YO! I've been deaded lately, since i have not submitted anything lately
And so, I'm alive as I should be, and nothing new, beside that my brother got me into WWE, and since I have now become a fan of John Cena, and Degeneration-X. I also purchased the new cd of the band Dead By Sunrise "Out of Ashes" which is headed by Chester Bennington of Linkin Park! It's a good album, suggest you buy it , although there are no sounds if Linkin Park in it, because, its not an LP album! And i dont really have anything else to say, so it shall end here ^_^

Yo! Last I checked I do have a friggin pulse, lol. I just havent been concentrating on art since i got my old job as a cashier back! Anyway, I have been playing a little more on my guitar, trying to get some System of a Down songs in my repertoire! My best so far are 'Sugar' and 'Violent Pornography'! All that is new is my hair is now a bit longer, its looking good like the way it was when I was 17! OH YEAH! Got a new dog! He's a type of poodle (>.< and his name is Butters (poor dog!) he's smart and a funny one, likes to walk a lot and like most poodles loves to BARK!(annoying!) but he's nice and is usually found by me when im playing on my ps3 or just watching some tv. And so I had wished my awesome girlfriend *kamikazekaito a Happy Birthday, since I can never forget an important day like that I had to give her a 1 month sub! On a sad not though, Les Paul the creator of the Les Paul guitar has passed away at the age of 94 on the 13th of August, may he Rest In Peace and keep on playing his guitar forever! Now a good note! In less than 1 month I turn 21! BUT! I'm not looking forward to the drinking of alcohol since I wont even drink it anyway, I'm just now happy to get that out of the way soon so I can just feel at ease I guess, i dunno, just want to be the way I've always been and not let this number 21 change who I am! Mind you I don't even smoke and since I shall never drink, I'll be a really responsible adult (still living with his parents ) So that's my time, hope all of you peeps are doing well and maybe I'll post a pic of my dog and my current look!
Oh yes! I did meet a Hollywood actor, one that is from my hometown of San Antonio, Texas; Jesse Borrego (Blood In, Blood Out)! He's a really nice guy and I was just amazed how excited he was when I wanted to get a picture with him. He later told my uncle (whom is his friend) that he liked me, as how I was very respectful and such, which was just another amazing thing to hear! I have the picture on my myspace, and I shall post i here! Anyway, Later peeps!

Wells, been almost 2 months since i have done anything besides comment or whatever, but anyway first news of the thingy here, MY HAND IS HEALED, no more cast/finger bending exercises, just a 99% healed hand, sure a fist is a little bothersome but other than that, it can perform as it was before, just that my knuckle has actually moved down a bit and that the pinky now points inward a little more. and so, next news, i am going to South Padre Island AGAIN! Suntide III, $250 a night condo! I have to pay for one night, which by the way i have saved up for, and with this weeks comming check will put me at about $490, then add my current $120, leave me at more than $600! hmm, what to do with the remaining money ! Well anyway im setting up and we will be off to the island on friday, we come back monday! BAD NEW my computer, ish dead T^T! (using my parents compy right now) tried to install a new heat sync, now it wont start up properly, so RIP old buddy! GOOD NEWS AGAIN! i shall buy a new 250GB laptop HDD for my PS3, so i can install UBUNTU (A linux based operating system) on my ps3, which will turn it into a computer itself! it should only cost me about $90! so dead old compy, replaced by linux ps3/compy! should be fun! and soo, ah im out for a new job, just need more hours in a less STRESSFUL place! so i have applied at best buy! hope i get it ^^!
anyway, my mom turned 43 earlier this month. bought her the final "TWILIGHT" book and a Nickleback DVD! June 4th will be my parents 26th anniversary! and if i stay at HEB, then July 1st will be my year and a half, and a 25cent raise! WOOT! so that shall be all for now and hope everyone is doing great! Hola there folks and followers of what I should and lamely call art
Been forever since i put a new journal up, reason?! Huh? um i dont really know >.<; lol
well first off as late as i am, Happy new year, and stuff! NEw thing and is somewhat importnat! I WAS DEMOTED at work! Yesh, demoted, but silver lining my kiddies, I am now working in the bakery dept of my store! reason for demotion; low on money, you see i work at a fast pace and while at that ratei tend to make plentiful mistakes, so i gave more cashback then i should have, so boo, but with my job at bakery, its less days and only at nights! And! I keep my original pay that I had while I was a cashier. sO lucky meh
TAXEX, I got over $900! So i bought me a brand new iPod Touch 2nd Generation 16 mutha f**en GB! and I love it! and I have bought 2 new games for my ps3! Silent Hil: Homecoming (damn scary game) and the highly anticipated RESIDENT EVIL 5! (a great game) So thoughts on a new guitar are now out the window, i guess i will save up for the one i saw and liked for about $140! VACATION(s)! Went to Port Aransas 2 weeks ago with my friends, before the start of spring break (good timing too) the weather was windy, and gladly not rainy and cold as it was ON spring break ! and on the last week of may and start of june, my family and i will head to SOUTH PADRE ISLAND! I am paying for one night in the condo we are staying in: $250! Saving up for fun
other than that, nothing much but the signing of Drew Gooden to the Spurs was the best news I've hear in a while! so yupps, thanks for reading and or caring :b!

