I finally did some 'Everyone Loves...' for Katekyo Hitman Reborn. It actually took me a while to finish. Everytime you think you have found the perfect picture...BAM...a better picture pops up demanding to be used requiring me to basically start again. Also some of the awesome characters often have the same expression in a lot of the shots which is not what I want. I want the gamut of facial expressions so I have to go through a lot more episodes (which is not really an issue since I love the series)to find the range that I want. Now I need to decide who else to do in the series. I have done all my favourites but I have to decide if I should do Tsuna, Ryohei and Lambo (who is such a crybaby XD). But then there is also Ken, Chikusa and the Varia. So many decisions, so little time.

I am totally thinking of getting a second job especially with Christmas coming up. I make about $100 a week and I always have something that I want to buy (this week it is the Vongola ring set!) I am probably going to try the Coffee Club and other local restaurants. But then I will have to kiss my free Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays goodbye.

Other than Reborn, my other naughty addiction is Screwattack.com Top Ten lists on Youtube. Stuttering Craig and Handsome Tom make some of the best calls evar (yes...evar). If you do not like video games, then do not watch since you would not get some of the things that they are talking about and generally won't find them as funny as I do.

Well, I think that is everything from inside my head. It is feeling pretty empty at the moment. Listening to the Reborn openings have actually built up my spirits, I feel like danicng but I am probably going to keep just watching youtube while Tony plays Borderlands (looks like a good game).

Firstly, I have always prefered Digimon from Pokemon, mostly because there is more choice and they are just cooler, especially if you look at the pokemon from Diamond/Pearl (just too soft and fluffy looking). Another thing is the animation in the movies are so cool. I love it so much. I really enjoyed watching the first few movies today. I also really like the Digimon Frontier opening in english. I am weird but it makes me happy.

Cartoons in the '80 -'90s always had the best openings, but I could be bias since that is when I was in my main cartoon stage (LOL I was little). It also seems cooler when it is a show that I saw in South Africa because it makes it even more sentimental and reminds me of home. Gargoyles, X-Men, Spider-man, Darkwing Duck, Inspector Gadget, Ducktales...do I really have to keep listing them?? Just awesome! I must have the mental age of a 8 yr old.

Well I have work tomorrow and am planning on checking out the New Avengers. I should get some sleep and stop being distracted by youtube. Bad youtube!

Well onto the main business of this journal. I HAVE A DILEMMA!

GenCon and Animania is on this weekend and I really want to go. HOWEVER...I have my cousin's engagement party on Saturday and I am working on Sunday. Tony is going on Sunday with his friend and I can't. What should I do?? I could try to get Sunday off but I don't know if I can. I need the money. Maybe I can convince my boss to pay me to go since he keeps asking me if I am going?? Advice is required from my loyal readers (Both of you! LOL)

I am going to be so poor in October. SO many manga and DVDs to buy. So I better get off this journal and continue to work and earn that money I need XD

Well it has been a while since I last updated the few people who read my journal with the fun and excitement which is my life. There are a few things so I will try to not pick one and ramble on forever.

1. The wedding is just a week away!
Soon I might put up photos of my bridesmaid-al glory. It should be fun unless something goes terribly wrong and then I will have a stressing bride on my hands and I do not think I could handle that. There is still a bit to do before the big day. I know that before the reception I have napkins to fold. This leads me into my next piece of news.

2. My cousin is engaged!
The first of the Australian cousins (I have some in Canada and England) is getting married in 2010. A little bit of green eyed monster but nothing that can't be smothered by anime/manga and candy.

3. Anime/manga news!
D. Gray-man is brilliant in both mediums! I didn't think Tony would enjoy it but thanks to Komui's funniness and Kanda being Kanda equaled a happy Tony! Earl and Fairy is another anime I decided to check out. Someone told me about it and I liked it! Very pretty. I have green eyes too XD.
Another cool thing is that Kuroshitsuji has been translated and is coming out in Australia in early 2010! It is being called Black Butler (well duh!!!) Again in the very cool stuff for you to learn is that Junjou Romantica and Soul Eater have been picked up for licensing which means that eventually we will have the joy of owning the anime! Hopefully the dubbing will be good. From the looks of Soul Eater, it should be, with Vic Mignogna, Todd Haberkorn and Monica Rial being some of the VAs! WOOT!

4. I am popular!
My picture (which is just cut and paste lol) 'Everyone loves Aidou' is the 16th most popular of the 1209 popular deviations submitted in all of time for aidou. So if you type aidou in the search...it will be in the first page! Thanks to everyone who favourited it and hopefully it will keep going up!

I have seen

's journals regularly refering to Katekyo Hitman Reborn so I just recently decided to check it out just for shits and giggles. After reading the first 2 books and watching the first 9 episodes...I am proud to say that I am now intigued therefore must continue to find out what happens to Tsuna and his family. My favourite characters are Yamamoto and Gokudera! It has even inspired my fanfiction side and am planning to write one soon.

Another thing I would like to add to this journal that might not matter except to one...SHAME ON PEOPLE WHO MISSED SLOTHY'S PARTY!!! I bet most of them, unlike me, had a valid excuse!!

Well I thought I was a shoe-in for a full time postition with a respectable coffee company here in Brisbane. Unfortunately I was not successful in getting the job. Someone snatched it right from underneath me. However, a small part of me is so happy because I still love working at Daily Planet and being the main manga person. Plus the store could be expanding and we might be going to a convention in September. I LOVE CONVENTIONS! I kinda want to go San Diego (if I could afford it)

After losing this position, the power cable for my laptop died so I haven't even been able to play Warcraft to make myself better. I am borrowing one from my mum's workplace right now. I have realised how dead I am without my computer.

