So. Yes...er...ANYWAY, MomoCon is the biggest FREE anime con in...the south? The states? I dunno, but it's big, it's awesome, it lasts all weekend, and it's FREE.....I know someone read that and went "lolperv", but try not to focus on that right now! ANYWHO, I shall be going on both Saturday and Sunday, as different characters each day.

The Luverly Michelle will be going as ALICE from Petshop of Horrors, while Leanna is ALSO goin' as a ganguro. Ohohohohooooo!!!!!!

Also, I feel I should say that I'm sorry for making so many people wait for requests. It's just that school has been a bit busy lately, and there's been a grounding of sorts (only supposed to get 6 hours of computer hours a week, which is like, less than I usually spend in a DAY) so by the time I've caught up with everyone online, read new chapters on onemanga (Code: Breaker FTW!!!!! Pick it up NOW), ignored creepy friend requests on facebook, laughed at licd and explosm strips, and just BARELY start opening up photoshop, my parents bump me off the comp. REALLY sucks, but I'm working to pull my grades up so I can get my privileges back. So yeah, it's been pretty tough to get much art done. So thanks for being patient!

Speaking of art, I'm finally getting the hang of manga studio (this is something that I'll read back over in about 7 months and go, "pshh, yeah, and Gackt never got plastic surgery") but it's so TIME CONSUMING! I mean...whoa....
Oh, and let me help any of you who think its a good idea to buy anime studio. DON'T. Dear LORD, that program sucks. The tutorial is about as helpful as a donkey with a screwdriver. Not only is it overly complicated, but put into overly-simplified terms, it DOESN'T WORK. The regular anime studio 5 is about 30 bucks, right? Here's how the deal for it goes:

Hopeful and oblivious customer: "30 bucks? Well awesome, that's a great deal for an animating program! Now I can stop saving up that $700 for flash and spend it on something equally as useful and rewarding!"

On another note, I started C.O.N.T.R.A.C.T. What I'm having the main trouble with is the background. Why? Er...THEY SUCK, DER.
I'm really aspiring to become a manga artist. I hope to finish the first volume and send it to a publisher. I wonder if it could actually go somewhere. But right now I have to think about getting through about 180 pages of it and making it look nice and NEAT!

I've also spent most of the day writing a 900 word paper that's due tomorrow. I've also spent a considerable amount of time dancing to the carrameldansen and learning the dance to the LuckyStar OP. >.>

ALSO! For MomoCon, I now know what who I really want to cosplay as! I was going to be Saga-sama, but since I can save that for the next AWA, I figured I would be someone different- and easier- for momocon.

When I heard Kyle called I was a little confused at first because we don't usually talk on the phone, then it hit me that he had started watching Avatar. And he shipped Kataang.
Naturally I'm worried. If he's calling about the finale....if Kataang...he doesn't know just how important Zutara is to me. If he expects me to just get angry and and a little upset then he'll be surprised. If he gloats I'll probably start sobbing on the phone.
BUT! I don't know exactly WHEN he called. It could have been before the finale- and even if it wasn't, what if he's calling to tell me good news about my OTP?
I really hope so. I'm worried and nervous, yes, but I still have a firm belief that Zutara will become canon.

PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME ANY SPOILERS (UNLESS THEY ARE GOOD FOR MY SHIP! A SIMPLE, "ZUTARA HAPPENS/BECOMES CANON/WE WON!" WILL BE APPRICHEATED). ISTILL DON'T NEED SPOILERS THOUGH. So this episode was AWESOME. Like, magical beef layered with happy cheese and coated with AWESOME SAUCE and rolled into one big WONDERFUL BURRITO OF PURE WIN.

Man, when Zuko saved her from the falling rocks I think I had a heart attack. And he wasn't very quick to get off either. HEE!

And then WTF is up with Zuko all of a sudden? That's been like, 3 times he's FLOWN in a matter of TWO episodes. IN A ROW. Seriously.
Also, has anyone noticed that Azula's face has been drawn differently lately? It looks older and scarier and- forgive me for saying so- sort of ugly. But when her hair can out, I just grabbed the computer and was like, "DAMN, AZULA IS A HOTTIE!" You can't deny it, the girl has GREAT hair.

But Katara...whoo, Katara. I mean, I've stood by her the whole time; defending her rights to be a bitch. Even her distainful little "haha" could be understood...kinda. But when she whipped out that, "Bring my mother back" my mouth just dropped. Come on now, Katara. Though I don't think anything compared with her remark to Sokka.
"Then you just didn't love her the way I did."
DAYUM. That was COLD. It freaked me out, I'll tell ya.

