1. School.
Who would've thought of that? /sarcasm
Since it's my final year, teachers expect a lot of us. Our Math teacher wants us to make a so-called "Maturamappe" which is the summary of the stuff we've learned in the last few years. It should already have 100-ish pages and I didn't even start it properly. I only have around 15 pages done which is... not much.
I didn't submit a lot of homework and I failed the first math test. My teacher called up my mom and... let's just say she was pretty pissed.
We also have to submit our special topics for the final exam. I'm going to take four oral exams and that results in four special topics à ~15 pages. I should start those as well.

2. Music.
Some of you might not know that I'm playing the Cello. I've been getting quite a lot of invitations to Orchestras etc. lately and I have to play at four concerts in the next four weeks. I've had two concerts in the last two months and they were set at pretty unconvenient dates so I had no math homework for... two weeks. Which ruined me, to be honest. Having to practice only twice or three times a week just isn't enough. I actually have to play "Ave Maria" by Schubert tomorrow and I'm just not sure that everything will run smoothly.

3. Health.
I almost fall asleep during classes everytime. I just don't get enough sleep lately (around 4-5 hours a night, and I rarely sleep well).
Healthwise, I'm somewhere between "Pretty well" and "I'm going to collapse".
We have school at Saturday, so sleeping in isn't an option. My next ensemble rehearsals are at Sundays, so I guess I can forget about my sleep now. I eat little to nothing and I'm moody. To sum it up: I'm a wreck.

4. Lack of Inspiration.
The pile of unfinished pictures is piling up, but I don't really feel the urge to draw anymore. Everything has gotten so... so... I don't know. I just can't feel anything while I draw.

So I'll be taking a break from dA. I have no idea how long it'll take; perhaps a few months or something. I will be checking my messages evyry once in I while; it's just that I won't be commenting on every deviation anymore.

I hope you'll all have some nice holidays and you won't have to experience all this.

My class will have a 1-week trip to St. Malo, France. We'll be staying at host families and we hope to *cough* improve our French a bit. Just a liiitle bit.

Our flight is at 5 am-ish, but we already have to be at the airport at 3:15 AM x_x

I started packing, but I can't finish since I still need half of my stuff this night before running off to the airport (You know, powder, perfume and all the other girl stuff *shot*).
It's also difficult to chose which clothes I should take with me since St. Malo is in the Bretagne and the weather is pretty unstable (?) there. Or at least that's what our teacher told us.

Speaking of teachers, two of them will accompany us. One is our French teacher (well, duh) and the other our Maths (!!) teacher. Both of them are huge kill-joys, so we decided we should just stay away from them as possible (St. Malo is more of a village than a city, so I've heard).

On the first two days we will be staying in Hotels in Paris Our teachers still didn't tell us the program there, but they already said that we are not going to be able to visit Versailles. Ah, well. Maybe we'll get to see some other interesting places.

Well, now here's the point of this huge monster-post:

I found a tablet (30 cm diameter and not really a mentionable brand, but who cares) for 50 Euroi-ish in a catalogue and I was like "WTF. MOOOOM, I WANT THIS."

I was bugging her for about a year now and she said that tablets were too expensive (I wanted a Wacom one, but they cost 100$+). I was having an artistic stage the last two months, so I guess she finally understood that I'm more into art than anything else XD

Oh my God, I'm soo excited!
My mom said she'll order it today; I can't wait until I have it and spam devART with my doodles 8D

Also, I'm very sorry for the inactive-ness, I DID draw stuff in the last month but most of the pics were sketches/doodles so I didn't feel like posting them. I do have an art trade with someone on a petsite now ([link] psst, get me some referrals *hint, hint* ;D My user name is Vanity) so expect an update soon ^^

First, I had to visit a Philippine School. Not so bad, really, since it was only every Saturday in July. The problem was: lessons started at 9 am. And it took me about 45 minutes to get there D: I always looked like a zombie when I arrived there >_<

My teachers were pretty impressed of my Tagalog (=Main language on the Philippines). I was thinking to myself: "Well, duh. I have philippine parents."
But then I noticed the other kids/teenagers didn't even understand a word. They were almost... Austrian. Just more tanned and with black hair. One day, there was a lesson about the "Philippine way of life" (Dunno how I should call it). It was about how four family generations can live in one house without ripping each other's heads off, how to have respect for the elders and everything else you could call "good manners" in general.
Most of them were like "LOLWTFBBQ". Wow. I thought: "Thank God, I'm not going to hang around with those guys anymore >_>", but nooo, my teachers agreed that my Tagalog was so good, that they want me as a teacher next year. Man, I pity those people who I'll have to teach something already. I suck at explaining. Epically. Especially when it comes to Grammar, and stuff. I mean, I'm good at languages, but explaining? ._.

