So... Update.

College/Sixth Form first. Is going well, not too stressy, but me being me, I'm stressing about things anyway. It's starting to get tough, occasionally tearing my hair out over Chemistry, and starting to flail over French, but Biology and History I'm really enjoying. French lessons are more like... sociology lessons, but in French. It's annoying because there are about three native speakers in my class who just completely show us all up, but I'm trying hard! Anyone who knows me knows I want to be fluent in that damn language, so by God, I'm giving it my all.
Until I might decide to drop it next year, but that's not the point.

Uhh, so yeah, that's okay, I suppose. Loving the whole sense of independence thing, I'm a big girl now 8D

This month in general...

In short, October was pretty great.

Started off with MIYAVI on the 6th, with Alfie at the O2 Islington, and ohmyGOD, it was amazing. We got there a little late (well, about 10 minutes after the doors opened, that's late for me) so it was already pretty cramped inside -we managed to weedle our way through people - but by the end of the gig, we were pretty much right near the front - so much so that I was able to touch his hand. Yessss, he leant into the crowd and I could grab his hand. *o* It was so amazing.

He mainly did songs off of Kabuki Rock, a lot of them with more of an electronic twist. And he talked to us~ In Engrish, it was adorable. ♥

Went there with a sore throat, came out still with a voice, somehow.

Then of course, Expo. Was brilliant. Went as Ciel from Kuroshitsuji on Saturday, there are a few photos in my gallery and a load on my Facebook. Alfie was my Sebastian, and we were so very popular, kept getting stopped ever few metres for a photo, it was great. Had a private shooting with *Emzone, which was much funs (thank you again~) and then the Kuro shoot after, which was small and intimate and everyone was so lovely ♥ Check my favourites for photos. Was lovely meeting you all~~ (~XDeadly-NightshadeX, =dark--romance ~black-ravens-blood, ~Blondechi and anyone who I've missed off, I'm sorry, it's not intentional!)

Sunday was much more relaxed, we didn't end up getting back to ExCel 'til about 1 xD; This time dressed as Spain and Romano from Hetalia~ Super easy, rather lazy cosplays, gave us an opportunity to wander around the inside of Expo without getting stopped ever 2 minutes. I, uh, haven't actually found any photos of just us, and we didn't take any ourselves... OTL. But it was fun, nonetheless. Again, was fun meeting you guys who we did~ (*Renos-fangirl247, ~Ukotaku and all you others~)

And of course, met up with cool people who we've not seen in a while, *Freyarule, ~x-xTsuki-Yuki, ~Ritsuka-x-x andand... everyone else xD;;;

And finally, the Choir Trip, to Coventry.
My first one, and it was so much fun! Thank you Alfie, ~alexi-greer and ~Mobiusman for making it so memorable and awesome. It was my second time staying in a hotel! Oooh, it was so fancy. Cadbury's World was just big and purple and chocolately and hyper. Shakespeare country was <3 Talent Show, Quiz Night, Laser Quest... just fun, period. ♥♥ Concerts were.... concerty.

1. I hate it when people get drunk.
Especially my friends. It makes me uneasy and uncomfortable, but I know it's just starting and I'm scared that it's making me want to leave you guys.

2. I have a hideously low self-esteem.
Seriously. I think so lowly of myself and I never believe that I can do things. Ironically, I know that's not true because I know I have capabilities. Still, I can't help but compare myself to others all the bloody time.

3. I think I'm losing my knack for drawing.
And it'll probably deter over the next two years. No matter, I never thought I was that great to begin with. I was always better at loving art from afar anyway.

4. I'm afraid of too many things in life.
Failing, being caught out, losing those I love losing my path in life... And I'm also incredibly paranoid. Funnily enough, death doesn't scare me. _{Judgement Day does, though.}

5. I want to get away.
Want to travel the world, see the Seven Wonders of the World, all of them, experience new things, meet new people, do far-out things. I want to go on my own, but will never be allowed.

6. I love London.
Despite its shortcomings, I really love where I live. There's so much history (which I adore), so much to see and do, so much of a diverse culture. If I don't end up moving to Canada or France, I wouldn't mind staying here. _{I want to go to one of those countries for uni, though.}

7. Sometimes, the idea of marriage appeals to me.
I know my parents aren't going to tie me down with someone I don't like - despite it being arranged, it is all my choice. Wouldn't mind having a nice man to fall back on for the rest of my life, to be honest.

8. I don't think I could ask for a better family.
Sure, we have our disagreements - what family doesn't? And my mother can be the most aggravating person on the planet sometimes, but we're all one of a kind. I'm just sorry they don't know everything about me. I love my siblings to pieces and I still can't really comprehend that Zafar's married.

But now I reckon I should, seeing as I still remember pretty much everything from day one and it was such an amazing trip that I want to preserve these memories~ (/cheeeeese, I know, shutup.)

So this long part is mainly for me, you don't have to read it unless you're actually genuinely really interested and want to know what I got up to and stuff. If you don't, go right ahead and skip past it to the bottom~

------Week one------

❈ We arrived in the late afternoon of Wednesday the 19th, we being my parents, myself and Zafar (the bro-to-be-wed). Went straight to Uncle Hamid's house and everyone was there, which was lovely - haven't seen most of them in over seven years. 'twas a bit awkward when Atiya came to meet us all, or rather, it was awkward for Zafar, being fiancées and all We teased him about it after. Met the oldest sister, Farhat, who I've not seen since I was about four, and her husband who is so sweet, the biggest softie ever. Wajeeha, the second oldest; Atiya, of course, the middle; Hadi, the only brother out of five , second youngest; and Lubna, the youngest, one year older than me. Got shown to the guest house where we'd be staying, but got told that this (beautiful) house was only for sleeping in! All meals and all days will be spent with them at their place. It was from right then that I knew we were really going to be looked after well.

