Updates on Life!

Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing well. I have been pretty busy with work and life with my new puppy Bolt. His fully AKC name is Kerstone's Boltimus Maximus Prime. LOL Bolt for short!

This have been quite crazy with him!! He learned how to sit around 8-9wks old! It was pretty awesome. He's also learned paw and I'm teaching him to lay. Will hopefully be getting him into puppy classes next week once he's all healthy.

This past week my husband and I got to go down to Rockaway Beach, OR with my parents and sis. It was wonderful but sadly Bolt wasn't able to come. Luckily Lance's sister was able to watch him. *sigh* How I miss the ocean!!

Anyways I really haven't done much artwork. Been trying to focus more on my photography... I'm a better photographer then I am at drawing. LOL I love drawing though!!

OH! I don't know if anyone else has plays but I'm playing AION a new game that just came out. lol Its quite funny as my bros, sis, even hubby, is playing! Very fun game and if you play it please let me know!!

lol OH x 2 ...for halloween I'm going to dress as Penny from Bolt! I've got the tights/leggings and black shorts sorta have the boots as well. Now I just need to get a long black sleeve shirt and red teeshirt and I'm pretty much done! For bolt I need to find a black sidewalk chalk. Anyone know where I can get it?!!

Puppy is coming tomorrow!

As some of you may or may not know I am getting a White German Shepherd puppy! He comes in tomorrow night. Poor thing is spending his day flying all over the place to get to me. Not sure why he wasn't able to get a direct flight but I'm praying he will be safe and nothing bad will happen.

I'm extremely excited about this especially since my dog Dingo ran away and still hasn't been found and the fact I had to sell my horse. It will be great to have a new companion around and I cannot wait to get going on walks, hikes, trips again!

I will be doing my best to get him certified as a Therapy Dog. I am planning on naming him Bolt after the Disney movie and I think it will fit him perfectly. Who doesn't want Bolt to come visit them?!

Here is the latest photo I have of him. Be sure tomorrow I will be taking LOADS!!!!

On a side note! I think I caught a cold or the flu. Have been miserable for the last couple of days. Really hoping that this will go over soon and that I get back to my good ole self. Don't wanna be sick for the 1st week puppy is here!

Want a new icon!

Bit of an update on myself. I had to sell my horse because of my husband. I am way sad and cannot believe he's gone.

Also my White German Shepherd puppy survived a storm... well I should say the breeder and the dogs thankfully survived!! Its now only about a month until my puppy arrives. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited and cannot wait. I NEED him in my life!!

Now to the point of this journal entry. I am looking for another icon to be created. Want a puppy version of my character. I would like it animated and will pay $5. That is what I have been paying for my icons. If you know of someone or do them yourself please contact me!!

Gettin my White German Shepherd!!

So the next rescue I went to ended up screwing me over again. The I had talked to was nice but her partner is a jerk. She did nearly the same exact stuff the other one pulled on me.

I had gone to see Walter the pup the other day but Lance wasn't able to go with me cuz he was a butt and spent time with him family from AZ... even though he said he would do this with me. So I went and I wasn't exactly thrilled but I also wasn't turned off by the pup. I was nervous at the fact the pup was barking at me and was shy. I didn't want to deal with another Dingo thats afraid of everything.

He was real cute and had fluffy ears and longer coat. Nothing like the other dogs I had been wanting. So I left and emailed the lady in charge of him I guess and told her my feelings on Walter. I asked if I could foster him for a week or two. Most shelters are fine with this but I guess not her. One it makes sure you WANT to adopt the dog and two it HELPS out the rescue by allowing more dogs to come in! NOPE she didn't offer this to me nor did she really make it available for us to meet halfway.

You see her location is nearly an hour away from mine and thanks not even with MAJOR RUSH HOUR traffic. It would probably be two hours. Not only that I had also had my weekend fully booked with photography the WA Emerald Classic Horse Show.... I said I'd do it like a month or two ago! So I couldn't really do anything over the weekend. I tried several times since I got off early on some days but every single time it was either NO or during rush hour that was out of the question! I had already been driving 2 round trip to the Horse Show!

So today we planned, because she told me after 12pm was fine, to meet Walter today. I brought Lance along with me to the Horse Show and then we were to go from there straight over to the gals house located in North Bend (we were in Auburn). So not only did we just drive an hour to get there we'd have to drive another 30+mins to get to North Bend. But I was going to do it! I PLANNED IT! I ask for the gals address since I forgot to print out the map. Glad I didn't! And I get back an email telling me I can't come after 12pm but I had to come before that! WTF?! This person knew I was busy all weekend with this horse show!

