Literally.

Hey guys, I'm planning to host a mini-OC tournament. I was wondering how many of you would be interested C:

If you're not sure what it is, it's basically a story line from the head judge that you can create your own part in. Just create your own OC and draw them battling another participant, and the judges will pick which has the best story telling to go on to the next round.
I think we can start it when we have about 8-14 competitors. That'll make 4-7 rounds?
Umm what else....
You can have a max of 1 battle team (so that's like 1 OC or a few that fight together).
The purpose of your comics is to show how your character(s) can defeat the enemy. It doesn't have to be too long as long as you can show and tell everything that you want. Deadlines can be extended if someone's going through a hard time or are having outside conflicts (homework, etc)

Well, the story (so far):
Prison of Scelos


A great city, Scelos, above the eyes of mortal men opened its door to select few to fight for its greatest treasures before the city crumbles and becomes lost in history forever. However, the chosen few cannot reject its invitations and must fight each other regardless of their feelings. They will have only one week before the city falls towards the earth, so everyone shall perish if the battle does not end by then.

My summer is finally here C:
I still have a ton of homework and stuff to do over the summer, but I don't care. I'm probably gonna procrastinate on them anyway lol =.=

It's finally 2009 everyone Hope you're having a nice new year!
Well since it's a new year, I guess I should set some new _impossible goals for myself right?

1. Work on hands/feet/anatomy
2. Work on poses and action
3. Work on details and clothing

Um, seems like I won't be progressing much this year XD;;

Oh right, it's almost the end of the year again! I can't wait to go through my gallery to see how much I've improved this year XD; Well, I'm sure there's a lot less improvement than last year, but improvement is improvement right? ..Erm wow, I'm kinda scared of looking through my gallery now. Especially since everything weeks before I totally detest now D: It's a curse, a curse I tell you!
But enough with that, I think I'm gonna be a bit more serious about the stuff that I submit to my dA. I mean look at my gallery, it's full of crap that I don't know why I drew it in the first place. Yeah, so I guess I'll only be submitting stuff that I'm proud of(at least for a day or two) so that my gallery will have something good to display from now on. Though, I'll try to post everything else on a new blog that I got. Hopefully with that, more people will look at my art :'D though I kinda doubt it lol. ...Ok this part is really getting tl;dr, I'll just move on now.

Also, I'm currently working on manga in school. Maybe that's why my grades are slipping a little (ironically enough, I'm still getting A's in everything...ok except maybe Latin. I'm not sure about Latin at the moment.)

It's finally happened guys, we got a new TV.

It's a 46 in flat screen and it costs $1,400+ ;_; And I wasn't even aware that my parents bought it since they got it when they were getting home from work.

Ah well, at least the quality's really good. Though...it's quite big...our last TV was like...27 or something inches so it's a rather huge difference.

Also I pray that my dad can get to the printer/copier/scanner/fax machine before the stock runs out on Friday. I want the scanner part the most.

My fall break ends. Ugh, a 2 day fall break does not satisfy me at all! Sure I had the weekend too but they went by too fast. At least I had interesting company.

My friend from college came over with his family. Pretty convenient to be enrolled in a college where my parents work lol. Anyway, we watched Paprika and he suggested a few movies too. Lol they're actually studying anime in college. I can't wait until I take that course.

Actually I think I'd kinda fail that class....

So um, now that school's back, my art schedule is gonna be crazy again. I originally wanted to draw something today, but I ended up being too busy and lazy.

So after Wednesday of this new week, it'll be time for my fall break. Unfortunately, it's only 2 days + the weekend so I won't have time to do that much. Hopefully, I can get at least a few pictures finished and ready to upload instead of just simple doodles.
Lol, I also need to draw some new fanart of new series that I've been watching. I think Toradora's one series that'll be really fun to draw.


Oh yeah, I've almost finished downloading all the Mononoke episodes. Can anyone say, AMV TIME?

Hey guys, school's starting tomorrow so I'm rushing to get everything back together. That's why I haven't been working on the icons XD;;

1) Well let's see, I'm a big procrastinator...yeah. I just get bored on everything, sometimes even before I begin the task.

2) I began anime with shounen and I still like it, but if I remember correctly, most of the manga that I read were shoujo (there were a lot of shoujo oneshots on onemanga XD)

3) Yeah I think my art sucks. Deal with it. I mean sure, people can look at it and think it's good, but come on. There are tons of better artists out there. :\ -driven by envy-

4) Not sure if it's permanent or not, but this year, my locker's gonna be at the right side of the building, my 1st period is gonna be on the left side, and I have to get back to the right side for 2nd...hehehe I hope my schedule gets changed.

5) You see me cursing on the internet a lot I bet, though in RL, I don't curse that much. XD;

6) I try not to pick favorites in most situations because...I suck at decision making.

7) Since I'm in an all honors class course...I have homework even before school starts. (actually in math, even before 8th grade ended) Harhar.

Bad news: I got 2 shots today D: ....and...I might have to get glasses (Julien already knew about this lol) 8D;; I couldn't memorize the chart apparently. So um, to prevent my eyes from really becoming a problem, limited computer access. D: So don't expect me to be on everyday now.

My project caused...a future fandom fight almost. XD This was the best history class ever!

Well remember how my dream catcher had L and Light on it? XD Yeah, so I was doing my presentation just like everyone else, and suddenly, my teacher points out L and I started laughing so hard. I couldn't help it D: Well a Death note fan in my class (who's not akita ) pointed out that L was a character from DN. Then when I got to Light, she was like "Kira's crazy!" and I couldn't help screaming out "KIRA IS GOD!"....because that's what he is And then she said something about "Misa needs to die!" which Akita and I were shocked because Misa is aweasome XD So we almost started a flaming war but I had to finish my project and everything. XD Then someone read my poem (I was too embarrassed) to the class...that Kira one...yeah....XD Oh god I thought I was gonna die! I hope I did well...despite the fact that my project caused a big commotion and everything :/ (My project had L and Light(KIRA GOD) in it so I should get a good score XD)
