesday, Wednesday, and possibly Thursday, I will be there! Oh and I almost forgot, I just purchased and beat (with the little help of a shortcut I found in world 6) the New Super Mario Bros Wii. It's fun but nothing really new. Just the 4 players, motion controls, and the return of the Koopalings who one of them is voiced by Lani Minella and I think she's the one who voiced Rouge in Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Heroes and she also voiced Slash Kamei, Wendy, and Damien from Snowboard Kids 2. She's really talented.

Small con but really fun. I love small cons in a different way of how I like large cons. Large cons are all about the panels, shopping, and shoots. Small cons are about chilling with friends and doing stuff that would not be allowed to do at large cons. Also nice staff. (Mizu Con)

. We just had a good time hanging out on the trains just like old times. Once we got there I went to see Uncle Yo while they did their own thing. I hung out with a friend of mine for a bit who was Luffy (Still don't know his name. I'm horrible with names) and later on I hung out with Jeff who I have known since my first con when I was a loud, annoying, Kiba fangirl weaboo. He's the big bro I never had ^^! I saw Vic and he thought I came all the way up to NJ for this but I said that I had family down in Florida and it was my vacation. I told him to say hi to Michelle (His very sweet gf I hung out for a bit at the Mizu Con) for me. I don't know, I feel (and Risembool Rangers don't kill me) he's very divaish and everything has to be perfect for him, in other words I've heard he causes a lot of drama. A lot of my friends agree. I also hung out with this girl who dressed up as Nights and her friend for a bit. They knew Hoshi No Kaabii which got me in a whole conversation with them (I know only a feeeew people who know that show)O yea I forgot it was snowing.... HARD! The flakes were huge! I called my dad and asked him how is the weather in NY and he told me it's only raining. That caused some TT__TT because some of my friends from NYAF couldn't go.

Well I had fun time hanging with old and new friends and it was a good relief from all the conless months I will have to endure until Spring Break XD
Give it a 7/10

O yea when I woke up at 4:30 I pulled my leg muscle. God that was a bitch XD

O how brilliant this movie was! I was even a fan before I saw this. It's so disturbing yet so funny and badass at the same time. Malcolm Mc Dowell (Or for the Teen Titan lovers out there, Mad Mod) plays such a diabolical yet hot (Well not anymore he's old) madman named Alex who is abandoned by his gang and caught by the police where scientists try to change him for good. This is where your rage and frustration towards Alex turns to pity as you see him getting beaten by everyone who he has dealt with in the past. What I loved about this movie so much is how you can despise Alex and another time feel so bad for him. What I also loved was the how the music was so misplaced yet so hauntingly beautiful that it doesn't matter. The main theme which is The Funeral of Queen Mary is my favorite. I totally recommend this if you like quality art like this. O yea I almost forgot the angles were amazing and unique that captured the expressions of the characters very beautifully.
Therefore I give this

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG! AMAZING! I don't want to give anything away so I'll keep this as brief and spoiler free as possible. First off every single character was enjoyable and Tiana's personality was so admirable and would be a great mentor for girls everywhere. Dr. F was a really awesome and dark villain (not as good as Malificent or Frollo though), Louis was hilarious, Nevine was funny and you can really attach to him, and last but certainly not least Raymond who is one of the best supporting characters I have ever seen in a disney movie (Louis too but when you see the movie you will know what I mean) Next the morals were great. If you saw the first five minutes of the movie on youtube you will know what it is but there is an added bonus on the way. Third, the music was great as expected from Randy Newman (Left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot XD *family guy reference*), fourth the romance is amazing and honest. This is no way a love at first sight movie, and 5th and certainly not least there is a beautiful yet really sad twist in the end that had me in tears. But I will not give away anything else. Definitely see it. I rate this

AWESOME! Loved it. So much in 20 minutes. It's amazing. Poor Han (Female Sangheli) and poor Arbiter. The art was different which was cool. They animated through a water color medium which brought out a cool CG effect in a way. The battle between the Arbiter and the rest of the army was so epic. The final scene had so much suspense it made me come closer to the screen however once again they had feudal Japanese overtones but I can let this slide since the people of Sanghelios did talk like that in the first place with honor and everything. What I loved about this episode is that it really dove into the emotion of the characters you so very feared when you first picked up that controller and played Halo back in 2001. So I give this a

It was great! The action was good, the story was awesome that has a twist, and O Brian is cute ^___^ I don't care he was an asshole most of the time XD
I did have some complaints though. First off the animation rate was a bit slow compared to other animes I've seen. Second the continuity confuses me because didn't the brutes join the covenant after the wipe out of 99.999999% of Spartans at Reach. I don't know it's fiction so yea XD Third and definitely not least. I didn't like the Japanese overtones in it. There were too many samurai sangheli and brutes (don't know their names) and Japanese buildings and I was a bit like what? So overall I give this episode

There is a great twist so watch this even if you don't like or know Halo.

