It's been a while, and a lot has happened. My boyfriends birthday, my 20th Birthday, another trip up north ( gah I love passing through NYC ) and now Christmas is on the horizon. I can't believe the year has gone by so quickly, thinking back on last Christmas, I am so grateful for the changes this year has brought upon my life.

I missed my chance to update on Thanksgiving ( that's when I went up north again ) I wanted to tell you all how Thankful I am to everyone who leaves comments and favs my photos, or admires from a distance, my new photos were a big hit, and there's more to come just like them!

I have lots more ideas for full body photos, with focus on my feet. Only problem is, I only have one pair of heels ( what kind of girl am I!! ) and no extra money to spend on things. So as Christmas is coming, I'm posting a few Wish Lists in this journal, in the hopes that some of you will really love whats on there and really want to see some photos with me in them. Shoes, stockings, toe rings, anklets, and I did add some outfits but its shoes I'm truly lacking to dazzle my fans with.

I've just started using Windows 7 and I like it a lot. I am having problems with downloading and right clicking in Firefox.., but ..I can download stuff through Internet Explore.. *dies a painful death* however.. my death has to say plenty how I feel about using Internet Explore..

So anyway, my sister is finally moving home, home home not still 3 hours away, but 45 from me and like 15 from Home.. where our parents live. AWESOMEZZ

I'm so excited about the New Year, its bringing lots of great things.

Hello dear friends!

I am back from my trip, my photos turned out great and the wedding was a lot of fun! Not sure if I can post any of them here, I got a few that I could but I doubt they would like that very much.

So Ive had a terrible day, and I thought it would make me feel better to update you guys on my trip. The drive up and back was very exciting, just me and my guy. I got to see Wind Turbines for the first time in the mountains. Unfortunately I did not get a good enough photo to post Anywhere!! But they were so beautiful, there were so many all lined up surrounded by mountains. Here's some great photos of Wind Turbines.

Hello dear friends!

I want to thank many of you for helping me with commissions. I want to revise my previous offers, and state that my prices are flexible and I'm also available for trade. Maybe trade for knowledge, or a drawing, or a work of art. That is flexible too.

So things are starting to look up for me, one certain someone knows how much they have helped me, a big thank you again.

My news for this month, my sister is MOVING HOME within ONE month!!! I am so excited, and my boyfriends sister is getting married in 3 weeks!!! Not local I should add, so Road Trip! Another reason I want those commissions to keep rolling in.

I kinda think thats all for now. Except for Oh, Titanic is sooo much more chilling and tearful in high def on a big screen.. >.>

Hello dear friends!
I've had a heck of a July. Many unexpected bills slamming us right into the negative. Now is the time to hit me with a commission you think I might not do.

My sister came up from Alabama with her husband for her birthday last week. We had so much fun. My parents just bought a pontoon boat so we had a blast at the lake too. Then a few other family members came down in the middle of their visit and we all had a blast together in the pool.

And I finally feel better, I had got sick for two weeks thankfully, before everyone came to visit.

Oh the best news of all, I Gained 8 LBS!!! I weigh 100LBS fully clothed. You have no idea how big my fight has been all my life, and finally I am beginning to win. Now if only I had enough money to get to the grocery store to keep it up.

Hello dear friends!

I felt it time for a big change. A new journal face for starters. The reason, my devastation at the loss of Michael Jackson. Yep, I'm one of those fans, stunned by the news, watched the whole memorial live unable to go in person. So anyway, that's all I will say on the matter.

My summer plans have changed a lot. I'm learning how to build a website from scratch in Dreamweaver. That is a big project at the moment, because I don't know what I'm doing yet. But I'm giving it a shot.

Why don't I write more often

Every time I update my Journal I think to my self, I'll update again more often. The truth is that's prob. not going to happen for me for a while. I'm just not that verbally expressive, I try to come up with things to talk about but my good intentions fall short. Not that much is important enough to broadcast it here. Hopefully that will change now that I have a real Professional Camera!!! Which brings me to my real important news..

A Freaking Canon Rebel!!!

My boyfriend bought me a Canon Rebel for our 1st Year Mark!! I had never even used a big camera like that before. --> [link] <-- I was so intimidated the first few days, lol now I'm just flat out excited. I can't wait to use it on Mother's Day.

I have much to learn but my time has finally come to learn it. My photography should dramatically change, I finally feel like I can create photos worthy of being presented on DeviantART.

Spent a week in Disney World!

Wow, I survived a whole week at Disney World. And I got over 4,000 photos to show for it. Some I'll post here, most I'll post on my myspace. Already got most of my Magic Kingdom photos posted.

I FINALLY did get photoshop back, exxxxcept that I got the Freaking Master Collection of cs3!!! Soooo I got about 12 other kick ass programs as well and its AMAZING!!

New Car

We finally got a new (used) car. We drove it to Disney World, 10 hour drive went by nicely.

I used my new lenses at Disney world, mostly my Wide Angle, I Love It.

Worked on a small bundle of my New York photos, but not nearly all that I intend to. You can find them posted in my myspace gallery as well.

Hi everyone, I sure have had a fantastic new year so far. To list a few BIG, HUGE events that have made it fantastic so far:

I GOT TO GO TO NEW YORK CITY!!!!

AAAND I have more confidence this time in getting photoshop back in the next week or two. I also have a photo gig in a few months. I got new lenses at Christmas, and am learning how to use them. Fun FUN! And me and my boyfriend bought a new car!

But now, back to NEW YORK CITY!! Wow, I have no clue what to say about it except it was amazing and I want to go back and actually explore it. Needless to say, I was not prepared, to take good photos that is. Soo I have nothing to show for the trip on here, but tons of garbage OMFG DID YOU SEE THAT blurry photos as we drove through the city, will be posted on my myspace soon.

