I probably won't meet many of you again, so I'd just like to say, thank you for everything. I greatly regret leaving, because it stagnated my life of drawing. It sucks to know that I've wasted a year of my life for something which now, I have no interest in.
So yeah, I first joined when I was 11, and it was great. It may not have been a very good decision to join then, though, because being out in the real world helped me realise some things that I would not have realised here (so maybe leaving had it's good points?). But, I've changed a bit, hopefully for the better, and I'm back.


K, so, thank you once again to anyone and everyone who's ever watched me or commented on anything I've done. It may not have meant much to me at the time you did, but /now/ it is. (yes, not much logic in that, but trust me.)

....now whenever I think of 'dA', I feel annoyed XD Ehhh...how to sayy...a while ago, I used to feel happy when people said nice stuff about my art, but now I feel that those don't really matter. I used to look at other people's art and see how good they are and try to be as good as them, but now I don't really care. I used to be all happy when I got pageviews, but they aren't anything to me now. Just numbers. I used to have fun talking to the online friends I made, on Neopets and on dA, but now I just find it a chore when someone talks to me.
I think the only person who I find is fun to be with is ~blacksignal, but I don't know whether she likes playing RO with me or not XD I hope she comes back soon TwT
dA's helped me improve a lot, but I don't feel like posting anything anymore. I don't want to comment anymore, I don't want to look at other peoples' art anymore. I just want to draw draw draw and keep them to myself. It feels a lot nicer.

I'm tired of dA, and maybe some of the people on dA. I'm still thinking whether or not I should leave dA for good, but even if I don't, I won't be commenting/posting, so it doesn't really make a difference I probably won't finish those gifts as well, since I'm such a lazy ass, but I may. And I have concluded that Singapore is a very sad country and that I want to get a job in Japan Or marry some rich guy and move to Japan and become a tai tai x) Actually I want to study medicine and become a tai tai Cough cough. Anime merchandise and j-rock/pop magazines are super expensive here, almost everybody has awful hairstyles and bleh > .o I mean, even some of the businessmen in Japan are interesting! [EDIT: I WAS JUST KILLED BY A LEGION OF CHONCHONS! X_X They were led by a stupid steel chonchon looking dragonfly T___T Ya. Yes, I finished it in about 30 minutes ^0^ All 9 chapters :3 But my friends take like, days to finish 9 chapters o_O;; Or maybe it's just that I flip through...I don't see much to study anyways >_>;; The one I /really/ need to study for is history T__T My history sucks [got 13.5/25 for the first 2 tests]

Does anyone know where the pet merchant is in Prontera? I can find one in Geffen, as well as Morroc, but I can't seem to find one in Prontera o_O;; No way am I going to make my aco walk all the way to Geffen just to buy a pet incubator
Anyways, I made a mage on Loki ^0^ Novice mages are AWFULLY hard to train since you should start with 9 INT, AGI, and DEX [according to the guides I've read, they recommend this], leaving STR, VIT and LUK at 1 ;o; I couldn't bear leaving VIT as 1, so I made it 2 and DEX 8 xD Anyways, ya, awfully hard to train when you don't have any spells TwT [my spells currently suck too. I'm starting with cold bolt, after that sp regen, then going on to napalm beat and soul strike, then frost diver, then lightning bolt and thunderstorm.]
A priest was really nice though ^0^ He tanked meh~~~ Such a nice person :3 So I gained like, 2.5 job levels in a flash *3* Killed quite a few Creamies~~
Oh gosh, and my journey from Geffen to Morroc [to get the morroc solution to become a mage] was so so so so tiring @3@;; When I was almost at Morroc I died, and I forgot to save at Prontera! ...why people get upset, angry, frusrated, worked up and irritated over the slightest things. Is it really worth while to spend so much energy getting frustrated over someone who leaves a nasty comment? Not too sure if many of you know about it, but take a look at ~R-AB-A-A. I personally do not find what they are doing /very/ wrong. I mean, if you go there and give them nasty comments, aren't you doing the same thing?
Just a short summary of what they've been doing:
They've been going around criticising some anime-styled drawn pictures. One of the images they criticised include Metallic Angel, a picture *hirochan drew for :dev-ramenchan:. You can view their comment here.
I honestly didn't find it very harsh [except that commenting on peoples' styles isn't very good. I did find what they said about the clothes, background and wings rather useful though], and I really don't see why everybody 's making such a big fuss about it [like me] D: Well, that's just /one/ of their comments. I've never seen many of them, but pah, they're not saying that anime sucks. They're just saying that the majority of anime-related artwork here on DA aren't "up to their standards". I have to agree with them a little...I mean, DA used to be a place for the 'elites'. Now there are bunches of idiots like me posting up crap every day. By the way, I'm not saying that * hirochan isn't good [neither am I saying any other artist isn't good]. If you see it that way, try reading it in a more optimistic kind of way. It's not just for anime, this includes all other types of art as well.

