Christmas PPM

Well it is getting close to that time again, Christmas is practically around the corner, and as I cannot log into the PPM forums anymore I will be posting stuff here and on my facebook.

PPM has barely happened this year due to other things happening on the same day, and also the lack there of, of people actually bringing things they said they would. That is such a huge disappointment to me, Jem and Sabina. We all agree that the first PPM was the best, and I believe everyone else thinks it too.

So this Christmas I would like to hold another get together in the Roma St parklands, a BBQ as usual. Where people actually bring things they said they would, without someone having to rush into town to get a pack of sausages and bread.

Date: 19th December 2009
Time: 10am-1.30/2pm
Where: Roma St Parklands BBQ area.
What to bring: Snacks/drinks/sausages/breads/butters so on so forth. Whatever you would like to bring. Cut down on the lollies as the last few times its all we had!
What to wear: Cosplay or Casual

I hope we can get a big group coming along before Christmas. Come along, meet up with people you havn't seen since maybe the last con, and just have fun.

Remember we need to clean up properly before people start to leave, and not wonder off and leave a huge mess for myself and a few others to clean up.

Hello my lovelies, how are we all?

I have an idea to get a group of people together this halloween, Saturday 31st October to come into the city dressed up in their lovely costumes, and we can all get together for a dinner at like the pancake manor and run havok around the city.

Would anyone be interested in this at all? I am just curious to put it out there to have a small get together is all I havnt seen some people in a while and it would be nice to catch up with people again.

So if we have enough people and not just em and say 2 others [lol loners..] I will be making a grup booking at the pancake manor, depending how many people RSVP before the 20th, cause as being on a Saturday dunno how quick we would be able to get in and if we could reserve a table either!

Date: Saturday 31st October [Halloween night!]
Where: Brisbane City
What time: 5pm meet up. Hopefully 6/7 pm dinner reservations.

The difference between RP and RL

Ah it has come back to this topic for me to have a small rant about..

There are some people out there who dunno the difference between Role Play and Real Life. In my opinion, these two worlds should never meet. Role Play you take on a certain character and write out what he or she are doing. But when it comes down to thinking that you are they actual character is a whole new thing. And Real Life, is when you actually have a life, and not sitting on your fat arse all day on the computer.

There is this person on furcadia who thinks just that. That they are their character, and everytime something happens with myself and someone else, they go off at me in that manner. Well guess what sweety? It is a game. If my character and the other wishes to hang out, they will, if something happens, it happens. But as soon as you turn around and be all "But I am their priority, and you will be dropped like a sack of potatoes." It annoys me because you are the one taking my friendship away from the other player. Things were just great before this even happened. You are old enough to realise the difference between RP and RL, so why don't you grow up for a change and stop acting as if you are all high and mighty and that you aren't actually your little pixelated character? You call me childish, and a 'whore' for something my character wants..But guess what? I am not my character. So maybe you should realise this. I don't even like you, and I never have. I have a problem with you and I probably always will. I only attempted to get along with you for my friends sake, if that is what I can even call them now.

How do you research for the cosplay before you make it?
I usually watch anime, or I see something online and think it is cute and go from there, though I generally end up watching the anime, playing the game or reading the manga it comes from.

Do you sew your cosplays yourself?
Yes and no. I can't sew from scratch but as long as I have somthing there I can alter it ok.

If so, how did you learn to sew? If not, do you plan to learn?
Self taught, also get mum to help at times lol

Do you make your own props?
Yes and no. Dad helps me out with some bits but I do most of everything else.

Just experimented with what I could use and how to make it into what I needed.

If not already styled, yes.

Being able to alter commissioned cosplays where need be.

Making it to sit right on my body as I am larger then all the characters I cosplay. So I don't wanna look too ridiculous.

Cutting arm sleeves too short and on a wonky angle.

I usually stab myself with a needle quit alot when pinning fabrics together to be sewing.