Well, Xmas has been great! Got a grooming set for my facial hair (its pretty cool, but so used to razors though)
some clothes like new socks, hoodies and shirts :3
I only really asked for one thing, a PlayStation Network card, so I can buy stuff off the PSN! And for the NBA, Spurs won on a buzzer beater over the Suns, THANK YOU ROGER MASON! So yeah, all fun and I gave my wonderful a gift! A 1 month subscription for dA! I had that in mind ever since she drew the Kagome pic for me, and just to do it because she's just that great! Now, I shall be receiving a new phone! The at&t Tilt so be it its a refurb, but still an awesome phone! Touch screen and wifi! So I hope all of you had a great christmas and lest all have a blast for New Year's!

In about 2 weeks, I will be working a FULL 40hr week! i chose the schedule, i got too since i did something good, heh, so i work 10am-6pm come November 2nd, all the way to the 7th! So that means much money! In which i can pay the bill for cable/internet! then 15 for the unlimited txting, and the 60 for my ps3 and tv! so yup, not much to update about, just thought i'd do so anyway! Later peeps

well, i jsut finished watching the first Pokemon movie on DVD which i bought at work for just $7! man i remember when i first saw it back in 1999! heh, i was in cosplay as Ash! even had those pokeballs that were toys with a kids meal at BurgerKing, gah that was 9 yrs ago! too bad i never got any pics of me in that costume back then, also i was Ash for Halloween earlier that year. well, i still like it, although any AAML references were minimal, it was still good ^^
next is the second movie, but i dont think we have it at work, so must look else where XD
and just 2 days ago, i saw IronMan! funny movie, it was great! also earlier this week i got my copy of NBA Live 09 (Tony Parker is on the cover!) fun game, beat my friend Richard, lol, by about 30 pts, he was using Houston, while i had the Spurs, Tony Parker was the leader with like 30 somthing, and Ginobili was about the same, Duncan had about 15-20pts. And for being nostalgic, a girl from my past visited me at work, my ex girlfriend Lucy, was a surprise to see her, she saw me at work one day but was too scared to talk to me, and just a few days ago when i saw her, she still looked scared, i haven't changed much since i was 14, im only taller and stuff, with a beard and all that, but my personality has not changed much or at all since then. but yeah, just a small chat while i was on my break (She got me at the right time) and that was pretty much it, she HINTED That she was single and looking towards me again, but i said sorry! because i got my !! so she was a tad upset, but she did lose her virginity and that made me think, "even if i was single, would i?" answer...well, i am not sure, but oh well, im with Cata, and im happy!
well a long entry, but i had to get something on here! I guess me being dyslexic was not very interesting lol

"And don't you come back no more, no more, no more," and so on. Breaking news, gamers! The Supreme Court of Florida has approved Jack Thompson's disbarment.


Aside from the disbarment, he is also ordered to reimburse the Florida Bar fees totaling to the amount of US$ 46,675.35.


It was Judge Dava Tunis who recommended the disbarment to the court last July, saying that Thompson:

[...] does not proceed within the guidelines of appropriate professional behavior, but rather uses other means available to intimidate, harass, or bring public disrepute to those whom he perceives oppose him.


