I didnt stay for the mainstage, because well, didnt like half of them on there, plus its a 5 hour drive home, and we wanted to get a good start on it. So we left after second stage was over. Onto the second stage acts though: ALL MY OPINION!!!

Darkest Hour: 3/5 Good energy, but the vocals were a little hard to hear, and I wasnt familiar with the band, so not knowing anything of theirs kind of put me off, my fault though.

Throwdown: 5/5 EXCELLENT sound. Golf clap for the sound crew for throwdown. GOod energy and music, throwdown rocks.

Magna Fi: 2/5 Ozzfest material? no. Alrite sound setup, bleh.

Devil Driver: had to listen to them from across the venue while waiting to meet ETID. Sounded good though. devil driver rocks always.

OTEP; 3/5 She is amazing, but too much free verse poem shit. Got on my nerves, I would like to hear some hard metal, not you talking 80% of your time on stage. sorry.

God Forbid: 3/5 Could not hear the guitars as much, drums kind of over took them. They still rock though, Luckily I know the CD good so the songs were already present in my head, too bad for people who didnt know, hard to make out some parts.

Unearth: 3/5 not bad, could have been better.

Every Time I Die: 5/5 Great energy, sound was great. Love love love these guys. Very cool guys as I hoped. meeting a favorite band is always good.

Lacuna Coil: 1/5 their sound was pure shit, I didnt know what was going on, and it was garbage. GO AWAY.

Bleeding Through 4/5: Good job guys, (and marta, who is looked very hot ) Played all my favorite songs, sound was a weee bit off though.

Atreyu: 3/5 Played a bit too much stuff that I am not a fan of. but still good sound and energy.

Lamb of God: 5/5 Of course they rocked the fucking place. Great job on sound and performance. Very cool guys, Once again, meeting your favorite band rocks.

Hatebreed: 5/5 DO I HAVE TO SAY THEY OWN LIVE? ++++caps.

Slipknot. 3/5 Crappy sound, and long stage set up time annoyed me, but did a good job.

What the hell..

I guess a DA admin deleted my evil dead wallpaper. Even though me and nick bradshaw both did the art. I mean, since when does makign a wallpaper out of something I colored, and he drew violate copyright rules? Nick has the rights, he does an actual evil dead comic. This makes no sense at all.

Today I have to talk to insurance agent, doctor, auto shop. Im not gonna try and fix it, im gonna scrap it. Take like 600 bucks from it or so. Gonna have to drive my 88 ford ranger for a while. I have to wait though to get some money so I can register, insure, and fix a wiring problem in it. I hope noboy stole any parts from the car while it was parked at the lot. It has no hood latch anymore so the engine is free to look at. And I have a good deal of aftermarket parts that are not cheap. ugg. The car was gonna go though, I had to get new rotars and brake pads put on, as well as the engine got hot too easily in the summer. : Smoother Cuts :

If you use the lasso tool for cuts, and are frustrated or not satisfied with the jaggy cuts you can get most times, then ditch it. A better solution is to get out the Freeform Pen Tool. It will make your cuts a lot smoother. It may take a bit to get used to, but the work will pay off in the end. Just make your cut and it will make a PATH. you can then adjust it if you want or leave it like you most of the tme will. :Coloring the lines:

To get those colored lines, its a lot eaier than most people think. But it has to be done in which you have your CG set up with the lines on top and the BG on the bottom and the color layers in the middle. Make sure you're on the top layer (lines) and hit the preserve transperancy button. If you have the latest version of PS like me, the button is at the top of the layers tap. It looks like a square, with 4 squares inside of it. Hit that and get a pencil tool out and get the color you want out. Now you can color on the lines and only the lines. if you make a mistake, just get black out and go over where you dont want the color to be.
