Right, thats finished now... whats new?
Moving house Finally Andrew and I will have a place to ourselves. Away from ignorant flat mates, giant heating bills and a leaky roof, I can't wait! Thats next week.
I met Colin & Justin (off of the telly) at my Graduation none-the-less (my dad gave them my business card!) It was also my birthday - Sat Nav at last... Thermals for snowboarding... awesome CD's from Andrew, all round good day really.


Shooting on Thursday... can't wait - its been ages really since I looked forward to something so much! With Danielle and David.

I'm so annoyed/angry/upset right now. Why is when ever a remotely good opportunity comes around, I can't have the day off work! I'm only contracted two days - why by some crazy coincidence do those days always fall at the same time as good freelance work!? Argh!


On an up note London was fun. Good to get away for a few days... However I am bored stiff of music geekery - we stayed with andrews sound tech friend stuart, so for those of you that know Andrew and what he does, you can imagine the extent of the conversation!


Going to see AlterBridge again tonight! Very excited! Don't think its going to be very busy though... was a sell out last time, but there's still standing tickets available!

Been chopping chillis... I washed my hands straight after, and then again a little while after... but have since touched my eyes and my nose and they sting

Andrew and I made Meatballs and Tomato & Chilli sauce for dinner, ala Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Food. It was awesome! Plus we now have a wee basil plant to look after


Can't wait to go to London next week! Main purpose is to spend my CHarles Fox voucher that I won for the award at college. We're going to be staying with a couple of Andrew friends in London, then heading to Bristol for a couple of days too and a Halloween party! V Excited


For said halloween party I'm going as a vampire... one of the guys andrew has been doing some recording for is a dental technician, he's making fangs for me!

Well recently I've had quite a few bridal makeup jobs which has been nice... finally making some money doing what I love! And no bad experiences to speak of so far, touch wood! Melissa, Lisa and Lisa, you're all fabulous, loved working with all of you.

Organising a photoshoot on Sunday with 3 photographers, 3 female models and a male model to get some bridal fashion images hopefully. Borrowing dresses from Glitterati in Glasgow. Will be sure to post the results.


In Flames was brilliant last week, had a such a good time Many more great gigs to look forward to before christmas! Speaking of which - should really try and do some christmas shopping at some point soon...

There's no food in the house except breakfast cereal, but I don't want to go to ASDA, I hate that place with a passion.


I honestly just don't want to spend anymore time in the car today, I had a bridal job this evening - I left myself 45mins to do a journey which should take 20, but still was late because of the stupid football at Ibrox.
Why the hell would you take your car to a football match just to sit in traffic for literally hours to get home, I just don't get it!


Bought a book today, oooo, Ian Rankin - The Naming of the Dead. I wanted it for taking on my holidays in the summer but couldn't really afford it back then! Pretty good so far



Life's a bit better than it has been recently-ish. Just need to find a flat for just Andrew and I to move into in January and we'll be sorted.
Going to see In Flames on 27th Can't wait! Got snowboarding holiday booked for march, also can't wait!

I HATE being off work! As much as I usually dislike having to go to work, I hate having to be off too... It'd be much better if I could just pick and choose!

I'm not back until Thursday, thanks to this chest infection so been struggling to keep myself busy. Luckily I have a few things on next week;
I have a Bridal trial on Tuesday, Going through to Glenrothes to do a demo of a "Thriller" style makeup for a drama group at my mum's school on Wednesday, back to work on thurs, Totty Rocks shoot on Friday, work on Saturday... and I think a Pin Up shoot on Sunday!


I really really really want to do some bridal style fashion shoots, as well as some alternative bridal/trash the dress type shoots so I can have a seperate page and gallery for that type of work on my website.

I'm getting a fair bit of interest for my bridal services, but not as many as I think I would with an area geared specifically to that. So, if anyone wants to help me out - give's a shout!

So yeah, did I mention I'm REALLY bored!!

Just spent the morning at the doctors, I figured I had a chest infection (I'm getting pretty good at self diagnosis since I get this at least once a year!) Doctor said I do, but also thinks I may have developed asthma!! So I'm off work for a week, got antibiotics, steroids and an inhaler to take... maybe tonight I'll actually be able to sleep and not feel like someone is sitting on my chest the whole time.


Got some exciting news this week, myself, David and Grace are going to be doing the photoshoot for Totty Rocks Spring/Summer '09 collection!

For those that don't know, Totty Rocks is an independant designer boutique in Edinburgh, on Victoria Street

So since I'm Ill thats me off work till thursday 4th if anyone wants to shoot something, I'm sure I'll be feeling better within a few days.

Just as it says - I've revamped my website again... same basic layout, different front picture. I also finally found the ocntrols to edit the gallery so it is now as I like it! Check it out: Siananigans.com [link] and tell me what you think.

I've made a few new front pages, along the same lines layout wise, just with different images I have been involved in the making of... my plan: To change the main image on a regular basis to keep it new and exciting!


Still struggling along with this business plan, I'm not really sure how professional Business Gateway are looking at this to be, but I am going to work on it a bit more today I think.

Andrew got back last Sunday - the bedroom is a mess again, well - the house generally, but nevermind - It's good to have him back! And he's just inrtoduced me to another band beginning with A!

Had a wonderful shoot last Sunday with Grace, David and Anna - we chose Kinshaldy Beach near my home as our location, and borrowed jewellery from ASIMI in Edinburgh. It was pretty grey when we arrived in Cupar, but as we headed to the beach the sun came out! We had a fair couple of hours in the sunshine, that beach could have been anywhere in the world, then the heavens opened! We all got absolutly drenched... even Anna and I attempting to use the beach tent as an umberella - I had left the brollies in the car since the sun was out when we arrived!

Anyway, so then we met up with Morag and Sarah to walk to the other end of the beach with their horses for some shots with them. The track down to the beach was very muddy- David was wearing sandals, hehe! My favourite photo from this part of the shoot is on the right as a showcase. I love this picture so much, I'm so proud to be part of such a great team.


Not really been up to much else to be honest, just looking forward to Andrew getting home on Sunday, I haven't seen him for ages! We only had 4 days together after my holiday and before he went away, 2 of which I was working!

Again looking forward to another shoot with David and Grace on Tuesday, Can't wait - as ever!

I thought I'd give this CSS shabang a go... I fancied a wee change on my front page. Nothing majorly complicated, I saw this one from ClaireJones and thought it was nice and simple and pretty cool. I like it


Worst night ever lastnight - should've been brilliant - if not for one stupid bitch from work. Don't put words in my mouth, and don't belittle the hard work I've done for the past 3 years getting to where I am now. I couldn't actually give a flying fuck if you've been "in this business" for 7 years, it doesnt make you any better than me. Infact, I'll be pretty disappointed if in 7 years time I'm still making my money working on a cosmetics counter.

You have no right to make people feel so small, I'm glad Kate stood up to you lastnight she doesn't deserve the shit you give her.

You said maybe we're all too young to understand things from your point of view - your only 26 - maybe you just need to grow up.


I suppose I should get on with getting my kit ready for the shoot with David, Grace and Anna tomorrow!
