Anyway, I'm taking a break from packing. Only seven days left of work, and I say YAY for going back to school! Not that I haven't loved my job, but I miss using my brain for anything other than trying to solve the weird problems people call me with. If working at a hospital micro lab has only taught me one thing, it's don't ever get sick.

On another subject, I'm almost packed for my 6-week excursion to a place unknown. A place... called Wisconsin. I swear, I've never been so far north in my life. (I'm such a Texan.) But I'm excited about summer classes (I'm such a nerd, too), and I'm especially happy to have something to occupy my time instead of sitting around on my butt all summer like I usually do.

I'm also very excited about getting thru my first semester ever without a complete emotional and/or physical breakdown. Maybe I'm growing or something? Anyway, I still have three more art projects to post up, and hopefully I'll get started on costumes and other projects while I'm on break. But right now I'm looking forward to spending the next few days doing nothing!

On a happier note, I've been having fun playing on YouTube and catching up on anime and manga as I sit here immobile. *crystalfire294 also showed me a really cool anime movie called The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. It's really cute! I highly recommend it! And I have new respect for the name "Chiaki!" (But that's another story...)
