_{We had a careers expo on thursday, which helped me decide for what I'll do after graduation; Somewhere along the lines of IT/computer science + game developing/programming, or philosophy/psychology. If all else fails, I'm going to Macq. If that fails, there's the graphic designer/illustrator path, and if that fails, I'm going back to NAS. XD;
Thankfully, the UAI required for all of the above is achievable, and the computing/programming don't have prerequisites, so it's all good. I think I would at least get into Macq, since they have lower UAI requirements compared to other unis, and plus, it's like 12 minutes bus ride away from my place! awesomee.}

To be honest, I don't want to leave school. I like my protective highschool bubble, shielding me from the real world.. Damn. xD

Oh, and we finally got our year 12 jerseys. ABOUT TIME JEEEZ, dumb first-time-year12-coordinator. I think we only have 14 full days to wear it.. (we can only wear it every thursday. Becase our school uniform is too gay with jerseys) Lame.
And the year year 11's get to receive theirs as soon as they start year 12(that's term 4). It's term 2, week 3 now, and we JUST got ours. I'm really mad.
What's worse is that it looks kinda bad.
It would've been better with green -______-.. or even black, despite the gigantic green stripe across the middle. It's hardly visible! ..bah, gotta find a way to darken it. >DD

There was so much free time, and so few things to do. And I was separated from.. all my friends that are girls, except my best friend; although she was busy with her bf and I didn't wanna third wheel, so I often went and watched people play sting-pong-around-the-world-version(ping pong, but at the end of each game, the winner was given the chance to blast a ping pong ball at full blast at the loser's back, on bare skin. Ouch. Funnily, only my friend zak just seemd to get hit when everybody else was missed. He has this massive red bruise lol.) .. and.. yeah there wasn't much to do. sitting around. Watch cows eat grass. Literally. And half of them weren't even eating grass. Just sitting on it. No joke lol D8

Hm, maths ext.1 was today's exam.. It was a fair paper, but there're always qusetions that require you to brush off the dust on some of the tactics buried under all the recent stuff.. Gah. Being rusty is the worst feeling lol D:

Mkay, I do abuse the word "fail" alot to the point where it completely loses its meaning, so I'll be serious this time, and say; I think the only exam I've realistically failed(as in, below 50%) is English.
Asdf. It was a speech, and I didn't have palm cards because I memorised mine(or so I thought). But after walking into the examination room, I was instantly dumped with nervousness, which built up as seconds ticked away. @______@
And so, when it was my turn, I was shaking like a freaking drillhammer, blood pumping at 200 bpm, and undergoing some sort of memory wipe, because I completely forgot my speech after saying like the first ~5 lines.
Seriously, it was like a memory loss/amnesia caused by uncontrollable nervousness o_O;;.. or the sort. I'm still suffering from post-shock/traumatic stress lol.
Heck, I'd be suprised if I scored any more than 5/15.. I hope they read my transcript, at the least :/

Fawwwww. Just gotta make it up with my other assessments, I guess.. I've done pretty well in other school assignments.. though they probably don't weigh as much XD..

Oh well, I just hope I did well in maths, and not as bad as I expect.

Blargh, it's irritating to come across a question in the exam which you know how to solve, but there's that gutsy feeling telling you that there's something missing, or the answer is slightly wrong. i.e. having doubts about the answer, and knowing that such questions are supposed to suck up time like a dry sponge thrown in water. Anyway, I want to rant about the year accelerated year 11 3u students.
And year 9 and 10. Apparently they're all getting accelerated.
This won't be long, hopefully, as I have to prepare to pull out a 4-page handwritten essay on an unseen question in ~40~45 minutes on monday..

It sucks, by the looks of it, our year just happened to pick the wrong time to be in year 12. In year 9, we changed maths teachers three times because none of them could actually control the kids. It was pathetic! and because of that, hardly anyone did homework or revision. AAANNNND we're the top class.
The teacher we had to stick with was Mrs. Hodgekins.. man, that name makes me wanna hunt her down with a chainsaw. The teacher was a good mathematician, but she was bias, discriminating and too old, to be blunt.</sub>

Okay, screw keeping it short, I've come this far LOL. So don't bother reading the rest, I doubt many of you are interested in my rant anyway. I apologise for people who've recently added me to their watchlist, and I'll tell you now that I frequently post long and boring journals that's irrelevant to deviant art in any way. xD It's your chance to unwatch me now. (:

<sub>So, she couldn't control the chatter, and the kids just didn't keep up with the work. Lessons were unbelieveably slow; at one instance, in a full 50-minute period, all we did was go through 3 very simple examples. EXAMPLES, not even questions.
So in the end, we didn't end up learning year 9 trig AT ALL in class as we ran out of time(literally, we were in december and handn't finished a whole freaking chapter or two). So she ended up giving us a ~10 page booklet on trig with some questions in it.
As if, she knew we weren't gonna do the work over the christmas holidays, and there were going to be problems which students would've needed some help for.

And that's the main reason why our maths class wasn't chosen to be accelerated. This is both my opinion, backed up by the HoD of maths and our maths teacher.
According to our maths teacher, we were lacking knowledge in year 9 algebra and (inevitably) trigs. Whaddyaknow.