Now that Christmas is over, and the drama of NYC I did take the valentine Feet photo set that I recently submitted, I'm taking the time I have from now until my photo gig (in march) to learn my new lenses, and get familiar with photoshop again, since I'm getting cs3 this time not the cs2 that I'm used to. I hope to get some interesting photos with my lenses during that time, I know I'll have fun either way.

Happy greetings to everyone, boy have I missed DeviantART. Lets just say I'm back now all New and Improved.

I've moved in with my boyfriend, and done tons of work to the house. Along with all that, I've got my computer fixed ( although my boyfriends is way better ) and bought photoshop. Its planned by my boyfriend that for my birthday ( October ) to custom build me a new computer specifically for my photography needs. My mind is screaming FINALLY!!

Trip To London!!!

In the world of me

Whats that you say? Where did half my gallery run off to?? Well its in my scraps because most of my crap isn't deviantART worthy. So in case you miss any of it, thats where to find it.

Working on my prints right now so I haven't been actively on in a while, I'm sorry. Putting my portfolio together, I bought a new digital camera, and I'm planning a trip to London for Jan 09. I have a new obsession and that is The Mighty Boosh. Thats also the point of wanting to go to London. I need to raise the money enough to get our resorvations in 2 months or the trip will be canceled. So anything you want to buy would be greatly apperciated, I want to say that having recently gottin prints of my flowers done they look a lot better printed then they do online. And I'm not a flower lover. But also, I have reedited almost all of them, and now I need to post them to deviantART. So bare with me when you get 80 DEVwatch notices from me and your thinking to your self, haven't I seen this one already?? Yeah, well I hope you have at least.

And now with a better camera, hopefully I'll have better photos and more of them. The KD Adventures have officially been put on hold, I have too much going on to try and get them going yet. So that was a depressing flop of plans.

Oh and I'm building another website, so thats my news.

Hello all you DA people,

For those of you who read my previous Journal entry, I'd like you all to know I'm much better now. Still weak but strong. Taking it easy still because I've had a few downs with the ups.

Also new, I got my prom dress, it fits good with out alterations.. which surprised us all. XD Soon I will get photos, I've just been too weak to do a photoshoot.

Now onto the real reason for this Journal Update!!

Soon to come, I will have the KD Adventure's Comic. They were created in the 80s. My dad is KD for Kenny Dunlap. His best friend created the comic in high school. Scott Jackson is his name. It is so neat for me to read the comics knowing it stars my father.

Obviously they are very old, I'm having to restore them in photoshop, and I'm not extreamly good at it yet.. >.> It took me a whole day to.. almost finish ..one.

Anyway, I hope it will be a hit. So stay tuned kids.. or adults.. lol some are rated R.. XD But those might not get posted, we'll see!

Merry Christmas to All

The embers glowed softly, and in their dim light,
I gazed round the room and I cherished the sight.
My wife was asleep, her head on my chest,
My daughter beside me, angelic in rest.

Outside the snow fell, a blanket of white,
Transforming the yard to a winter delight.
The sparkling lights in the tree I believe,
Completed the magic that was Christmas Eve.

My eyelids were heavy, my breathing was deep,
Secure and surrounded by love I would sleep.
In perfect contentment, or so it would seem,
So I slumbered, perhaps I started to dream.

The sound wasn't loud, and it wasn't too near,
But I opened my eyes when it tickled my ear.
Perhaps just a cough, I didn't quite know,
Then the sure sound of footsteps outside in the snow.

My soul gave a tremble, I struggled to hear,
And I crept to the door just to see who was near.
Standing out in the cold and the dark of the night,
A lone figure stood, his face weary and tight.

A soldier, I puzzled, some twenty years old,
Perhaps a Marine, huddled here in the cold.
Alone in the dark, he looked up and smiled,
Standing watch over me, and my wife and my child.

"What are you doing?", I asked without fear,
"Come in this moment, it's freezing out here.
Put down your pack, brush the snow from your sleeve,
You should be at home on a cold Christmas Eve.

For barely a moment I saw his eyes shift,
Away from the cold and the snow blown in drifts,
To the window that danced with a warm fire's light.
Then he sighed and he said "Its really all right,

I'm out here by choice. I'm here every night."
"It's my duty to stand at the front of the line,
That separates you from the darkest of times.
No one had to ask or beg or implore me."

"I'm proud to stand here like my fathers before me.
My Gramps died at ' Pearl on a day in December,'
Then he sighed, "That's a Christmas 'Gram always remembers."

"My dad stood his watch in the jungles of ' Nam ',
And now it is my turn and so, here I am.
I've not seen my own son in more than a while,
But my wife sends me pictures, he's sure got her smile."

Then he bent and he carefully pulled from his bag,
The red, white, and blue... an American flag.
"I can live through the cold and the being alone,
Away from my family, my house and my home."

"I can stand at my post through the rain and the sleet,
I can sleep in a foxhole with little to eat.
I can carry the weight of killing another,
Or lay down my life with my sister and brother."

Who stand at the front against any and all,
To ensure for all time that this flag will not fall."
"So go back inside," he said, "harbor no fright,
Your family is waiting and I'll be all right."

"But isn't there something I can do, at the least,
"Give you money," I asked, "or prepare you a feast?
It seems all too little for all that you've done,
For being away from your wife and your son."

Then his eye welled a tear that held no regret,
"Just tell us you love us, and never forget.
To fight for our rights back at home while we're gone,
To stand your own watch, no matter how long."

"For when we come home, either standing or dead,
To know you remember we fought and we bled.
Is payment enough, and with that we will trust,
That we mattered to you as you mattered to us."
