Went to the Wowhead/WowInsider party on Thursday, both of which I work/have worked for. I got there late though, due to having to wait in the ridiculously long name change line. But being a VIP always feels nice. :)

Went to the Curse party as well. It was cool, but the Raptor drink I had was fucking gross.. and it was hot as hell. There was no AC.. but they did play Cypress Hill. LOL

I miss when BlizzCon was harder to get into and there were only 10,000 people. I didn't like the setup this year. we got a few new sales guys where i work, which means a lot more work for me. it's 3x the work i had - basically. i have a couple of sites in the works. i've spent a lot of time on one, and i'll post when i get the core design up. the other, i've just been thinking about. i've also had some orders come in, so i've been busy with those. i made some more sticker sets yesterday, so maybe today i can take pics and post. who knows. lol

how do you design starprints?
sometimes i draw them with pencil/paper first, and sometimes i just use illustrator. i also use photoshop for pixel stuff.

how do you make the plastic charms?
i use ink-jet shrinky dinks. currently, they are not transparent, they're solid white. if you try to print on the transparent shrinky dinks, your ink will run.

how do you make your clay charms?
i use sculpey, basic clay tool set, acrylic paint, toothpicks, paintbrushes, glaze/sealer, findings.

but, my sister did throw me a nice surprise party this weekend. and my husband bought me stuff from VS and got me a gift card..which i'm in the process of spending. :D
