Cobb responded on Facebook with a ÂtumultuousÂ message, police said.

On Monday morning, the fight moved from Facebook to the school halls. ThatÂs where Smith approached Cobb and told her to Ânever do that again,Â the report states.

Cobb summoned an assistant principal, but the fight didnÂt stop.

Instead, it spilled into a classroom where Smith began to swing at Cobb, the report states.

Several other teachers broke up the fight and Cobb stormed down the hallway while threatening to post the letter on the blackboard.

The assistant principal told police she pulled Cobb into another classroom, with the children present, to calm her down. But Cobb continued to curse in front of the students. ThatÂs when Smith ran into the room again and Âattempted to attackÂ Cobb, the report states.

Police interviewed several students, who said they heard Smith yell Â[Expletive], you donÂt want none of thisÂ and Âget the [expletive] off meÂ while teachers were holding her down.

After talking to students and teachers, police charged Smith with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Cobb was charged with disorderly conduct.

An Erlanger man faces charges after a Boone County Sheriff Deputy caught him masturbating at the main branch of the Boone County Library.

The deputy approached 58 year old Lester Henry at the branch on Burlington Pike in Burlington Tuesday night around 7 p.m. The deputy says Henry was watching a wrestling video in the computer lab when another library patron spotted him and alerted the deputy.

Henry faces charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. He is held at the Boone County Jail.

who needs a youtube when i have a well established blog of readers. reading is fundamental ya'know...so anyways. its actually 4:36, now 4:30 but i estimated. so like. im just gonna....ramble on about stuff as i sit here and listen to music before the marijuana collides with my need to sleep...well it already has but until i absolutely pass out...or some shit. i don't know. some of this shit is totally tmi but i like to share things, accept men. but i like to share so i'll share.

ya'know alot of people are against marijuana and cigarette smoking and i use to be for a while...well i kinda don't smoke cigarettes because its unhealthy and lung cancer and stuff but i hate that other people look down on people that do it. gotta die from somethin. but i like marijuana better because it makes life fun for a while...well for me anyways i don't know about you.

i smoked a cigarette was i was like..8? because my mom put a lite one down to do somethin, i don't remember but i wanted to do what she was doing so i picked it up and puffed. nothing happened because i didn't do it right. so for the longest time i thought my mom was just puffing on a cigarette just to puff....

i dated a girl for like a year when i was in high school. it wasn't very romantic actually. i don't know where she is or what happened to her, lost contact after like 11th grade. she was addicted to cybering i think. but weren't we all at one point?

it annoys me how conservative girls look down at not so conservative girls. i wouldn't say sluts. but like, girls that aren't afraid of their sexuality and being actually *horny* and its like conservative girls think that those types of girls get all the guys...they don't. actually a lot of guys love a girl that doesn't talk about sex 24/7 and keeps her breasts in her shirt. ya'know guys like to use their imaginations too. i should do, ive actually been rejected by a guy for being like....to out there with my shit. i mean im not a hoe don't get me wrong but i can say i have a very strong sexual personality *points to facebook statuses* and some guys are actually intimidated by that and would rather have a girl that doesn't announce on facebook when shes horny.

so pretty much im puttin it like this, hopefully i can stall the $90 by Wednesday. ima keep commissions open til then. i use paypal because i doubt i can get your money in the mail by Wednesday. and plus with the way mail runs today no fuckin tellin.

if i really don't get the money or atleast enough commissions to the point where im comfortable enough to ask friends or family for the rest of the money. im done with commissions, i wont even take em. because this bullshit gets on my nerves.

i need an extra $90 by monday so i guess im opening commissions for the weekend? since i wanna get them out the way i guess im jus gonna open sketch commissions. which are $10. more than one character is an added $5. but maybe a bit...more i guess.

Perhaps Ohio exotic dancer Chetania Davis has shoes that are made for stabbing. The 22-year-old stripper has been sentenced to a year of probation for attacking a fellow exotic dancer in the face with a stiletto heel.

In a deal with prosecutors, Davis, who is eight months pregnant, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Akron to a misdemeanor assault charge.

Prosecutors say Davis used the heel to stab her 52-year-old co-worker Jo Nolan several times April 17 in the club dressing room of Club 1245, causing wounds that required seven staples. It was the older womanÂs first day on the job.