Not to be so reliant on the whole asians-are-smart idea (and I honestly hate bringing up this topic), but just purely looking at the year 11's accelerated class, they're all asians, and only two of them are non-asian(not sure what their nationalities are, so yeah..). And their year group is probably ~25% asian, from what I can see. The number of them grows bigger as the year progresses as well.
I remember first coming to our school in year 7, and thinking; Oh wow. Compared to my primary school, I'm like the only asian within a ~5m radius. Whenever we had a school assembly, or whenever I looked over the students waiting for the bus at the bus bay, it was really hard to spot students with an Asian background. Excluding Lebanese students, I'm talking mainly Korean/Chinese/Malaysian/Singaporean/Indonesian/Japanese/Filipino/etc here.

..Wow, I just realised, there are no Indonesian or Indian students in our year o_o

Anywho, but looking at the top math class of year 11, the accelerated kids are mostly asian, with only two that arn't. Looking at the top math class of year 10, almost all asians in the class are accelerated, and there are quite a few non-asian kids who are accelerated as well.
Like I said before, as much as I hate sounding like a fag relying on such data, I believe I can safely assume that my school's No. of Asian students are growing as each year passes, and that majority of the accelerated maths students are asian. You can ask the class yourselves, and I'm sure they'll agree.

To be honest, I didn't really concentrate in my maths class in year 9. Everybody was so loud, there were the few who didn't shut up. All the work was fast and easy to do, but due to those few destructive students, our class ran out of time and resulted in missing out on the accelerated course.
Many students now are fed up that we didn't get accelerated, but it was largely due to that reason.
We also have the crappiest year-coordinator. This year's year 12 coordinator is someone who had never, ever had experience with an year 12 group in his life before. Yessss, today was.. well.. yesterday.. was my school's open day, where children are somehow converted to coming to our school to keep the business going.
...well, that's how I see it anyway 8D

I WANTED TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE TRUTH BEH-- wait. eh, I personally have lots of things against this school, in regards to education and to some extent, people.

One, it has a shitty education system.
...Okay, not really as bad as that sounds, but I mean that the system can be better. I'm not blaming any teachers in particular here(partially because I don't know who/what is to blame, anyway).
Sure, it's largely upto the individual students to study and it is at their disgression to maintain their studies, but based on my current theory(which I am yet to update about.. somewhere on the internet), a fresh highschooler's mind, i.e. the new year 7's, develops depending on the environment and expectations they receive, and the first impression they get from the school have a great influence on the outcome.

Sssssooooo, what I'm saying is, I don't know what I'm saying.. LOL.
By that, I mean I lack understanding of the education system to fix and apply better strategies to improve the academic level of this school.

I don't know how anyone can be proud of being like 130th school out of the state. THAT'S PRETTY LOW, but then again, it could be lower/higher, because I don't know the total number of schools in the state.. BUT IT'S STILL PREEEEETTTTY LOWWW.
I'm saying this because friends who were at my level, or even lower, in primary school, are doing so much better than I am in other schools which are higher ranked, and not a selective school.
But I'm not saying that HSC school rankings are to be entirely relied upon; because like I said previously, it's always largely upto the individual study.

However, I want to know why we arn't doing as good, if not better than our current level.
Countless factors come to my mind, but if I list them all here, this journal would get longer and longer, so I'll try and cut it short. 8D (..though this is already pretty long..)

Perhaps our expectations arn't as high as them. Maybe we don't have the competition and heat for the study we do.
But much as I hate to use this analogy; Maybe because our school is largely composed of non-hardcore-azn parents. Don't get me wrong though.
Indeed, my school is probably 80% anglo-saxon(estimated. My grade is 91.2% anglo-saxon, calculated. xD), the No.1 in my grade(year 12) is anglo-saxon.
So, in other words, us asians have parents who are on our backsides constantly, but there are cases where other non-asian parents and children who do better. And of course, vice versa.

<sub>I'll be honest with you here, and say that none of the Asians in our grade has parents who want them to be No.1, and will make them get it. Well, of course, every parent wants their children to come first, I mean who wouldn't like that?

But what I found was that there are parents like mine, who are fairly easy-going and relaxed. I think they love their children too much LOL.. That they don't want stress on their children, don't want them to get physically ill by going beyond their limits, etc. My mum stopped being on my backside after my physical level started to erode away(and started to nosebleed at some stage.. though it didn't really affect me psychologically.. Not that I know of anyway.)</sub>

And again, to be honest, I'm a very competitive person. Not many would know that, unless you're my family or something close, or told so, like I am doing now.
Personally, I hate getting beaten in studies. I really do. but over time, I managed to develop a procrastinative and passive mindset, which I blame moving to Australia. Long story.

Anyway, because I like competition, I think I'd be focusing more and investing more dedication, time, and effort into my schoolwork + importantly HSC if there were other people who likes to compete and fight for the absolute best.
Yes, achieving the inachievable.

but like all procrastinators, I really want to produce proper works with time and effort invested into it, but eh, someone should kill me for being waaay too lazy.

And the first would be HSC.
Personally, I am fully aware that I don't invest enough time towards my studies. It's a wonder, really, that I fully understand the importance of this exam, yet I don't consider it as my top priority.
.. I think it's a problem when I get distracted very easily by things that interest me more than school studies.

Second; hair loss.

Hmm.. this problem has been on my mind for like.. 4.5 years now.