Thompson, of course, responded to the court's decision, saying that the disbarment was the Court's retaliation for a case he won a few years ago, when the SC was forced to pay him money damages.
He explains in his press release that:

This disbarment is in retaliation, among other things, for Thompson’s Tyndale House book Out of Harm’s Way, published in 2005, which blew the whistle on the Florida Supreme Court’s earlier efforts in the 1990’s to literally pathologize his faith-based and successful activism against the American entertainment industry.


This rush to disbarment is in retribution for the filing of that federal suit. With enemies this foolish, Thompson needs only the loyal friends he has.


Well, looks like another court drama for Thompson. He has a chance for a retrial, but only if the motion is submitted by a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Any bets on the chances of that happening?

It's an LG, cost me about $900. I finally beat GTA IV, and that was before I even got the TV so that sucked, I was going to beat it again, but I guess i can do that another time. I traded in some old ps2 and NBA HomeCourt for a Rock Band guitar for about $40 brand new!! and i had previously bought the game for $30, so i only had my headset which worked as a mic so i sang about 2 songs and got the guitar a day later.
Damn this weather has been crazy, hurricane Dolly is a pain in the ass, the storms cut off my power for a good amount of time, i dunno how long exactly because i had to work! Speaking of wrok, we are opening a new store dubbed "McCreless Market Plus!" Its our store (HEB #13) but with a new name and just plain ol' BIGGER! with more stuff. I cant wait to start working there, it opens on the first of August!!
Ooh, there will be an anime convention here in SA! Called "San Japan"! I wanna go, but who knows if I'm working those days O.o
So yeah that's all that's really new and such, I'm awaiting the release of PlayStation Home, Rock Band 2, Guitar Hero IV World tour, Fallout 3 and NBA Live 09,Tony Parker is on the cover! (The second Spur on NBA LIVE, Tim Duncan was the first on NBA LIVE 2000!)

well as I remembered our past together, i was thinking of my present, and that i am talking to the girl Liz. Event hough its a wring to thing to say, I'd rather spend time with Liz than Kimmy, because with Kim, there is no doubt that something bad is going to happen, even if I sparked it or not. and with Liz, we are always happy, smiley and having a good time. but yeah, um, just seeing her was kinda cool and confusing at the same time. so yeah, that's pretty much it on that ^-^

I bought "Tremors :ATTACK PACK:" a good 4-pack of movies, that I really like, but nothing will ever beat the trilogies like: Back To The Future, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Lord of the Rings!

Saturday has the 3-point shootout, Shooting Stars, Skills Challenge, and Dunk Competition.
Jason Kopono, last year's 3-point champ, won again! I was going for Peja Stojakovic, then i did choose Jason to win in the second and final round. On the Skills Challenge I was going for either Deron Williams or Chris Paul, WILLIAMS won ! The Dunk Competition was CRAZY! Some of the funniest stuff I've ever seen and also amazing at the same time! You just have to look up the video for it, OMG! lol. and as for my favorite even which is the first one on All-star saturday, The Shooting Stars, why my favorite, because the Spurs will always be in it! One current player, one retired player and one WNBA player from the same city! I only know the people from MY SPURS, Tim Duncan (current), David Robinson (retired, since 2003), Becky Hammon (WNBA SilverStars). they did near horrible in the first round, but they managed to make it to the second! David Robinson hit the half-court BANK shot in the first round, and Tim Duncan made the half court shot in the second, ALL NET! Meanwhile I had a bet with my bro on who would make the half court shot, I said Tim, he said Becky...DAMN DAVID ROBINSON MADE IT and my brother said "Well we both lost, hahaha" and I told him wait they mad it to the second round, lets try again, and he said no, TT^TT I could've had $10! lol and he said "Man, I'm glad i didn't take the second bet!" oh well. TODAY IS THE MAIN EVENT! East vs. WEST! (If go for the west!) Blue vs Red, JV vs Varsity, lol ok that last one was mean

oh and when i was trying so hard to sleep and couldnt i decided to watch some TV, and I saw this movie called Xiu Xiu: The Sent Down Girl, good movie, kinda sad though, i really liked it, TRY TO WATCH IT! I RECOMMEND YOU DO SO

Cold, like out of the jacuzzi and into the pool, its FREEZING! Last year was crazy, there was an actual FREEZE, so school was out for 2 days. BUT NOT TO WORRY NOW, SINCE I'M NOT IN SCHOOL heh-eh.