Police had said she was attacked because Davis didnÂt think the club needed more dancers.

Defense attorney Tom DiCaudo maintains Davis was defending herself during a fight. He says she took the plea to move on with her life.

The judge also suspended a six-month jail sentence.

Finish moves will have two power up levels!!

Start the Dimension Link! The prize boxes left from defeated enemies will fill up your D-LINK gauge. Once the gauge is filled you will be able to activate the Dimension Link!!

Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy XIII will get a PS3 bundle when released in Japan. The console known as the Lightning Playstation 3 comes with a 250GB hard drive and will be coloured white and pink. It comes with a White DualShock controller and will cost 41,600 yen. The Official website has a countdown clock for the TGS trailer which will be up on the site in 3 days.

Final Fantasy Vesus XIII & Agito XIII
More details on the videos shown behind closed doors.

While we've been seeing realtime footage of Stella and Noctis's first meeting since last year's DK-something-something-90210 event, the new TGS video offered a first look at gameplay -- that is, someone was clearly moving a character around. I'm pretty sure that character was Noctis. A series of clips showed Noctis moving around through the streets of a European-style city, first surrounded by other people, and then alone at night. Next, the footage switched to Noctis moving about a vast field. Here, he was joined by monsters, some massive. I was actually reminded of a scene of Hope running around FFXIII's vast Pulse fields in the TGS FFXIII trailer.

Final Fantasy Agito XIII has seen playable footage in past trailers. In this latest trailer, I noticed the characters' battle menu palette changing depending on the character. While fight and defend/evade were always there, two other commands would change between such things as Snipe, Black Hole, Nebula. I presume these are skills. Square Enix will hopefully start getting specific on the game once FFXIII sees release later this year.

Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep

During the Sony press conference, they showed off a PSP trailer and in it they showed a quick demo of Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep which features Ven performing a co-op attack with Stitch! <- i did not write that, i don't sound that excited.

Snow WhiteÂs world is called ÂDwarf WoodlandÂ (the fuck?) which features the castle where Snow White lives and the cottage where the seven dwarfs live. There are screenshots of Ven in the forest encouraging a frightened Snow White whoÂs received the poisoned apple from the witch. There is another screenshot showing Aqua staring at the sleeping Snow White.

As for battle screenshots, there is one of Aqua fighting the boss called ÂMan In The MirrorÂ. Aqua was absorbed into the mirror to fight him. In order to attack it, you have to find the real form among an innumerable number of faces.

ok so, some of you may or may not know that ive had this little project goin on since Dissidia: Final Fantasy was announced. and what i did was instead of Final Fantasy characters, i did a story based around OC KH characters.

ok well, what happened was back in May my old computer fucked up horribly on me thanks to my dads USB drive and i think a virus, but regardless i had to reform and i was like all emotional and shit cause i lost almost pretty much everything.

alot of shit i was able to savage because i sent em to my beyatches. but it was all moreso written document stuff. nothing PSD related or anything. so by losing all the PSDs i lost alooooooooooottt of will to continue with some of my projects, expecially with D4, Dissidia and Chaot!c because there was alot of images and layouts and stuff i had saved that i didn't send to anyone. so anyways.

now that im playin the English version, im kind of inspired to continue working on the series. so with that bein said ima gonna announce that im redoing (COLOR WISE) all the profiles. not to mention fixing some of the anatomy errors. now that i do have a new way of soft shading it shouldn't take that long to do. i am gonna miss how pretty Yugana's game out tho >_< but hopefully she'll be prettier when i color her a second time around. annddd Tobias, Eric, Avery and Morgana are gonna beee...a bitch to reduplicate but i have to outdo myself the second time around.

There's a device in the Metal Gear Solid stealth series in which Snake can sneak past guards by simply covering himself in a cardboard box. This isn't just a game convention. It apparently really works.

In France, at least. (And Germany. This latest escape is not to be confused with a similar cardboard box escape that happened in a German jail.)

Double murder suspect Jean-Pierre Treiber snuck out of high security prison of Auxerre, Burgundy in a cardboard box. The 45-year-old inmate packed himself in said box, reports Telegraph, which was loaded onto a truck. Somewhere along the 100-mile journey, Treiber hoped off the truck and landed in freedom.