OMG! This movie is literally a drug trip. (Duh XD) It's hilariously bad XD I could not take it seriously even when they did the sad parts. (Which is weird because it has Mario daydreaming of him at a ball with Peach and uh yea XD) There are disturbing scenes to be seen in this movie like Mario in spandex *shivers* I didn't hate it, it's funny so why can't I hate it. XD The Goombas and Lakitus are adorable and poor Bowser has it hard. Another thing that was hilarious was the horrible translation the subbers did. For example
Peach: "Where did you lock up Naruto?"WTF? I looked up the name she was trying to mention and it was Haru (Who by the way is Sonic in the OVA and ends up marrying Peach so in a way Sonic is trolling Mario. BRILLIANT! XD)
I do believe though that they were saying about Bowser tricking Mario with ramen basically because that's what happened in that scene. O yea and Luigi is a greedy bastard XD Wow what OCC but the funny thing is he also gets high at one point (No joke) So out of 4 stars I give it

I finally saw it and it's a good treat for Halloween. It was fun fun fun! When I saw this I knew this was definitely done by Sam Raimi. Nothing scared me but it was humorously disgusting and the psychological aspect of it was fun to watch. The scene when the demon went into a goat was absolutely priceless. That part was the most fun. Sucked for Chris at the end for her. She was almost there but I won't spoil anything else. If you want those cheap scares from slasher flicks like My Bloody Valentine or Sorority Row or BS like that then you won't really enjoy this movie. This takes back to the classic 80s horror comedy Evil Dead Trilogy. Like I said it proves that there are still some horror gems out there and not stupid pointless gorefest remakes that are only scary to idiotic teenage girls who scream at everything that's icky. So out of 4 I give this

10 Million times better than the first one but far from perfect. The controls are easier, more characters including my favorite hedgehog Silver are in it, the Dream Events are so much fun and yea! Like I said it's far from perfect. There are some events that have a bit of a frustrating control scheme like short track speed skating. Also the curling was frustrating but not because of the controls, it's because of the damn other team always knocking my pucks off XD (I didn't really know about curling until now)

Boy was that sad. It's a very emotional, deep, and dark movie and I loved it! This is not however meant for kids of a newer generation. They are totally not going to get it and understand the morals that come with this film. The kids would rather watch there Jonas Brothers and all that jazz. I think Jonze really wanted to speak out to the adults and teens who grew up with this book and give a refresher of one's childhood. The acting and voice acting are so realistic. Max played by a kid named Max actually acts like a child. All down to the very realistic crying that has snot dripping from his nose and his face going The monsters don't sound stupid. They sound realistic and each of them represent a different emotion of Max. Bottom line if you are 15 and over and grew up with this book, go see it. If not then don't.

In honor of Tim Schafer for his release with Brutal Legend, I decided to take a look at a modern classic game of his. Plus Escapist and Little Miss Gamer reminded me to check it out so yea. Holy crap is it awesome! Now I know why Tim Schafer is the Tim Burton of video games. He's freakin creative! I love the fact that there is still dialogue during gameplay. It feels more realistic. Raz is fucking awesome and adorable. I've always loved Richard Horvitz but I never heard him voice someone who has an intelligent mind. Yea there is Zim but he's sort of still a overblown idiot XD
Anyway yea if you know me I'm the type of gamer who is not all into multiplayer that much but more into story and single campaign for potential personality. That's why I like Sonic better than Mario. Yea his gameplay has been dropping recently but I always liked his personality and story telling. Psychonauts unlike Sonic has also good gameplay so problem solved XD. I highly reccomend it if anyone wants to get away from the grayish look of Gears of War or Call of Duty 4. (Overrated and typical game in my opinion) (Halo is considered overrated by others but I think the multiplayer is overrated. The real fun is in the colorful stories it tells)

Well it's that time again for another Sonic recap XD I searched for a nearby comic store because usually I just get them when I'm around in the city XD
So Sonic Universe 8 was pretty good I guess but it ended with a lot of plot holes and questions. In other words it ended short and it was a bit anti climatic. I also didn't like how Shadow only appeared once and that was it. So yea nothing special.

