First off, I was ready to kill some girls who were trying to cut me in line, so I gave them my Twilighter glare, walked fast and they stayed back haha sometimes I gotta be a weird/crazy fangirl.
Then, after some terrible trailers (that got me mad) the movie started. I laughed at all the jokes, was happy that they FINALLY remembered to mention Jasper's power, cried like a baby when Edward left poor Bella and I love how you literally were in that depression hole Bella was in, you really were inside her mind. The flashes of Edward from Bella's adrenalin rushes were actually done well, not bad like I thought they were (worked better than how I imagined it). Taylor Lautner, not Jacob the character, bothers me. He is a terrible actor but I still like Jacob the character but when I watch the movie I have to hate Jacob a little cus of the terrible acting. The Volturi were pretty cool, but not suoer creepy, they need to work on that for the next two films. Though Dakota Fanning was a lot better than I thought she would be.
The chemistry between our two lovers is still beautiful and enchanting. I love them, and the way they cut to the end was just organsmic!!!!! Gonna see it again probably when the crowds go down a bit so I won't have to worry about getting a ticket, but GOD was it amazing!!!!!!!!!! If you love the books, go see it! You will not be disappointed! But if you are just seeing it for the hell of it (i.e. never read the books) then you most likely will be bored. The Film is really for the fans entertainment, just a warning (like me lol).

Well, school is good and suffering but the suffering will get better soon. First, I'll start with the good.
One good thing is I finished my first essay of the year and I have to say I think I did a pretty dang good job ;D! Second, anime club is going good. Everyone there is so nice and funny and fun! I cannot wait for our Halloween party we're gonna have, I'm entering the costume contest as Tifa (I love Tifa now! Just not with Cloud lol).
Now for the reason I am suffering: French class XP. The language is so beautiful and of course I would love to go there, but he has got to be the WORST professor EVER! He expects you to know half the stuff we need to learn right when you walk into the room, and it's a French 1 class!! I just wanna get my language over with so I'm just gonna take Spanish again cus I already know Spanish 1 stuff and drop French 1. I course he has to be the only French 1 professor there ><.
Oh, and on a random note on life, I <3 Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. Everyon LAWLZ in the game and manga, plus Phoenix/Maya are sooooooooooooo damn adorable X3!!! Anyway, just had to say that ;). Thanks :iconflamekit: for introducing it to me :highfive: !

First off Catching Fire is the second book in Suzanne Collins soon to be trilogy of The Hunger Games. Here is the wiki page to tell you about the series :[link] GO READ IT IF YOU HAVE NOT!!!!!!!!!!
So, Catching Fire was amazing! I am like in love w/ Peeta! Katniss needs to wake up and see how she has/could have it w/ him! Smart, brave, loving, loyal and so goddamn adorable! I thought going back into the Hunger Games was little lame considering they just got out but the arena was cool. And it left for an amazing cliffhanger in the end! The only new character that was introduced that I like was Finnick. I hope he doesn't die in the end. And then there's Haymitch, oh Haymitch how I have a weird crush on you lol. He just seems so together/doesn't. He knows what he's doing but he also doesn't. That leads me into the whole theme of the book: everything is unexpected. Twilight was all thought out and you knew what was gonna happen (don't get me wrong, love Twilight) but with Hunger Games your heart pounds w/ real adrenalin and hope for the characters.
I hope in the next book that Peeta and Katniss live (I want Haymitch to live to but he'll probably die T_T), Gale to find some other girl or die (IN A HEROIC WAY! I don't hate him but he's in the way of Peeta and Katniss) and for everyone to be free. OH, and Peeta and Katniss should get married and start a family for real!!!!

