I've gotten more into computers and nerd shitake like that.

I brought an M3 mini SD for my DS and GBM [which is 20th anniversary edition] and I've kind of been playing around with that the past week.

My guitar teacher wants me to expand on a riff I was playing while he was on the phone, and I can't be assed cause it's in F flat and there is like 2 chords you can play and solo's in F flat sound crap.

I have been doing some drawing though, just little tads of sketching while my crap ass computer slowly converts anime episodes and films for my M3.

I'm trying to get used to using an EPSON scanner, I lost my canon scanner's drivers, and it's so terrible to use but it has a billion dpi.

It seems that the only way to be become popular [without art stealing]
is:
1. Be an enormous comment/fav+ whore.
2. Draw endiless amounts of Naruto fanart
3. Draw endless amounts of Bleach fanart
[there was more but I am now high on glue, long story]

these are ok I guess but it is annoying when I see people who a only draw bleach and naruto fanart and have like a buzillion pageviews.

Ocassionally I do see a really good person who doesn't do these and it makes me sad that they do noyt have the same amount of pageviews etc as people who do milk bleach like it's the best thing to grace the earth. You know there are other manga and anime thousand times better than bleach and naruto.

In better news I'm colouring stuff now.

I'm gonna make this devart page a whole lot less queer becuase I'm linking it from my myspace account and 90% of my friends think that the shit I draw is ok, but I will need to explain half teh crap to them. Today I had to explain what an anime convention is.

While I'm on the subject this march there is an anime convention in my city which I am going to. It'll cost me £40 shinyz but some girl who is highly critical of everyone says I wont go, as she doesn't realise how much of a geek I really am, and bet me £10 I wouldn't go; so in all it'll cost me £30.

Again, after a long time I actually picked up a pencil and started some crap again, theer is another draw off at MT which I siad I was going to enter, but out of the three crap sketches I have, while they look good, they all make no fscking sense what so ever, while everyone else's WIPS seem to make the sense. So what I might do is just draw and draw and draw, not really caring if it makes sense or not then just enter that. Sense isn't really one of the requirements but I hate it when it doesn't make sense.

when I scan that draw off entry I'll scan some otherthings and try to get some sort of a colour job on them.

So at the moment I'm working on real life studies, i.e real people, and I'm hoping to soon deduce style from these studies. I'll scan what I've got so far tomorrow or after I've posted them on megatokyo and asked how exactly how I deduce style from reality.

Current inspirations being: Ashley Wood, Tim Burton, Hideo Kojima, Tetsuya Nomura and who ever does the devil may cry character design art [ need to find out who ddoes them ].

I'm hoping to really develop my skills as an artist and not just "another anime/manga masturbator.". I really want my art and drawings to be defineable from evryone else's. This will be a major duanting task as if I feel I "need" to draw evrything I do draw turns out crap, so this will just make things even longer.

anyways, as i've siad, i'm working on different crazy perspectives the ones i have so far are pretty cool, i need to dfo more pics that have backgrounds, i have a another pic that is like the girl pic umm... i have a penned one aswell just to see how it would come out, looks ok but i messed up the mouth, i need to get some decent pens for doing lineart.

well if i get some pics scanned for tonite then i'll do another journal.

2. guitar perspectives, as i posted the gray in action picture and someone siad that the epiphone gray is holding looks flat while the hand he is is holding it with is at a 3/4 angle... so i gots some work to do on that.

3 backgrounds, most of my pictures lack a background and or, other things in the picture to "fill the page" so i'm doing some products with backgrounds, and i might end up doing some paneled products...

4. is basically trying to get some coloured versions out of my butt, i hate colouring, i suck at it, so this is why i gotta practice, i'm not found of digi colouring so i'm gonna try and do traditional crayons and paints... but i gotta rob some stuff my school first...

thats it as of yet... i'll get some more pics scaned for the next few days.