And then- SUKKA SEX!!!
Zuko cock-blocks not once, but TWO times! It must run in the family. XD
I gotta tell ya, I loved Suki's reaction. I'm not a big Suki fan (no pun intended), but it's those little lines of hers that repeatedly restore her in my good books.

And so Zuko waited. And waited. And waited. He waited ALL NIGHT. There's some dedication right there.
It was freakin' adorable!!!

Was it just me, or did it seem like Zuzu was kinda playing the part of the groupie? You know, with his whole, "goody guru" thing? Like he was acting like the child who wants to be accepted and liked by the cool kid so they agree with everything they say? Probably; I mean, that IS what he was trying to do for the most part, right?
So they attempt steal Appa. Of course.

The flashback was so sad! And Baby!Katara was just too adorable. But WHOA! Her mom looked completely different from how I had pictured. But I like canon!Kya better than my version, so that was awesome. Also, she has blueprint!Katara's name, which I suspected she might. (so many exclamation points....)

Zuko was awesome in this episode. He stood by Katara the whole time and didn't give up on the mission. Part of it might have been because he was afraid that she wouldn't forgive him if they didn't find her mother's killer, but he also genuinely wanted her to come to a closure. It wasn't just for his sake. Why? Because he really CARES about her. It's like he said to Sokka, he cares about how she thinks of him- you don't care that much if you just don't want someone glaring daggers at you all the time.

And the hug. Oh, the HUG. It was beautiful, tear-wrenching, and pulled at everyone Zutarian's heartstrings.
Her voice was soft and welcoming to him. It was closure from Ba Sing Se- something she's been needing for over half a season. When she wrapped her arms around him and he held her tightly in his, and they closed their eyes, and breathed in their new friendship; their bond...well, for that moment, everything was right in the world. Their was no Firelord, there was no war, no hate, no sadness, no destruction; just a boy and a girl together under a sunset coming to a new understanding. New feelings. Maybe not love- not YET. But a close bond that couldn't be broken.

The only thing that really left me confused was...how the HELL did Aang get there? I'm under the impression that they took Appa to a faraway island. Did he fly there? Why? What was the point, Aang?
Or maybe I'm being dumb and they had already gone back to their campsite. But it looked just like the island where they had attacked the retired Raider....oh, I can never remember new character's names! The one with no real feelings and mommy issues (with good reason. What a BI-OTCH. Seriously, who can't chew tomatoes?). Besides, why wasn't Sokka there with him? Surely it would be a bigger deal for him than for Aang?


Anyway, it was a fantastic episode. 'Nuff said.

A new commercial. Now, I'm not exactly sure when this came on, but it was put on youtube today.

First of all, HOLY GUACAMOLE ZUKO CREATED LIGHTNING. He appears to be fighting someone on top of a war balloon (Azula), which means that they must fall near that time like the scene we saw in the NYCC trailer. Exciting, I know.

Also, it says that they will be showing every episode starting on Monday. Now, that could mean a couple different things:

That they will start by playing "The Boy In The Iceberg" and end on Friday with "Avatar Aang." That seems the most likely, though....

Well, that's 60 episodes, people. In one week would be really stuffing it in, and they can only purchase so much air time.

But what if they have rescedualed the finale (like they usually seem to do) into the week after next, putting them on at the normal 8/7 central time? Two weeks of non-stop Avatar? Hmmm.

Wow, won't it be embarrassing if the commercial is old and they're airing the first and second season this week. Myeh.

That's correct, Crunchy is actually issuing a contest for her fellow Avatards!
Be you Zutarians, Kataangers, Maikoins, Taangers, Sokkla...ins....or whatever, this is a contest for you! It is not only a challenge of artistic talent, but also one of respect!

Here it is: You must pick a single band's album and choose 3 to 5 songs from that ONE ALBUM and create fanart for those songs. Here is the catch- from that album's list of songs, you must use one song that represents your Avatar OTP, one song that represents your favorite character, two songs that represent your rival ships (every ship has at least two), and one song that represents an Avatar friendship (more specifically, a friendship between any of the characters. I'm not going to ask you to search through songs to find the perfect "Roku/Sozin" tune. XD) Remember, if you don't want to do 5 pics, just pick the ones you want to do.

