hello all~ as u've already seen, i havent been uploading as much as i would like here. i've had a lot of things goin on and i havent been spending as much time at home i have in the past. i want to let it be known that i have not forgotten anyone. i am so far behind in viewing and commenting, but i am going to comment when i can. i just started back to school for my second semester. this one is harder than the last and is taking up more time. i have a bunch of projects this time. i also will have another photo to be on display at a local art gallery at the end of the year. right now, i'm just trying to juggle work, school, and personal life all at once. i know u all understand how it can be at times. i just wanted to let everyone know that i am not gone, but merely away temporarily. i hope everyone is doing well for themselves!

hey everyone~

things have been hectic for me within these past few months.
i have had a photo, which is my featured deviation, displayed at Carteret Community College for the month of march. it is currently getting ready to be placed elsewhere for display. i forgot where exactly. during may it will be on display at Johnston Community College, the college i attend. i have been trying to pick and develop prints for the next art exhibit.
i havent been spending a lot of time at home since my boyfriend, Pete, got his own place. i'd much rather be there than at home anyway.
i hope everyone is doing well. feel free to drop a comment to let me know what's going on in your lives since i've been out of touch with the online community here!

i started back to school last week for the first time in about 2 years. i'm taking photography 1 this semester. i'm psyched b/c i've loved photography since i was little. i cant wait to get back into the darkroom and develop my own prints.

did anyone have a new year resolution? mine was to quit smoking, and to try harder to accomplish my dreams.

i got a new digi cam for christmas and have been testing it out, as you can see from my most recent uploads. how was your holiday?

my boyfriend Pete ~Impaler42069 has invited me to go up to MA to visit and meet his family. we leave on sat. Nov. 12th and come back to NC on Sat. Nov. 19th. i'm looking forward to this trip~ i finally get a vacation and time off from everything around here. havent had a vacation in almost 3 years. God knows i need it.

I saw a preview for a movie that i highly recommend. it's called A Scanner Darkly. It stars Keanu Reeves, Robert Downey Jr, Woody Harrelson, Winona Ryder, among others. It's estimated release date is for March 2006.

Based on the Book by: Philip K. Dick

Synopsis: Set in a future world where America has lost the war on drugs, an undercover cop, Fred (played by Reeves), is one of many agents hooked on the popular drug Substance D, which causes its users to develop split personalities. Fred, for instance, is also Bob, a notorious drug dealer. Along with his superior officers, Fred sets up an elaborate scheme to catch Bob and tear down his operation.

at times like this i wish i were dead inside. my heart has been broken into a thousand pieces. led on to believe something that now seems impossible, i mourn over the wasted two years i spent loving him. my emotions are taking a toll on me. i can't eat. i can't sleep. i cant get this whole situation out of my mind... it's as if i've been toyed with and i despise the person who's done this, but why do i still have love in my heart? i've never been one to hate another but at this moment i am so close, it worries me. i've grown scared to even let someone in now; scared to love again. but deep within me i know i will move on and grow stronger from this gut wrenching experience. as i have always said, " everything happens for a reason."

well, i've bought a print account and have submitted a few prints. first print account i've ever had and i'm just trying to get use to it. old habits of smaller image sizes prevent me from selling some, especially since originals were lost due to computer errors.
be on the lookout for even more prints as the days go by. i'm trying to make prints out of some of those suggestions i was given. thanks AJ!

argh to this fuckin sickness within me... i hate this.. whatever it is... bad enough i was slightly sick throughout the xmas holiday, but this shit has gotten worse and just won't go away!! someone please hook me up with some nice prayers or send some healing vibes my way! i need to feel better soon!