Okay lets try this again..the comp restarted when I was typing up this lol

AVcon [the belated report]

Thurday:
Dad dropped me off at the airport and left me once I found the gate number I needed, I was waiting for around an hour until my flight so I was stuffing around on the internet for a while, talking to people on MSN and Furcadia. The flight was kinda boring, nothing much to do, 2 1/2 hours later I was in Adelaide, Ash came and picked me up and we headed back to her place so she could grab her stuff for the weekend, then we headed back to the city to go to the hotel. That night we met up with a few people and went to Marion shopping centre where I bought a few clothing items and we got some dinner. We headed back to the hotel after freezing our arses off waiting for the bus.

Friday:
Friday we wondered around the city, went window shopping and we went to the pet stores They had such cute baby rabbits I wanted to take home, but I knew I wouldnÂt be able to get the poor thing back to Brisbane lol. I also bot nommed on by a rat, damn thing. I knew there was a reason I didnÂt like rats. We went to this cute little cupcake shop and it was so girly and the cupcakes were to die for, makes me wanna open my own lol! That night we went to the Convention Centre just across the road from the hotel, major convenience, to get our weekend pass and have a look around, we went out for dinner, then back to the hotel where myself and Ash watched Spongebob for a few hours before bed.

Saturday:
We got up a bit early and got ready, watched a bit of TV and got dressed, Ash went as Himura and I went as Mamori, both from Eyeshield 21, we did the school uniforms and it was a big mistakeon my behalf, I was so cold, and my skirt kept flying up when we were outside. We bought the AVcon hoodies and shirts and bits and pieces during the day. That afternoon we met up with Bryan and Lex and went back to the hotel to get changed into something alot more comfortable and warmer. We went out to the pancake house for dinner, it was goot to see Lex again seems I havnÂt seen her since Manifest back in 2007! And of course Bryan lol.

Sunday:
same routine as Saturday morning, that day I went as Lizzy from Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler and it was alot warmer that costume, and it was SO girly. I never wear uber girly girl cosplays but it was a nice change, my back was sore bu the end of the day cause I kept it straight all day lol, damn you cosplays. Ash went as Michael from Angel Sanctuary, my short arse angel for the day <3 I did the tattoo of her cheek and neck for the day it came out alright..for eyeliner. We hung around mostly, went to Shin Tokyo in the city and whatnot, we waited until around 7.30-8pm to get after party badges but couldnÂt be stuffed waiting any longer as we were starting to get very hungry, so we went to the hotel and got changed then went out for some dinner, we went to the shushi train like 20 mins before they were closing lol.

Monday:
Monday we slept in a bit, and got dressed after a while, we ended up going to the Adelaide Goal that day. It was very cold and rainy, so it kinda put a damper on the mood. The Gaol was kinda creepy, and we went through everything we could. I felt very uneasy in the gallows and the execution hall. We took alot of pics and something came up in 2 of my pictures. Ashleys images disappeared compeltly from her camera which was weird and her camera kept dying in certain areas. Mine turned on and off a few times which scared me lol. We also went to the art gallery and museum. There was some nice stairs in the museum that would of been good for a photoshoot for a Kuro cosplay. Next year though! We went to the casino that night for dinner and went on the 1 cent pokies, I dunno how people can do that constantly..we got bored after about half an hour and went down to the lake where theblack swans were, the followed us up along the pathway lol, I think they were expecting food. It continued to rain that whole night and we got a bit wet. Got back to the hotel into the warmth and settled down for the night, watching tv and such.

Tuesday:
Last day in Adelaide, we headed back to Ashleys place once we checked out of the hotel, and we hung out at her place for a bit. Then back off to the aiport we went, we hung around there and watched a bit of youtube when we ate lunch, watched Mitchell get his head shaved and it was funny to see the bidding...

Botox

Well as some of you know, I went and got botox done, no not in my face, but my armpits. It helps stops sweating upto 8-9 months at a time, so I am pleased with it, though it costed me $1000 as they had to use a whole bottle..and he used 5 needles, fuck it hurt, the numbing cream didn't really work so I was cringing in pain alot cause of the needles.

So over the past few days my sweating has become less and less and practically I don't sweat now which is good as I used to sweat even when it was freezing cold, as a few of you also knew. But I am really pleased with it so far, s I hope it lasts the 8-9 months and not the minimum of 6 lol. So atleast I can wear silk/satin costumes now without freaking out about if there is gonna be major sweat marks on the costume. Woot.

