I'm losing out to small studios who's portfolios shine because their contents contain more focused team work projects vs my individual efforts.

Obviously what 10 guys can do in a week, would take me 10 weeks to complete myself.

So I propose we team up and create something huge, perhaps several things over the course of a month.

A creative and catchy name has been evading my mind for the past week or so.

I've gone through tons of words, but as you know most common dot com names have already been snatched up.

I had

Medafex
Pharma something
Bioviz

Just vague terms that are in line with the idea.

If you anything in mind, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

She's a very sweet girl, easy to entertain, complacent and has a long attention span for her age. She won't go to sleep alone at night unless we cuddle first, I sing her a few songs, she breaks out of her hyper mood and then sleeps the entire night from aroun 8.30pm - 7.30am

At the moment I'm a stay at home Dad 3 days a week, it's a little distracting from my usual schedule, although I'm making up for it in the evenings and on the weekends.

Unfortunately though, I have little time for experimentation and only time for the serious stuff.

From a choice of hundreds of original, creative pieces that were started from nothing and worked into digital masterpieces.

Poser work, be it creative or not. Is nothing more than stock models posed into pre-created scenes, minimal knowledge of the 3d environment required and a quick render.

Instant gratification for such easy 'few click' solutions is unfair to those who actually take their time and produce.

It's not a personal issue that I'm pointing out of jealousy, it's that I see on a daily basis, works that are amazing being missed by the masses.

I think they should re-organize that setup, as now you rely solely on the people watching you for comments/favorites.

It's a not a personal problem for me, but I see a lot of exceptional work just passing by and moving into the shadows with inevitably very few views.

I've been so bogged down with work lately,
i've had no time for posting anything 3D related.

I am pleased to announce I picked up a $2500 machine
a few weeks ago for $450
and just upgraded the bad video card for a more expensive
ATI X850XL, which is a mother of a board.

Specs
2 160Gig Drives
P4 640 - 64 bit ready
3 Gigs of RAM
Above G-CARD
Dual Layer DVD burner
80GIG backup Drive
12 USB ports, 4 firewire

She's the mother of all machines
So I will be cranking out something soon.