Apparently, humans on average lose at least ~50 strands of hair. But I've been losing more.
I don't know if it's genetic or not, but what I have left on my head is about 1/3 of the amount of my peer's average hair amount.
...yessssssss I knowwwww, I'm sleep deprived/have abnormal sleep routines. In fact I have a very unhealthy lifestyle, which involves minimal exercise, where the closest thing to it would be walking around with a heavy bag between school classes, and the ~500m walk(with the heavy bag)+ going up 32 stairs in fatigue.
What mum says about maintaining a 'normal' lifestyle and eating properly would help hair growth, I agree. But it's really hard to realign yourself.
....so lyke, does anyone know how to increase hair volume/amount lol?
I've even considered shaving it all off, for the leukaemia foundation.

Or get treatment later in life.

Third; "Want" - A problematic word.
Admitted, I do bash myself sometimes, but when I say "I lack creativity", it's actually fact. so it's okay to call me boring, because I am.
Anywho. Even mum knows that LOL.. so she's telling me(and dad, inevitably) that I should become an architect or something in that area(WTF?!); 'It would've been a different story if you had an inventive side, but since you like calculating things and you're good at literal/realistic drawing, you should be an architect[ike the people who draw the floor plans and things.]'
.. So it seems like I've realised that I'm no good in coming up with fun/interesting things(not because of what mum said, but through my own thoughts over the past few years). But I seriously love drawing, like, not anime or manga, but human figures and realism. It explains why my dA uploads are sucky as a deviant art.
Manga drawing is what I do should be considering for a hobby, I guess. Though being a successful mangaka would really be a dream come true. Man, that'd be awesome.

Mmm.. when people start giving you hints about the real world, I think it makes you think about how you should prioritise between what you want and what you need. Ew, gross, I know, but no thanks to this money-centred world, it's hard not to think about which path one should work towards, when they have the chance.

Or perhaps I'm over-thinking this. See I get confused here. I don't know anything about the real world, by experience, so should I be just doing HSC studying or reconsider its importance? How trippy. o_o

But what am I doing?! I don't even know what subjects are required to take the course in uni. Nor am I sure if I am experienced enough to take the class. Certainly, it is very intrguing, but am I able/allowed?

Fifth; Being a teenager sucks.
While some people may enjoy their young, naiive and foolish lives, there are some of us who wish to mature a little faster. But fruck, it's so freaking hard to get rid of this natural naiivity without aging further. It's so frustrating lol.
I guess I'm kinda happy about drawing near to 20.
..but when I think about my drawing skills.. I want to sulk in my mouldy corner LOL T__T

Man I saw a footage of a family, with a father who took videos of his own house after being burnt down to ash(which was still burning), and his family was taking refuge between the two gigantic water tanks they had. They'd drenched themselves in water for protection.

They had a 2-year old baby and an older daughter who I assumed was ~3 years old. The parents had drilled them with "everything's going to be alright" and "jack and jill".

It was painful to hear the father telling his family that "we're doing juuuuust fineee" as they were being driven off away from their burning house.

Then at the interview, he said something along the lines of:
"We've lost our lives' work, but you realise that we ARE our lives' work, and we're glad to have them all."

Jeez.
Arsonists.

Well, we haven't won for almost two decades, though our house is always happy with whatever we come. xD
This year, we came 4th as(quite often) usual, and Chavoin won again.. aff lol.

WHOOOOOOOO XAVIER.
OUR THEME THIS YEAR WAS LIGHTENING BOLT/HIGH VOLTAGE.

We were supposed to WALKKKKKK out, but whoever went first just dashed out of the entrance.. and I was like HEY STOP WE'RE SUPPOSED TO WALK DDDDDDDDDDD8 but then I was the last traitor to go out, so I had to follow them..
THE INTRO FOR THE SONG WAS TOO LONG.. 40seconds wtf lololo.

Anyway, the traitors were like going YEAAAAAH WE RULLLLLLE HAHAHAHAH, while some xavier people ran out with some caution tape, taped us all up, and then the whole house started jabbing us with fake lightening bolts(made out of cardboard boxes) while we pretended to be dead on the floor LOL.

Ohh, and the house captain wore a huge lightening bolt(also made out cardboard boxes), AND OMG IT HAD AN AWESOME MASK LOLOLOL. NIC DO YOU HAVE THE PHOTO OF IT DDDD8?

Yeaaaaah, and then all of us lost our voices trying to get the cheers going. xD It's pretty hard when you have a homeroom full of girls.. WE HAVE LIKE 6 GUYS IN OUR HOMEROOM LOLO. And apparently we're the smallest homeroom. OTL

But I'm writing this because so many people are asking "Why can't they just accept it as a joke?", which I want to give the answer to make you numbskulls understand.

Recently, I saw many journals/sites/blogs/youtubes about the anime. I have not read the series, and I am aware that the Korea character was taken out of the anime + the anime got cancelled, or so I have been informed.
Most of the comments made on those sites revolved around how "Korea should get over it" and/or "it's just a joke/parody".
I have also read countless Korean blogs concerning hetalia, and basically, everyone pretty much said the same things like this blog: [link] but many others contained more profanities and rage.
Basically, I have the same opinions as that person above.

At this point, I want to inform you that my patience sees no limit, however the level of my fury caused by the inconsiderate, uninformed, MISINFORMED and pathetic responses from the non-Korean and some uneducated Korean internet users, is about to overflow, and I want you to know that I'm standing on the edge of being able to refrain myself from throwing out so-very-harsh profanities.