Just intime for AVcon too, seems my Lizzy dress is made of elegant satin lol!

Tis right..I am selling a long chocolate brown wig, I origionally bought it for Tohru for AVcon, but as we arn't doing that anymore I wanna sell the wig, as most characters I cosplay don't have natural hair colours...lol

Wig length is approx. 31.5 inches. The wig is extremely soft and easy to brush and untangle if it gets knotted. Has a skin top at the part. Wig as never been worn, but taken out to take images of it.

I'm getting harrassed EDIT

Well I am being harrased through emails. Someone stayed with us a few weeks ago and he was downright rude, he kept to himself, he never thanked my parents for letting him stay or spending all that money on him. He never asked to use the phone, his hygine was disctusting, he used all of our internet downloads when we said not to and only recently got uncapped so we are back to normal speed.

He kept sending me emails to BOTH my MSN and Yahoo emails, I ignored them, when I told him off over MSN, he sent me insulting message to my MSN, Yahoo mail and my dA and gaiaonline private messages, calling me names, insulting and harrasing me. I replied telling him to leave me alone which he so conveniently "didn't receive" and continued to send me emails to both yahoo and hotmail. I told him to stop sending me emails on both accounts and to stop sending them fullstop- but does he listen? No.

Hes sent me emails ever second day now for the past week even when I've told him 4 times now to go away and leave me alone. He's just not stopping, because aparently "I'm spourting shit out of my arse" which is complete and utter bullshit. He won't leave me alone, he won't stop sending me emails, its fucking driving me insane. Then all his damn facebook messages makes it seems like we had broekn up, and that we know each other completely just by chatting over msn for the past 5 years e.e; like bullshit, you've met me once, and you acted like a complete dick.

Cause obviously when "Leave me alone and to go away" it obviously means "No please, continue to harrass me and send me emails, even after I've said to stop".

Is there anyway to BLOCK emails from someone on hotmail and yahoo? Cause I can't seem to find anything to do it.

Then when you do say something, its often FAR too late and happens to be enough horseshit to fill a football stadium. I'm sick of you treating me like absolute garbage when I've tried my damndest to be your friend. I always HAVE. I've listened to you, laughed with you, even sent gifts and won shit because I WANTED. Then...this. Fucking swell life, ain't it? Well, whatever. At least at the very last moment, I've given you a sigh of relief, this being my last email to you. In the end, I still give a bit of happiness in knowing you got your way. Sad, yes. I'm already halfway tempted to look into suing you for neglecting a negotiated contract about those commissions, as its clear you're not going to do them. Ever. Whatever.

Well today I went to Chermside to get some stuff done, it took me like 20 minutes to find a car spot, but I finally found one, and really close to the door too. So I wonder in to the esculators [the straight ones, not the stairs] and I start walking down, and I took a spill, on them, grazed my knees, feet, my butt is brused and it hurt my back even more then it already was..My shoulder is in pain too from where I spilled over, my hand was still on the rail. SO it pretty much hurts to move around at the mokment, its gonna be even worse tomorrow )x

If my back is in anymore pain Im gonna have to go back to the doctors about it, or even the physio. Bleh.

I'm aparently an art theif? LOL

Well I came across an image on the front page on dA which looked like it was stolen, take a better look at it and the persons gallery and it pretty much was, I told her she can't use someone elses art work without their permission as it is art theft, so she puts the comment on spam, fine. She notes me asking me why I said such a thing, and that it practically wasn't art theft, then proceeded to say that 2 of the images I drew was aparently not mine?

I claimed I used pose references with those images to help me with some of the body proportions a little, but no, I aparently stole them from someone else, when they clearly have my sig on them and they look exactly like every other image in my gallery?

So go get fucked ~SeeQueen I'm not the art theft here.

Well the weekend came and went so fast..I want it to come back. Only thing I would change is wearing flat shoes all weekend.