Police had sealed off the roads and are trying to find the con using dogs.

One of the two strangled victims Treiber is said to have murdered is the daughter of renowned French actor Roland Giraud. Treiber has proclaimed innocence, and his DNA does not match the DNA on tape used to gag the victims. When he was arrested, Treiber's reaction was: "He bumped her off." He did use the victims' credit cards to withdraw cash from an ATM.

"One can either say he's guilty and that this is proof of his guilt... or one can say he's desperate," said Treiber's attorney, "that he no longer has faith in the justice system because he's pleaded his innocence for so long and hasn't been heard."

even tho i can't escape the constant questions via comments. i guess i'll address a few in the journal, so this is like a mini F.A.Q thing. or some shit of that nature. shall we began, i'll do this completely in my bra so you'll pay attention.

Keisha, what do you use to do your art? - Billy.
Well Billy, i use a 0.5 Mechanical Pencil to do my lineart. Nothing specific but if u want to be specific its a Clear Point Papermate mechanical pencil, everyones got one. they cost like 3.99 for a pack of two and they come in really pretty colors and come with an eraser. and if you ~~shoplift because i refuse to pay 5.99 for a pencil~~ buy yours like me. you get the kind that comes with 4 erasers and a extra thing of led.

With that being said, I draw on computer paper. my scanner is one of dem, scanny scanners so i can't draw in a sketchbook cause it can't be scannnedd...i color completely in Photoshop CS3, tho ive been dabbling in Painter IX here recently. my computer lineart on the other hand is drawn in Open Canvas 4.5 and colored in CS3. WITH a cute little Wacom Bamboo tablet i got on sale when they first came out <3!

Ive actually had this convo with =destianna a many of times. I draw with the head first. but firstly i sketchy out the entire pose all messy like, using a ghetto ass skeleton system. then i draw the head, neck, body and feel. then i add in the detail. nothin special.

Im so glad you asked! Well, believe it or not most of my backgrounds are adobe drawn, with references from time to time but most of the time no references because ive found a really easy way to draw cityscape which....id have to do a tutorial on, but i prolly wont

anyways my backgrounds are completely CS3. I use the polygonal tool do the main part then the rest is just coloring and drawing with the brushes. if you've noticed, most of the time my backgrounds are dark, almost black so you can't see where i just scribbled shit >____>; but really it just comes down to drawing with a brush.

This is a little secret of mines that ive shared with a couple other artists here on dA! the secret to bring your pictures together is lighting and color overlaying!...and curves! gotta use curves in photoshop. if you've noticed most of my art has a retro coloring effect to them. its because after all my pics, i color overlay all retro style like. here i'll provide you with a spunky tutorial:

My manager was JUST tellin me bout this yesterday! HAHA! now we have all experienced the sudden head throbbin pain courtesy of a crying child with vocal chords so juiced up they should play major league baseball during activities such as shopping but most times we execute different techniques to block the deafening shrieks out. none of which involve reaching over and slappin the shit out of said child.

A Wal-Mart shopper who became so angry about a crying child that he allegedly slapped the girl in the face is due in court Thursday morning, officials announced Wednesday.

Investigators said the incident happened Monday at the Stone Mountain store on Rockbridge Road.

A police report said the man, Roger Stephens, 61, of Stone Mountain, had warned the childÂs mother, Sonya Mathews, that if she didnÂt quiet down the child, he would do it for her.

The report then quotes Stephens as saying, ÂSee, I told you I would shut her up.Â

Mathews then screamed at Stephens and called for security, the report said. Stephens was stopped by another shopper, according to the report.

The girl, identified in the report as Paige Mathews, 2, was not injured, but did suffer some redness in the face. She was treated at the scene and released, the report said.

Stephens was charged with cruelty with children in the first degree, which is a felony. He is being held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center without bond.

We all know that the hit song, Nobody by the Wonder Girls is a global phenomenon. But no one would have expected this. A man in the Philippines was apparently stabbed in the stomach and hit in the head till he was almost dead because he didn't know the song, Nobody.