But then again, I'm here to explain to you.. so, Eh.

k there's nothing to be "gotten over", nor "to be accepted as a parody" considering the presentation and its representation of the character Korea.
People who talk such suggestions clearly have misunderstood or have been made to misunderstand via the manga. Why? Well, for those of you who find it "Funny" or "OMGKAWAII"; you have absolutely no idea what you're deluging out. If you didn't get that, it meant that I want you to STFU and GTFO.

Yes, that was purposely said in Korean for a reason. No, copypasting that into an online translator won't get you anywhere near what I said.

When someone says "it's only a comical manga making parodies of the nations, so Korea should just accept it", what they've said is only proving that they've already been misinformed by the contents of the manga.

For example, I saw Italy randomly craving for pasta. For that, I'm sure some Italians flinch at it, but at the same time, they have a reason to be happy, because by having Italy(the character) constantly repeating "pasta", it's being used as a subconscious method of reassuring that pasta is their food. It is true, and the world knows it; pasta belongs to Italia, it is theirs.
Italians don't get offended when we say "Italy is known for having great pasta."
We surely don't see Japan going "PASTA IS OURS" do we? No, we don't, because it's not true.

Have I made my point about Italia and pasta? Good. Because what you read about Korea(the character) in hetalia is NOT based on the realistic characteristics of us Koreans; thus what you've read isn't a parody, because ' parody' is defined to be 'making fun of an existing original work.' So is it telling you lies? YES IT IS. SO, Don't any of you dare to say "it's just a joke/its funny/he's cute though/just a parody" ever again.

Actually, we went to buy Guitar Hero(world tour) on Wii, but everywhere we went to, it was sold out. So I think we're going to wait until the prices drop. Instead, for now, mum wanted a Wii Fit, so we got that lol. I hate Wiis. They're useless, and all the good games are on either PS2 or PS3. _{*COUGHPERSONACOUGHFINALFANTASYCOUGH*}

AND SPEAKING OF WHICH, ONE OF THE SHOPS I WENT TO WAS GAME(yes, that is the name of the store) AT AUBURRRRRRNNNNNN AND YOU'LL NEVER GUESS LOLOLOLOL.
I wear my FMA necklace everywhere(The one with Dante's symbol as pendant), and when we were purchasing it, one of the guys at the counter said;

Well, for those who haven't seen the Wii Fit box, IT. IS. DAMN. HEAVY. AND DANGEROUS. D8
It weighs quite alot, enough to knock someone's lights out when swung around. >_>;;
And when I was getting out of the car, I took it by its handle, then nearly bashed my head against the car while coming out, but I accidentally held the box too close to my head.. and so one of the corners just impaled me behind my ear, on that bone.
It seems to be hurting every time I move my jaw or move a random face muscle. xD
only ~Svespasveken have seen it, and I tried to look at it with two mirrors but couldn't get a proper view lol.

hmm.. can't remember what other things happened yesterday.

I have turned into a sleep-deprived nocturnal. o_Oa;;
dunno if it's a bad thing, but its certainly a good thing 8DDD because I find it easier to concentrate on my schoolwork during night, and if I stay up through the whole night, that means I don't have to get up early AHUAHUAHUAH!

LOL that gets me every time.

So my sleeping hours are usually from 4pm-10~11pmish, 'cept it might change on wednesdays and fridays 'cause they're my extension morning days.. but wednesday also has an afternoon study night until 7:30pm.. that means I'm home at some time close to 8pm.. ehh.. I'll just make up for the lost hours on friday afternoon/saturday morning LOL
Like today, I woke up at around 10pm, had dinner and started on some homework and researching on Google. It's about 1:30am now but it just feels like 6pm or something.

Opinions?
Some, actually, majority of the people I know would tell me that this is insane and get back to having a normal sleeping habit, but I believe this works for me now, and it will stay that way until it doesn't. 8D
_{Besides, I think this is a really good cure for procrastination(though I still do a little, but hoping that it'll reduce more as time passes), as for me, my distraction was MSN and gaming.
I took the first step of destroying all the games that were on my computer in some shape or form(except the ones that come with the computer, such as minesweeper, which by the way, I'm totally addicted to).
The second step I took is this. Changing sleep hours. I figured that most of my MSN contacts prefer to sleep during night and chat during after-school hours.
Duh.
And because I still can't get my hands off being on MSN every time my computer switches on, I'm avoiding one of the two greatest distractions from me working on stuff that I should be doing. It's kind of working, since at the moment, I'm not playing a game, I'm chatting to one person(~Anti-Mulk, who also seems like a slight nocturnal), and I've done some maths questions. And I know for a fact that I'll have spare time in the morning for some DRAWING YAAAAAAAAY 8DDD}

I'm currently looking for a way to reset my body clock, or adjust it to assist me with this style of "Living in the dark". Some websites seems to describe these kind of people as "Owls", as opposed to the earlybirds as "Larks".
Oh I'm definitly an Owl. I want to be the really really white one, like Hedwig from Harry Potter, or a really really black one with crazy red eyes >8D

Pepero Day is usually 'celebrated' by us Koreans, where on the 11th of November, people share peperos(these are like pocky, but personally, I think peperos are better) between friends, family, and quite often couples. I guess many see this as a second Valentine Day, or it could be the combination of Valentine + White Day.