Sonic 205 on the other hand had a lot going on including SNOOPINGAS USUAL? Ya gotta love that meme. I love how crazy Robotnik (Yes he is Robotnik) gets. It's hilarious XD The Iron Queen got pissed and now I can see when she ordered Conquering Storm to return to the Dragon Kingdom, CS looked like she was plotting something. YAY! More development for the quiet evil ninja lynx XD And finally some good ol Sonic and Tails beating Robotnik. It was funny though that punched Sonic right in the face after Sonic was trying to compromise something and yea ends off with the start for the battle for Robotnik. Wow XD
O yea the side story. I feel bad for Lien Da. Though she did kill her father she was always second in command. Maybe a woman thing? Idk. I just really feel bad for her. In the end she looked sort of pissed and she looks like she is going to tell Dimitri off or something like that. I'm really excited for the next chapter! No translation for Soul Eater yet but it's coming soon.

Killik also uses them which is awesome to see a different meister for once. I didn't really know what was going on since it's not translated yet but I think they were investigating alongside Kim, Jackie, and Azuza. I don't know but I think Killik was fighting African American Zombies or something because Patty did mention RPG which is that similar to Resident Evil 5. The end I think Ragnarok comes out but in a whole new badass look but I'm not sure. It did have vector arrows and part of Chrona's face I think. I have no clue I'll just recap after I see the translation XD

Ok after watching two episodes while having an egg roll, I have to say this is a pretty good anime. No wonder this is one of Funimation's biggest shows currently. I like the dub. It's really well done and Todd Haberkorn is awesome and his voice reminds me of Richard Horvits. This is basically Invader Zim but the frog is a COMPLETELY powerless idiot and he lives with a family. It sort of reminds me of Pokemon or Digimon with like each kid having a frog. This is pretty much Invader Zim, Pokemon, and Shin Chan with all the pop culture references and the thousands of 4th walls being broken. If you want to understand this show you have to watch it in english since I'm guessing in the subbed version the PC references are Japanese so yea. Like I said it's hilarious and I recommend it. But Soul Eater is still better XD

Well another year done and another post NYAF depression on it's way DX I had even more of a blast than the first time I went. It was absolutely amazing! Friday I got the whole main cast that was there including Travis (Free from Soul Eater) to sign my sickle. My boyfriend was Mr. Popo from DBZ on Friday and Sunday and was Lelouch (god I hope I got that right) from Code Geass on Saturday. I also saw my good friend from Florida

I didn't hang out with them that much though since I had other things to do that time. I met up with

and we went and saw the Soul Eater english dub together. I went on the VIP line while I got her in the middle of the regular line. There were only 5 people in the VIP line and over 200 on the regular line. I was laughing XD Fortunately my friend who was Chrona was able to save a seat for Skittles and we watched it together. Two seats from me was Travis Willinghamn XD Hilarity right there XD Skittles fell in love with Death the Kid and now she is in love with Soul Eater also! The dub was EXCELLENT! Maka and Liz especially sounded like their age. Micah as Soul sounded just like Kouki, John Swasey as Shinigami is hilarious, Monica and Vic put a lot of voice differentiation in Tsubaki and Spirit, Blair was deeper than I expected but still worked, Todd sounded very suave and savvy while Patty sounded like well Patty. The only one I wasn't really crazy about was Black Star mostly because it was too high pitched and I knew this was going to happen. I love Brittney Karbowski and I think she is adorable but I think she needs to deepen her voice a bit more. We also learned that Luci Christian is going to be Medusa. She played Yukari in Azumanga Daioh and Wrath in the original FMA anime. Sunday was also very awesome. My sister came with me because she was curious but she separated with me not long after we got there mostly because I ran off singing the Excalibur theme with Soul Eater cosplayers. We had our photoshoot and it was EPIC! We felt like animals in a zoo as we were inside a barrier or pen in front of the awesome Soul Eater picture. Micah Solusod (Soul's VA) was the only one who showed up. That was so awesome of him to do that. He took pictures of us also. I think he was with his girlfriend too. Funimation interviewed me twice so expect to see me in the video. Everyone LOVED my red eyes. I actually still have them on right now XD. O yea I was having lunch with Uncle Yo on Friday and I told him, what do you think about Naruto Shippuden being owned by Disney? He rolls up his sleeve, takes a plastic knife and puts it above his arm. XD I gave up on Naruto Shippuden anyway so yea. Well yea this was a truly epic convention and I rate this 9001/10 IT'S OVER 9000!
To the Soul Squad I'm hoping I will be able to work with you guys on the Rocko/Soul Eater skit for I con and I'm hoping we can get together!

