About clicking a goddamn link on Neopets again and getting my new account frozen even though I don't understand since I didn't make the link I just entered my info without knowing also I erased the address bar before signing in again so I don't know what happened but my cousin had the same issue and you can not get your account back after something like that what the furk

About people I know/love dying in accidents related to this new wintery stuff going on AKA snow and ice/black ice and etc then wishing I did more with that person while they were still living since I pretty much just go on my computer all day long (remember first worry)

Well, today, my mom and I went shopping for winter boots. We found some I liked, then we went next door to Chapters (it's a book store, by the way), 'cause I had to use the facilities. After that, I decided to check out some art books (I was looking for an anatomy book), when these two other girls walk up and start looking at art books too. I eavesdropped, of course, while pretending to look at a book. ;D

They were talking about manga, anime, shoujo, bishies, one of their "characters", and they were also saying that lots of manga books sucked.

Anyways that was kind of interesting, real life weeaboos. Moving on.

I found this pretty sick book, called "Anatomy for Fantasy Artists" by Glenn Fabry. It's not manga/anime, it's just general realism. It's quite good. It has muscular men. And it has curvy women. ...........c:

In other news, my brother's coming up to visit on December 5th! He has to go back in January, which means he's going to be here for almost a whole month! Pretty cool, if I may say so myself.

Also, what's with all these random watchers all of a sudden? I don't know, I just find it kind of odd. Oh well, thank you all anyways!

Okay okay okay.
Lately I've been totally obsessed with *bri-chan's art. Check her out if you haven't already.
ANYWAYS.
A few weeks ago, my dad told me about this book that my grandpa gave to my brother (my grandpa's 93, by the way) a looooong time ago. He said he'd try to find it for me, so I could check it out.
He couldn't find it.
But, this weekend, we're working on fixing my brother's old laptop so I can use it, and my parents have been searching for these discs that they need to fix it. They check in his room, and...
...my dad ends up finding the book!
He hands it over to me.

It's SO cool. I could never find books like this in the stores... man. It's so old, so simple, but so great. It teaches everything I've been looking for, to be honest.
Anyways, yeah, I'm really happy about that. It's freaking fragile though, so I have to be careful when looking through it, but I've read it once already. I should be good.
It's pretty epic.

Also, regarding the laptop, we need my brother's password. We've tried calling him, leaving messages, but he hasn't responded.
Plus he's going to a Bob Dylan concert tonight. I hope he'll respond before then, I wanna use this thing. :l

EDIT: Yo, is it just me, or are some recently submitted files (probably .pngs) not showing up on dA? I just uploaded a sprite, but it's not showing, along with many other deviations.

I was browsing the boards, when I found this board where someone had a link. I was bored, so I clicked it, not reading ahead on the board. So, it has the image advertising the NC Mall, that's like "is your pet underdressed?" etc. I go back to the board, and hear something about a fake login page.
A while later, while on another board talking to my friends, I randomly get logged out. So, I RETYPE the address bar, as I'm kind of suspicious, and I log in. All's good.
But then, I have to restart my computer because internet connection died. I do so, and I turn it back on. I hadn't logged out before, but when I got back online on Neopets, I was logged out. So, I log in again.
Then, I get the ever-lovely message stating that my account has been frozen.

I just got like, what, 280K from the auctions alone? With doubles of lab map pieces I already had? And now I have 500K? Totally?
Yeah. I have 6/9 lab map pieces. I really just want to buy the rest now, but I think I'd need at least another 100K.
I need pieces 1, 4, and 6.

Now, if I DO get the map, I've got a problem.
My main account has gotten a couple of suspensions, warnings, etc. and I'm kind of worried that if I slip up just one more time, I'd lose the account, and the map.
So I'm thinking I should use a side account (crap name I know lol).
I really don't know.
I'm thinking that using a side would be best, since I've got no warnings, suspensions, nothing on there, but... I don't know.
What are your opinions?

Oh right, haven't written anything here/uploaded any deviations in a while.
Uh... Happy (belated) Halloween!
As it's belated, here's your... chocolate bar wrappers! ...WHAT I ate them already, it's belated. Durr.
Uh, I've been practicing my shading lately. I like shading skin since I shade it with pink and yellow like everyone else does~~~**~*~**~*@(&$@#)*
I'm also still obsessed with ~fjarlsen's art and I wish they'd post some soon hmmmm? No no it's cool, I'll just ~~break into their car and drive it into a ditch, then promptly light it ablaze~~ wait.
Also, me and Avery have talked on MSN a lot. We are BUDS! He said I'm the only person he actually enjoys talking to btw which kind of makes me happy. But yeah, we're friends, stuff is cool. I should put that stuff on LJ, but I don't know how to really do it.
I downloaded the The World Ends With You soundtrack and MAN is it spiffy. Three Minutes Clapping, Game Over, Twister, and Transformation are probably my favourites.
I also got two new jackets and they look PRETTY DARN COOL.

That's kind of it for now, I guess I'll update.

It's probably not even worth the trouble, but, just for you curious folks out there.