I was really excited about this today, so I bought the huge set of 6 and brought it to school to share with my friends.
_{Actually, I always wished I had more Korean friends just to share the atmosphere and the meaning, but I just HAD to go to a private school where we have just enough Koreans to count them all with ONEEEEE HAAAAND. That's righttt, five people. And only me + friend are girls, so it's kinda lame lol.
In the end, I ended up explaining them about Pepero Day, but I think they liked the fact that they got free Pepero more than the purpose of the day lolol..}

The Michelson-Morley experiment is a 'failed' experiment which was conducted to prove the existance of 'aether'.
Aether, basically, is.. or.. was.. a hypothesised medium which was assumed to help lightwaves travel. This was long before that EM waves(Electro-Magnetic waves) was known for having a unique property of not needing a medium to propagate. And as you'd know, the visible spectrum is categorised under EM waves.

For those of you who may not be familiar with what Granny Smith Festival is, it's not a festival where you throw Granny Smith apples at people like you would with snowballs, but it's a festival where heaps of people(mostly asian nowadays lol) gather to the centre of Eastwood to join in the celebration of Granny Smith Apples.

The Festival kicked off at 9am, 18th October 2008. I was still attempting to free myself from the heavy lag after sleep, when I remembered that I had a duty. .. A rather important duty -- friends had asked me to catch the segment of the parade where one of our friends were marching with a base drum.. WHICH WAS HAPPENING IN ABOUT AN HOUR.

So I rushed to get ready in approximately 45 minutes; waking myself up, getting ready, emptying my memorycard, and looking for my camera, wallet and keys before that.
By the end of it, a 5-minute countdown to the parade had already begun 10 seconds ago. LOLOHSNAP.

With no breakfast(yay starvation! ), I almost flew down 32 stairs, ran out to the street.. and Figures. Mobs of pre-exited people walking out towards the epicentre of what was about to be the most epic day.

Anywho. I made it JUST in time to film some and photograph all groups that attended the parade, and because they marched pretty slowly, I outwalked them twice, mainly because I wanted to find a friend dressed like a 30-year old man, marching in a parade with a base drum, Hur Hur.
....BUT I DIDN'T FIND HIM AT ALL. I walked past the whole parade 2~3 times, tried to identify every single face in it, but I couldn't find my victim at all. And I was ready to blow their head off for forcing myself to get up early for nothing.

LOL and I got obcessed with the group of people where they were from some Korean Woman's organisation and were dressed in traditional korean clothing, Hanbok, and they had the group of traditional joyous group of drums/gongs/etc playing while skipping round and round. Unfortunately they didn't have the hats with the long ribbons on, that would've been win. I took so many photos of them lol.

Then I went for a can of coke in a fail attempt to shield against the heat of the scorching australian sun and rid my thirst, which didn't work, obviously. -epic fail-

Eh, I found out later that I caught my friend in a photo, but I wasn't recognising because he just looked too old to be a freaking seventeen-year old kid.

After that, we walked to our friend, Erina's house, met everybody else there, and walked back to the festival. I think by then it was almost noon and my feet were beyond pain. STUPID HILL WITH CRAZY INCLINE *shakes fist*
Ah, I also met a new friend 8D, Steph, and she's from sefton, SAME AS OMGGGG

Anyway, once we got there, we had a good look around the shops, looking for potential edible materials. Ah, and there we met Josh, probably one of the seriously smartest person in the whole school, literally, no hyperbole included. :0

Heh, so in search for some food, we scattered around the place and bought ourselves some food.
LOL, NO SUPRISE HERE, I went and bought some takoyaki. *--------*
Damnit, I want some now lol.

And theeeeeeeeen..
..ah, we kept losing each other. At one stage, me and two others went around to look for the rest of the group(there were about 10 of us), met one of them on the way, and I asked where she was going, then she replied with;

"oh.. I'm going to look for the other two.."

Despite that, the three of us continued to advance towrads The Core, where private rock bands were performing, and various practical equipments were set up - A rodeo, rock climbing, some mini gladiator fighting arena, and this odd runup thingy.

Ah, and I had an awesome swordfight with my friend who was a 'mounted' knight while I was just on my feet, running around like maniacs, with huge inflatable swords. Then I stabbed his 'horse' which ran away, which I attempted to slay, but friend was 'defending it'. Full of epic win where there was a lot of slashing and dodging 8DD

Eventually, all of us ended up gathering there.
And then we all headed to the rodeo.
LOL I think most of us had a go, but the one who seemed to have the most fun was the guy controlling the bull. I saw him sitting there with an evil smirk. I saawwwwww himmmm. D<

There's so many things that I'm happy about today, and right now, I feel as free as a feather(partically, and probably because I'm planning to neglect the amount of schoolwork I should be revising), especially after that damned extention maths exam which just loves to kill me, because I gave it everything I had, except that one or two questions, AND I DON'T REGRET ANYTHING ;v;, IT'S PROVED MY PREDICTION WRONG LOL, I'M NOT BLOWING MY NOSE AWAY IN MY MOULDY CORNER LOLOL