I have to take the Alcohol Sellers Training TEST, if i pass i have to go to Checker training for 3 days and then I work on saturday of next week! SO yay, haha.

Spurs game last night... WAS TOTAL BULLSH!T, stupid refs! I would've gone up to a ref, check his eyesight, blow his whistle to see if it works, ask him if he knows what a foul is, then toss whistle somewhere! And give him a technical for being a TOTAL MORON! lol. If I could... oh well, after the All-Star break, ooh, the Spurs will kick some DONKEY! GO SPURS GO

My high school's name was George W. Brackenridge, and there is an elementary Brack, J.T. Brackenridge, my dad went to J.T Brack >.>! J.T is the big brother of G.W., and poor J got an elementary, while George got a high school haha, but Brack high school was later renamed Phylis Wheatly High School in the 40's i think, and it was changed back to G.W.Brackenridge in the late '70's. Found out this stuff, pretty interesting if ya ask me ^-^) I love history :3 lol

Like, pool,football,and volleyball! Though there were no prizes, because this was only planned like 3 months ago! but next year's will be WAY better! I know it! Well, we ended up being the first ones there, as usual and we had to be, my dad had made the signs to put out and show the way to the party! Anyway, as we were waiting, I had my little football, made of rubber and it was small, a TEXAS UNIVERSITY football. So my brother, JD, wanted to pass it, and so we're passing to each other, and then he realized that he was a football player in middle school and in high school, so he wants me to back up more and throw harder. Then he decides to go pretty far, about 60yrds!, and he bombs that sucker, and im ready to catch it and I never had a chance to close my hands, it was that fast!, and POW! it hits my left shoulder! I was in pain, my 2 brothers couldn't breath, they were laughing so hard, lol. So after that, I wanted to do something else, other family starts arriving, and then i notice! A TRAMPOLINE!!! I haven't been on one of those for almost 2 years! SO I took my chance and ran to it! As I was jumping I remembered, "Last time I was on here, I did a back lip, I'm gonna try again!" But this trampoline looked smaller than the one I originally did the back flip on, but then again the other one had the net all around it and had a hole at one end O.o So I decide to try, then i said forget it, i cant do it, then i just thought, SCREW IT ALL! Im gonna do it! Jumped, and did as best as I could, force my self to go backwards, and I made it! So I was doing that for a few minutes, then I heard music..."I'm sick of feelin' is there nothing you can say? Take this AAALLLLL away, I'm suffocatin, tell me what the fuck is wrong with meee!" I said, GASP, ITS LINKIN PARK! SO I jump off the trampoline and put my shoes on and run to where teh music is comming from...the living room >< so I just sit there, listen to a few songs and then I get my PSP out and start playing Hot Shots Golf Open Tee. After playing for a while, I go back outsite to play pool against my cousin Nathan. I kicked his ass!!!! Actually we were both down to the 8 ball, but I made it so I won! And sometime later, the volleyball game is happenin! So I join in, little did I know...I SUCK AT VOLLEYBALL! I screwed up so many times, it WAS funny! And, on one serve, my aunt Sylvia ( A FORMER VOLLEYBALL PLAYER IN HIGH SCHOOL) serves, and the ball ends up hitting her grandson Ralphie (he is Ralph the III and is 19 yrs old) right on the head, bounces up and almost hits him again on the head! what a great laugh that was, and someone caught a picture of it hitting Ralphie right on time too. but the team I was on ended up loosing T^T! Any mu uncle Albert, tells everyone, "Know we know he's only good for one sport (basketball)" that made plenty of people laugh. I tell everyone "Well, you're not supposed to hit a basketball like that anyway!", that made more ppl laugh, and so, later on we had that little race, where you work with a partner, you stand on two planks of wood, have them strapped to your feet and you go to the finish line, I ended up with my cousin Sharon, while we had to race against my aunt Amelia and uncle Fred, now Fred is 6'1" and like 350+ , while we were getting ready, Fred is telling my aunt "OK right foot first" and I tell Sharon the same thing, then she thinks maybe left first, I agreed, and then the race began...NOT ONE STEP HAPPENED...FRED FELL DOWN! OMG that was the best thing I ever saw! Sharon, was supposed to be saying, "Left,right,left,right" but she couldn't, she was dying from laughter! And so we still ended up winning ! And so, not too long after that, it was football time! I was going against my brother JD (T^T) while I was with my uncle Albert, Albert Jr, and Tommy. We lost T^T, and my cousin Roy (the III) told me, "C'mon Carlos, you playing against the Chicago Bears' defense here!" (he's a big Bears fan!) and I just looked at him and said, "Then we should win!" lol (in reference to how "WELL" they did in the SuperBowl earlier this year!), man, my dad was laughing! And so the night went on, it got colder and stuff, so me and my cuz Nathan decide to check out the WHOLE 5 acres of the place...then the little girls of the family, CANT LEAVE 2 TEENAGE GUYS ALONE, decide to chase us, so we play along for hours! The girls are all tired, me and Nathan are hardly breathing hard! Anyway, food comes and i look at waht was on my plate...IT WAS BIG! Dang thing probably weighed like 3 lbs! I was laughing, and I just told everyone, I'm not gonna eat it, its my new pet! haha, but I did end up finishing it, though i did give some, not a lot, but little chunks of it to my mom and brother.
After we ate, we went to Dave & Busters, man taht place is great!! Had a lot of fun there! All I did was playing basketball most of the time, best score was 34 i think >.>
it was regulation size, ya'know 10ft rim and about 17ft away, but yeah, i got a lil tired on that thing, played it like 10+ times! so now my arm hurts and i think my left arm can now kill someone lol, it got bigger O.o, now i have to become right handed so it wont look uneven when i wear sleeveless shirts haha
well ya, that was saturday