Now, I know it'll probably take a while to make 3 or 5 piccie's, and I know that not a whole lot of people are going to jump at the chance too, either, but I love Song-art and want to see some from all sides and different artists. I also know it's gotta be hard to pick those kinds of songs from just one album, but IT CAN BE DONE. Just take a look at it from different perspectives, and things tend to work out.
If I can suggest, Trading Yesterday has good songs for different ships. In fact that band is what made me decide to start this contest! I've already got great songs for Zutara (a lot of these. You would think the bad ships it!), a little Yukka, Tokka, some Kataang, and the PERFECT song for Maiko.


HERE ARE THE RULES:

1) When choosing a song, try not to choose a TOO disrespectful one for a ship you hate (unless the lyrics truly fall into the relationship). ie: "DAMNIT, I HATE YOU I WANNA RIP OUT YOUR HEART AND STOOOMP IT TOOOOOOO THE GROOOOUUUND!!!!!!!!!!!! DIE BITCH DIE! YOU'RE SO BLIIIIIIIND!!!!!!! HOWDAREYOUSLEEPWITHMYBROTHER!!!!! IHOPEYOUGETRUNOVERBYATRAAAAAIIIIINNNNNN!!!!!!!!!! HERPEEZZZZZZ!!!!!!"

3)The pictures do NOT have to be perfectly colored, or colored at ALL really, though it is preferred, for the judge's sake.

4) It can be difficult- though not impossible- to persuade me to letting you enter a poem or oneshot in place of a picture.

5) If you feel like it and know how, you may put all the pics on a large file and submit that instead of different entries each time. Sort of like a meme.

6) You must submit lyrics with each entry.

7) If you REALLY must, I will allow you to take songs off different tracks as long as they are by the same band or artist.

8) Give me a heads up if you want to enter, and tell me how many entries you are planning on submiting.

FIRST OFF, LET ME SAY THAT SUKI. PWNS. OH YES. I NEVER REALLY LIKED HER BUT SHE HAS EARNED A PLACE IN MY GOOD BOOKS NOW. SECOND, HAKODA RULEZ LIEK HEY. OHMIGAWD.
ALSO, BOILING ROCK WARDEN= MAI'S UNCLE. YES, HER UNCLE.

Whew......so, the episodes starts off with Zuko serving tea and telling the group a tea joke.
"I can't remember how it starts, but the punch line is, 'leaf me alone, I'm bushed.'"
Que group stare.
"Well, it's funnier when uncle tells it."
Which, of course had me laughing through tears.
Katara then says, "Right. Maybe that's because he remembers the whole thing." The group laughs and Zuko breaks into a smile(!).

Sokka's asks to talk to Zuko alone, and questions him about where any war prisoners might be kept. When Zuko reluctently tells him about the Boiling rock, Sokka decides to go rescue his dad alone. He sneaks out the night to Appa, only to find the prince waiting for him. Sokka tells him that he must "regain his honor", say that it was his fault his father was captured.
Zuko refuses to let him go alone and takes him in his war balloon.
When the rest of the GAang (we don't see them much in this episode) wakes up, they find a note saying that the boys went fishing and would be back in a couple of days.

In the balloon, there is an awkward silence between them where they strike up a conversation about the clouds.
"Pretty clouds."
"Yeah. Fluffy."
The talk then moves on to family. Zuko tells Sokka about his guilt in hurting Iroh, and the younger boy says that Iroh must be proud of him.
"Leaving your home to come help us; that's hard."
When Zuko tells him that it wasn't very tough, Sokka asks him if he left anyone he cared about. To this, he learns about Mai. Sigh.
"Every one in the Fire Nation thinks I'm a traitor. I couldn't drag her into it."
Sokka sighs and says, "My first girlfriend turned into the moon."
"That's rough, buddy."

Now, maybe I'm looking to much into it, but to me that sounds like foreshadowing.
"My FIRST girlfriend turned into the moon", suggesting that Zuko had to leave behind his first girl and will soon have another and move on. Aka, Katara.

Not going into much detail here, but once they reach the prison, the balloon starts to fall because of the air temp. They crash land and kick the remains into the lake, leaving them stranded with no other means of an escape for the time.

Once inside the prison, they put on guard clothes and are called out to the prison yard where they witness a fight between a guard and prisoner called.....um....I forget his name.
The prisoner (lets just call him Bob) is locked into an airtight cell called the Freezer (just what it sounds like).

Zuko talks to some other guards who tell him that there are no water tribe prisoners in the Boiling rock. Once he tells Sokka the younger boys bangs his fists against the walls, saying he's failed. Zuko ponders for a moments, "What would Uncle do?"

