1. I am possessed by Vivien Leigh, it is true. When I dramaticly raises one of my eyebrows or doing my "A la' Scarlett-walk" (working my hips) Vivien got control over my body. Spooky!

2. I'm sleeping in my panties.

3. Costume movies and ”old-school hollywood glamour” makes me drool.

4. I find Rhett Butler and the Phantom the HOTTEST characters in the world.

5. When I'm bored enough the "Big Brother-syndrome", as I call it, shows itself. The BB-sympton is a thing I have come up with myself, when I'm bored enough I intend to do really wierd stuff and I think that I would be a success in that reality show. Fore example I have tried to acrobatics on our sink or have taken a tweezer and plucked the hair in my armpit. (Kids don't try this at home)

6. Every time I meet a new person I use to get pictures in my head of which animal this person are based on personality and facial appearance.

I didn’t want to draw Lalla nor me as the royalties. I wanted to bring out the characters behind the titles. I have tried to be as neutral as possible with the characters, but some how I seem to fail with it. Without my own will or desire to draw the empess like my stereotypical girl, as I always draw, (which is very influenced by Vivien Leigh, especially in the face), who is tall slender, non-existing breasts and dark hair. I drive myself mad that I always have to do the same thing over and over again!
To show every body that I’m a broad person artistically I decided to do a different woman as the queen, the opposite to the stereotype. Curvy, big breasts, blonde, round face. Hope that I managed to work it out.

I have been wait for this during the whole summer, final, after 20 years living at home I'm going to live most of my time somewhere else. No offence to my family but it is a huge releaf to get out of here. I guess that when you live with your parents you always get a bit more pampered and comfortable than what is healthy for you. I mean that you don't have to support yourself financial and other stuff like that. Now you are completely on your own. It is a bit thrilling but at the same time scary, to get out of the secuority of a home.

I'm leaving this sunday to get my room ready for the first term. Alexandra and I will be staying over night and try our new bedrooms before roll call at noon next monday. I hope that it is good to be a very happy and rewarding year full of expreiences and recovering from high school haha! A year to focus on myself.

And I think that it is true and that is why I'm submitting this deviation earlyer than I had expected to post it.

Like 15 minutes ago she looked at my work I'm doing at the moment, "Royalty #2" and she wondered why I did it. She thought it was shallow and didn't have a message. Well partly it's true, it is kind of shallow, but I have a thought behind it. Then she said: "Fine! I can see the point, IF it's for developing your painting technique. But I don't like dreammy pictures without a intellectual point." I just know she meant my paintings in my mini serie when she said this. I know, she means well and is just testing me... But still I can't let it go because I have been working my ass of with these two paintings and I'm half way through with my second one and then I hear this. I'm starting to doubt my these painting to be honest. Gaaah! Curse you mam...

I have just finiched my first painting in my mini serie called "Two royalties". Shall I put it up now or wait untill my second painting is finiched and put them up at the same time? I think that the effect disappears if I put it up now, because then the theme will be presented to you... but on the same time I would like to hear what you all think of it. I'm parted and need some advise... please tell me what you think I should do.



Have started on my 'second royalty' and am really pleased with the base. It is going to be a lot of fun doing this one

It was graduation and now I have finiched highschool. I'm SO happy! We where out all night just dancing and having a GREAT time. Me and Lalla got into bed at 3.45 am and woke up at 6 am... Tricked by my broken alarm clock.
Really looking forward to do this again and again this summer. The feeling of moving on from highschool and start a independent life is wonderful... Now I have 10 weeks of summer holidays. Then I'm going to take a year of art classes at Lunnevad before I'm planing on going to an University and continue on with my studies.

I have had a couple of days off school before my examination next week. Can't wait! Anyway, the sketches are ready and I have started to work with my wacom. I have been kind of piss off because of my Painter Essentials 2 from corel just are a quite lame editing program. Would LOVE to own Painter X, but that is never going to happen.
Today I decided to sign a 30 days free try-out on the Painter Essentials 3. There is many different functions and other fun stuffs that I haven't got a clue about.

I don't think I'm ready for the pharmacy program at Uppsala Universtity yet, need some time of school.
We all who applied had to do an interview and art test, a still life, to show of our skills. God that still life study was difficult with a lot of tricky parts in it, It was a pile of book and on it stand two birds and a cube with a lumpy paper on it and a flowerstick just in between one of the birds and the cube! the tools we had was one eareser and two pencils (B2 and B6). We have to draw all this in an hour and I think I couldn't have done the drawing better with a time limit as this.


I will know on Friday whether or not I'm going to be a part of the art class... I will tell you all what is going to happen!

She is my favorite actress of all time and I did it like in a tribute to her... not much but I really like my painting. My next celeb of choice follows Vivien quite natrualy, LAURENCE OLIVIER. If you didn't know, Vivien Leigh and Laurence Olivier were married for 20 years (1940-1960). God they where a really hadsome couple.

Another reason why I'm choosing Olivier is that he will turn 100 years on May 22th. As esteemed the greatest actor (in Brittan at least) of the whole 20th century and Shakespear actor I don't see why I wouldn't do a tribute to him aswell.


By the way...... My aunt´s partner lived in London a few years ago and he was renting a room in a man apartment who actually have met Sir Olivier himself! I just wanted you all to know!

On the same day as Larry is turning 100 years ~Ardnaxela-Noctiluca and I will be going to Lunnevad, an Art school we both have applied for. We will be doing an interview and art test to show of our skills! Wish us luck....

The journey home from Barcelona was just TOO much for me! My class and I have been going on a classtrip to Barcelona for a week and I have just arrived home.

It have been alot of fun and the sun has been shining the whole week, yesterday was St. Jordi-day in Spain, it is like their own Valentine day. You could buy roses EVERY WHERE, no jock. There where seller in every streetcorner in the city. The tradition on jordi-day is that the men buys roses to their love and the women are giving the men books. So there where nerly as many bookseller as rose stall on the streets. I don't think I ever have seen that many people on the same time as yesterday.

This week we will be off school aswell, we are going to work with a photo exhibition from all the photos we have been taking while we where in Barcelona..... and we also got tonnes of homeworks to do.

Now you know what I'm up to at the moment...