I then pretty much said SCREW YOU, SCREW IT and told the other gal that was much nicer that I was frustrated YET AGAIN with how rescues are run and that I was going to go else where. This made me very stressful and again brought up the fact the stupid B*** that gave away my Jasper.

As of right now I hate rescues (NOT the dogs) and how judgmental they are and corrupt. They've shown me they're only in it for themselves and not the interest in the dogs. Instead of caring about potential owners they care about who will take the dog the quickest!

Anyways good ending. I now have a male White German Shepherd reserved for meh! Kerstone Kennels - Highly Recommend!! Been wanting a WGS for a LOOOONG time and even made a deposit about a year or two ago. I cannot wait and I'm totally excited.

A new pup?!

MY puppy was rehomed to someone else hind my back. I had finally met with Jasper this past Thursday and told her we would get back to her ASAP on him to make sure everything would go right and to be ready for him when he came home. Well this jerk (who runs a rescue might I add) took that and 2days (was going to call her today) as meaning I do NOT want Jasper. WTF?!!

Needless to say I am beyond heartbroken at this time. Since the email I have been crying. The jerk NEVER once called me back to ASK!!!!! if I was interested or not. Which of course I would have shouted YES!!!

How can someone just do that?!!! I wish SO badly I could do something so she isn't able to be a rescue. I don't want this happening to another person. Its so cruel and painful.

A new pup?!

Dingo has been missing for over a month now. There has been no sign of him and I am completely devastated that he went missing. Dingo was MY dog and we both had a very strong bond. He was extremely smart and always tried to please.

Sadly it has come for me to move on. He taught me so much and open a new chapter in my life. There are many dogs in Taiwan needing our help. I know a lot of people are upset over the fact we are bringing dogs into the U.S. from there but if it wasn't I would have never met Dingo!

I have now completely falling in love with a pup name Jasper from Taiwan. I had been searching on PetFinder.com mainly for Dingo to see if any of the rescues might have had him and then did a search of dogs I might be interested in adopting. This is the 1st photo of saw of Jasper.

Cute no?!

Well the other day I wanted to send Lance the photo of the dog I was looking to adopt. So I went on petfinder.com again to get the photo and when I went to refresh or check something out I came across some updated photos!

When I saw these photos I nearly freaked out! Seriously I don't know why or what but I just completely feel in love with him and now I'm just praying, hoping, and crossing my fingers that the rescue that will be bringing him into the USA will pick me and my family. I have been dreaming of this pup since the updated photos. I'm nearly to the point of losing sleep and having "nightmares" that they don't pick me. lol

Its bad! I have him on my phone.. because of the "Secret" which teaches you visualize having your dream, etc. Watch it or read it and you'll understand.

I will not lie I do feel very bad for just "moving on" (which seriously I have not) and I hope people don't think of me as a jerk for looking like I'm just forgetting about Dingo but it is for my own health and well being... Dingo will always be on my mind and in my heart. I still hope he'll come back. And if we do happen to adopt Jasper I will still take Dingo in with open hands! Until then I will help another pet in need.

Dingo is Missing!

My hear is broken... I found out right before leaving paradise (aka Kaua'i) that my dog had gone missing. And he is currently still missing. I'm so depressed over the whole situation. On top of it all Lance and I again were forced to move and are now living with my parents. Its been extremely frustrating and I'm so exhausted from all the fun and sadness from Dingo's loss.

I'm asking anyone who cares if they would please send good wishes, etc. that Dingo will come home. I have been working with a few communicators and one I truly believe can communicate with animals. At first Dingo was scared and wanting to find me. But the other day she told me that he was close to the house... that he didn't feel afraid anymore. I went out so excited that he was nearby... NOTHING. I contacted her again and she told me that he seemed like he didn't care for me anymore. That he was fine living on his own like a wild dog.

He WAS searching for me. He did think something happened to me and went looking and got lost.... But it seems like he's given up on me and it hurts even more. I am still however trying to stay really positive. I keep seeing in my mind that he'll come running down to the house like he always has. ....still waiting for that day.

I now just need some good wishes/prayers/vibes/etc. that he will come home.