First impressions of Canada - OMFGHUGE. And quiet. c:

❈ Thursday was an early start. Had to meet up with Nuzhat Appa (Mum's older cousin) and family, to get preparations ready for Saturday. Met Anam for the first time in years, it was so lovely seeing her again, even if we were busy with stuff. Made over 600 bags of nuts and sweets that day. What fun that was

❈ Friday, the start of Jalsa, thus, another early start. When you're forced into early mornings and busy days, jet lag just walks away. Day one of dressing up nicely, day one of seeing Atiya all dressed up. Bloody hell, I forgot how stunning she is. Day went by pretty quickly, helped out Lubna on the stalls after lunch, so the day just went. Her friends absolutely adored me for being English, btw XD

❈ Saturday, day two of Jalsa and the day of Zafar and Atiya's Nikkah (religious binding of marriage). Busybusybusy day. Left Jalsa early to sort everything out. Met up with Raheela and Shubnam, two cousins from D.C I've not seen in years who are the sweetest, most humble little girls ever. They helped out greatly with sorting out the stuff. Night came, our entourage () was ready, we headed to the mosque. Usually, Nikkah's aren't the most emotional things. All it is is the father of the groom, father of the bride and the groom accepting to the marriage, the girl's side is barely involved, but all that's being said is transmitted into the ladies' side of the mosque. So we sat around Atiya, listening. But damn, as soon as Zafar's name was announced, I choked up. Glanced over to Lubna and she had already started cry. Feh, I teared up and before I knew it, I was crying my eyes out. It wasn't meant to be so emotional! But they were happy tears~~

Went back to their house after, and Zafar and Atiya sat together, for the first time. Goddamn it, they make such an adorable couple. Cue about 200 photos being taken. Mariam and Nasar really should have been there ;-;

❈ Sunday, last day of Jalsa. Fairly lazy day, was nice and chilled~

------Week two------

❈ Monday, another busy day, had to sort out the hall that was to be used for the reception the following night. Oh dear, that took a lot of arranging... The stage was hell to work with. Buuuut, after a lot of patience and rearranging, we managed to make it cool. Met with some of their cousins who had driven down from New Jersey that day, a rather eclectic bunch... But they were fun.

Yuss, summer's finally here, exams are over, and I'm off to Canada~

Leaving tomorrow morning at some ridiculous hour, and there's still quite a bit to do _{like take a kilo out of my suitcase and wonder where it's going to go} but it's okaaaay, I do well with sleep-deprivation =w=

Not too much to say, really, exams ended well on Friday, just gotta wait two months before we gets our results _{two months of holidaaaay~} I can't actually wait 8D Is it good that I'm pretty confident about them?

I'll be gone for three weeks, but will be pretty busy for the following two weeks when I'm back home, too. For those of you who care, I won't have my phone on me (roaming charges suck bum) but you can get me on email, I'll do my best to reply whenever I can

I'm still here, still here and alive, I swear~

I really needed to get that super old meme off my front page. Not much to update on, though.

Expo was good~ Very much enjoyed it. Went wandering around the weekend as Mao with my lovely C.C ~apeanutbutteredthing. Both our cosplays were really well received, especially as C.C's wings were made of awesome. Met up with people who I've been meaning to for a while, like *Freyarule and *NekoFlameAlchemist, also met the lovely ~ShamanRenji, ~AllMortalKombat, Ryo, ~x-xTsuki-Yuki,~One-Sky-One-Destiny,~x-Hidanko-x and a load of others who shouldn't be offended that I didn't mention you, I'm just super tired atm. Code Geass shoot on Sunday was great, with the brilliant *Mesodyx as our photographer~ Check my favs for photos, or my Facebook if you haven't seen them already~

Also bumped into ~dimensiondoor and ~TheStarkster which was really lovely since I haven't seen either of them in an age. We should really do something over the summer, or something~

Exams, well... I'm trudging through. Not much to say on that front, 'cept they're going well, and only two weeks left~~ Six more exams, and I'm free~

Six more exams, then Canadaaaaa~ Really looking forward to it, it'll be such a great reward for the end of GCSEs.

An update of sorts. My phone got fixed, hooray. Just needed a new SIM card. It's fun posing as my Dad to get stuff sorted out. Getting my actual new handset tomorrow, yaay~

Expo is fast approaching, along with exams, which sucks. Dunno if the parents will let me go for both days, I really hope so, I want our shoot, *NekoFlameAlchemist!

Mao is kinda almost done. Still got a few more things to sort out. Wig and mini cape thing, mainly, I might have to cut my Youji wig... :c Unless I can get a short silver wig (with fringe) in time. Also, does anyone have any brown leather gloves they don't mind lending me? Or some big headphones?_{Can you tell I has no money?}

Speaking of cosplay, I'm thinking of doing Ciel Phantomhive from Kuroshitsuji for October, but I dunno which outfit~ Any suggestions~~?

Also, Canada is a go-go. We fly out on the 24th June, coming back somewhere around the 12th July. Which reminds me, I think we need some sort of massive timetable of everything major that we're all doing in the Summer, so if we wanna meet up we can plan meet-ups and stuff around it.

Had a Disney day/night last Saturday with the guys in preparation for our Disney princesses group, which is scheduled for next next May. Out of the five films we watched, only two were relevant... Oh well~ I imagine we'll have another sometime soon.