They were Bryce Molder, Jay Williamson and Bob Tway, they were good, but one of them bogeyed on the first hole! Well to make it all short for the golfers, they did really well! But me and my pops were tired! WE only managed to walk 7 holes before we gave up and settled into the VIP area on hole 18, where we got free food and drinks, so we watch all those that had to play the 18th hole, it was fun to watch, and then we later went back to the main pavilion and signed up for stuff like NIKE golf club set, and to get a free visor (for my dad, I hat a Valero Texas Open cap on!) well anyway we then signed up to get some little chairs to use while we would watch the golfers, too bad we never used them! But as we were at the main pavilion, we decided to do the long drive VR game! I went first and I did pretty good! 230 yds on my first try, then 217 second and about 227 last shot! Then my dad goes and man....it was funny! he did horrible! All but one less than 100yds! his best was 129! HA! Later on we had a picture of us taken "WITH" Tiger Woods, I'll try to upload the pic later! It was free and soon after we left! And here I am, I just ate dinner and am ready to spend more of my energy by playing basketball! Then me and my pops might play ball tomorrow at a gym with some friends! Anyway here's something weird...I haven't slept in like 30+ hours! I woke up at 10:30 AM yesterday, and have not fallen asleep yet! O.o
I might beat my old record of 36! ^-^

me and my dad beat them in a game to 15, and won two games of around the world!
so that was fun, other than that my birthday was kool, went out to eat, at 2 diffrent places, my bro treated me to lunch at jack in the box, then my parents along with oldest bro and lil sis all went to eat, same place where we went when I graduated >.< but it was still good , then we go back to my parents' house where we have some cake, then I call my other bro that we are going to eat cake, so he joins along with his buddy Richard (also my friend ) and cake was devoured and I got $20! so yeah, that's pretty much it on my b-day. So yeah, I dunno what else to say, but, I AM BORED T-T.

