i got my schedule in the mail, and it's soo not how i'd like it to be. i had talked with my counselor earlier to change to latin I and another alternate, but it still says i'm taking spanish classes. i've contacted her, but she hasn't replied it. i might just have to get my dad to call or something. i really, really hope this all works out. i really want to take latin. due to all the budget cuts going around, there's no room for me to even take latin II. i suppose i'll just take that during next summer.

i went to my 2nd home again this weekend, OBX. it was amazing. hahah, you know having to change in the public eye, eating cold custard and lemon-raspeberry sherbert smoothies, getting knocked down by waves, jumping off of sand dunes, pointing out all the gorgeous boys, acting basically insane... we climbed cape hatteras lighthouse for the first time. it's the tallest lighthouse in america. my legs were shaking so badly, but the view was sooo beautiful. i've been in love with the outerbanks, because it's just so natural. it's not a commercial place like myrtle beach! everything is soo beach-y, down to the very few, small gas stations. i love small towns. the locals are so friendly. it's a really long strech of small islands. southern, beach living at it's best. (:

i have driver's ed all this week. you just go in, read modules, and take tests. the teacher puts on videos once in a while. at my current school WHS, we've had seven students die in the past year, so a lot of those news videos are centered around us. anyway, i have the class exam on thursday, and then idk when they're going to call me for driving portion. after all of that, i'll have to go the DMV and take the permit and sign tests. i have studying to do. JOYYY (: i think we might even have to do a presentation project in that class,

how is it going for everyone else? i hope everything is well!

hahha. yeah, high school, even though i'm just a freshmen, has been keeping me so busy. i do almost five-seven hours worth of homework everday, and i have all these tests on top of that.
in other words, school pretty much sucks ass. hahha.

i'm on my track-out (i go to a year round school), and i've been thinking.
all year round schools end june 27, and since i'm going to ninth grade next year (high schools aren't year round) i'll have the rest of the summer off.

and you know what ? i kind of miss neopets and the whole graphic situation.
i haven't made anything in over four or five months, but i could give it a shot.
well, if my dang cousin will give me back my photoshop. hahah i'll have to remember to bug him about it the next time he comes over.

so, anyways, do you all play neopets still ?
i know a lot of people used to come back for the summer.
maybe we could gather up a bunch of designers and make a summer guild.
instead of making it mandatory to have full page, "original" layouts; we could make the theme back to splats or something. i mean we could spice it up, and have splats and full pages. it could be kick ass, people. we would have a bunch of activities, and try our best to be active.

& it doesn't mean that we have to come back to neo. you could quit after the summer was over or whatever. i mean, i know that's what i'm going to do.
so, please get back at me !

still, all they really are, are just a bunch of brushes set at overlay or some other setting.
and then there are all these people who play neopets, and then all comment away saying, "THIS IS AMAZING!~*". yeah, i'm being a hypocrite, but i just wanted to write this anyways.

don't get me wrong, though. during photo manipulations and such, a lot of people including myself use brushes that don't belong to us, but the thing is during photo manipulations you can do other things; you just don't use brushes!

yes, neopets is a great way to get started into graphics. it's why a lot of us here even started to make graphics, or even learned about adobe/psp, so i give props to them for that.

i feel so terrible for everyone who's having their deviations/gallery deleted.
you all are soo amazing, and do not deserve to get your galleries deleted, whilst other people who use photos still have not gotten their deleted.

it's really annoying how dA is not notifying you personally, just sending a stupid note that doesn't mean anything.

i really am counting down the days till my gallery is deleted, i mean my gallery primarily uses photographs. i credit for the photographs, but i really don't think that matters. :[[
ugh, what really pisses me off is all those hard earned favorites and comments lost!

I have a huge project due this Friday, and then another one due on the 12th. I also have a test every day this week, difficult ones, so I'll be off studying. I'm just really stressed. Oh, and I decided not to quit cheerleading. I'm just not doing it right now, I'll probably try out for JV in freshmen year, depending on what school I go to...
I have to take these private tumbling lessons (they help you learn faster, I guess) to improve on my gymnastics, because right now I really don't think I'm good enough for JV.

Lastly, I am going to also do lacrosse for school next year. I think it's pretty simple, so I'll probably just work at it myself. So yea. I'm going to be a really busy kid next year.