I've gotten back into Capoeira, hooray~ Started karate, but really disliked it, especially in comparison to Capoeira, so I'm rejoining~ Partly cos I was in a karate class wearing my Capoeira bottoms when my old groupo started up a class in the same hall, right next to us. I felt like such a traitor. But I joined in with them after, and damn, I missed that sport so much.

Also, off to go see AnCafé next Tueday~ Was meant to go last year, but it clashed with exams. (Don't worry 'liss, I'm buying your ticket.) That should be good fun~

To those of you who don't know, my birthday was ossum. Held a murder mystery 1920's(ish) style party where played the deceased Renée Soetart (who was conveniently in Coventry all day) and I played the part of Anthony Jones, the drunken failed actor who also happened to be Renée's fiancée... Needless to say, I was a mess XD

Other roles included the old army general, General Fantismo (~Sorceress-Eiva), the knows-too-much daughter, Constance Fantismo (~AutumnBlossom), the maid, Piper (~apeanutbutteredthing), the temptress, Regina Rouge (~Vana-Fire), Carole du Claré, the French chick (~alexi-greer), the ex-convict Sykes (~Mobiusman), the flouncy poet Prucilla Butterfly (~izzybizy) and a few other characters who I can't be bothered to type out.

The Frenchie did it, of course.

I make a scary drunk, I don't think I should ever actually get there to see what I'm really like.

But yeah, that was two weeks ago.

Snow was fun. For about, a day. Then it got too cold again :c And that's all I'm saying about the snow hype cos everyone's heard far too much about that.

Cosplay-wise, I've decided to postpone Sora (again, I know, I'm sorry Riku :c) 'til JapanEx cos there's no way I'll be able to get him done by May. But Mao's still going ahead cos he's pretty much done and I had a dream that I cosplayed young Goku (Dragonball, not Z stylie) and since his cosplay is super simple, I'mma be doing him, too

And an impulsive decision on 's part has formed a Disney Princesses group, with myself as Esmerelda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame (she's asian, it's all good). No idea when/if this'll actually take place though. Would sure be fun. Still say that you'd make a better Meg, 'liss! ♥~

And gosh, hasn't this year gone by like a flash? So much has happened, at least for me, it's been busy, emotional, dramatic, fun. No doubt there are many moments that I'd like to relive (times with you lot, times with 'liss, times with family, times at the Expo (masquerade!) and such...), but of course, I have my regrets, and there are many a-moment I wish never happened. But remember, the past can never be undone, the script can never be re-written. Without mistakes and regrets, progress is never made.

It seems crazy, ridiculous that we're already at the end of this year. It all happened so fast. Everything did. I hate to use the phrase, but it really does only seem like yesterday that I started my GCSEs, didn't know some great people I know now, and felt lost in a strange deluge of emotions and feelings that wound me up in tears every few days. But no, that was a whole year ago. In fact, slightly more than a year. Gosh.

Time, despite flying by, has shown me how deluded I was, and how stupid I was being, and that this year could be something really worth living, and I'm glad I saw it. You guys (you know who you are) play a massive part in this, too. You're a fantastic group of friends who I couldn't think about replacing, and I owe my thanks to you, especially the ones who are constantly there, always there on msn, or on the phone, or across the road, even if it's not a Wednesday. Without you guys, I may never have seen it. Like I said, without mistakes, progress is never made.

And I'm sure it's the same with a lot of you all, too.

So here's to 2008, a year that ran past us, but filled me with unforgettable experiences.
And of course, here's to 2009, a year which I hope will prove to be better and prosperous to everyone. Not just my friends or people I know, but everyone. I mean everyone.

Ladies and gents, my dream.

It was odd, to say the least..! People in it... (long list)
;;;; (dressed as Tuxedo Kamen-sama! XD) ;;;;; Peter, Varunaan, Freddie, along with a load of other randoms who I don't know :/

I guess that's pretty odd in itself, huh? XD

Basically, we were all like, in this big 'game' thingy... The first thing I remember is being with ~Vana-Fire outside this old mansion thing - looked like one of those typical haunted houses - at night. We were with everyone else and then somehow got split up completely, with everyone in pairs. But the whole scene changed, and we were in somewhere that looked oddly like a mix between Gargan Roo and Alexandria Castle at night :/

So I was with ~Vana-Fire, who seemed to be morphing into this girl dressed in green with glasses and a hat at random times... Then we started being attacked! By these... things. They were bizarre-looking, a bit like the Genma from Onimusha... But we had these taser guns, or something like that, so we could fight back. But the scene changed again - this time, we were in a sort of forest, but one of those typical, Lord of the Rings style forests - lots of ditches, with long winding roots and trunks everywhere, in a dreary atmosphere.

But! As the scene changed to that, I saw everyone again. I wasn't just with Vana, but everyone was there, fighting off these creatures in their pairs, and doing well! XD So I was fighting too, with Vana (as the girl dressed in green ._.) but I was kinda failing, and kept being shot D: I kept seeing these little explosions flying off me - it wasn't nice.

So I was kinda low on health, trying to defend myself, while watching everyone fight with vigour - *NekoFlameAlchemist, ~Tybsy and ~SephyNova working together as a trio of awesome XD

There was something to do with elephants, too... I'm not quite sure, but I think the creatures smelled of elephants. Oh yeah, there wad this massive like, God elephant or something, that came during the battle, and when it did, all the creatures stopped and bowed, and we all had to hide while it passed. But after it had passed, I accidentally came out of my hiding spot and got attacked lots >_<

Just as I was about to be killed, ~apeanutbutteredthing backflipped in front of me and took a bullet to save me ;____;

... But somehow she got up after, shot me a wink and ran off... ''We're immune to bullets'', says Vana.
Whut? I don't know.