Anyways! On Thursday went to go pick up from the airport, this was the first airport run I had done alone, so I was freaking out weather I was in the right lane or not, so finally I arrive with about 10 minutes to spare, the traffic was crappy going there as it always is. I took in an umbrella thinking Ash had one with her too, but I was wrong, by the time we got her bag and headed outside it was puring down rain, so we huddled under this tiny one person umbrella trying to stay as dry as possible. And ofcourse knowing my luck I had to park in an area which got ankle deep water around the back of the car now didn't I? So trying to get this suitcase into the back of the car was horrible, we were ankle deep in water, screaming and laughing..our poor shoes suffered and drowned that day. After that we headed off to Chermside for a while, got some lunch, wondered around and picked up bits and peices.

On Friday we headed into the City early and went to Camelot so I could hire a coat as I was cosplaying Sebastian and I never had enough time to alter anything for the con so hiring was settled, found a nice small one, it didn't close up, bit it had to do [none of the coats there buttoned up] after that we just wondered around for a bit, got some KFC for lunch then headed into the Valley to walk to Preview night to get wrist bands then go back off into the city to go see a movie, we saw Monsters VS Aliens. We got home rather late.

Saturday arrived and we got up around 7.30am to start getting ready, I was cosplaying Sebastian and Ash went as Grell both which are from Kuroshitsuji [aka Black Butler], the wig was slightly too short at the front as I originally bought it for Lelouch, but it worked well anyway I may have to buy another when I cosplay him again. That day was horrible, we wore heeled shoes and we ended up leaving early and headed to the city to find flat shoes, at which point we wanted to just head off home, we were sposed to be going to the pancake manor and then kareoke, but we just couldn;t be bothered to head back in. We went to bed kinda early to catch up on sleep from the previous night.

Sunday came and Ash and I swapped cosplays, so she was Sebastian and I was Grell, When we went into the city on Saturday I bought a red coat from Target for the Grell cosplay, we had a better day Sunday, there wasn't as many people, and I totally clung to a male Sebastian, oh so much love , I dunno if he was too impressed though xD poor guy. Sunday was a little cooler then Saturday and when we were leaving it was raining, so it was nice to walk around in it and cool down a bit more. We headed off to Sizzlers for dinner where we made..quiet a statement. Then after dinner we went bowling, took some bad pics in the deserted carpark, some people near the cinemas were all 'wtf?', mainly cause we we're laughing like maniacs..well mainly me.

Monday we finally got to sleep in! yay. We headed off into town to drop the coats off that we had hired on Friday and we took some small snap shots in the parklands before returning them, we rushed back to the car and stipped off back into our casual clothes and bumped the costumes and wigs back in the car. After we did that we headed off to Chermside, it was starting to get late into the arvo but we got some lunch and went and played DDR for about 2 hours.

Today I dropped Ash back off to the airport, which I didnt wanna cause I was having too much fun hanging out with her all weekend seems we hadn't seen each other in a year, but I am heading down to AVcon in July to spend a week with her and cosplay and such some more. The cosplays will be the following:

Well I've been debating what kinda tattoo I wanna get for my next one, I wanna get a Little Pony, but I also wanna get a Care Bear.. So I have decided maybe a Cear Bear Riding a Pony..lol

I have decided on "August Breeze" as the pony, as she is my birth month and my birth stone, which is a peridot. But I dunno who to get as the Cear Bear as I really love Wish Bear and Grumpy Bear..but I also love them all but those 2 were always my fave two when I was little. Wish bear would go in with the greens of the pony, bt because August Breeze's body is also a light blue, Grumpy would look good doo seems hes a darker blue..Sigh choices choices..I may end up going with Wish Bear as she is the same green as August Breeze's mane and tail. Spose all I gotta do now is draw up a concept and get my but down to the tattoo shop lol, man I'm gonna end up fainting or something, though probably won't be happening for a few weeks or months.

Cosplay for BrisNova and new bird

Well I realise I do not have the body to do Meer very well [front on look thick cause of my hips, side on I look ok xD], but I do have the hip and boob thing going on for her, so I get any shit cosplaying her, there will be trouble..lol [should shove her heels into your head]. Finally after a few years of wanting to cosplay Meer and Sakura its all gonna happen this year, after some juggling around with other cosplays which will be either later this year or postponed until next year.

