THE GEORGE! George Street is said to have the most clubs and bars per sqaure foot in North America O_O People come all over for Mardi Gras and the festival, it's a cobblestone masterpiece filled with music, antics and no cars- they shut the roads there down every evening so people can party in, on and around the streets. We are known for our happy, party & fun loving escapades. That's knowing how to wind down and have fun, which we love doing.

We have each other's backs. Newfies generally love other Newfies, and instantly gravitate to each other if they meet off the island. Why? Because we're mostly just fun and laid back people who are kind and considerate. I can talk to a perfect stranger here as chummy as the next, I value that.
I don't have to lock my doors at night. Not my car door, not my house door. The most that's tried to break into my house has been a golden retriever that escaped it's leash. BOO YAH!
The people here are so friendly, it takes most people off guard. I went to Toronto, winked at someone and said "Whadda ya at?" ...he looked at me like I was about to pounce on him and hurried off. O_O

They ARE poor recordings, they were done with half a headset. But I tried!

3/ I have been writing a novel called 'Sydiot' since Grade 9- so going on 6 years!
4/ When I go to a club, I ALWAYS request a Kylie Minogue song... usually Wow. x3
5/ I am usually working on upwards to 5-10 drawings at one time, always. Never just one.
6/ I have watched every episode of every Sonic show put out... twice.
7/ I think Jun Senoue is superb and I would keel over if I ever got to sing over one of his tracks. He's such a great composer!
8/ I am easily swayed by ice cream. (I AM NOT CHIP!!) I'm serious. It could be -15 outside and I'd still go looking for a twirlie. Henceforth I am widely believed to be known as 'insane.'

- I find I make friends easier with boys than girls. I find girls are quick to judge or belittle other girls... and for some reason, most ladies when they first see me are intimidated or assume I'm stuck up because I dress flashy and don't mind standing out. It's too bad, I'm really not at all.
-I am not a vain person and I do not judge people by their looks, so I often hopped tables at lunch in High School.

Pop, by far. Rap can often be very angry or bitter, and those are not qualities of mine.

No. :S I just based her on an old look of mine really. Again, alter ego. LOL

The only thing unusual about her is her hair color, it's black tipped. Other than that she's orange with blue eyes, nothing too wild there.

Not really, besides maybe Knuckles, she has spikes... but she doesn't wear mitts or white gloves. I don't know if that counts because it's not like Knuckles spikes are a fashion statement, they're attached to him.

Lets begin:

1. One of the reasons I love Sonic so much is because I'm very passionate about the environment, and Sonic was always environmentally friendly. I thought it was cool that the idea was, animals are fighting back against man and machinery to maintain their environment. <3 Very cute.

2. I am a MASSIVE. MASSIVE. Beatles fan. I have been ever since I was little! I have all their albums, all their movies, a wealth of books, and I even saw Paul in concert. <3 I'm also named after the Beatles song Michelle- my mom is a big fan too. :3

3. My mother tells me I started humming & singing before I could say words. O_O Well then!

4. My eyes are two different colors by some strange twist of genetics- blue and amber.

5. I have never been a big fan of Sally Acorn. I like her best on her own and independent, I think she's a better character by herself and not with Sonic.

6. I swear by prismacolor leds and staedler art products! x3 They are my pride and joy!

7. I draw a picture of Sonic or work on one at least once a day. 83 I can't help it, I doodle him when I'm bored!

8. Growing up, I was literally convinced that Sonic the Hedgehog had ADHD. Actually...I'm still not ruling it out.

1. I'm an old school fan! A lot of people who talk to me often mistake me for a newcomer, which is hilarious when they usually discover I've been diggin' the hog twice as long as them. I have been a Sonic fan since Sonic 1 hit the states & Canada... making me a Sonic fan of going on 17 years. O_O THAT, is quite the affair there.

2. My favorite color is green, because it always reminds me of my beloved island I hail from & mellows me out. ^.^

3. I'm stunningly optimistic. To the point that I've never met somebody in person who wasn't surprised by my ability to remain positive. And I don't quite care that rainbows come out of my ass, I'm PROUD.

4. I'm extremely passionate about singing. My mother once told me I would hum before I could speak, so I guess that was a nod to the future. I'm always at it! Uh, if anyone's curious...