So yesterday was my last exam day, so I have today off, WHICH BASICALLY MAKES IT MY FIRST DAY OF HOLIDAYS, BECAUSE TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF THE TERM LOL IT'S SO COOL, I THINK THIS IS THE BEST THING THAT'S EVER HAPPENED TO ME THIS YEAR ;------; (..wow, that sounds sad.. getting a day off school on the last day just because I don't have exams on is the best thing that's happened all year.. LOL THAT DOES SOUND REALLY SAD.)
It was also good because yesterday was sports day, which meant that we could wear sports uniform, eventhough we weren't involved in any sporting activities. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WEAR A SKIRT YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Anyway. Let me tell you the story of my discovery of another being that's like myself.
So being a Korean, and a girl, it seems like people assume that all Korean girls are either; very decorative and active in fashion, likes girly stuff, likes pretty & "cute" stuff, likes to put on make-up, loves to show off whatever, likes to sing lots of Korean love songs at karaokes, and sometimes seen as "slutty".
Now I'm a liiiiiiiiiiittle different..
Okay, or maybe completely opposite ._.
I know ~Anti-Mulk and ~VisionaryZ are like this too, but I've never come across someone who's almost like a clone of myself.. creepy, yet completely awesome.
Little about myself:
- First off, yes, I am a girl, believe it or not. So many mistake me for a guy; even some of my school friends reckon I should've been a guy LOL.
- I'm Korean. Yes, I love kimchi. Can't live without it kthxbai xD
- My grandfather(dad's side) is North Korean.. So that makes me 1/4 North Korean?
- I HATE shopping. Unless it's for food, of course.
- I don't like skirts. In fact I don't own a single skirt, with the school uniform as an exception, because my school don't have pants for girls. Shame. I even used to wear shorts underneath in the previous years, since I wanted to run around freely instead of trying to be ladylike in that disgusting, 200-year old looking "skirt".
- I like shiny and fluffy things, so I like to wear lots of metallic buckles, chains/'blings', necklaces, rings and fuzzy/fluffy/furry stuff. 8D
- I absolutely HATE pink(not trying to sterotypicalise a girly colour, though it's world-widely known to be one), I don't know why, but it burns my inner psychologic self.
- I'm not as macho manly as ~VisionaryZ, but I figured I'm far from being 'girly'. P:
- I mostly listen to rap, hip-hop, various levels of metal, friends' band's songs, some Kpop and some Jpop(because of anime).
- Oh, I like to be an anime/manga otaku. :B
- I hate children and teenagers; not directing this to anyone in particular, but only pointing it out in a really wide and vague context.
- If there was anything that I was scared of, it would be love hearts.. dunno, whenever I see one, it gives me a chill up my spine and I feel fear.. o_O;
LOL ONCE, I forgot my assessment task sheet, so I had to photocopy one off a friend, only to realise that she had drawings of love hearts everywhere on the front cover AFTER I'd finished photocopying. One of my friends saw me holding my copy and freaked out and thought I'd gone insane.

I think it's because I misread the time on the front whiteboard which said that the drama students finish their exams 30 minutes before us, 'cause theirs is shorter, and I rushed to make that time, only to find out that physics time limit was written right under it.. OTL.. And by the end of the exam, I had this mountain of used tissues piled up on one side of the desk.. AS IF THE DESK WASN'T SMALL ENOUGH LOL. I swear, they're like a metre by 50 cm or something. so tiny D<
BUT FINISHING EARLY DIDN'T MEAN THAT I DID WELL ROFL. After going back and checking and stuff, I caculated all the possible marks that I'd lose(either because I guessed it or I know that I got it completely wrong), and I think I lost AT LEAAAAAAST 39 marks. I think. OUT OF 75 LOLOLOL. That means I would get about 52% in the exam.
SEE HOW FAIL I AM?! AHAHAHA...

yeah, that's that. AND NOW, I HAVE TO STUDY FOR ART, which involves knowing 2 artists, 2 artworks for each, "inside-out, back-to-front, stab the guts, know it from all directions, all perspectives and every little detail of them" according to our replacement art teacher.
I'm so screweedededededededededed.

And I don't really care about English(despite the fact that it's the most important and the only mandatory), because I've always failed it :/

HEY CATIE() GUESS WHAT, WE HAVE 24 DAYS UNTIL NAS LOLOLOL AND I NEED TO DO SOME HOMEWORK ROFLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.
but I'm screwed because my exams start soon, and it finishes at the end of the term, WHICH PROBABLY MEANS I'D ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS TO FINISH IT OFF AHAHAHA..

aaaaaand I'm currently stuck on a maths question.. actually I got stuck on it for the last THREE HOURS AHAHAHAHA...... so I got frustrated and turned on the computer. Affzor. I fail.

starting from this thursday(18th), I have an exam every morning until the thursday after(25th). I ONLY HAVE ONE DAY OFF T__T.. and that's the last friday.. Friday(26th): NO EXAMS YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY, but I'll probably be sitting at my mouldy corner(YES, I FOUND MYSELF A CORNER, AND IT'S MOULDY..), being depressed since I'd be realising what I did wrong in the tests, AND I'D SUDDENLY BE REMEMBERING ALL THE FORMULAS THAT I'D FORGOTTEN IN THE EXAM ROOM. I KNOW IT'S GONNA HAPPEN, AHHHHHHHHH.

And then 11 days later, it'd be the first day of NAS. THAT MEANS I'M SCREWED LOOOOOOOOOL.
for NAS, the drawing classes have to complete a project:
- Quick sketches:
1. 25 gesture drawings(guessing that's the quick, movement drawings that we did) in sketchbooks using mass guesture and/or line and/or scribble[YES, SCRIBBLE AHAHAHAHA..] gestures of people.

