Hmm... okay then. Well, I wasn't tagged but I stole it from

1. Most of the things I make out of tape are practical. My wallets work, my armor will protect people from cuts and scrapes, as well as arrows and blades (Not bullets, don't try, especially incendiary or hollow-point rounds), and my swords are usuable to spar with (and weigh just as much as their metal counterparts)

2. I can make a tape wallet in two and a half minutes.

3. I listen to music while I work. It helps pass the time, and I think I do a much better job when I'm jamming out.

4. I use other materials than just tape in my work. Many things have what I call a "bone structure"- Swords have a dowel running them, for example.

5. It requires an intricate understanding of the object in question to do what I do. I use a lot of references to get a first-time creation just right, although after that I can just recall things from memory.

6. Any decoration in my work that appears circular is, for the most part, actually angular. Duct tape doesn't curve. Most circles are actually n-gons with a large number of sides.

7. Tape doesn't stick to me. It hasn't for years.

8. I can tear through two to three layers of tape with my bare hands, depending on the strength and durability of the tape, as well as the size of the piece of tape I'm tearing.

9. I can make really precise tears on rolls of tape. I stopped using scissorrs years ago.

10. Many of the things I made are one-of-a-kind items, because so few do my type of craft.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR FRIENDS 2008

1. What time did you get up this morning?
I didn't. I got up at 12:15 this afternoon. Yeah, it was late, but it was necessary...

2: Diamonds or Pearls?
Being a dude, it doesn't matter much to me. Diamonds are the April birthstone and Pearls are the June birthstone, I was born in November (so my birthstone is the incredibly cheap topaz). I guess I'll go with Diamonds.

3. What was the last film you saw at the cinemas?
The Dark Knight, that new Batman movie... it's pretty good.

4. What is your favorite TV show?
I like a lot of stuff. America's Got Talent, Gong Show, and Scrubs are what I've been watching recently.

5. What do you usually have for breakfast?
Cinnamon rolls/muffins, although I've been prone to skip breakfast (like I did today, considering how late I got up)

7. What food do you dislike?
Umm... a lot. I'm an extremely picky eater.

Wow, I don't know... I really am enjoying my iPod. I guess I'll go with Any Given Element, by the Killdares.

I own a 1964 Chevrolet El Camino, but I'm driving the considerably more fuel-efficient Suzuki Grand Vitara.

Soon enough, I'll be finishing up a project I began two months ago, but stopped working on for various personal reasons. My situation:
Needs, and insists on having, a close and understanding relationship, or at least some method of satisfying a compulsion to feel identified.
My stress sources:
The situation is regarded as threatening or dangerous. Resentful that what he has striven so hard for is being menaced, and disparate because he feels powerless to prevent it--fears that he is going to miss out altogether. Unable to view the situation objectively, but extremely agitated and cannot rest in his attempts to remove this threat to his desires. Over-extended and feels beset, possibly to the point of nervous prostration.
My restrained characteristics:
Very exacting in the standards he applies to his choice of a partner and seeking a rather unrealistic perfection in his sex life.
Funny enough, that bit isn't true. I'm somewhat accepting of anyone who'd take me.
My desired objective:
Needs a peaceful environment. Wants release from stress, and freedom from conflicts or disagreement. Takes pains to control the situation and its problems by proceeding cautiously. Has sensitivity of feeling and a fine eye for detail.
I forgot to copy/paste the rest down (my problems), which basically were that I needed rest and relaxation. It's... creepy how accurate that is.

Still not hopeless (except for a hopeless romantic). It looks like the mood thing might be getting closer to being fixed...

I wish I remember exactly what he had said. It concerned the concept known as Karma. People who do good in this world have good fortune come upon themselves, and those who do bad in this world have horrible luck. Well, I haven't exactly had the best luck from last Saturday at about 6:00 PM to yesterday at about 9:00 in the morning. An old enemy has reared its ugly head recently, for example. It was really crippling me all week, until I heard my friend's advice on Thursday, and it prompted me to go help people. I had one thing going off in my head, however, and that was that I had been doing decent (maybe not good, but definitely nothing bad) recently. My friend's responded in a way that made me want to do as much good as possible. My friend said that Hitler himself believed that what he was doing was correct, as amoral as it is to everyone else's point of view. The comparison between me (who tries as hard as humanly possible to be virtuous 24/7) and Hitler (who I doubt needs his vices explained) really got me to look at my life in another perspective. I've been doing a lot of helping, and I've had great luck today and yesterday. I want to continue helping people, and although it's a weird thing to ask online, I realize that almost everyone who will read this is a close friend of mine:

Growing up I thought i would be...
When I was younger, I wanted to be an inventor. That was seven years ago. Five years ago, I gave up on that, but had no real clue as to what I should be. About three weeks ago, I decided: I want to be a writer.

The best idea I ever had...
Involved my own death. It was the best way to handle the situation, if the need arose. Well, I didn't go through with it. I didn't have to. What I had to do wasn't as much of a task as I thought.

The easiest thing I ever learned to do...
Breathe? I don't think you even have to learn how to do that. If it's not a life function, then I taught myself how to use duct tape. That's fairly easy, and fun.

The world would be a better place...
If there were more open-minded people in it. I know too many people who are, in their own way, responsible for holding the world back.

Is not going to be posted on the internet. I spent the day with my girlfriend, Mary. That's all I have to say about it.

Umm... This is a hard one. I guess my best trait is that I'm very loving and compassionate. I would stand up and protect any friend of mine, regardless of the situation at hand.

My worst vice is...
I swear like a sailor from time to time. That's my worst vice in the past year. I've given up on everything worse.

My finest moment...
Hmm... Another toughie. Mainly because I don't think it should be posted on the internet, either, but for other reasons. One of my finer moments was when I sparred five people, all at the same time, and won.

My first job...
Was manual labor. I made $5 an hour! The year after, I was a dispatcher making twice that.

My favorite job...
Was definitely being the dispatcher. I learned so much from that.

I've found the biggest waste of time...
Watching reality TV shows. Who seriously believes that watching people suffer for hours on end is good entertainment? On top of that, nothing productive is done.

My life's mantra...
*Looks up what a mantra is* If it's a commonly repeated phrase... Then it's probably "I've got too much time on my hands* or possibly "Whee!". If it's a prayer, then... No.

I play mindless videogames!

Wow, another hard question. I have a lot now, and I'm pretty content with myself. All of what I want now are minor material possessions, although I do want to get stronger. I have strength, though... I guess what I want most is a pair of XBox 360 controllers so me and 4 friends (I already have 2 controllers) can play mindless video games together.