Don't like having a month-old Expo journal on my front page.

School's been quite crazy lately; I hate this time of year. In Year 11, anyway. Exams exams exams in a week. Only the mocks, but that doesn't lay off the pressure. Eh, it'll be over soon, I know, I know. French oral on Monday, whoo. I'm actually looking forward to that. J'adore parler le français, et il me donne une bonne chance de la pratiquer~
.... Et français est sexy _(sexé?), bien sûr.

Looking forward to not doing anything over Christmas - it'll be great to just laze about for two weeks. No idea what you guys (yeah, you guys) are doing - let me know, yeah, I'm gonna be bored with my mother, otherwise. Only know that 'liss is buggering off for Christmas... -sniff-

Cosplay-wise, decided on Mao from Code Geass (with C.C who I get to chase after and go insane over~ )and the long since planned Sora (with RiRi).

Oh, and Zidane'll be making a short appearance, too. There's quite a big FFIX group forming, and I wanna be a part of it for a bit. Being the first Zidane at Expo and all that......

Well, Expo was good. Wasn't as great as I was expecting it to be, which was disappointing, but it was still fun. Saturday, donned my Pilot Suzaku outfit, along with ~apeanutbutteredthing in her very cool Zero cosplay (don't disagree with me, damn you.). Oh, I was dreading being a Suzaku with glasses - seriously, I looked like an idiot with that wig and my glasses on. So I traveled to ExCel half-blind, but that was fine. Attempted to put in contacts, but it was quite the stupid idea as I had never done so before, and they weren't even my contacts. After about 20 minutes struggling to get them in (which proceeded with 10 minutes of PAIN O_X), I realised that they were too strong. Whoops. But that failed contacts trip to the bathroom was not a complete waste of time, Zero and I met (cosplaying as mini-me! i.e. Young Suzaku. Paradox! Oh, the fun.), (as Tianzi) and (as Nunnally). It was a bathroom full of Code Geass-ers, it was great.

~alexi-greer and ~TheLastMagician666 looked ever so sexy in their Batgirl and Catwoman outfits, but I still can't believe I missed your wedding! >_< And ~Sorceress-Eiva made a pretty great Matt, getting raped several times over by a load of random Death Noters. Ho ho.

The Code Geass shoot was amazingly great. Felt thoroughly shown up by El and co, with their stunning outfits, but we all made a fantastic group, and got many many photos snapped, including of Spinzakuuuuuu >D Lots of photos with mini-me, too <3

Saturday night was quite quiet, for once. Was left on my own at home for a bit, not that I minded in the slightest~ Gave me some time to sort things out, relax a bit, ease my mind. Rejoined the group at Batgirl's for fun.

Sunday was... uneventful. Donned my Youji cosplay, with 'lissa as Natsuo. I really do love these cosplays, but they weren't so well received at Expo. We got snapped quite a few times, though. It was wet and cold outside, so it was really empty there, and there seemed to be considerably less happening inside, too. Well, managed to meet a few old friends and bid sad farewells to them and the others I had met, too. Sunday was uneventful, but an alright day.

Now half term is drawing to a close and I'm stressing over work again. Ahaha...ha...ha...

Not that I really went anywhere, but still. I have been pretty quiet for about three months.

Well, Summer's here~ Supposedly. Man, I've got such a dull holiday planned. Consisting of nothingness, whoo. Went to see The Dark Knight at the IMAX the other day - oh God, it was crazy. Good crazy, but still crazy. So I hop on the fandom bandwagon and <3 the Joker >w>

Aaand, I went to see the Wizard of Oz at the theatre, too 8D Is it bad that I've never seen the film? Well, that was fun. No where near as good as Billy Elliot, but then again, that's West End, and the Wizard of Oz is only a little thing on 'til the end of August... -has only seen those two musicals/theatre productions-

Wanna go to the BFI sometime soon with someone/some people - I heard they're to be showing some pretty interesting Japanese films, wouldn't mind checking it out. Anyone up for it? ^^

Speaking of films, apparently the American adaption of the Death Note movie isn't a rumor. Nuuu D:

First and foremost, our Sailor Moon group, (consisting of and ) won Best Performance in the Sunday Masquerade~~ You've no idea how happy that made us all, and even though we only won a £6 keyring each, the high of winning was so incredible, we didn't care. There;s only one video of us on stage on YouTube right now, and it's filmed kinda far away but it's good enough [link]

For those of you who don't know, I was the Sailor Mercury (or, the really small, very blue one :3)~


Also, very glad I met up with people, namely , , , and various other awesome people ^___^

Spent quite a bit of time with Kuja, which I'm very happy about, though we still didn't get a chance to do our Yaoi shoot! Got a few photos of us (like [link]) but our KujaZidane one has been delayed yet again... ;_;

Our SM group was incredibly popular, lots and lots of photos taken, which is probably why I won't upload any, but ~Sorceress-Vana has uploaded quite a few and so has ~TheLastMagician666, so go poke 'em :3

I guess the real low point of Expo was getting my bag stolen. I'm just so grateful that I had my camera and phone on me at the time, as opposed to in my bag. Lost quite a bit of money, my house keys, and my Mercury tiara, but nothing too bad. If I go by Pip's motto of "it's not a good day unless I've lost something." then it was a freaking awesome day. 'specially since the Masquerade was right afterr I discovered my bag was gone, and we won, so yay :3

Well, I dunno if I can say that it was the best Expo yet, cos that'd mean I'd have to say it tops last May which is really difficult to decide. was sorely missed by me, too D: But this is definitely and Expo for the books, and it's certainly on level with last year's :3

And yeah, I'm a year older now~ Well, a year and a month older. My birthday was pretty cool, ventured into Central with buddies... ditching ensued... Yeah. And my parents gots me a camera which is snazzy and woo. I gotta learn how to use it better, though, I know it can take better photos~ Or maybe I'm just not a great photographer. Fwaah, well, nothing's really changed, I'm slightly more excited over the Sailor Senshi taking over the Expo.... (Though I'm not hooked ~alexi-greer >>; ) Really need to start my cosplay soon. Christmas holidays arriving fast so I think I'll start it then. Or I'll just put it off and panic next April. On the Sailor Moon note, I've learnt La Soldier but I think we're gonna need some sort of divine force to help the nine of us to learn it without crashing into one another and ensuing mass chaos upon stage..... whee.