7. I adore red hair. I'm a sucker for redheads.

8. I have a huge reserve of patience. I seldom lose my cool, and I find it helpful because it ups my dedication to starting and finishing art projects. It also somehow gives me the ability to work on one thing endlessly without giving up on it or burning it.

Well Im writing this journal to let everyone know for the next couple days you may not see much of me- my best friends birthday is coming up so I've put my projects on hold for a few days (I always have to have one from the store, and one from the heart. It's my rule. ) He is also a big Sonic fan so I'll show the finished product on here in a couple days to celebrate his birfday. <3
I'm also working on a drawing for sonic4465 that I think you'll all enjoy. ^_^ Not to mention (even though I'm mentioning it) my new Sonic painting I'm starting... as far as I know I don't have any Sonic paintings posted up yet, so this will be my first on Dev. :3

^_^ Fan Art is one of the more positive parts of being a Sonic fan, and it's allowed me to meet so many great people and see so much creativity that Sonic's world brings out in people. Some of the ideas or works just make you sit back and go wow.
A tip of the hat to those of you who spend ruthless hours at the computer or with a pencil or paintbrush for no pay, just for the love of the blue blur. <3 I hope to see your work in a NEW SONIC GAME!

I was out dropping off resumes and dropped a friend off at work when in the middle of the damn road, this guy in a RAM pulls straight across my lane and hits me.
Yeah, being in a car accident is NOT fun. I was so shocked and freaking out and shaking, the witness that pulled over to help me handed me his cell and I couldn't even dial I was shaking so hard. So he escorted me into the hotel me and the dude who hit me pulled into and I called my big sis who lives here in town.
The guy who hit me was LUCKILY very sweet and admitted full responsibility, admitting he never saw me and that he was in the wrong lane. He was actually an EX COP.
Figure that one out! So thank God nothing bad happened to me, but my freakin' car got creamed. He's agreed to either pay for all damages or provide a cheque for a new car.
I just feel very blessed that it was my car and not me, it was a very different experience- very surreal and scary. I did a lot of drawing though when I came home so you may be seeing new work from me.
Well some good came out of it, I guess.
My car needed a tune up anyway (LMFAO) and some interesting art came out of this experience that I'll be posting up soon- as well as my new chapter for Steal you away.
I'm just so, so thankful I came out unscathed and innocent. X_X

I've never been a technology buff with art, but I've tried everything from Paints to conte, sculpting to canvas transfer by hand.
But who knows what endeavors may lie on here?
I like to try original or unique ideas, and not just your usual Sonic running/Super Sonic... though I won't say I don't enjoy drawing it, or seeing the wicked art people do of that.
One of my favorite artists is Tracy Yardley, the current line artist for the STH comics- WOW, who just so happens to be on here... random discovery of the day! O_O LOL
Er... did I mention I was a Sonic fan?
I do a lot of art for my writing, so expect a multitude of that.

Lets get into some random crap, shall we?

Fave character: Toss up between Amy, Silv, and Sonic. I really like Manic and Ash, too. And Bunnie, and... ok I'll just cut it short there.

Least fave game: I don't have one, to be honest. I enjoyed them all.

Least fave: I hate this part. -_- Errm, if I HAVE to pick one, Sally. I DO like Sally, but I always found a princess was ill fitting in a band of rebels. Not to mention I always liked Nicole more, especially since she's become her own entity. I won't be joining hate groups, so don't ask I'm just indifferent. UH- did I meantion Elise? Nah, lets go with Elise. She was cute, but... Jeez, date someone your own size. And species. XD

Fave game: Why do I do this to myself? X_X Err, another toss up- between SA2B, Sonic 2, and SATSR.

Fave Sonic Show: SONIC X! Though I watched all of them when they aired... I really do like Manic from SU. O_O... THEY MADE a vow their MOTHER WILL BE FOOOUND- *Dodges rocks*

Fave Sonic Songs: It Doesn't Matter, Dreams of an Absolution, Follow Me, Sweet Sweet Sweet, I Am..., His World, Fly in the Freedom, What I'm Made Of, Live & Learn, Seven Rings, Waking Up, Escape From the City- OK can I just say Crush 40 and get on with my life? xP

Sonic Pairings: Yeah, I knew it would come to this. -_- LOL Get over it. Sonamy (duh), Silvamy... Knux&Rouge (Knuxouge makes me laugh too much) Shadaze sometimes...maybe a bit of Shadamy, why not? Throw it in there. Bunnie & Twan rock, I also like Mina & Ash.