Too bad all the games I was in, we lost T-T, oh well, I did have fun though, but I cam home because there were about 16 people there, and I knew I wouldn't really get another chance at it, so I went home . Oh and I just heard that sone "Let Down" by Chester Bennington (the vocalist from LP incase ya didn't know! ) its a great song, I like it, kinda reminds me of me heh. Well 2 more days till my birthday, yay! 19! And just recently I was just thinking, why do people usually treat me bad? I mean, I've done nothing wrong to them, and yet I get all their hate, why? Guess the goody guys are easier to corrupt and make fun of, I know I shouldn't be all whiney about it, but I've been trhought this kind of thing for YEARS, well I know I'll get them to shut their mouths, just like the Spurs have, the nice guys wont fight back, they'll just show you up with what they can do, don't underestimate them. The only way I'll ever fight, is when you back me into a corner, when you think you have the upper hand, I'll come out and the "enemy" will be surprised! SO yeah, anyway, 19 in 2 days, weird games of basketball and the nice guy getting all the crap, that's pretty much it, nothing new really, just another day in my life! New Life, new home!
I have successfully moved from my home. I live in a new place; it’s nice and a bit bigger than my parents’ house. And it’s right next door to them, lol! My brother Andy and I will be occupying this place! Now there are 2 Alvarez homes on the same street!

I’m only unemployed!
Yep, I’m still job hunting! Been going downtown for applications, hope I get to stay there, but only for a year though. I still plan on going for the fire fighter test next June! And if I make it, then I will be set for life!

Shooting hoops with hopes!
I have been going the Presa Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, I’ve been having fun there like I did back in 2005, and now 2 years later, I’m still having fun! I wish I could play as great as some guys on there, but some of those dudes take it so personally when you mess up! I remember just last Thursday; I was just turning it over so many times! Naturally one guy got mad and seems that he didn’t want me to handle the ball anymore, but after that, I got the shot! 3 to be exact, from the 3pt line, and that’s what won us the game! My 3 bombers!

First day of School (NOT)
Now Jackie is the only one left to finish school, though she does have 9 more years to go, I know she will do WAY better than I did, lol, and I went to go pick her up from school, and when I saw all the little kids in uniform, I had realized, “Wow, I’m done with school! NO MORE FOR ME!” When I told that to my parents, my mom asked, “It hit you like a ton of bricks, huh?”, and funny thing is, it didn’t, it was more like a pebble hitting me, then a it will grow from a rock, to a brick, to a boulder, then to a mountain, lol.

Memories
I was just looking through my senior year book and I was reading at what some of my friends wrote down. That’s when I realized that I won’t see most of those people anymore. And what most of them wrote down were things like, “It was great working with you in Theater Arts, I don’t think anyone could have been as fun as you”, and “We’ve had the best times, even since 2nd grade, and I will always remember that.”, these are just 2 out of many, and when I read them, I know that I’ve made GREAT friends. They are all the best! ^-^
And I found an old letter from my freshman year, the letter was from Kimberly, its something I want to chat with her about, and not to bring up the bad things but to tell her how I really appreciated our friendship even with all its ups and downs. Same goes for all the great buddies I’ve had!
Oh and I had a small talk with my old friend Cassie, she seems to be ok and all. I need to call more of my friends! >.<

Nice guy with a bad reputation?
As I was walking home just this Tuesday from placing at Presa, my neighbor from across the street confronted me, he was told that I had been doing some things, like shooting his dogs with my BB gun, and hitting his car on purpose with my basketball when I would be outside. I told him that I would not do such things; I don’t have a problem with him at all! I told him the truth, I would hate to hit a car when playing outside, only so I wont get yelled at for doing it, and those BBs on his yard are from when me and my dad shoot cans, we miss and they end up somewhere else, and the dogs are not shot intentionally, nor on accident! He took my word and then he left. And I think I know who it was that said those lies!

My own!!!!
Yes, I have my own computer! I can be on all day long, only until I get a job though >.< lol
And I get my own cable box! So yay to like over 100 channels, and boo since nothing will ever be on lol. And though it may not be mine, DVR!!!! Yep, my bro is getting a DVR from Time Warner Cable, and even faster internet! I’m glad to be living with my brother Andy! ^-^
And a doggie will join us, Jolie; the one I got when I was a sophomore will be living with me and my bro. The other 2 dogs; Tony and Kero will still live with my parents and sister.
AND! I got a reversible jersey, white/navy blue, and my dad printed on both side “SPURS basketball” with my favorite number “3”!

So that’s pretty much it, many things good and bad. All I have left to do now is, I dunno, but I will find something! Well thanks for reading and hope you have a good day ^-^!