Anyway, I'm totally owning at school. I got 54/55 on a Math test, level 4s in Art (even though I forgot the most important detail in one, lol), and I'm just awesome at Language.
Alsoooo there's a huge graphic novel project due next Thursday. Only, being me, I have to put shitloads of detail and stuff. It doesn't even take me that long, but like, my teacher keeps saying "You know, you don't need to put so much detail in". But seriously. I just have to.
It's not even that much detail, compared to some of you fellows on dA! Gr, it's like he's telling me to underachieve. Which I refuse to do.

Alright, one of the stupidest things I've ever done. Even though it was really fun while it happened.
Me and Daelyn decided to race down a hill, right? Not really for any reason. The only thing is, though, that the grass on this hill was wet. Therefore, slippery.
So, we run, didn't notice the grass yet. We were running to this manhole, okay? We start running, really fastly, having fun. We get to the manhole, but we were going too fast, so we jumped on it, then kept going. We both slipped and slid down the rest of the hill on our rear ends (we're still in minor pain from it, haha).
We probably looked like idiots. But, nobody saw. Oh god. That was stupid.

EDIT:
Aggh my aunt is visiting. I mean, I guess I have to love her since she's family, but... I dunno. She snoops in everything. She looks at stuff she's not supposed to, she creeps up behind me and gets her face up really close, and starts talking in a low tone. If we weren't related, I'd kick her in the shin then run and call 911. Seriously, she freaks me out when she does that. Also, her breath smells. Really bad.
She stares at me a lot, too. I-I think I saw her looking at my... chest area a couple of times. lksjfklsj She's so scary. What else... oh, I think she's an alcoholic. She drinks a lot. Though, my parents don't ever drink (unless she's here, lol), so maybe it's just more than I'm used to? I dunno.
I feel bad about it, but... she's just... annoying. And she makes everything really awkward.
Also, when she's around, my mom just loves making me look like an idiot.
They (my mom and my aunt) also seemed like they were against homosexuality. I hinted that that wasn't cool, and that there's nothing wrong with it, but they countered me back and laughed at me.
CAN'T YOU SEE THAT I LOVE WHEN MY AUNT VISITS?

PS, I'm gonna try to only do one journal a month or something. I'll just update this one I guess, if anything big happens.

Well, my class has this "take home test" thing for History. It's due tomorrow, and I'm just doing it tonight. ...Even though it's already done.
Anyways, we had to write a paragraph about one of about 7 topics, showing our opinions, the facts, all that. I thought I'd post mine here, just for some fun.
Voici:

"How are the concepts of exploration, mercantilism, and colonization in the Age of Exploration, from 1450 to 1600, related or connected to one another?
Exploration, mercantilism, and colonization are very related to each other. As, you see, exploration is, obviously about exploring new places. Now, when exploring new places, if you find a place with no inhabitants already, youÂll probably want to claim it, to call it your own. That, my friends, is colonization. Or at least, the beginning of it. Once you claim that land, you surely donÂt want it to get stolen by someone else (you claimed it in the first place, so that part is obvious). So, now youÂve got to get some people to settle there, and make sure that everyone knows itÂs your land, and youÂre not going to let anything happen to it without your permission. YouÂre done colonizing... so now what? Well, why not explore some more, and see if you can get any profit out of it?

Any of you guys ever heard of Spore? It's by the same people who made The Sims, and let me tell you, it's pretty awesome.
I just spent most of my morning (morning on weekends ends at 2:00pm for me) playing it. The cell stage was insanely fun (for some odd reason), and the creature stage is even cooler. You can make allies, enemies, you can make certain species border extinction... ah yes, it is extremely fun, and is probably one of the only computer games I've spent a few hours on in one go (I mean, except those Nancy Drew PC Games. Those things are epic).
My creature, the Rylish (shut up I know it sounds like relish sldjksdlgj) resides on planet Desli. Their looks have been altered many many times, in odd ways. But, they're killing and charming machines, I tell you.
...Yeah.
Never heard of Spore? Go here.

Well, just for kicks, I was looking through the Newest Anime/Manga submissions to dA.
It's hilarious how many people say that they draw manga, when they really don't. Sure, they've got the eyes down, but nothing else. The arms and legs look like noodles, the anatomy is completely off... BUT HEY IT'S ANIME SO IT'S ALL COOL

There are very few anime/manga artists on dA (that I know of) who actually have it down pretty well. I respect them. But it just annoys me when people say they can draw anime/manga, when they really can't.

MIND YOU, I have not even the slightest idea what MY current style is. I don't think it's anime/manga, but it may be. I really hope not. klajlkjfkljg I'm infected with the weeaboo artist virus, probably.

I kind of feel like I'm ditching Neopets... even though I'm not. I just really enjoy Subeta, too. You get to dress up your super-cool avatar and make it look unrealistic! I'm a sucker for dress-up games (honestly, I've rented crappy games just for the dress up factor), and I love the forums. If you're a n00b, you get frozen/warned, plain and simple. So it's mainly pretty smart people there. I don't really have any friends yet, but it's still pretty fun.
BECAUSE you can talk about religion, sexual stuff (boy this makes me sound just great), and you can get by with some swears. No f'ing, though. Loveing. LOVEING.