Working hard for a dream

Truffles is now safe and home with me!! He came home yesterday. It was the worst time since it was dark and very stormy. We had really strong winds and now places are being flooded with the recent snow melt and POURING rain.

I've really got my hands full with this guy. He is pretty skittish but is really doing his best to listen to us. We also had an adventure trying to get his blanket on. Thankfully Lance was able to help me and really did an amazing job. I was seriously surprised! Cannot wait till we have our own place with land!!

Anyways I'm debating on if I should keep the name Truffles or change it. I like Truffle better then Truffles but I'm also having a hard time NOT to call him Royal. *sniffles* I miss Royal. Lance thinks I should call him Royal II LOL Any suggestions??

Working hard for a dream

So I think most of you know I had to give up my horse Royal and it was seriously the hardest thing I ever had to do in my life. Its sad but I still get pretty depressed just thinking of it. Anyways a new horse has popped into my life. His name is Truffles and he was rescued from the feedlot. Right now he is in CBER's care. A group I don't know whither to trust or not but thats besides the point.

I plan on adopting this boy and giving him a good home. YAY right?! Yeah well with this dream comes MANY MANY hardships like the fact I am now out of job by the 9th. I'm working as a temp for Leviton and they just NOW (last monday) told me I'm out by the 9th. This wouldn't be a big issue except for the fact they told me the 31st. Leaving me time to find a job, etc. I am now scrambling to find something, anything to help pay for this horse, my car, and bills.

lol It gets better because I haven't actually told my husband (squeee its so weird/fun to say!). I had brought it up to him before but told me after bills were paid, etc. Truffles sort of landed in my lap. I just haven't gotten the courage to bring it up yet and I don't know how to. It works out in my mind just fine but when I actually go to speak NOTHING. lol Not good but I know I'll find a way!

I've vowed to myself that I will work as many jobs needed to take care of this horse while paying off bills, etc. I will do whatever it takes! I'm just hoping he'll understand my passion and what this means to me.

Wedding Help

I don't know how many of you know but I am getting married this Saturday, the 20th. lol Whats funny is that a lot of my friends are getting married before or after this date.

Anyways my reason for posting is the fact my Fiance, Lance, and I are paying for our wedding out of our pockets. This is becoming really stressful for me to point I'm just hating this whole thing. If you can please consider donating to our wedding fund so we can at least have a few "good" things happen.

Help *YooMe

Ok I'm getting sick and tired of people saying they can't do anything to help out someone in need. I KNOW you can donate at least a $1.00. Yes I do need help but not as much as my other friends are needing. *YooMe has been asking for help for quite some time now and hardly anyone but myself and maybe a few others have actually done anything.

I want her to get back HOME to her love and where she will actually be able to get the much help she is needing. If you didn't know she just had a baby and for those who know or don't they cost a lot to take care of plus they drain you emotionally and physically. That's not to say its well worth it!

We are asking for donations of ANY KIND either for the baby or towards getting her back home. If you'd like to donate money we are asking for at least a $1.00. Please contact me about it or contact *YooMe.

Need to sell this stuff!

I really need to get these items sold ASAP. I screwed myself over by not remembering to turn in my timesheet on time and because of that I will not get paid this Friday like I usually do.

I've gotta raise $300 by tomorrow. I had $200 but I did a stupid thing and transferred that money from my paypal account to my bank account today not realizing it takes 2-3 business days to transfer. On top of that they can't do anything about it. Hopefully I can get parents to help out.

But I still have a ton of items I need to sell...

Needing your help...

Dingo is home!!! He came back Tuesday/Wed at around 12am. We decided to take him to the vet and at the time he was doing really well.

Left $300+ less. =/

We thought he was going to be just fine but he's going down hill and is doing much worse. He's licking his wounds like crazy and is so much more "depressed". He won't really drink water, eats ok, and doesn't really want to go outside for a walk and to go potty. I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow.

I was over at Lance's house when I got a call from my sister telling me that Dingo, my dog, got hit by a car from someone in our neighborhood. We quickly drove back home and searched for him for about an hour or so. My family had been doing it since they found out.

All I'm asking is that you keep him in your prayers, thoughts, whatever and that he'll come home soon. I'm so upset over this and I'm praying he'll come home and that he isn't seriously injured.

Marriage updates!

Dog Adopted!

