Anyway, if some have noticed, I haven't been submitting anything... Sorry about that. School before leisure, and well, school was all I could focus on. ><; I have been doodling in the very little spare time I had, so there MIGHT be a sketch dump up soon.^^ I've mainly been practicing my realism skills, due to the fact that there's like almost NO more drawing classes in my future! DX Oh, well. I'll just have to keep at it.^^ What's really cool is that every character I've been drawing realistically HAVE DIFFERENT FACIAL FEATURES, AND THEY DON'T ALL LOOK JAPANESE!!! ...Sorry, just happy that I can draw them as real people, and not Japanese Dolls...
To further my practice on realism, I've also been drawing male versions of my sister's, my friends' and my own face. They turned out okay, but they still need some work...^^

I'm a little aggravated about this break, however, since I really didn't want to come home. I was actually starting to enjoy myself before then, which bites. Now that I'm home, I've only been surfin' the net, doodlin' and sleeping in. Real fun. [I miss walking around the city.]

I'll get to the ribbon busts when I can. I'm having a little trouble getting myself in the mood to draw them, and I'm really sorry for that. Because they aren't difficult to make, but I don't want to do something half-assed and call it 'Finished,' so please forgive my procrastination!

I think for the time being, I'll stop asking for requests on anything, and try to catch up with all the other ones, 'cus right now it looks as though I sorta bit off more than I can chew. I'll give an update really soon, but until then, please bare with my hiatus. See ya then.^^

Well, my parents and my little sister are abducting me this weekend to celebrate my little holiday, and honestly, I can't remember all the things they have planned for me. xD All I know for sure is that I'm getting a new PS2 today, all thanks to my wonderful mum and papa, who thought it was only fair, since my old one broke about a year ago. (and i'm a gameart student. they think that's also a major reason for me to have one) I didn't really know what I wanted for my B-day, and even if I'm not paying for it, I always feel guilty when people spend a lot on me. I'm (slightly) limited on internet access now that I'm at home, because there's only one spot in the house that has internet(and there's almost NO WiFi here), and it's my papa's MODEM... he determines when I can use it, so that's another reason I'm not on here as much.

In the time that's passed since I've been in college, my style has changed a bit, and I'm enjoying how my characters are turning out. I've mainly been drawing OC busts and chibis, but I'm open for requests, if anyone has any.

Origanl Character busts have been the main thing for me lately. I like to call them "Ribbon Busts," because the only thing they have on them is a single ribbon wrapped around them. The bust is from the shoulders up, so no mature content. They are meant to look cute and/or elegant.

If you want one, here's the rules:

1.It must be an ORIGINAL character, meaning you or a friend made it. I'm not drawing any characters from an already existing(published) manga/comic/novel. Give me a short description on their personality. Back stories are nice, too if your character has one.^^
(Try to pick an OC that doesn't have a long name, too, cuz I'll draw the name too. If it can't be helped, I won't write the name.)

2.Your OC doesn't have to be human, but I won't draw anything too animalistic.(Furries) They can be vampiric, elvish, can have animal ears, etc., but not be anything like a werewolf. If they are, I'll draw them in human form with wolf ears, or show sharp canine teeth or something.

3.Can have a prop(e.g. apple), but that doesn't necessarily mean they have to. (If you want a prop, their hands will show holding it, but just their hands.) You can ask me if you want their hands to show. I'll have them in a gesture relating to the character.

4.Ear piercings are allowed, but only so many. If you say the character has a lot of piercings, I'll draw maybe three ear piercings(on both sides) at the highest amount. The busts are meant to show the nature of the character, as if they're being exposed, so they shouldn't be cluttered with other things not attached to their body(lol for how wierd that sounds).

5.You can choose the color of the ribbon, but try to keep it to the personality and/or appearance of the character.

Send me a message if you want one. I'm not asking for money, just for something to do with my spare time. I've already done three for myself and two for my friends, so it would be nice to see how original everyone else is with their characters. I'll make a fully colored one on photoshop and a lineart, if you want to color it.

I'll submit the linearts of the busts tomorrow to give people a general idea of what they look like. I hold a solid type of style when drawing these, but it might change depending on the type of character. If you like the style how I drew mine or my friend's characters and want them like mine/theirs, just tell me, and I'll do it.^^

So I'm trying desperately to tidy up myself digitally (I'd also cleaned up my entire apartment/dorm in one day last friday, so ugh.)

Oh, and status on the Cole reference if anyone is interested?... My bastard computer went and deleted the file, so I have to redo days of effort getting it ALMOST done like before! DX
But, as a result of this, I've come up with a little idea for Cole and the other characters that represent the different sides of myself, and now I'm solidifying them to have their own personalities and backgrounds. Once I'm finished with that, I can finish the plot for my characters and how they are connected. I'm almost done with it, too!

Even though my file of Cole got erased, the final sketch of him was still fresh in my mind, so now I definitely know WHAT he looks like. I've been drawing him a lot lately, so there will be sketches of him up soon, for those who are still curious.

I'm sorry for my slow pace with my works on here. College is wearing me thin on freetime, so I haven't been able to clean up my works to submit them. There will be more works up soon, though, as I have been finding more time to draw and sit at the computer more.

Even though I'm not from Europe, this is nevertheless madness. I can't believe they'd do something as extreme to severely restrict use of internet in Europe to control "piracy". I acknowledge the profit and copyright issues, but there are problems beyond monetary aspects in this, perhaps worse.

There are indeed obnoxious and often legal issues caused by internet but by no means would cutting off internet communication from Europe will help this. This may affect businesses and even individuals who benefit and depend on world wide communication and various services, quite a lot. Not to mention it may cause more long term issues.
Not everyone pirates and hacks...

There's an impulse in me and I have found that I like to fav tutorials... They're mostly for drawing and such, but I might also have some sturf that's kinda wierd, like, "How to Make your Face Look Like you've been Mutilated" or sumtin like that.

. . .aanywayz, because i was sick, i didn't have much to do, cuz i forced myself to stay at my dorm to get better. well, friday afternoon, i got better. BUT NOBODY WAS HERE! i was fuckin' bored outta my skull! then, after a small tantrum of loneliness, i decided to take advantage of this alone-time and watch the anime ive so desperately been waiting to watch.

. . .by the first episode, i. was. HOOKED. omigod, you could not imagine the pitches i was reaching trying to keep myself from jumping outta my friggin chair, man.(from all the stored energy due to cabin fever)

i sat there and finished the entire fuckin' series in one night! i just couldn't keep away from it! i fell in love with the characters, Kamina becoming my 1# favorite with his dumbass-headstrong personality and antics, and Simon and Viral making a tie for 2#.(Kittan=lmao) the female characters were really good in this one, too.

i'd like to go further in depth with how much i LOVED this anime, but i don't know how many people have seen, letalone how far, so i'll stop here.