Ever since I made my new icon yesterday, which is based off of a sprite from Pokemon, I've been screwing around with other Pokemon sprites.
So, I was bored and was looking through this Pokemon sprite site, and found a sprite in particular that looked like it could be edited into Maggey Byrde, working at Tres Bien.
So I did that.
Now, I'm just going to try and make as many Ace Attorney characters from Pokemon sprites as I can. This is basically a silly project to do in my spare time, but I thought I'd tell everyone.

At my old school, there was our town's local dump highschool right next door. My school is JK-Grade 8, right? Wellwell. This year I'll be in Seventh, and the kids who were in Seventh last year will be in Eighth(no, really?). So now, the new Grade Eights and Sevens will be going over to this new wing in the highschool. Woohoo. We won't be able to use the cafeteria, which lots of kids are pissed about, but lol. It'snotthatbigofadeal.
Anyway anyway.
ALONG WITH THIS EXCITING NEW NEWS, kids from this other school somewhere in our town will be moving into the new wing as well! Greattt. New kids.

The principal and... the faculty are working on blending us two schools together into one ^bighappy_family but I don't think it's going to work as soon as they want.

I know I'm being a jerk about this. I just won't shut up about my brother leaving for school.
But you know what? It's tough.
When you've lived with a person at your side for all of your life, cried when they went to elementary school and you went to daycare, cried when they went on the grade 8 ski trip, cried whenever they went on band trips?
It's tough.
I know that I just have to get used to it.
But at this moment, it feels like my family's climbing a mountain, 'kay?
Like... we're getting closer to the top. The top is when he leaves. We're so close to the top that just now we're realizing what the top of the mountain really is.
We hadn't thought of it before. We know it's a good choice, but it's scary nonetheless.

The absolute best thing is, school starts like... 3 or 4 days after.
I know I'm going to break out into tears occasionally during class.
I don't give a care.
I'm sure having trouble controlling the tears right now, and I know I will then.
But I'll keep crying anyway.
I'm crying like mad right now, but I'm still typing and thinking normally, so I don't really get why I can't just keep crying during class.
Honestly, I'll be paying attention, I'll just be crying. Not that much of a difference.

If kids start calling me emo, or whatever that is, I won't give a crap.
Honestly.
My goal at the moment is just to get through this, and get used to it. So I don't really care what my peers think.

Also, my dad bought a webcam so me and my brother can chat it up, live. It's a good idea and all, but... I'll be able to see him, but I won't be able to go and give him a hug.
Like seeing something, but not being able to reach out and grab it.

As some of you may have noticed, I've been a total pain about my art. I'm always like, "THIS SUCKS" or "CRAP, MUCH?" or "FAIL".
I'll admit. I like some stuff I draw. Some of it truly is horrible (Maya, lol), but some of it is pretty cool, I guess.
I just hate feeling proud about myself.

My mom kind of thinks I should get therapy. She also thinks I have depression. LololololNO.
I'm just a quiet kid.

ANYWAY
I'm still having trouble accepting that I'm even writing this. Anyone have any tips on how to maybe gain self-esteem/respect? I don't really know.

I think I hate being proud of myself because of those kids on Neopets (OH BOY THOSE PEOPLE ARE SOMETHING TO BE JEALOUS ABOUT) are like, "LOL I PWN Y0U N00B" and they're all high-and-mighty.

Camping isn't that fun, for those who didn't know

I just got back from a weekend camping trip, though I hardly qualify it as camping because we brought a PC, all of our games, gaming systems with us.

It's been concluded between me, my brother Colin, and his girlfriend Marli that when you're camping or anything, you just need to bring a whistle for protection.
I wore one all the time, and even at night.
Just in case I got kidnapped, then I'd blow the whistle a lot and sack them, blow it some more while they're in pain, then run and call the police.
SEE HOW THAT WORKS?
And I'd keep it in my pocket so that if I did get kidnapped, they would be like "Oh, this girl doesn't have a whistle! She's good to kidnap, then!"
WELL I SURE SHOWED THEM.

Oh, we played a lot of Boggle.
One time, I was looking for words that Boggle had served up... and guess what word I found.
It looked sort of like this:

Hmmm what word did I see there?

OH WE WENT TO A STORE AND THEY HAD WHISTLES FOR SALE.
They're stealing my ideas, darnit.

I'm upset about my brother going away to university. D: I love him so much... And uh. I've never lived a year or more without him? o.o

For I lack one.

Uhh, I've been coughing a lot lately. Like. Coughing up a storm. Although that'd be kind of cool because... I would've made a storm. Out of my mouth.

I have this Hello Kitty lip gloss and it tastes like heaven.

I've finally figured out how to get the audio off of videos.
...But the real question is, is it legal?

I bought Volume 2 of Sonic Underground. Ever seen that show? I love it.

The whole "mood" thing was taking too long to load so I'm going to leave it as confused.