So I was finally able to adopt Dingo. Yes we picked dingo... well because I thought it only fair to my fiance for allowing me to adopt the dog. And he absolutely LOVES Dingo. Its very cute but makes training harder because he babies him. LOL

Dingo has been improving SO much its just beyond amazing! He went from a very scared stiff dog to such a happy and well... a REAL dog! Tail wags, he chases us around, loves to run and play. He still has a LONG ways to go but he's doing so well. I've got video of him running around off-leash after only about 4 days together. Its on youtube.

Dog Bite + COMMISSION ME!

So Sat night after our nice hard hike and right as I was about to head to bed. My dog bit my arm and hard. Now I've got two holes in my arm and its my right of all arms to bite. I also start my new job today and its a data entry type of job. LOL YES! Go me. UGH

WA Renfair needs our help!

Ok this pisses me off just because I know belfair. Its were my grandpa's "beach" house is and so I know the layout a bit. They are claiming that the Ren fair will take away from the City's profit and income. LOL its total BS as a lot of these people will be wanting to stay in motels, and around the area not to mention people will be filling up with gas and stopping to get food! Seriously their thinking is beyond common sense and facts.

I just wanted to let everyone know that yesterday night while roaming the beach down over in Ocean Shores Lance proposed to me!! How he did it went down, for the most part, very well. lol But I can't help but laughing at what I did, etc. I will give more details once I get back home later tonight.

I'm very excited!!!

Getting Rats/Horse Tack 4 Sale

So I had a poll to see if it would be wise to get a ferret and for those who comment they said no and mainly because they smell. lol Yes indeed they do but not the reason why I decided not to get one.

I've decided to go for some dwarf rats and possibly just some "regular" rats. I'm trying to find a site that has more info about them. I've read a few and I really think that a dwarf rat would be the best for me. They're small like a mouse (well a bit bigger) and have all the personality of a rat. But thats all I really know about dwarfs ... Does anyone happen to know anything more on them? Or just rats in general?

If anyone has owned them or currently does can you please note me so I can ask more questions!

Ok I've decided to really take this and go. I want to be taking on more trades and requests. I know I'm crazy but I really want to improve and I feel the only way I will is if I draw different characters and not just my own. I'm a white wolf with a star for goodness sakes! Only so much you can do with that! lol

I also really want to practice doing different poses. I see others' galleries and you can see where they only draw "one way" literally! You'll see only faces towards the left or right. Or same poses, etc. Yes there's only so many you can do... but still!

Anyways I'll be working on a few personal art pieces. I actually have one I've been working on. It started out as a little sketch but took off and I'm sorta proud at how it looks. I still gotta figure out how to use water colors!

One thing I know I really want to work on is a new ref sheet. Oi! The one I have is far too old and outdated. Maybe someone can help me with her human side?

A New Dream?

Lance (my bf) and I went on Saturday to pick up Royal from what I thought would be his new home back down to Graham where I got him from. Since the call back from Vanessa telling me I had to find a place by Sunday I have been pretty shooken(sp?) up and stressed out like nothing else. I had been very depressed and was having a hard time at work not to burst out into tears.

I am not one that easily cries in front of people. Its only to the point where I can no longer hold tears back that it happens. And it did a few times but luckily no where near a person. Just horses. lol Though they could care less.

Saturday was a very stressful day. I hadn't heard back from the owners and was freaking out because Vanessa said out by SUNDAY and I wasn't finding any place else to board. When the owner finally contacted me I was shaking like crazy and was just not able to anything. When Lance arrived and we got things going I was still really shaken up but was comforted that he was with me. I could not have done this alone nor with anyone else.

It was extremely hard once we got there and I let him go. I left quickly as I didn't want to be attached anymore. I talked a little bit with the owner and then we quickly left and the massive weight of stress was lifted off my chest. I was free in a sense.

Now I am moving on. It makes me sad to see other horses and even more so to see riders and their horses but I'll survive. I want to focus on something else then Equines though right now. I would like to adopt a WGS and train it for service, possibly herding, and protection. There is a very lovely WGS named Boston on Petfinder.com and I am hoping Lance will agree to do this with me.

lol It will force us to go running each day and do more outdoor activies. We're usually so tired from work, we both do labor type jobs, so we tend to bum on the couch and watch movies on his projector or Star Gate!

If anyone has any tips on GS and herding, protection and or service please send me a note or comment!

AHHHHHH!