Big FFIX group toooooo~ Can't wait for that. That's just gonna be pure awesome. Really trying to convince my brother to do Amarant but he doesn't know if he'll be here in May D: Though I had a dream that he cosplayed Steiner, so perhaps a sign...? But then again, in the same dream me and a bunch of others were warriors being trained by frogs...

First off, Expo was pretty awesome. No where near as awesome as May, but I think it'll take a helluva lot to top May. Anyways, ~YoshiKyon and Sephy stayed over on the Friday, which was fun, and I've realised that learning dances at 2am does actually work! (And I'm still finding feathers, Sephy...) No-one recognised me as Trance Zidane, but I guess that was expected, he is a bit too obscure for Expo. Buuut~ I joined in every single Hare Hare Yukai I saw going on, so I think I'm just known as 'That pink one in the Hare Hare Yukai's' which is fine, cos I don't mind being on YouTube

Met up with ~smileyvampireartist, too! Was very happy about that, I saw her at JapEx, and like an idiot, I didn't get her email or anything, so we were looking for each other online and stuff, but then I saw her, and now we're not gonna lose each other! She was with ~puredecorum who killed me when she was Hinata in May, and seemed pretty surprised when she realised I was actually a girl

Also, *NekoFlameAlchemist, don't worry about not recognising me on the train, it was pretty amusing, really

Uhhh, so yeah, we're already planning for May; mass Sailor Moon group! I resented the idea at first but now am warming to it 8D I'm gonna miss Mercury -strikes pose-

Not uploaded anything in a while, I knooow~ But I'm working on that Yaoi Meme thing which is taking me forever cos I'm doing it on Paint with my spazz mouse. Andand I've started work on a doujin. Just thought I'd give a quick update.

Well, school's started again, and it's actually going good! Nothing I'm totally dreading or anything, so that's good. Um um..~

I've been to two gigs in the past month, I'm impressed with myself! (Really not trying to boast or nothin' guys ), went to see KT Tunstall at her private album launch gig (for Drastic Fantastic) with , cos she's cool, and then went to go see Gwen Stefani (shush) with my sister and brother. That was awesome. I'll upload photos onto photobucket and post the link here if I can be bothered~

Went cosplaying in the park the other day with cool people. 'twas fun, despite my minor lapse of miserableness. Only uploaded two photos...of me.. but I'll put the rest on photobucket and post the link here if I can be bothered...hrmhrm..

Ahh, Expo next weekend... Gawd, time sure has flown by, innit? Trance Zidders is almost complete. And I'm in the masquerade now, with another Zidane and Trance Kuja... come watch us act like fools! 8D

Been in Plymouth for the past 10 days. It's a little annoying because now I'm back and most of my friend's are off on holiday, leaving me... But oh well. I learnt how to ride a bike 8D Gonna start abandoning my friends on the way to school and cycling there instead (sorry guys!) Met up with Kim (my Kuja) while I was there, too. Bloody hell, I was nervous. But it was alright, though we didn't spend a great deal with each other. So I'm getting her up to London next weekend to stay with me for a few days <3

I'm gonna be making a plushie~ or at least attempt to make one. Kuja, of course. But I'm not that sure on how to make it. Any ideas people? There needs to be more FFIX merchandise. Seriously. And I need to start on my Trance!Zidane cosplay for October. I'mma be all pink and fluffy >w< This cosplay's gonna kill me, I know it. But I'll try! Kim's going as Trance!Kuja so it should be pretty sweet.

It was a horrendously tiring weekend, lack of food and sleep isn't too good for Ziddy... but it was all made up for at the expo =3 To be honest, the actual expo itself didn't have a great deal to offer this year, and I spent very little time inside the actual thing. Meeting cosplayers was the fun part =3 I met the loveliest Kuja ever, and we did a couple of 'brotherly' shots together which was fun~ My Zidane cosplay was a bigger hit than I first thought it would be. I got snapped so many times, especially when I was with brother =3

Met again, who cosplayed as the Corpse Bride, and won first in in the masquerade on the Saturday, whoo! I got married to her, so now I;m her pet monkey husband thing...I made her marry a really nice Itachi, and Demyx (~Jeni-Katsuya-chan) and a Yoshimori actually proposed to her on one knee during cosplay chess on the Sunday xD She was the Queen, I was upgraded to the King for Team Fluff, and we won, huzzah!

I saw many peoples from devArt, even though some of them didn't recognise me xD
I saw... ....and prolly alot more of which I don't remember

I'mma upload the photo's soon, though, I might just upload some of the best ones, and give credit to the best ones I found online~

Well, it's been 2 months, I thought I had better update.

Not too much has been goin' down. Mariam onee-chan is still in hospital, but now it's just a matter of the council finding her a suitibale place to live - a single-floor house with hardly any steps and stuff.But it's all going okay with that =3~

Had our SATs last week. Not as bad as I thought they would be. I actually revised this time, so yeah~ I don't actually know when we'll be getting our results, anyone know?