Now, my feelings. College is very lonely and one friend who is going there and was so happy when I said I was going to go there to like abandons me in school to study (not that that's bad but he won't even meet up for like a 10 min. lunch). I miss him and I now have confused feelings for him like I did before. It scares/hurts me because I don't want those romantic feelings because he either 1) doesn't like me like that or 2) he's gay (no jk, it's a possible theory). I wanna be he's friend but at the same time I wanna leave him and never talk w/ him cus of how he's made me feel. FOr now, I'm just gonna concentrate on school A LOT more and looks for other guys. Sorry, just at emo release I needed. Thanks for listening :).

-Discovering the beautiful and amazing Final Fantasy series in general made my summer!

-going to midnight Repo! the Genetic Opera was super fun (was queen of callbacks ;D)!

-District 9 saved the summer from being shit movies :)! Love District 9! GO SEE IT!!!!!!

That was my '09 summer. Now, to note saying I'm gonna try not to be on here as much as I am now cus I'm gonna try to put more work into school now that I'm in college. That's all for now and good luck to others going back to school or who are already back in school :hug: !

I was so goddamn hyped when it came out but I had to wait a whole week to see it because I promised my dad. Finally, the saturday came. All the trailers (and I mean all) kicked so much ass! I really wanna see all of them! And then the movie started.

I can say nothing about this movie bothered me. It was so perfect, acting/filming/characterization/designs of aliens and ships and weapons. All of it took my breath away!

What was so interesting is that our hero (Wikus) was someone who was like a real human being if he was in that situation. He didn't change into a perfect hero at all which was really interesting to watch. His transformation was perplexing and fascinating, and not just his physical appearance. And his love for his wife was so suttle yet so tragic. I loved it how although you rarely see her in the whole movie, at the end when she holds the tin flower in her hands and stares at it, you know she still loves him and always will.

Now, onto the the aliens (I hate the derogatory term for them [prawns] so I'm going to call them by their names or just the aliens). They were so funny, touching and creatively done! Christopher, oh god Christopher. I think I love this dude. He'll do anything for his son to be happy and safe. That just stole my heart away. Hell, I wouldn't have minded if the movie was more about Christopher and his son but still the movie was amazing. The line when Christopher promised he would come back to cure Wikus after Wikus saved him so he could make it back to him son, even if he doesn't make it back to cure him, the way he looked at him and said his promise was so touching. And the straw that broke my movie snob back (in a good was of course) was seeing Wikus a full-fledged alien and still making the flower for his wife, even if he couldn't remember why he makes the flowers and who for, his feeling of love was still there and that's where I almost cried.

The action was so amazing! Mainly w/ the alien technology is when the action scenes were amazing. Strange how a still somewhat barbaric race could have such fascinating weapons. And that is my opinion on not only the best summer movie but the best movie all year so far. Two thumbs up, five stars, everything! GO SEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, first off I loved all the Kyo/Tohru moments, I just love them possibly my #1 OTP!!! Also, I almost cried at two points
1) When we got to see/read what was going through her mother's mind before she dies and how she asked Kyo to take care of her and for her to find people that will love and care for her forever <3!!!
2) Seeing/reading all the Sohma's feelings for Tohru and how she touched their lives.
Then, when I saw Tohru and Kyo as an old couple still in love w/ a happy family (they had a son I think) I was so happy!!!!!!! I love Fruits Basket, always havew and will. I will treasure it forever and if you haven't read it GO OUT AND DO SO!!!!!!!! I will always treasure the kind and adorable Tohru, the brash but childlike Kyo and all of the characters in my heart :)!!!!!

Grad Night was okay, My friends were tired when I was hyper so I had to force them to go on rides. And one of my friends just got hurt from this bitch of an ex-best friend of hers so that sucked. Then once they got energy, I got tired out and then they spent the rest of the night talking/following this guy that they'd never see again and honestly was not into my friend. They thought he was "testing" her but in my head I said "WTF DO YOU MEAN TESTING?! HE TURNED HIS HEAD CUS YOU WERE YELLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!" so I got made about that. At least I bought some cool TNBC stuff like a cute Jack and Sally bag and Zero pen and a really cute bracelet! Then we all got Mickey grad hats which are really cute!