Since I have it...I am watching Disney movies on Youtube. I adore Disney movies even though I am 22 yrs old. I love the music, songs, animation and stories. I am so going to buy all my favourites on DVD so I will have them forever and ever. Another thing I have found is that really good Disney songs work even in different languages especially japanese. People might think it is weird to watch them in Japanese but I don't care.

Well...watching Tarzan. And I am going to do some photos. Yay!

I am trying to write a cover letter for my resume but having my mother and sister adding their 2 cents over my shoulder makes me want to scream and punch a wall. My pet peeve is people reading over my shoulder so this is worse because this is my career!! And now my mother has joined Facebook and of course she has added me so I now can not bitch and speak like I normally do...GOD DAMN IT!! My life is falling around me!

Save me someone...I do not know what would make me feel better right now...raging before sleeping is probably not good!

I have a lot of DVDs to watch when I get home, lots of games to play and my sister is going to Germany in 2 days for a year. I know that it sounded like I want to get rid of her but I am just kinda looking forward to being the only child for a year. Plus I can borrow her clothes without asking while she is away!

It was her going away party last night...felt pretty old in the group of girls in teeny weeny dresses (and we were outside and it was freezing which made it funny).

Main news...I might have a full time job in a week...cross fingers for me people.

Tony's New Car

My Tony got a new car...well ute. It is a bright yellow Ford XR6 with grey stripes on the sides and hood and has a hard back cover. Inside is really comfy, which is the only thing I care about, so I am happy with it. Tony is really excited and I bet he is driving it right this second.

Pokemon Mishap!

LOL this is such a random story! My Tony bought Pokemon diamond online and so we could have all the pokemon (yeah real nerds we are) I bought Pokemon Pearl. When Tony got his game, I had defeated 3 gyms and had a good team going that were evenly leveled (which I always found a problem). But when Tony tried to play Diamond on his DSi, it didn't work. So he tried my pearl and I tried diamond on my normal DS. Both worked. So Tony looked at me..."Do you think we can swap?" So I lost all my hard work but Tony was happy so I am happy. This happened 2 days ago and I have already got 5 badges and have a better team going! So I guess it was worth my while. XD

Another Rejection

I got my second rejection letter in the search of full time employment. I am not too disappointed, I just want to find a job. I love my current job but I kinda want to work somewhere closer to my home.

New Friend

I am adding Princess Reiko to my friends! She is a regular customer at my store but I did not know that she was on dA, so welcome Princess Reiko XD

1. Problems with X-Men Origins: Wolverine (IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE MOVIE AVOID NOW!)

I saw X-Men Origins: Wolverine last night. I was loving it at the start (mostly because of Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson/Deadpool who is my fav XD) until the part where the guy from 'Lost' is killed cause it was said that Wade was dead which I doubted but they said it. Then it was still good until we met Remy LeBeau who is supposed to be Cajun but has a Texan accent (ok...) So the movie was still good until near the end when the baddie said "Deadpool" which made me sit up in my seat and get excited BUT when 'Deadpool' come onto screen...it was not Deadpool. THEY HAD WRECKED HIM. He does not have all those powers, his mouth is not surgically shut, he is not mind-controlled and the only thing they got right is that he becomes bald...I was devastated! Deadpool is my favourite Marvel character! HOW CAN THEY DO THAT!! I hope that the Deadpool movie is freaking correct!!

2. Overwork and random lessons

I have been working Friday - Monday for the past 2 weekends. After 4 months of 2 or 3 shifts a week, it is kinda exhausting I don't really know why.

I have also learned some new things. The main lesson was about my "manager" Matt. Now I have always known that I was the youngest employee (and the only girl) but I did not know how much younger I was. I always thought Matt was 24 - 26...so about 4 years older than me (my birthday is in a month...remember that people) but today I found out that Matt is *drum roll* 34!! HE IS FREAKING 34!!! How can he be 34??? Shocked is the understatement of what I was when I found out. 34!!!

3. Mother's Day

I am working Mother's Day. Hopefully my present will keep my mum thinking of me during the day.

4. Random words

In my crazy mind...certain words have been popping in my head as words I really want to say but kinda think that I shouldn't. One of those words is "jew" I, for some odd reason, want to say "jew" a lot for no reason. Please save me from my own mind.

Hey everyone!

I can't believe I won

's comp and so I got a 3 month subscription and I can't believe how cool it is. I will most likely keep up the subscription I don't know just yet?! But all I know is that I am going to collect stamps while I can!! It is fun

And in 18 days the Fall Out Boy concert is going to rock!! I can't wait!! EXCITED!!

Other then that...I can't really think of anything else to say.
It is 7:30am and usually I don't think of stirring until 9. So I am still pretty sleepy. And I got work later...I kinda feel lazy and don't wanna got but that is just me!

As I write this, I am at work. I started at 10:30am and as I opened the door...some random guy came and stood outside. As soon as I got ready and let him in, 4 really loud kids came in and hanged around. After having to serve them for about 30mins they left. About and hour after they left...they came back with reinforcement! I know I am supposed to be happy, but they didn't buy anything and kinda rubbed me the wrong way. So my day at work is not going how I want it too. At least I only have 3 hours left.

On the job front...I have finally made some attempt to start looking for a full time job. Even though I would adore to work full time at the comic book store...I can't so I need to get more motivated.

And on the idea of motivated...I have to finish

's competition entry. LOL I WILL FINISH IT!!

Well I better get back to work...I have to do my cleaning while no one is here. Plus I have to try to work through the hunger...the downside of working by yourself.