You guys really don't have to read the next bit...

This past week at school has been interesting, despite annoying. I've been off sick today and yesterday, but the 'developments' have been odd >>; Gah, it's like, 'Pull yourselves together, you fools!' Really quite hating some of my friends at the moment. I try to fooking help them, I do what I can, but no, I'm 'unnecessary', according to one. Fuck, I do what I can and get it thrown straight back at me. Bah >>; I'unno, I wanna say 'You're on your own, you wangsty fools!' But then that's mean. So yeah. Blah.

Anyways, as usual, I have lots of things to say, 'cept that I can't remember them all! Uhm, Mariam onee-chan is improving everyday~ Still in hospital, but she's gonna be out within the next month (hopefully)~ Her walking's getting better and everything. Yeah~

My Zidane cosplay is like...dying...but it's getting there! Slowly...ever so slowly. Does anyone have a brown/biege tail I could borrow please? Yeas...

My mind isn't working. Fairly evident. This always happens, dun' it? I have a pack o' thingies to say and then I forget them all and I end up spurting out craaaaaaap. Like now. Lolz. Well, I am writing this kinda late when I should be in bedbed....

Finally got my hands on Final Fantasy XII, yay. It's so very awesome, but so confusing......Probly because I haven;t played a FF in ages and instead I've been playing stuff like Kingdom Hearts and Onimusha and Micro Machines, so the controls are new but old to me...if that makes sense. That whole Licence thingy seems alot like FFX's Sphere Grid....so I'm sure I'll pick it up eventually ^-^;;

On the subject of games, has anyone played Micro Machines? I mean the old skool PS1 game with little toy cars you had to race around courses like the kitchen, where you'd pop out of toasters to get a head start and stuff...It was awesome. But no-one I know has played it D= And my brother just bought MM V3 for £3 off of eBay.

Onee-chan is making brilliant progress - she can now sit to over 90 degrees, and can kinda wheel herself in the wheelchair. She's now learning how to walk and getting intense hydo and phyisiotherapy. She's allowed to go home for home visits every so often in the wheelchair~ It's all good ^-^

Uh, yeah..... ~Sorceress-Vana told me to write that cos she wants to advertise her murder-success. Maniac =3

Uhm, there is alot more I wanted to write....I just can't think ._.

Oh, I went to that weird Zee Carnival. It was like a Bollywood version of the Expo. Went with my parents and so I've forced them to accompany us to the Sunday of the Expo ;3

On Christmas day was her 26th birthday and, obviously, it was spent in the hospital. It was actually very fun. Many of her friends kept popping in and out to present her with a gift and a card and stuffies. Four of her friends, Quang, Vinh, Dawn and Cory stayed for quite long and had good fun X3; Sure, it was pretty disappointing and disheartening to spend her birthday/Christmas in a hospital bed, it was still quite nice~ All in all, it's all going well.

Just a huge thank you to everyone here on dA who lent me your very kind words of supprot, it has actually helped me alot, too. ~~~ Sankyew all~

Tragic accident happened almost 2 weeks ago, now. My sister was hit...by a train. She's been fatally injured with a shattered pelvis, multiple fractures in the ribs, broken ankle, head-wound and fractured leg. This happened on the 2nd of December and my family and I have been to the hospital everyday since. She's still in Intensive Care, and will be for the next week or so. It's been hard. Especially early last week, Saturday the 2nd was horrible. She was the only person in Intensive Care and both waiting rooms were absolutely filled with people for her. The big room was full of relatives and the smaller one was full of her friends. That in itself was so overwhelming - the support we received and all. But it was so emotional. I returned from the lunchroom with some tea and stuff for my mum, when I turned into the waiting room, Nasar, my brother was in tears, in such a state. They had been allowed to go and see her while I was away. He said, between tears 'Nida, you don't have to go if you don't want to...be strong, be strong' I didn't see her. I didn't want to.

These past 12 days have all been one big blur. I took the week off of school last week, and I just did not know what day it was any day. They've been so long and hard, but at the same time, it's just gone by in a flash. It doesn't feel great. Haven't got too much sleep, haven't really been eating; haven't had an appetite.

12 days have gone by and it's so unbelieveably amazing how much she has improved. 6 days after or so, they were able to take her off the ventelation machine. A day before that, she had a tracheostamy (sp?) done, which is when they move the ventelation tube from her mout to her throat. She still can't talk, but after about 5 days or so, she was awake and slightly more aware, so now she's been mouthing to us. Each day she's been improving, and has become more aware. She now knows her situation and just today she revealed that she knows what happened. She's also been writing to us, we've been holding up the clipboard, she's been writing. She can't sit up or anything just yet.

She's improving, but there's still a very very long way to go. Hopefully, by next week she'll be in a General Ward.

So, yeah, we're obviously not going to Mauritius, but holidays and whatnot are the last things on our minds. All that matters now is that she recovers.

I wanna say more, but I really don't wanna bore you.

Yes, well, update-time! The Expo was pretty wawesome, met up with many, many people, though, unfortuneatly didn't go to the AL meetup, or see and I saw but I didn't meet her A very good year for cosplay this time. I was known as the 'Blind ShinRa' due to my glasses >>; Now there's another frikking 6 months 'til the next Expo ;O;

Uhm... not too much has gone down... been getting into the hardcore music lately, as you can see above, thanks to my sister and Josh~ Did a makeshift Axel cosplay yesterday XDD; (Dun' flame me, Isa, please) I was wearing my long black coat, so I added li'l metal tassley thingies to it, and voila, Org. XIII coat. So I said to myself, 'Hm, who can I cosplay as...?' -sees red hat- 'Axel!!' -puts on red hat and draws on li'l black thingies- XDD; I'm so sad.. Nasar came in and started snapping me~ Might upload them into mah scraps.

