Circus by is our lovely winner of the Seeds of Evil contest. ~Lazy-Flutist has won an original horror story, prints of ~ChronicPHOTOGRAPHY's Holy Jokers series, journal features, and a secret prize concerning the word, pedophile, that she used as the basis of her poem. The secret prize will be coming at you guys soon, so watch out for it! Congratulations ~Lazy-Flutist!

Bang Bang Bang by is our lovely runner up, winning a print from ~ChronicPHOTOGRAPHY and journal features.

As of today, the deadline will be moved to Monday the 11th. Personal matters for both judges have caused this change. Don't forget to spread the word! We want as many submissions as possible! There are things, things which tempt us, draw us to acting in the wrong. These: love, hate, lust, wrath, sloth, gluttony, envy, greed, and pride lead us into the darkness and turn us away from the things that our hearts should be looking for. Crime, in essence, sprouts from these nine things and weaves into our lives like a sickening bastard child.

Rules
1: The seven deadly sins, love, and hate MAY NOT be used for this contest. If you choose one of the above nine, your entry will be quickly disqualified.
2: All literatury genres and visual art, including photography and manips, is permitted. One visual, one literary per deviant.
3: All submissions must be NEW and sent to me in a note.
4: A short explination must be included in your author's comments detailing which of the nine above words (love, hate, lust, sloth, gluttony, envy, greed, and pride) you believe your choice sprouts from.

Nor is it all murder, not all of it is about people. Read past the words, look at the concepts. Horror can be just a whimsical thought, an impulse that an author grabbed onto and ran with. Horror is what you think is horror, no more, no less. If it cannot send shivers down your spine, then it is not true horror.
