Answer:: Earthworms are hermaphrodites (both female and male organs within the same individual). They have testes, seminal vesicles and male pores which produce, store and release the sperm, and ovaries and ovipores. However, most also have one or more pairs of spermathecae (depending on the species) that are internal sacs which receive and store sperm from the other worm in copulation. Some species use external spermatophores for transfer instead. Copulation and reproduction are separate processes in earthworms. The mating pair overlap front ends ventrally and each exchanges sperm with the other. The cocoon, or egg case, is secreted by the clitellum, the external glandular band which is near the front of the worm, but behind the spermathecae. Some indefinite time after copulation, long after the worms have separated, the clitellum secretes the cocoon which forms a ring around the worm. The worm then backs out of the ring, and as it does so, injects its own eggs and the other worm's sperm into it. As the worm slips out, the ends of the cocoon seal to form a vaguely lemon-shaped incubator (cocoon) in which the embryonic worms develop. hokay, so i went to westfarms with mike today and i embarrassed myself (once again) in front of his parents by totally dropping my spoon in the most ridiculous way ever and i bought myself a cute hat <3 and that made me happy, and mike bought me boxers which i am wearing right now cuz boxers are comfy and i got myself the "lizzie mcguire movie" soundtrack and the original "willy wonka and the chocolate factory" soundtrack. i'm listening to it right now ^^. btw, i think the original is so much better than the new one, *not anything against johnny depp* but it's such a classic "and with a golden ticket, it's a golden day!" i'm so giddy listening to it... that's it really. bye!

i think the only good things i've got going for me now are my bf and m'friends. and i've finally decided what i want to do for a career when i grow up: psychologist. i know it's an extra long time to be in school (8 years ) but i want to help rape victims heal. nobody should have to deal with that kind of pain.
i really wish i could talk about the things i can't talk about with you know, but i'm too afraid of being hurt because of it. as ridiculous as it is, i've been the one hurt by it in the past.

i've also put up a new chapter (24) to my "Shine" series, and it was inspired by the song i have under "song of the day"...
so i thought i'd put up an excerpt of my soon-to-come nymphai story (can't tell you the name o.O):
Chelsea woke up at 2 in the morning with a strange feeling inside of her. She lifted her tank to her belly button, and she saw that her “tattoo” was glowing silver. She rubbed her eyes and looked to the floor; there was a Greek word, flowing like dark water. She struggled to read the Greek, “… Parak… olou… tho. Parakoloutho?” Chelsea straightened out her boxers and tank top and tiptoed out of her room. There were many more dark “arakoloutho”s leading down her stairs and to her front door. She opened the door slowly, as not to disturb her mother and stepped out in to the night; the air was thick with warm moisture, making it hard for her to breathe. Barefooted, she followed the trail of dark letters down and across the bridge in to the field where she had sat peacefully, earlier in the day.
She knelt down at the final swirling Greek word and tilted her head in curiosity. She swept her fingers through it and it wrapped around her hand, sending a comforting cooling sensation down her spine. “retty,” she commented happily, her voice rough in her throat from sleep.
A twig snapped a few yards in front of her, and Chelsea’s head shot up like a deer in headlights. A dark figure looked down on her, and she scrambled backwards in fright. Chelsea tried to say something, but nothing came out of her throat; the creature was keeping her from talking. “Sh,” it cooed, its voice soothing and relaxing. Chelsea stopped scrambling and stared at the creature. “I am not evil.” It sighed, “I will not hurt you.”
Chelsea still couldn’t speak, but she continued to stare. Footsteps echoed in the woods and the creature vanished, leaving a thought in Chelsea’s mind: Destiny. It sent chills down her spine, and soon Kristina was kneeling next to her, Kelso and Lampetia staying close behind.
“What happened?!” Kristina panted. “We heard you screaming at the top of your lungs!”
“Our “tattoos” were searing,” Kelso gasped and touched the mercury symbol on his hip.
Chelsea still could barely speak. She managed to squeak, “I wasn’t screaming!”
“Hard! Screaming you, hard!” Lampetia said in scared, broken English.
“I was not!” Chelsea insisted, rubbing her throat. “I was just following…“ She looked to the ground and noticed the Greek words were gone. “No, it was too real.”
“lease tell me you’re not pulling an Anna,” Kristina groaned, remembering the realistic nightmare the girl had had.
“No!” Chelsea insisted, not knowing why salty tears were burning her eyes. “It was real!”
“Someone’s been on the internet a little too much,” Kelso rolled his eyes. “Let’s get you to bed.”
Chelsea shook her head; she could feel her green wild eyes grow. “No.” She sighed, “I’ll get back myself.”
“You sure?” Kristina asked.
She nodded; they all waited for her, and she dissolved in to the night sky. She watched them leave slowly and sighed deeply. Destiny.
