Life

I will be going for a short trip to Sydney on 24-28 May, to visit my partner and see Vivid Sydney again!
Last year Vivid's caught my attention (other than the crappy projection on Opera House), and this year seems to be on an even bigger scale!

Other than been too tied up with previous work (which I have resigned end of March), will be starting at a new workplace soon.

1) Shot SCANDAL concert in Singapore for both days.
2) Went to Sydney during 21 March to 7 April.
3) Did 1 cosplay shoot over there with :devGundamFamiglia:, and joined an awesome and interesting event called FLASH/MOB by Jesse Willesee.

Life update:

Anyways as usual being very busy with life, and adapting to my new job which I have started working since 3 months ago.
I will say it's a pretty challenging and fast pace, so that's one of the main reasons I have lesser time to do anything photography related, or even update/reply on deviantART.

Very fortunate to have :devshuichimeryl: to help me out with part of the post-processing (the tedious ones) for the Batman series cosplay photos.

1) Tasogare Otome x Amnesia
The art direction, drawing, characters, and perspective are really good.
Story is even better, as I have read the manga till the latest chapter, interesting romance, drama, comedy series.
My number 1 favorite of this season, hands down.

2) Sankarea
Another romance comedy and a moe girl to boot, guess I'm a sucker for type.
Highschool guy prefers a zombie girlfriend, and due to unfortunate event, a lady died and turned into a zombie (gasp!).
Quite interesting too, find out for yourself!

I did manage to catch up with friends and met many new friends in real life!
Local, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and China friends!
Sad thing is, still didn't manage to catch up with many friends.
This year event (especially day 1), the crowd is really insane. It's totally a traffic jam, I have no idea how people doing those armor cosplay or big props gonna move (don't even mention taking photos).

Workload and stress increasing, lesser time to do photography and studies, and most importantly salary or benefits didn't increase.
That's about explains my current life situation, really don't like it, but have to stick with it for the moment.

Well, until I get some better qualifications, which I'm studying right now. To get a chance for a better position and job.

Anyways, can't wait for AFA this weekend!

Met ALOT of friends this year, not including the obvious of locals. Especially many Malaysia cosers came for the event, also a handful of Thailand and China cosers too!
Shot a total of 46 cosers today (+- 2), first time I ever shot that many cosers (and photos) in a day, great catching up with friends, good times good times.
But missed out on shooting a few friends, especially the awesome :iconcvy:, yes I'm so sadded now Cvy!!!

This year I will be expecting coser friends from Malaysia, Thailand, and China coming down to the event!
Currently, I think majority of the cosers are still rushing for their costumes and stuffs, so good luck to you guys!
Unfortunately but understandable, few of my shoots are postponed due to above reasons, till after Cosfest.

BUT, it's ok, I have a few shoots planned during this weekend! :)