So if its not one thing its another. Now not only am I'm I trying to raise funds to pay for my boy and feed him. I've now got to find another "home" for him by SUNDAY! It took me over 3months to find Vanessa and her barn. How the hell am I going to find another place in 3 days?! Her claim is that she can't afford me.

Needing Funds NOW. Plz Help!

I'm so frustrated and upset with people right now. I've been looking for a place to board my horse. People have replied to me only NOT to respond back after emailing them! WTF?! PEOPLE?! I'm really upset with one place called Horsin' Around Ranch in Bothell. I DO NOT recommend boarding or lessons from that barn.

This person email me telling me that we could work something out and then NEVER replied back. Time was running out and I called the person and left a message. NO call back. I then email the person again and FINALLY they reply back with a "sorry I didn't answer your call I was doing lessons" WTF?! You can't call back?!!! So I tried calling back and just my f-in luck my phone won't work. So I email her back and tell her to CALL ME and that I might go over and visit. She NEVER does and I tried calling her to let her know I wasn't going to make it and then called again today and left a message.

This jerk finally emails me saying because I didn't show up that she had a worried feeling and wasn't going to allow me to board there. "Bad 1st impression" WTF? Does anyone see something wrong with this?!! The bad 1st impression was HER not replying to any of my emails or calls!

Haha if no one can tell I'm extremely stressed right now. My finances are next to none and I'm doing anything I can to keep my horse and well taken care of.

R.I.P.!!

For most of you who don't know I spent my Christmas down in Prescott Vally, AZ to visit my extended family and more specifically my tia (aunt) Lucia.

She has been fighting cancer for a while now. I blame the doctors down there for making her suffer so much. Long story and I'll just get to the point.

Tia Lucia passed away early this morning. Last night I was talking with Lance about how she was doing and how much I wanted to think positive that she would make it through. After that I feel pretty ill and had to be driven back home ASAP as I also felt I was going to hurl. I personally feel that part of falling ill was due to the fact my Tia was in the process of passing. Thats just my feeling...

Anyways will you please, please, pray, keep in thoughts, whatever you can do my uncle and my cousins! My uncle is also very close to going himself because of kidney failure... and not too long ago nearly did pass himself.

If you could all do this I would be so grateful. I apologize in advance if I do not answer notes, messages, etc.

Everyone please come look at my photos located here. I would like people to see what Venezuela has become. There are lots of photos of myself and family. But there are also photos of the city where I'm located.

I have had to be very secretive in taking most of these, what I'd like to call, journalistic photos as its become of very dangerous country. I've been risking getting my camera stolen (thankfully only a P&S) but worse even my life.

Sadly Venezuela is not the beautiful country it once was. I personally don't think it will get any better especially with Chavez as pres.

I would love to hear comments on my photos or comments in general about this if you have time. I would especially like to hear from the Venezuelans.

I'm currently down in Venezuela. Its nice, and its even better that I have internet! YEAH! Its fun and I'm able to video conference with my family back home in the U.S. and with my boy Lance! ^_^ I was up till about 2am chatting with him. It was awesome. I really do love technology sometimes...especially with things like this!

If anyone is watching me is living in Venezuela let me know! I'm located in Los Teques!

Oh for those wondering why I'm down here its because my prima (cousin) is getting married!!

My horse search has nearly come to a stop. It makes me sad as I really want/need a horse right now. The horse next horse I'm going to look at is Royal [link]
He's an AQHA, ICHR, NFQHA Gold Champange. Woo thats a lot right there. LOL Again I am just hoping all will go well and that everything will work out.

Besides that horsey news work has been going pretty good. Yesterday I got smashed by a horse and it really hurt this time. It pisses me off how aggressive these horses are when leaving the pasture. That was the reason why I got smashed. I think I may have gotten a bit of a concussion from it. Its nice when people see you in trouble and do nothing to help out either!

The stable work takes up most of my time surprisingly. I'm only working about 6 - 61/2hrs. I guess I'm just way too lazy or something for the rest of my time!! I extremely apologize for commissions taking forever and a day to finish. Some of you may be receiving your payments back as I feel I won't be able to complete them and the fact I haven't gotten...

awwwwwwwwwwwwwww I just now recieved a call saying that Lady (paint) just passed away last night!!!!!!! *cries* She was the best mannered horse of them all!! Only 25yrs.

New Camera, New Lens, New Life?