On another note 4 more days until NYAF and I'm so excited! My friend Karin is so sweet for letting me stay in her hotel room. I really need to make it up to her TT___TT

and I finally got Sonic 204 at Midtown Comics the other day. Awesome AWESOME issue! Monkey action and some great Antione development. I adore the love Antione and Bunny have for each other. Also Espio has conflicting orders so he can't Espiown Knuckles but he does tell him that he needs to break the clans up in order for Espio's clan to be free from the Iron Queen. This issue was pure awesomeness and I'm excited to see what happens next. O yea and Sonic Universe 8 is coming soon also! YAY

Oh and I almost forgot. I saw Cloudy and a Chance of Meatballs and it's by far one of the funniest movies I have ever seen and that's saying a lot. Flint is so cute as a child with his big eyes and big head and tiny body XD So I rate this movie

out of 4 stars. It's that funny and unlike Ice Age 3, it was funny on it's own and didn't need an extra character like Buck to make it funny.

WOW! That's all I can say. What is with the 9s this year? XD This movie was awesome. Not as amazing as District 9 but still was amazing. My favorite was 5 and 8 for just being a stoner with his big magnet XD Should of been longer so more there will be more separate deaths and less consecutive so there would be more room for character development but still it was awesome! Brought me a little bit teary eyed in the end.

SPOILER!

The ending is pretty much the same from the short though but more emotional and a bit different.

Anyway great movie and I recommend it to anyone who wants a different kind of animated movie.

Another awesome chapter! Gopher get's owned by Maka and she literally breaks his little heart for not satisfying his beloved Noah Sama. He starts making funny faces and sometimes scary while Maka just keeps beating the living hell out of him. XD He escapes and gets scolded by his "beloved" Noah Sama and then beats up bounded kid to take his anger out on.
Oh yea and then Medusa does something to Chrona in the end but I can't make it out XD
Like I said plenty of action and suspense. Geeze I wish they were longer though TT___TT
O well. Still waiting for 204 for Sonic.

Finally! Sonic is taking another giant step to recovering! (I hope) Project Needlemouse is catering to the Old School fans with a brand new Sonic game that promises a 2D/3D Hedgehog engine. I'm really hoping for it to work or else it's the Sonic cycle again. Don't get me wrong I thought unleashed was a very good game but it did have it's flaws. Black Knight was meh but they are putting new interesting characters that make up for that bestiality supporting Elise like Merlina and Chip(He is probably one of the best additions to Sonic in my opinion next to the Chaotix(That includes Mighty also!)) Maybe Sega of America will bring in SatAM characters or that's just me with my fantasies missing SatAM (though I've only known SatAM for about a year now XD) It gets me excited. Even if the gameplay is crap I at least want a really good story like Unleashed and Chip. O yea and voice acting also! I have no problem with Griffith at all. I think he's a great Sonic though I like Drummond a bit better. Maybe that's going to happen. Who knows, we just have to wait a little bit longer for this.

Well before I went to school today, I went to DMV and got my permit! YAY! 5 questions were wrong but I passed! I drove with my mom on the way to school and I did okay XD I kept on talking to myself saying "this is like a video game but if you lose you die in real life heheheheh DX"

So anyway the first day of school for me started at 11:45 since Boces doesn't start for me yet. My classes are meh but I'm just going to give it a week to see how it turns out and if I can't handle them I'll change. I'm definitely changing my elective for sure though. No doubt about that. No way I'm going to be in a class full of senior guys with senioridos and skanky girls who probably get drunk every day and would most likely end up on Rock of Love or something XD

So yea it was an alright day. 17 more days until NYAF. Well 16 for me since I'm going to the pre party on that Thursday. XD

Well Tomorrow is the last day I can fool around and sleep late. Then on Monday I have to get ready for school DX
Huh I guess I'm the last one in aren't I XD
Well actually I get to still sleep a bit late until Thursday since I don't start Boces until then. You know what? Now that I think about it doing Boces in the morning is actually a huge plus! If I have a half day I won't have to go to regular school, and If I'm sick I can just go to Boces and not be counted absent. It works! Still need to take my permit test so before I'm going to school on Tuesday my mom is taking me to DMV. I'm very excited about Boces or Long Island High School of the Arts because I've been there twice and everyone there is so nice. I'm happy that I will be able to go to a school I feel more comfortable at for half the day.
For me this summer ended very well. I traveled to far distances by car train and air, I hung out in the city many times, I went to Disney, AnimeNEXT, that waste of time Leadership Program that I'm still pissed about to this very day because my boyfriend and

were about 30 minutes away at Otakon while I had to listen to lectures. <<___<<;; *sigh* (You can't win em all)At least I was able to help BBG out ^____^. O yea I have a boyfriend now, I went to Mizu Con and made awesome new friends, and best of all I got to meet my 3 year internet friend

