Anyways. I'm reading Howl's Moving Castle and it's making my imagination go something like this:

The French Revolution.

I am SUCH A NEEEERD!!! In history class we're learning about the French Revolution and I'm completely fascinated by it. Every aspect. I just really wish that Marie Anntoinette had actually said "Let them eat cake," because that would've been totally BA. I just pretend she did.

I'm also convinced that Maximillien is the best name of all time. Of all time!

I've been doing a lot of drawings of Marie and Max etc. None of Louis yet, but I'm not a big fan of his. A few of the fishwomen, because they scare me. And none of Marat!! D8 I need to do a picture of him. Hopefully I'll be posting them soon, I'm just having trouble perfecting the way they do their hair. Augh, and Guillotines freak me out!! I'm also very bad at drawing them. It's quite a problem.

So here's hoping I learn more about the Revolution on Monday!!

Today, for the first time ever, I heard the song Mario Kart Love Song. I think it is very very very adorable in the most nerdy way possible. That's not the problem I have, though. The problem I have is that in the lyrics, the song says 'You'll be my princess and I'll be your toad.'... TOAD. Not Luigi, not Mario, TOAD!!
Haha, what a dumb thing to get worked up about, but still. It bothers me that in most of the fanart and fan made MVs for this song, it's always Peach and Mario! I admit that that makes much more sense... But the song says Toad!

Well, it's not even October yet, and I'm posting a journal about it. I can't help it though, I'm just so excited!!! And it was time for any kind of profile update.

Ok, so, I haven't been gone, I've just been... lurking... around Deviantart lately. But - GEEZ!! I always get so sidetracked, back to the main point.

Wait, sidenote, I haven't given up on the 100 pic challenge, I just took a 4 month break to go to the kitchen and get some Oreos.

Right, Halloween. Since this Happy Halloween is sooo early, I'll write another one of these journals when it's actually October, and maybe even *gasp* Halloween. Apparently, regardless of my Halloween journal from last year, you CAN get to old to trick-or-treat (according to my parents) so all the people who I trick-or-treated with last year are going to be creepy on my driveway. Second, I was looking at this eraser, right? It said 'Dust rolls up' as one of it's features. Don't ask. So the first thing that popped into my head was 'You're dust rolls up kid.' Then the little eraser starting to say 'Thank you!' then me saying 'I hate it when dust rolls up.' ... Wow. It was so weird. I think that's it's from something where they say 'You got spunk, kid. I hate spunk.' So I'm going to draw a comic about it.