I finally bought a new male budgie yesterday from a breeder who lives like 10 minutes away from me. He is a yellow faced sky blue opline. I named him Confetti due to him being colourful. The yellow colour mutated into the blue to make him look like hes got a yellow/green/blue gradiant happening. I am definetly gonna breed Lemon and Confetti within a years time, they'll have such beautiful babies..well when they grow their feathers. And there will be a chance of them being cinnimon or even violet, as Lemon as the violet gene in her [as the dark blue patch on her back looks like a very deep violet in proper light], and Confetti's father was a cinnomon. So yay. Confetti is currently in quarenteen just to double make sure he won't get sick and pass something onto Lemon and vice versa. I am hoping to buy a larger cage and also get more birds soon. My love for them has grown back since loosing my budgie a few years ago. I got her when I was 5, and she died when I was 16, so 11 years was a very good life for her. I hope these 2 will live long, fruitful [love babies xD] lives.

Blueberry got put to sleep..

Well this morning mum came to my door and told me Blueberry. my budgie, had looked very sick, so I go outside and he had alot of trouble breathing, he had diahrrea, and he could barely keep his balance.

By this point I'm freaking out and called the vet for an ASAP appointment, we got there and had to wait around 45 minutes when she said we could get in straight away. The vet saw Blueberry and then told me she wouldn't know what was wrong and then told me to go to a Bird Vet, so they booked us an appointment and we headed over there.

The vet looked at Blueberry, and told us straight up he would have very little chance of surviving, but if I wanted to try and save him that we can put him into intensive care, he was underweight, and they would of had to force feed him, give him antibiotics and kist keep an eye on him through the night, and if I wanted to continue on with that it would of been $150 a day after that first night.

She did a swab of the area where he stores the food and she put it under the microscope to find alot of parasites. And I mean ALOT of them, she felt around his neck and found he had a very large bump around his throat which is the reason why he was struggling to breath. So at this point she was going through my options of what I could do with him, I wanted him to live but watching him just looking for hopeless and struggling to breath, I asked for him to be eautenised, of course between sobbing. I was really upset and I still am, I have been crying alot since then.

She also checked out Lemon, which also had the parasite but not as bad and she was seemingly fine. I now have her on antibiotics. So I hope Lemon pulls through this.

It turned out when I bought the birds they already had the parasite, so I am never buying from a pet store again, and going straight to a breeder. The vet is gonna give me the number when I go in 2 weeks from now for Lemon's second checkup..

I am gonna miss Blueberry so much, even if I only had him around 4-5 months, it really isn't gonna be the same without him. But I think I made the right choice..

I am so over everything at the moment.

Today when I was driving home, atleast 3 people pulled infront of me, and one of them beeped their horn at me when I was going the speed limit and they needed to merge over and they KNEW they had to, but no we all had to leave it to the last fucking minute didn't we? The other day, was going to the shops, and some fuckwit cut me off at the round about when he had to give way to me.

I am so over people snobbing me off, treating me like shit, when I've done nothing but be nice to them or try to talk through suff, or give advice/critism.

Then it comes to other people who sit online the whole fucking day, for example Furcadia. I know atleast 3 people who sit on it constantly all day all but the time they go to sleep. GET A FUCKING LIFE PEOPLE. Fair enough you RP, or play games on the comp, but when you're life just fucking revolves around a fucking game, its pathetic. I admit when Honey and Inti we're dating I would come on as soon as I knew Hannah was on. I would wait for her, but as soon as she logged off, so would I, unless other people wanna RP with me. I admit I got a little carried away with that RP, and the fact I loved those two being together, even if they were just made up characters. I wanna try and put that all behind me and get on good terms with Hannah, but if shes gonna keep doing this, then I give up. But seriously some people just over obsess over, and I seriously mean obsess, shit and it annoys me.

