I'm sitting here at culinary college reviewing some photos of some of the work I've done recently and trying to figure out which ones to put up.

Ive got a ice swan, the tried and true ice carving that is a NIGHTMARE to carve.

Ive got a Halloween cat and pumpkin that are very late to the party

and I've got an ice comedy and tragedy that looks rather awesome if I do say so myself.

I'll be putting them up in time but I've got to figure out which photos look the best for the gallery.

Aside from that I have a finally tomorrow I really need to study for in my meat cutting class and I have to worry about switching to my next segment which is mass producing meals...ACK!

I hope everything comes out alright in the end, I'll tell you if it does