who I will be seeing again and will be watching Soul Eater with me at NYAF. O yea and the revelation of the cast. I also developed fandom for more old stuff like the Batman Animated Series. Boy SO MUCH SUSPENSE! LOVE IT! I also fell in love with the Sonic Archie Comics for giving SatAM meaning to this very day with the addition of many lovable characters including the Chaotix and Mighty! (BRING HIM BACK SEGA! WE DON'T CARE THAT CREATOR LEFT! ARCHIE STILL HAS HIM!) O yea I became a Sonic Tard but do not support the many OCs created by fangirls who recolor screenshots and have them paired off with Shadow most of the time. The only OCs I do care and love are the Archie OCs (Besides Mina Mongoose) and the OCs made by a very talented deviantartist who I don't want to embarrass since she doesn't really know me and I would sound like a complete creepy fantard if she found out.

O yea one more thing DISTRICT 9! XD
That movie was the shit! One thing I am excited about returning to my regular evil school is going up to Mr. Zahn, my former film teacher, and praise District 9 with him XD That guy and I are buds and he's the only teacher I consider as one of my best friends.

I actually heard his voice in an anime with motorcycles and deamons and stuff. He played an innocent and wimpy sort of character when I heard him so I didn't get the chance to really hear his Soul voice. I believe his name was Malek Werner. Though Soul does go through his helplessness scenes from time to time so I'm happy he is going to sound extremely uke when those parts come ^____^

Okay so pretty much it was the same as last year. Small but still fun in a different way. I'm just going to list the highlights since I find it easier
1. Friday was dead since all the people in Florida, were in school so I actually got to hang out with Vic Mignogna (Edward,Spirit,Dark,Tamaki), Mike Sinternikalass (Hope I got that right)(Kappa Mikey, Leonardo from TMNT, Dean Venture), Wendy Powell (Envy), and Illich Guardiola (Yamino from Loki, Gojyo from Saiyuki). Mostly I hung out with Illich and pretty much we just chilled. They are all nice people by the way.

2. Panel was meh. Only about 5-6 people showed up but

7. Vic says he loves Soul Eater and finds it hilarious. Also I could hear him do little bits of "O Maka! Daddy loves you" to himself while signing my Maka plushie. He also said I am one of the first ever Soul Eater fans to approach him and congratulate him on Spirit and also wanting him to sign something Soul Eater related.

8. I owned everyone at the First One Up game and got tons of candy.

It's the saddest movie I can think of. Geeze I'm crying as I speak XD Haley Joel Osment (Sora from Kingdom Hearts) is such a great lovable and believable actor and when he and his mom are reunited for the last time it just makes me cry so hard. The last time I saw this movie which was actually the 1st time and I was only 6 and I cried. I thought only because I was 6 it was not going to make me cry or at least make me teary eyed but I hate to say it, the movie is enormously sad.

District 9 wins HANDS DOWN! A couple of reasons. First off Ponyo was meh for me. Yea she was adorable as hell but not really climatic for me and they unfortunately Disneyfied (as in Radio Disney or HSM) the theme song. *Shivers* Second though it's great to see 2D animation again in a movie theater the effects for District 9 were unbelievable and especially unbelievable once you see the budget for this masterpiece. Third and NOT AT ALL LEAST, District 9 is going to go down as one of the best films in history. I am dead serious. I read and watched a lot of critics on this movie and they also agree. Don't get me wrong I loved Ponyo but District 9 is 10 X more memorable. Plus Ponyo is definitely not Miyazaki's best works. To tell you the truth it's actually one of my least favorites I'm sorry to say. (My two favorite works are Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away)

INTEEEENNNNNSSSEEE! Whew there was a lot to take in! It was intense, emotional, grisly, and stunning! This movie had a great theme, great story, and great violent action! My favorite part being the robot and how awesome it was and let just say it pulled out a gravity gun from Half Life 2. It was freaking awesome! I EXTREMELY recommend this movie but note this is REALLY violent (Contains arms and heads getting ripped or chopped off and exploding bodies.)

So now I've read the translated manga! So Gopher is in fact a male XD Geeze I was like is that a man or woman there?!? We already have Chrona so yea XD. Anyway Maka came back to her senses and finally dropped the whole "I'M GOING TO BE AN ANGEL! TEE HEE!" Crap and even basically said "F*** this stupid angel s*** let's go kick some gopher guts!" (Well she didn't say that but basically did in my eyes XD) So yea good to have her back! Well the minor Soul Eater cast is being announced next week! Wonder if they are going to announce Excalibur!
