Anyway, I told SS I would probably not find a use for this wonderful site, as I haven't ever made any textures and didn't have any art to post. It's rare that I get time to draw these days, and even rarer that I feel inclined to. It's a shame because I used to love to draw.

But, poking around, I think I may find myself quite at home here. I'll try it out!

First up, I had to look look up 'aleatory' as I've never come across the word. The new Mac auto- spellchecker doesn't like it as I'm typing this. In this context I guess it means 'random, useless facts' - my favourite kind!!

ETA - many of you looked it up already, too, with the same conclusion.

1) You, my friends, are among the very few that know I can draw more than, say, stick figures. It's something I like to keep to myself, mostly.

2) My favourite flavour of gelato is mint choc-chip.

3) I refuse to wear open-toed or high-heeled shoes. Navy Converses all the way. Christopher has a pair too.

4) My high school was so large, it had 10 School Houses with over 100 students in each, not including the children of the junior school in K-6. Whoa.

5) My bedspread is a light turquoise-blue with a pattern of palm trees and frangipanis, my favourite flower after white tiger lilies.

6) The Christmas I turned 6 years old, my mother bought and assembled a huge Lego pirate ship. That was the start of my love for pirates. Seeing CotBP and finding KTTC just re-kindled it... and took it to epic proportions!

7) Lutick, my polar bear, stands guard as I sleep.

8) Every holiday break, my family loves to spend a day painting plaster models. I have an angel, fairy and a wizard on my shelf from the last break.