His name was Leo Santos, 28, and he was killed by 4 men from Tondo, Manila. The knife used was even left in the guy's body and the whole murder was because he doesn't know the song 'Nobody' by Wonder Girls.

Santos, an electrician from Mahomas Compound, Tondo, Manila was stabbed 2 times in the stomach and hit to death on 26th August. He died last Thursday at the Memorial Medical Center after succumbing to his fatal injuries..

The Manila Police District-Homicide Section are now looking for the suspects Jansen Maglanque, Jonar Balagtas, Rodolfo Aguas and Joseph (alias) for alleged murder.

According to information released by the investigation team, Leo Santos was walking along the Corregidor Street around 2am when Joseph was singing Nobody by Wonder Girls. Leo asked him, "What are you singing?"

The suspect, Joseph, got irritated because Leo doesn't know the song he was singing. Joseph then punched Leo in the face and the other suspects joined in beating Leo to death. One of the suspects (the news didn't say who) even stabbed Leo in the stomach 2 times before all of them ran away.

The family didn't report the case immediately, only choosing to make a police report yesterday afternoon because the family decided that taking care of Leo's hospital issues and funeral arrangement were much more important.

An Aids-awareness advert depicting Adolf Hitler having unprotected sex has been condemned by mainstream health charities for stigmatising people infected with the virus

The provocative commercial, which ends with the tag-line "AIDS is a mass murder", aims to scare young people into using condoms by associating the deadly disease with the German dictator.

In the highly-sexualised clip which can only be shown after the watershed, a couple undress and begin to make love in a dimly-lit bedroom.

But what appears to be a typical, if steamy, advert for perfume or underwear takes a macabre twist when the camera pans to man's face at the moment of climax - revealing him to be Adolf Hitler.

The commercial has been released to coincide with 2009 World Aids Day, but established HIV/Aids charities have distanced themselves from its message, saying that it could make life more difficult for sufferers.

"Of course there are many HIV organisations that run their own campaigns, however I think the advert is incredibly stigmatising to people living with HIV who already face much stigma and discrimination due to ignorance about the virus," a spokeswoman for the National AIDS Trust, which co-ordinates World Aids Day in Britain, said.

"On top of this it fails to provide any kind of actual prevention message (e.g. use a condom) and may deter people to come forward for testing.

"The advert is also inaccurate because in the UK thanks to treatment HIV is a manageable condition that does not necessary lead to AIDS."

The commercial was produced by the young Hamburg-based advertising agency das comitee on behalf of a small German Aids awareness group called Regenbogen e.V.

The group could not be contacted for comment this morning but defended its controversial approach on the "AIDS is a mass murder" website.

"The campaign is designed to shake people up, to bring the topic of Aids back to centre stage, and to reverse the trend of unprotected sexual intercourse. Because anyone can become infected," the website states.

Hans WeishÃ¤upl, creative director of das comitee, told the Telegraph that it proposed the Hitler film after being briefed by Regenbogen e.V to come up with hard-hitting ideas.

"A lot of people are not aware that Aids is still murdering many people every day. They wanted a campaign which told young people that it is still a threat," he said. "In Germany, Hitler is the ugliest face you can use to show evil".

Mr WeishÃ¤upl said that the some members of the Regenbogen e.V organisation who have Aids raised concerns that the campaign could present a negative view of sufferers, but they agreed that the advert's shock value could help prevent the spread of the infection.

The videos will be broadcast on German television stations from next week, but only after 9pm because of their sexual content.

"We worked on the campaign for free because we wanted to help out," Mr WeishÃ¤upl said. "We have also produced versions in English and Spanish so they can be broadcast abroad, if there is interest."

The campaign also features poster adverts of Saddam Hussein and Joseph Stalin, and a radio spot that re-works a famous speech by Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi propagandist.

Wii Everyday has posted a new scan which features new images from Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep! As we reported a few days ago about the new info that came out this scan confirms them all. You'll find pictures of the new Lilo & Stitch world set into Deep Space, as well as Cinderella's world, as well as the Deck Command system which shows Aqua using "Time Splicer". Also you'll find that Birth By Sleep is still stated for a Winter release this year, let's hope it stays that way

prepare for the overkill of Aqua ripoff fancharacters.