I don't think I've posted this here yet and I figure I should since it has to deal with art and photography lol

Last Saturday I went down to Kenmore Camera and bought my new Canon 30D! On top of that Canon is have a little EOS 20th Anivesary so I was able to not only get the camera and 17-85mm IS but an extra battery and very nice camera bag as well for about $70 bucks more then I expected to pay. Awesome deal since nice camera bags run about $50 or more. I have not real idea on the batteries but it was a great deal.

I also ordered a 135mm L lens. I'm excited about that lens and want to get some portrait work going since that what I intended for that lens. I was a little upset because the company I bought it from did not overnight the lens like I had asked. I wanted to use this lens for my friend's wedding.

Which brings me to the photos. I'm too behind on my photos so they're over at my flickr account. Here are a few samples.

Other then that things have been pretty slow. Looking for a job, hoping I can find one working at a stable and I just might have one working at a photography gallery. We'll see though. Along with photography I have a few people that are interested in hiring me or interested in some stock photos.

To my commissioners I haven't forgotten about you! I'm still working away with those. I'm having a few problems here and there but other then that its going well Feel free to message me about it. Just don't pester me about it

Thats right! I smell like horseys and I love it. I just got back from riding. We did bareback and it was divine! I felt so much better bareback... one with the horse. Feeling each movement, each breathe... *happily sighs*

When we had some free time Barbie (my sister) and I tried "side saddle" bareback. ROFL that was funny I was totally uncomfortable when we I tried turning. Chucky ('my' horse) didn't want to follow instructions that well so that made me a little nervous.

Anyways I just wanted to post a little happy moment in my life. I also want to thank everyone for ALL the SUPPORT!! I really do appreciate it.

Today is another very long trail ride I'm excited to see Chucky again. Only worry is that its going to be extremely windy and might even rain, which would suck pretty bad. lol

Guess what we finally got a car! Basically brand new for a pretty great price. Sis and I are both happy. Tomorrow we will be heading home for the weekend. Very excited about that especially since mi abuela man 2 things of pastel de choclo! Heck yes!

I haven't had much time to update. But I just wanted to let you all know I'm heading back to college tomorrow. It was supposed to be today but my mom fell pretty ill with the flu. She's most likely not going to come with us since its way to risky.

We've got many passes to go through and many of the places its MILES to the nearest town, more specifically a hospital. Last time on my parents way back my mom passed a kidney stone. She was 50miles from the nearest hospital. o_o;; So yes we don't want to go through something like that again!

Anyways I want to thank you all for the support you've given me this year. It truly is amazing and I'm still in awe. I do want to apologize for the lack of updates with art and my photography. Its funny how life takes over. Most recently I've had a job, and loving and very caring man enter my life. Which I am SO grateful for. My job was stressful but I had a boss that was fun I also had my sister there too.

So yes many many things to be grateful for. Again I thank you all from the bottom of my heart

Wow I didn't think I'd have so many people upset about me leaving. Especially since I consider my artwork to be nowhere near good. lol I just want to let everyone know that I'm so grateful for all the kind comments and all the support. And because of it I will endure a bit more crap from dA and the admins.

Lets call it an early Christmas gift? haha However need to ask that if you truly wish for me to stay please let me know by commenting on art and things like that. I've seen many people that I haven't 'seen' before comment on this last entry and another reason why I didn't know the response would be so big about me leaving. So please do that for me.

I've quite had it with dA now. The admins are starting to act like immature brats because they don't want to fess up to what their doing. I will be working on creating my own site where my artwork will be featured and will most likely go back to SheezyART (sn: Astraea) for the time being. Photos will be posted at flickr.com

They really don't give a damn because for nearly one person gone they get 20+ more. So it keeps their banks full. It really is a shame they're only thinking of themselves now.

Random news, I'm on komo4 news. I'm the one with gal with the black fleece and camera going to aid Steve Pool. lol

Anyways a recent journal from ~dubou4 has really caught my attention. He's been gettin jipped from payment for his prints because dA has put in their little statement "DA can reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform and publicly display the Artwork" You can read more about it under 11. states Licenses to deviantART.

Now I don't have anything really good in my print account but I was thinking of adding some of my photos in hopes to earn some extra cash. But reading about this makes me very worried that they'll just take my photos and use them however they want, which they basically can. I guess I'm lucky in that I'm not a famous photographer, ^{at least not yet lol} Its still pretty screwed up though. These admins are artist too...they should understand that what they're doing is WRONG! I'm sure they wouldn't want someone getting their profits from their artworks. But yet ag...