While I'm on this 'anime' subject, I'll just define what I consider a ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ANIME ARTIST. Someone who has a unique style, and I mean unique. Take a look at Kubo Taito [OR TITE, if you'd like it that way], artist of Bleach. Isn't his art the most awesome thing ever? *3* Or Takei Hiroyuki, artist of Shaman King. Or maybe it's just that I find those kind of art styles very spectacular because they can draw human beings, even though they aren't exactly following human anatomy. It's like following human anatomy, but at the same time not. Other artists I find good are Obata Takeshi [artist of HikaGo and Death Note], Togashi Yoshihiro [artist of HxH and YYH], Kishimoto Masashi [artist of Naruto], and forgot his/her name, the artist of Power! xD Ya. Today (yesterday actually) was the last day of chapel for REW, or as we call it in my school, DJW. REW stands for Religious Emphasis Week, and DJW is Discover Jesus Week :3 Yeah, they called for people to come out for prayer, and they were saying a really really long preyer, and LOTS of people cried. Or at least, lots of my from my class cried I cried a little. I tried to hold back my tears a bit...yeah, so lots of my friends (including myself) rededicated our lives to God today, and my non-christian friend (she's buddhist) started crying when we were praying for the whole class by ourselves, so we prayed for her too ^0^ It was a good day. I really hope she'll get to know the Lord soon
Sigh, I wish we could have chapel everyday. And it's not just because we get to miss lessons Maybe I'll go to ACJC when I'm 16 just so that I can have chapel o_o

Kyaaa~~~ The new DA thing is so scary @3@ It's like when I go to my messages, everything was so....blue. I like the previous one better =3= Oh well, not like I could do anything about it....
Oh yes, in the end, I didn't die >w< I went all the way back to school to get my history textbook, then my sister and I met up with my mother and we ate dinner :3 Ooh yes, a very yummy dinner indeed X3 I think I'm going o get really low for my history test though =3= I just hope I don't fail~~

On to my main message. I hope there are still people reading? 'Kay, recently I find that I'm ing less anime works with CG-ish colouring[such as stuff by ~ferus or ~kurokumo]. As in, no painty-ish colouring, you know? And I'm also ing less pictures which don't have proper backgrounds, unless they are really really awesome. Why? I find that CG-ish coloured [in other words, have a more CG-ish effect] look as if less effort put in.
Am I saying that it takes less effort? No. Am I saying that it's easy? No. I just find that making a painty-ish effect takes more effort, and that it appeals to me more. I've tried both kinds, and it's DEFINITELY easier to cel-colour in Photoshop than it is to make a nice painty effect on Painter Classic.
So what I'm saying is, do you think that the piece you really deserves it? Is that really your FAVOURITE? A 'favourite' is something which you like best, am I wrong?
I'm not saying you can only one thing everyday or what, I personally don't care how many you . I just hope you'll be more conscious of what you add to your favourites >w< Yeah. Woot. I rant. And a crappy rant, in fact.

And, I'm probably going to spend another hundred dollars Going to buy some belated Valentine's Day gifts for my friends. I love my friends. They are such nice people...I even get presents from friends whom I'm not really close to...so I just have to give them gifts too

And thank you to all who wished me good luck for my auditions~ It went quite well. I think. Well, I'm quite confident about my singing, so I'm not too worried about that part. They didn't cut me off in the middle of my song either, though I'm not too sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing I know a few of my friends were asked to stop in the middle of their song...
As for dancing, I think that one went quite well too. The instructor just made all of us go up on stage, and then he taught us the dance. After a few tries, he made us go up in 10s and dance. [with music of course~] Then after I did mine, he was like looking at us and then he looked at certain people and then said something to the girl beside him, and then she wrote down something on a piece of paper. Then he looked at me and then told her something and she wrote down something again. Probably our numbers [we were each given a number]. So yeah, I think I got past that too...

BUT as for acting...I did terribly. I think it's mostly because of the person I was acting as. I definitely cannot act as someone quiet. I'd rather act as someone proud-ish, you know? I find it much easier =3=

Anyways, hopefully the results will be out on Monday. I hate being in suspense.

I mean, I don't have real life friends who have the same interests as me. Other than liking anime of course. Anime fans are such common things nowadays. I'd like to have a friend who can give good crits.
My closest friends don't really like it when I start singing TeniMyu songs out of nowhere [yes, I do that ] or when I'm drawing during class [because I still get fairly good marks ] We're in different classes as well, so I have to visit them in the morning, before assembly, and during recess, if our recesses are at the same time, every single day! Cosplay stuff
Some of them were really really fantastic, like this girl who was cosplaying as an ANBU person Kakashi thing X3 [link] Uhh..yeah, anyways, Sai was really good as well, the girl's face was so sweet She was really pretty Naruto was quite cool, but her face shape wasn't Naruto-ish enough o.O But that doesn't really matter And there was Ren! With his strange clothes~ The ones with those holes at the hips
And my sister's friend had the super dollfies thing, these REALLY pretty dolls from Japan *0* They dressed two of the dolls up as characters from Guilty Gear XX [I think the were Guilty Gear XX] [link] [link]