- Sustained Drawings[Hoo boy, this one is gonna take aaaaages...]:
2. To consolidate the week's study, complete at least 6 drawings (at least 30 mins in duration) from life not photos[DAMNIT LOL], and not necessarily nudes.

I was walking down a small set of stairs with 3 of my other friends, and I was carrying a 900x450(mm) wooden board which I did my VA artwork on, and I stepped down the first step, then on the second, I accidentally mistepped it with the edge of the heel of the sole of my left shoe(lol)..
The funny thing was that I realised that I was -going to- have a massive fall, but yay for me who was too tired and not bothered to care, I just let the force of gravity take over and managed to get my left wrist and knee well-grazed 8D ALL THAT JUST TO SAVE THE BOARD FROM BREKAING LOLOL

*edit: Then I didn't want to go to the office until some of my friends forced me to. but that was kinda pointless 'cause all the office lady did was wiped it clean, then gave me bandages after hesitating.. IT WAS POINTLESS BECAUSE THE SIZE OF A NORMAL BANDAID ISN'T BIG ENOUGH TO COVER THE GRAZE ON MY KNEEE LOL SO. That was painful when I decided to rip it off, while walking halfway to the senior area, since it was actually stuck onto the new flesh which was REALLY ANNOYING LOL.

AND LOL, I MANAGED TO "FINISH" MY ENGLISH ESSAY DRAFT but maths still isnt finished..

Today: walkathon cancelled.
Tomorrow(sat): I have my friends' joint birthday party to go to, when I need the time to study and do homework and seirously do some serious catching up in physics. Damn, the teacher was right. HE'S WAY TOO WISE. "once you sink, you can't come back up.. you just keep sinking and sinking."
HE WAS RIGHT DAMNIT. This is why I hate the old and the wise. They're always too right. OMGZ DEY HAB 2 MUCH EXPPPPPP!!!
Sunday: Gotta finish an English essay draft and have to have the artwork at least 3/4 finished.
Monday: English essay draft due, Maths homeworkSSSS due, Art research materials due.
Tuesday: Artwork due
Tuesday night: Music recital/performance night, I have not a piece of music as of yet.
Wednesday: I think the exams begin.
Next week Friday: Final day of the exams + end of term
All the days after next Friday: Start of year 12, meaning serious business.

Oh, and also today, me and a few friends shared a 500g, yes, that's right, FIVE HUNDRED GRAMS of confectionary. Actually, I think I ate at least half the bag.
According to ~VisionaryZ, I smelt like sweets. so I said YAY, I SMELL LIKE L 8DD
What's bad is that I'm supposed to be watching my weight, but I didn't hesistate to consume more and more of the lollies after finding out that the total approximated energy contained in the 500g bag was 7500kJs. For those of you who may not know, an average adult needs 8700kJ a day.
Say I ate, roughly, half the bag. That means I consumed about 6750 3750kJs, [sorry, thanks Rynen 8D] of energy. Other things I consumed today are; hot red bean paste bun x1(호빵, Hoppang), approx. 10 starburst lollies, two smith's pringles-wannabe chips, a cup of hot chocolate, one marshmellow, a cup of barly tea(보리차 ), half a can of Sprite Zero, bread roll x1.5, a pinch of fried onions, approx. 10g of tomato sauce, a cup of mushroom soup, half a boul of rice with some hotpot that mum made, approx. 70g of grilled fish, some kkakdugi(깍두기 ), and just then, a banana.
....OKAYYY, I'm too scared to calculate the total energy now. It's probably well over 8700kJ for sure. AND THAT AVERAGE ADULT PROBABLY TAKES INTO ACCOUNT SOME DAILY EXERCISE, WHICH I DO NONE OF. I can feel the gradual incretements of adipocyte/adipose tissue in my abdominal region, i.e. I CAN FEEL MYSELF GETTING FATTER AND FATTER.
Although my BMI indicates that I belong to the underweight category, I BELIVE THAT I CAN BE THINNER(?!).
Well, that isn't my daily diet, it's just today, we were supposed to walk a walkathon, but it was cancelled due to PRECIPITATION DAMNIT. Usually my diet consists of breakfast, lunch(sandwich/rice with sidedish), dinner + fruit(usually a mandarin or a banana), but I think I just binged today. I'm gonna have to do something about this. )<
......AND DON'T SAY I'M SKINNY/THIN/UNDERWEIGHT/STICK/CRUNCHY(LOL), 'CAUSE I'M NOT(except maybe the crunchy part).

SO IT APPEARS THAT MY LIFE IS OFFICIALLY, VIRTUALLY OVER, WHY NOT JUST END IT LOL?

SO I'M PLANNING TO DO SOMETHING INSANE WITH THESESESE LLOLOLOL
So far I've completed the lineart for 2 of them ahahhaa. >D

AND OMG. THEY GOT NABARI LISENCED SO THEY CAN'T DO FANSUBS ANYMOREEE AAAAAAAFFFFFF...

I have issues(obviously), but I'm guessing everybody else does too & are suffering as much as I am. I'm aware that I'm currently going through that downside-depressing point of time, and I'm also aware of the fact that I have excessively abused the word "I".

Hope is a dangerous thing, but it's the only thing I'm clinging onto at the moment.