Yeah, just wanted an update, yeah..

Went to go see Brasil Brasiliero on Sunday. 'twas pretty damn amaing. Especially the Capoeira act, what with all the backflipping, and cartwheeling, and the general flipping.. Gahds, made me miss doing Capoeira even more..-sigh- ho, well. Portuguese is such a pretty language, especially when it's being sang~ and, yay, Portuguese Rap xDDD

Watched Hotel Rwanda again the other night..God, that film /always/ gets to me.. ;O; It's about the horrid the manslaughter in Africa between the two tribes, Hutu and Tootsi. Kinda like the Holocaust. And the manager of a hotel, Paul, was alot like Scheindler, saving over 1000 people from it..ah, sorry, li'l history lesson for ya there..

Many happy things have happened in the last 3 weeks....

The Rise Festival was awesome. Ahahaha, I saw the Wailers~~ Yes, Bob Marleys' band~ ..for free

Thorpe Park was amazingly awesome. Stealth is closed for summer, which sucks. But ho, Colossus was amazing. At the front, yes! And at the front on Nemesis, 3 times! Ahaha, twas amazing. I love my sibs so..^^ .....eeheehee...Nasar lost his beloved hat on the 2nd time of Colossus xDD

Broke up from school for the Summer last Friday. 'twas Libbys' last ever day at school, so it was all very fun with the class and the signing of the shirts~ Went to go and see Stormbreaker with the guys. Most of them drooling over Alex Rider. 'Scuse the slang, but..he ain't all dat. And nor was the movie, really, pretty pants acting, yeah.

'twas Libbys' Farewell Party on Saturday...and she was late for it! 2 hours late for her out party! xDD Ah, Libby, don't ever change..we all got unbelieveably soaked in the water-fight. My mass Super-Soaker gun proved weak against 2 litre bottles of water being poured down my back...Ahh, it was all good..

And today I went into central London for a while with , and Matthew <33 I was so very fun. Bought the first three voulmes of Rurouni Kenshin and a cite li'l Sasuke keyring Fun.

Number of interesting things that have happened to me...2..or so.

I went to the hospital on Monday to try and figure what the hell is wrong with my shoulder. After about two hours of crap, I had a neck X-ray and we found out that I have a slight bend in my spine. Yes, a bend. Behind my neck. It bends towards my shoulder which is why it hurts so much. So, yeah, I'm in a sling until I get my IMR scan, which is fun >>;; Then, major phyisio-therapy! Gads, left-handed typing is hard...ish.

Ill on Tuesday. God I hate the heat ><; But now it's over and Britsh summer is back the way it was. Rainy but partially warm But, bleh, sticky rain.. ><;;

Arrrgh..! What the hell is wrong with me?! I keep on getting hurt so damn easily! Turns out I've got a damn inflamed muscle on my shouder and the bone is so 'creaky'. I need to get my X-ray results back. I may have to wear a support-sling-thingy, so I'm practising typing with just my left hand...

Yesterday, I managed to get myself CUT ON MY EYE. It hurts like absolute hell. Feels like there's a shard of glass stuck in it, under the eyelid. Hurts to blink. Hurts to get to sleep. Hurts to wake up. I woke up with morning with my eye spilling blood. I was goddamn scared. My vision is slightly impaired, too. The worst thing is, it's my left eye, which is my most dominant eye, so I can see more blur than I can clear.

God, I'm frickin' handicapped. I've lost the use of my left eye and right arm <<;;
Well, I guess I can use my hand..slightly..

On a slightly lighter note, I won a medal for my speech, and I've started another manga.

Yes, yes, I'm not dead. My internet's been broken for about a month now, which explains the non-activeness. Well, it's working now, so yay.

I checked my messages after not being on for two weeks and I had a massive 512 >< I deleted them all, so I'm sorry if you had no comments or faves from me; I'm a lazy-arse.

Well, what was sucky was that my journal seemed to reload itself so that it appeared as if I had posted that journal twice, and that I was complaining about being ill; again. But no, that was DA being smelly.

I've realized I haven't submitted anything since...the 3rd of March >< so I shall be submitting a few things. I haven't relly been drawing much...at all so I won't be submitting as much as I used to.

I was considering leaving DA, in fact I was about to when I heard that 3 people reported me (3 people who I shall not name), but it turned out that only one person reported me. I was still gonna leave, but I was like 'Oh, fuck it.' and stayed on.

Mariam nee-chan is coming back next week, so yay!
Zafar nii-san looks awesome in his RAF uniform. I might post some pictures of him in his full kit ^^

I was hoping to finally update my journal on a happy, happy note, but i just had to be ill >>;;

I feel horrid. I'm freezing, yet I have a high temperature. Cold death, yeah.. Woke up yesterday, could hardly move out of bed. Mangaged to wash and eat breakfast. Trodded downstairs and stayed there for the rest of the day. Spent it sleeping, un.

Ugh, living off homeopathic medicine and paracetamol. I'm on a medication course now. Homeopathic medicine, 3 times a day, for at least 3 months o_)/

Uhm, yeah, I was supposed to change my journal, like, ages ago, but, yeah, I didn't...

First of all, in response to my previous journal, I have cheered up quite abit since then so yeah, life's better again. But to all you guys who commented, read it, and put up with my moody, emo-ish behavior, thank you for your comfort and all.