And then there was a thing with some stupid bitch named Misty. I said she needed to practice anatomy, because her anatomy sucked and this persons neck was almsot as long as a fucking girrafs and his shoulders were way too small. But then all of a sudden I get BLOCKED for a small critism, and then she gets her patheic 6 year younger bf to block me too over a small thing like that. HOW PATHETIC.

back problems ):

Well in the last few weeks of work, my back problems have started up again, after a month or so of going away.

I dunno why it keeps happening so much or why its almost in constant pain if I am sitting up or standing, theres been a few times where Ive had to go lay down because it was getting too painful for me. I do alot of heavy lifting at work and I lean over the table alot to tile and take tiles off boards to re-tile them later down the track.

But I dunno what to do, there isnt much you can do with back problems, I have to still continue to do what I do, and try not to strain it as much but its inda hard when you have to lift heavy things. Everytime I arch my back it cracks and that dosnt sound too good everytime I do it x.x sigh

I am looking forward to Christmas break atleast..start next Thursday and go back mid-late Jan..so that would be a good break.

Confused...

I just dunno what anymore, 7 years and I swear a friendship has ended, every since Honey and Inti broke up, I had been ignored, not talk to as much, and we constantly got into arguments, ever since he got a new relationship, its been 10 fold. Its the Seelie Saga all over again, but with a different character.

I am frustrated by the fact this keeps happening, I want to be able to talk and RP with my friend, but its kinda hard when Im not even spoken to for hours on end, when this shit surfaces, I usually just get a "Go away", or "Fuck off", or "I'm done with you". I'm as stubborn as my character, as she has my personality. I am not going to give up on a 7 year friendship just because this shit keeps happening, in the past 7 years this has happened from almost word go, and when it has, I have been backstabbed and spoken bacly behind my back, yet I still called her a friend. But now this keeps happening atleast once a month, we are civil for a few weeks then I say something or try and start an RP then I am ignored, then told to go away when I keep talking. So I just dunno anymore. I am seriously thinking of just giving up on the whole thing. The only way that seems to try and atleast get a point across is going off at her, then she turns around and tells me to go away, shouldnt that be the other way around?

I hate you, but I love you too because I consider you a friend, and if you are going to let other people and games get in the way of that, you're no better then others who are trying to push me from you competly.

Before we get into this this isnt aimed at one person, but a majority so shut the fuck up and dont come bitching to me.

Well last night, Im not going to mention any names, but I was told of some certain things that had upset me. I passed that onto Hannah [omfg a name!] which had really upset her. So now we are both on a shit list, like I dont care, I know she dosnt. But the point being, I didnt think it was appropriate for someone else to go off and say 'Hey guess what your characters boyfriend is fucking someone else'. I dont care. They are together, and Im sure herself and him are very happy together regardless of the shit thats cumbled down around them. Guess what people? Its a game..

We had been threatened to be kicked from the dream if we put the other on ignore, so we pretty much can't do anything about that. I just dont understand why people have t get so worked up over something like this, its not your choice for one thing, it it the person who is roleplaying that character, and I would like it if most of you shut the fuck up and just left it alone. This is now not aimed at one person but a majority. So dont think its just aimed at you because frankly it isnt.

What ever Hannah decides to go and RP when Im at work or asleep is upto her, as it is my own to choose to do what I will myself. Just because they are socialising with the opposite sex does not mean anything. And if they do go off and have a little affair with whoever. Their choice. I do not appriciate it comeing from someone elses mouth when they dont see what really happens. It comes from Hannahs alone, got it?

Well, I would now also like to add, Honey is TAKEN. Which means she will NOT go off and sleep with your character other then HER PARTNER. Don't go off and say 'aww but he'll never find out' or some shit like that. I will go into a room to RP only, she will only do such things with Inti, for gods sake people how fucking retarded are you. Honey is loyal, she will never cheat even if she has been cheated on herself [going on with past relationships here]. And even if she was single, she'd more then likely knock back your character anyway, she dosnt sleep around and when she does she atleast has to TRUST them. She will flirt, cuddle and that is it. So if you start to bitch to me through whispers that I will not RP sex with you, your going on ignore.

Oh god look at me like every 5 words is a curse, Yes I'm pissed off. It pisses me off to even think that you can even try that shit with me especially when I've already said no.