Edit: WAIT, I REMEMBER ONE THING THAT I WAS GOING TO MENTION:
Before lights out, my friend went spastic and decided to muck around our cabin lololo. She got one of the spare blankets, wrapped it around herself and STARTED WALKING AROUND LIKE A POTATO SACK WTF?!

Recap:
I opened the door to walk out of our group's room, about to take a step out, but before I could, THIS BIG DUMP OF BROWN THING DROPPED AT MY FOOT.
...I looked at "it", looked up at "it"s roomates, looked back at "it".. then figured out that my friend had too much energy drink and went on a spastic high-ness. lolololol.

Ah well, it's just for tomorrow and friday so, I won't have much to pack... hopefully..
Hm, when I came across packing my pajamas(which at the moment is one of the very few things in the bag), I realised that I don't really wear (proper) PJs to bed.. I wear trackies+huge jumper LOL T-T;; so I packed those.. HOPEFULLY MY FRIENDS DON'T THINK IM INSANE, CAUSE THE SLEEVES ARE PINK AFFFFFFFFFFFF, but it's about the only thing that can keep me warm so. yeah. I feel like a hobo ._.
Oh, gotta pack my hobo gloves 8DDD

oooooooooOOOOOOOOOHHMYGOD WE WON THE BASEBALL AGAINST USA JUST THEN WHEEEEEEEEEEEE though I have no idea if that was like a final or prelim lolol.
BUT. I think the best moment for me while watching the olympics was when Korea got the gold for Judo and swimming.. uh.. 400m? I think.. I FELT SO HAPPY FOR THE JUDO GUY, WHO I SHOULD REALLY KNOW THE NAME OF, BUT ANYWAY, BECAUSE HE WAS LIKE FULL ON CRYING TEARS OF JOY AND EVERYTHING DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD=

anywayayayay, IT WAS SO COOL WITH THE FIREWORKS AND EVERYTHINGAADKAJFHLKSJDF *____*
At first I never realised that they were supposed to be footprints walking towards the stadium.. I just sat there for seconds mesmerised and wondering how the heck/why they were blasted within constant time frames.. until I figured THEY WERE FOOTPRINTS LOL -epic fail-

AHAHA HOW CUTE AND ADMIRABLE WAS THE BRAVE LITTLE GIRL WHO SANG THE CHINESE ANTHEM LOLOL, me and mum think she's gonna become a singer 8D

omgomgomg and I flipped when the lights went off when the men were playing the drums with the glowing red sticks.. IT WAS SO COOL AND I JUST WENT ASJKDHFJADHFJKAFHDKHSDKJF
and the fact that they had 2008 people or something. it was so cool D=

oh wait there was another girl, who was at the white grand omgomgomgmgogomg *A*
I had no idea what was going on there, with the whole piano and the girl, was she supposed to be playing lol? she looked REAALLLY happy and just looked up and touch-played a few random notes on the piano.. and then at some point she stopped paying attention to the piano and sat there with a HUUUUUUGE OVERLY HAPPY GRIN ON HER FACE LOL
and then the narrator lady goes "she doesn't look like shes paying much attention" orsomethingalongthatline.
ROFLOLMAO.

The part where the shiny scroll began rolling open - I swear my jaw nearly touched the floor when the contemporary dancers came out AND STARTED DRAWING ON THE PAPER WHILE DANCING?!?!?!?! and they actually drew mountains and a sun.. and some other wavy lines which I thought in the end was gonna end up as clouds or something. That was just win @___@

Ooooh, and when the Tai Chi masters came out, there was a shot where one of them did like a horizontal splits... =0=;; I turned to the TV at that moment and saw her left leg just held up like, dead straight up in the air(while standing) and we all just went omfgwtfbbq?!

Hmm... I was talking with my friend on msn and we were both watching it on the telly, and about 80% of what was said was about the dancers in the background while the countries came out olololol. They got tired so fast, but it's a no wonder because I don't think anyone can jump up and down and clap to music that almost doesnt have a clear beat and trying to sync with 1000 other dancers for 2 hours straight xD;;.. in the end the ones near the entrance were the only ones dancing/swaying.. I felt sorry for them.. on heels too.. >_>;;; AND it's summer over there lol.
Then my friend pointed out the pain of smiling for ages for the ladies who carried the country name signs.. poor them :<
Then again, the musicians would've been tired as well.. I saw some Brazilian musicians drumming somewhere inbetween the march..

Speaking of which, because the countries were arranged in Chinese order, and it was about midnight or past that(during the country march), 'cause of timezones, mum asked me to wake her up when Korea comes out, and so I did 8D.. I saw our flag and I went spastic and fully shook mum violently which woke her up in an instant(probably freaked her out a little...).
lololol. So when she asked to wake her up when Australia comes out, I woke her up a little softer like she requested rofl xD;;
I think we had a medium-sized group of athletes, which was cool P:, but Australia had a huge crowd, which was astonishing O_O
Then again, USA's athletes pouring out of the entrance forever was intimidating lol;;

oh oh and when um whachamacallit.. Tibet. yeah.. they came out too but I think they announced them as "Chinese Taipei".. /swt.. and were not allowed to wave their own flags because whatever they were holding had the Olympic logo on it.. DD:
I felt so bad for them D'=, not being able to even wave their own flag in the Olympics..
If that happened to my country, I'd go even more insane and do something crazy D:<

ehh. anywho, it was somewhat boring despite all the excitement.. or maybe because I was just tired.. x_xa;