First day back at school today, nyeh. 'twas alright, had about 3 free lessons, hehe. Doodled a real cute chibi Sasuke in Maths..

Caroline visited me yesterday! Yay, first friend in week She brought me my Akatsuki cloak! Yay~ it finally came~ Arigato Caroline-san! It's so cool, so cotton-y and soft. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't fit and the material didn't actually look cotton, but it fits real snug and it's a real nice cotto material so yeah, it's great. I was thinking that I may not do Zetsu for MCM, but I might be leader-sama! ...you know, if he's revealed and all...if not, I shall wear a paper bag over my head with 'Leader' written across it! ..XP

I got myself a haircut too..it's pretty cool..alot shorter and straight nyeh, it's not permanantly straight, so I unno how it'll look when it curls up again.. I may put up some pics of me doing a weird Itachi 2minute-cosplay..with no headband <<;

Reading Memoirs of a Geisha and it's BRILLIANT. ...but it's taking forever to read...nyeh..

Yah, I finally set up my hi-fi system thingy today but, one problem...I have no music @_@ Seriously...I don't listen to music, like, at all, so I really need some. Another problem is that I don't have a downloading program, like Limewire to download any songs, so I'm relying solely on sites like dogpile.com and mp3shits.com. But they suck. So..if anyones kind enough as to send me any..or recommend any? Please? You can send 'em to me via my msn, -pokes my DA homepage- I sankyoo all.

I finally finished Jeni's *latelate* birthday present! yay. I've never spent so much time on a birthday present before, but it was worth it ^^ I might put some pictures on here, but I might not..I dont want to be vain *.*

Not much else to say. My dad refuses to connect up the scanner >>;; So I can't upload any of my stuff. Maybe I could take a picture of each of them and upload them from the usb port, but that would be kinda sucky. What sucks even more is that I drew this real sexy Itachi pic and I want to upload it goshdarnit!

Uh, yeah, random title. Yay, new header. Nothing too interesting. My birthday party was a bang. Siblings threw an excellent one (that's the thing about having three older siblings who all earn money ;D). Jenny couldn't come, which sucked monkey butt, but Jeni was there so that was cool. ^^

Today was okay at school. Until the end of lunch when everyone was depressed...which made me depressed...which made me think about a lotta things I didn't want to think about at that very time..><

Well, now everybody in my form knows about me, Libby and Caroline about the fact that we are bi and now two boys, Alex and Kamal are going around, asking all the girls I hang around with if they are bi too >>; it;s pretty sucky, but we now have some pretty interesting converstaions around the class in form time

Feeling like absolute crap today. Felt so distant with everyone of my friends at school, especially Libby. She didn't speak to me once... Anyways, I'm pretty damn worried about Sunday; I gots to give a speech at home infront of about 35-40 people, including Jeni, Libby and Caroline >< I'm gonna die...

Well, I've been redrafting Riddler and I've done to page 4. By redrafting I mean changing images, storyline, dialouge, some of the characters appearances will change too. Plot stays the same. As soon as scanner is fixed, I shall upload. And I'll also upload the SasoDei pic I drew ^^ Hopefully 'twill be fixed soon. If not..*nudges Caroline* ;D

Fweeeeh~ So tired, un.. Been out in London all day today, went to go and see these 2 Japanese performs do their stuff. 'twas pretty damn cool, especially for a free thingy Then went all around Covent Garden, street Performers and stuffies. My brother, Nasar, was lent an electric guitar and sat down with this other guitarist and started jammin' 'twas brilliant-ness.

I'm gonna be uploading some more pictures soon, my scanner is acting up so I can't scan in anything >>; It suxxors especially 'cos I haven't uploaded anything in yonks. Including Riddler >>; I'm redrafting it now so I really wanna upload it too~ Bah, that's all for now, dad is standing behind me, waiting...

Nyeh, it's 14 minutes past midnight so yesterday was Saturday. Had a pretty good day yesterday; went over to Jeni's with Libby. Ended up watching 4 hours of Family Guy >>; Just...lounging about in her Grandmas living room..watching Negima, Family Guy, tickling Jeni etc.. Felt abit unwell/ill after a while. Didn't say anything. Was afraid that if I start complaining they might start to think something like ''!!'' Went back to Libbys before going home and we browsed her yaoi and were tortured by the singing tree O.o

I had the urge to play DDR when I got home but I was too tired and too ill to be bothered >>; started drawing..then worked on my speech..bah. -sigh- yeah, that's it, un.

Bah, yeah, I know I haven't updated my journal in ages but 1) I've been busy and 2) nothing interesting has really happened. Ah well, Happy New Year to ya all. Hope you guys had an eventful 2005 but time to wave byebye and welcome in 2006! Keppin' it real in '06! ...fo shizzle.


Well, I definately had the best new years thingy ever. I went out into London with my family <3. You may think 'yeah, great (!)' but it really was. We got there at around 8:30pm so we were damn early. We were cold and we needed something to do, so we got my sister's overly long scarf and her and my brother started skipping with in in the middle of the street! (So what if they're in they're 20s? XD) We got a HUGE crowd around us. It was amazing! So many people wanted to skip! We standing pratically right next to Big Ben so when it struck 10pm, we were skipping to the chimes. My brother had his afro puffed out and there were people who were saying ''Get a picture with me and the 'fro!'' It was brilliant. The fireworks were amazing too. My cousins from the US were also with us and they said that fireworks display kicks Disneylands butt anyday! haha, it was great, yeah. Took us 2 hours to get home though. Bah.

Now I'm bored and just finished my History essay. hehe. I'm probably gonna start drawing..bah.
