As some of you know, I recently graduated from my university, had about two weeks off, and immediately started graduate school and a new job. Not many lectures anymore -- it's mostly discussion, so there has been a lot to adapt to, especially since I'm not always very talkative in groups. lol. I think I will soon be cured of that... Trial by fire!

The new job is GREAT. I love it, and my two bosses. They are fantastic people and put my academics first. It's the best place to be as a graduate student. I'm so lucky. And best of all? NOTHING to do with art! I can save all my creativity for myself and for commissioners.

There's still a lot to read, still a lot of changes I have to make. So right now, I guess I'm transitioning... And the point of all this was just to let you know where I am. And as for commissions, which I alluded to earlier - they are closed for now. I have one left standing from the summer that I will be working on every chance I get this week and next.

Once that's done, I'll see about reopening commissions. I'm very interested in trying something different -- and maybe earning a little extra money to buy Painter (I tried the new version this summer and LOVED it. See: [link]).

Anyway, that's all for now! More updates to come. I do have one piece to upload (a doodle I finished one night after class...that became an amusing little painting -- EDIT: here it is! [link]), but that's all you'll see from me until I finish that last commission.

Summer Commissions Sale is Over
I'm updating my prices and commission categories accordingly See those below.

The prices are also going up from what they were pre-sale. This is mostly due to my crazy summer schedule... I've got a 16-hour/week internship and a 12-hour/week job, plus other commitments. As a result, my time for commissions is really very limited.
