so, *I* am challenging YOU to make a peice of art!

i was looking at aboriginal art (as i often do) and i realize its kind of a dieing thing. for those of you who may not know, for whatever reason, aboriginal art sprouts from australia's natives, and looks something like

its very stylized, and it uses all kinds of dots! enough to drive someone crazy!

enough to drive you crazy? find out! pick a subject, it can be anything! but make it interesting. do something new. i think it'd be cool to make it aboriginal, just because its so different and complex, but you can pick another culture if you dont like dots

this isnt a contest or anything of the sort, its just something a little different and hopefully fun to get your juices flowing

in other toy-related news (can you beleive, with all this talk, i don't collect anything toy-specific? hehe!)m my macaw obliterated the sound box in my nexu (the cat-looking animal from star wars, episode 2. it has the wide head and spikey back!). i have him hanging from my monitor like "grr! i am mighty and plastic!" and roy thought it would be lots of fun to knock him down. well, for him it was, but now nothing happens when i press poor nexu's sound button. battery drama