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!! lol Most people who know me on her know I lurved that first. Also mangas like Fruits Basket were big obsessions. At the moment it is Repo! the Genetic Opera and some of my own characters I created for stories I would one day like to write down.

3. How many watchers do you have now?
Not a lot, eighteen.

Hands most definitely, and expressions and also poses so they don't look so awkward.

Depends on my mood, but most of the time winter.

Punk or rock but I'm getting into electronic a bit to. I have guilty pleasures to like Britney Spears and some musicals. I like movie soundtracks as well.

Erik: Being in Christmas Town -__-.... (not a Xmas fan).

Weekend so far is good and icky. Good cus I saw Push with my friends on friday. Shopping w/ my friend on saturday and I got to miss the dance at school that my friend says SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKED :D! But my family is just horrible this weekend, I kinda wish I was w/ my dad but he was busy working cus it's the Grammys this weekend :(. Later I'm gonna see Coraline so hopefully that'll cheer me up. I need to watch Repo again to make me feel better X3!

Once we were in the theatre, we went to the gift stand where they had buttons, bracelets, posters, mini posters and they HAD shirts but they sold out when we got there :(. The posters were just so so cus they only had it of the Road Tour and non of the other ones. Well, I got a bracelet, two buttons, and a mini poster. My friend bought a mini poster to and a button.
We went to get our seats and we were so lucky to to get the seats we had cus crazy packed! Then Darren and Terrance came out to introduce the show and showed Repo! the ';Puppet' Opera. SO freakin' funny! Basically, the whole main Repo cast was there except for Sarah Brightmann (Blind Mag), Paul Sorvino (Rott Largo) and Anthony Stewart Head (Nathan/Repo Man). I got autographs from Terrance (Graverobber), Ogre (Pavi Largo) and Alexa Vega (Shilo Wallace).
The movie still rocked mt socks, and you were allowed to do do callbacks and such so that was awsome cus you could yell anything and it was cool.
After there was the Q&A, but people just kept asking if they're doing a sequel (which would not be cool. at all) and dumb stuff like that. Those poor guys were so tired, I don't blame them. Three road tours and staying at the theatre to like 1:30 or 2. I hope those guys slept all day today, they deserve it. Anyway love, always will.

]]> *the-blondstar What Happened to Me. http://the-blondstar.deviantart.com/journal/22494998/ http://the-blondstar.deviantart.com/journal/22494998/ Fri, 09 Jan 2009 20:10:24 PST 2 more days pass, I'm not any better and I back to the doctor and she says my nose cleared up so she said I was getting better. 3 days pass, I get worse so I go in for a blood test and urine test and an xray on my chest and she tells me to stop on my medicine until she found out what's really wrong with me. Xrays are normal and my blood is normal.
Day after, I take a bath and get out and almost blackout (thank god I didn't, that would have turned out bad). Then, I throw up in the sink. That's when my mom finally decided to say to my doctor again that I need to go to the hospital and I went. I turns out I had bacteria in my kidneys.
I was there for 5 days and including those days I stayed at home, I basically had no winter break which pisses me off so much. Plus I missed my whole week back to school which bums me out more. At least I'm home now and the people at the hospital were nice so that's good. My mom says it's cus I wasn't fussy like most of the old people there lol.
If ya wanna know, for Xmas I got: A nintendo Wii w/ rockband, a mac laptop, awsome Twilight stuff, really cute clothes, awsome make-up kits, The Host by Stephanie Meyer, etc. I loved all my gifts, but I wanted the Repo! the Genetic Opera soundtrack and Phantom of the Paradise DVD and the soundtrack but didn't get them :(. I guess I'll have to go on amazon.com for that stuff :/. Well, that's it. Jope everyones holidays were great and that they entered the new year w/o having to be hospitalized lol.