We had to cancel one day of school because on that day, there was the "Barrio Fiesta". It's to celebrate the day the Philippines declared Independence (I think... or it was the day they got rid of the Spains, I forgot ._.)
There was tons of philippine food, grilled stuff, sweets, ice candies and much more. They also had a program with philippine dance numbers, songs and music. Some friends and I had to play the national hymn and some folk songs. And "Happy Birthday" because some highly ranked Filipina had her birthday (I think it was the ambassador o_o Curse me for being so unattentive.)

And today I had to go with my parents to a wedding where they had to film everything. My dad has this film-editing-hobby and he kinda... persuaded me to come with them and be the second back-up camera woman (<- That word looks kinda weird.)

Okay, so we had this meeting at school because we are going to visit St. Malo, France, next year.
After said meeting, we all went to go back home. A chinese friend of mine has the same way as me. I was standing near my mom, so I wasn't beside my friend when suddenly a Skinhead and four of his groupies appeared and started with stuff like, "What the hell are you doing here" or "You don't belong here".
She only said "Why are you asking?" and that guy (who was a lot taller than her) started to back her into a corner and then he actually SPIT on her. I felt something snap inside me and I pulled her away(and tried to cool my temper at the same time, which was really difficult). I seriously wanted to "ruin that guy's family plans" and spit my lungs into his freaking face. Spit into the wind and you'll get it back thousandfold.

My mom had a phone call during the "incident" and they actually thought we were calling the police. So his groupies begged me not to call them and the guy run away for a few meters, came back and also begged me not to do anything.

It is really disheartening that such things still happen. I mean, why are we so different from the so-called "whites"? We can speak German fluently (and it's sad to say that this happened in Austria *shakes head*), we are no criminals, we are integrated (I don't know if I can use this expression, I just translated it from the German language) - heck, we were BORN here.
Why do some people have to be THAT radical? Better go off and make (?) politics; maybe that would change anything - which is very doubtful. It wouldn't affect me since I'm an Austrian citizen.
Lol @ their ugly faces.

It makes me SICK how stupid people can be. Don't they know that Hitler KILLED himself because he couldn't handle the whole situation?! Do they seriously want to end like him?!?!

... again. After two weeks suffering of the... interesting effects of the flu (not being able to draw stuff, being one of them), I went to the doctor after I've been feeiling VERY sick. Or better, I either wanted to puke OR die. Either one would have been salvation o_o

Guess what. I have Gastritis. I don't have a damn clue what that is, but I might have to let a gastroscopy wash over me if the pills aren't effective that the doc gave me >.>
He also said I shouldn't study so much so I don't have THAT much stress. WTF. There you have it.

*sigh* My math teacher is killing me. He THE most feared teacher at our school.

Uh, okay. Now on to my... problems. He seems to hate AND like me. 'cos, usually, if you are late for school, he'll greet you with "Such a beautiful morning, isn't it?" and then he'll hand you a piece of paper. And on this piece of paper, you will have to collect a signature from one teacher a day (for a week) at 7:45 before you go to class. That means, you will have to be at school at 7:30 am, because it's a pain in the *** to even FIND a teacher who will sign that crap (He's the only one using such "punishment" and when you ask some teacher to sign the paper, they will stare at you in amusement. Really, half of the teachers don't even KNOW of that "method".

And to the homework. He always gives us homework that we are NOT able to do alone. And if he explains us how it works, he will usually explain some of the stuff in the next lesson. Of course, it doesn't make any sense getting the explanation AFTER trying to do the homework for six hours. Yes, six hours. That's just average.

And then, he just walks up to me and says: "Well, I will give you a second chance, okay? I hope you'll do better now."

Duh. I know he's nice for giving me a chance, but it's just too much pressure ;~; If I fail just once, I'm done for.

And my scanner died. *sobs in a corner* That means, I will have to take all the drawings to my cousin who has a scanner. But. I need more than two hours to get to him >> If I would have to search the city (or better, vilage) where he lives on the land map, I wouldn't find it. Because it's... small. First, I have to be in the Philippine Embassy at 9am. Why? Because on every Saturday in July, there was some sort of Philippine School there, teaching us the History and language and... stuff.
Well, and tomorrow is the "graduation". Heck, we only had 4 lessons (actually only 3, since the first lesson was an introduction... thing).
That's not a problem, no. The problem is, that I have to play Cello there. No, that's not the problem either. The problem is, that I have to get their with my instrument. And the Philippine Embassy is... far from from where I live Oo
It's going to be torture getting there...

After that, my cousin is going to show us the philippine film he will be presenting on Sunday in the cinemas. He wants us ALL to be there, no matter what. Uh, yeah. So I'll have to get their with my instument on my back (my poor shoulders Oo).

And in the evening, there is the 18th birthday of someone I don't know. Yeah, you're thinking now "Well, why is she invited then?!". Actually, only my parents are invited. But they kinda need a photographer and "back-up" camera... =_=

I'm going to sleep like a dead man tomorrow Oo