"Sometimes, the clouds have two sides; a dark and a light and a silver lining in between. Like a sandwich. So...when life gets hard, take a bite out of the silver sandwich."
"Hey, maybe we haven't failed after all!"
"That's the spirit! I can't believe that actually worked! I didn't even know what I was saying!"
"No, what you said made no sense at all. But look, there's Suki!"

SO. Suki has been found.
I'm sorry, but to avoid typing my fingers off, I'm just going to skip some details.

Suki and Sokka are reunited (you've seen it in the NYCC trailers) Very romantic and fluffy.
Zuko starts a fight with a guard and get locked up.
The warden checks in on him, telling him that he broke his nieces heart (which I find sweet. Niece and Uncle bonding(ish)). Zuko says that he never ment to hurt her, but the warden isn't satisfied (duh).
Sokka then comes up with a plan to escape using the freezer to float across the water, but Mr. Bob overhears and says he wants in.
They get Zuko locked in the freezer so that he can unscrew it and they can push it to the shore. Two guards pass by and the boys overhear about war criminals coming in later.
Bob and his girlfriend and best friend are waiting there, along with Suki. Sokka makes the hard decision to stay and wait for his dad. Damn). Once someone told me to go home, I got back in the car, but my dad just HAD to confirm that school was out and called the office, where a crazy woman denyed it.
"I don't know why student are out," she exclaimed. "School isn't closed and classes will be starting once we get the power back on." What she didn't say was how the power people had already left, and that teachers were encouraging students to go home!

Ahahahaaa....so my dad forced me to stand out in the rain and wait for classes to continue. Weeeeeell, I was supposed to go to the gym where about 600 other kids were being held hostage, but I stayed outside near the gym with a couple of friends. Well, quickly around 500 kids left, including some teachers, and they made us head to the cafeteria. The halls were pitch black and very much resembled the subway in Cloverfeild. This, of course, greatly excited me and I kept shrieking and laughing and grabbing my friend's arm. He seemed be having fun with it too. XD

When we finally got there, we had to find our friends in the dark. I first ran into Michelle who screamed and gave me a crushing hug. Then I found some other friends and we yammered away about how stupid it was that we were stuck here and tried to call our parents over all the screaming of teachers and other students. Well, a family friend was on the way to pick me up when it was announced that we were going to be taken to the elementary school nearby and they sheparded us to the buses. Luckily Steve was almost there and he picked me up in the front of the school before I was pushed on the bus. Then we went on an errand and got some coffee at Pannara Bread (caramel latte- yum!) I guess my other friends are at the other school or have gotten picked up by now. And all this happened before 10:30.

I'm off to watch Edward Scissorhands! Toodles!

GOOD NEWS! I finally hauled my lazy ass to my "writing" computer and have been working more on "Stars". I KNOW it's fantastic.

We've known that Zuko's bending has improved greatly over the seasons to- dare I say it- a masters stage (now if he could get control of lightning), so I was surprised and worried when his fire was suddenly extreamly weak. I wasn't worried that he would drop out of the group, but more for HIM. What would Zuko be like if he couldn't bend? Needless to say, he would change some. Bending is a part of you, and to lose it would be like losing a part of your soul.

But when the time came, he passed the test of the Masters and is now stronger and more in tune than ever.

Some people are saying that this was a filler episode because there wasn't much of the Gaang, and didn't move the story along greatly. They are wrong. It DID.

This was NOT a filler episode.

I repeat; THIS WAS NOT A FILLER EPISODE.

Think about it; there ARE no filler episodes. Everything that comes to pass plays a part later on and/or teaches us about something or someone.



Moving on....in this episode, Aang and Zuko have their first bonding moment, as well as their first lesson in firebending. We got to see the remaining Sun Warriors (I've probably got the name wrong...it was "Sun" something) and learn about the ancient culture of the Fire Nation.

When I heard that Iroh killed the last dragon, I was stunned, but at the end my smile almost cracked my jaw at his protection.

Zuko was beautiful in this episode. I was so proud of him, I hugged my screen. Aang was..well...Aang. He was a little nervous at learning firebending as was to be expected, but he was kind and warm and willing to learn. I was proud of BOTH of them. When the Masters accepted them and showed them the way of the Fire, I was almost tearing up.

"I understand..."


Now, I have to admit, the fangirl in me was squealing when the blue dragon faced Zuko, and he looked back, terrified. Yes, I connected it to Zutara. Even though I know it's not really supposed to be foreshadowing, to me it seemed to be Zuko, afraid of Katara's overall regection, trying to prove himself.

And you know what? Maybe it is.

And if it's not, so be it. There's so SO much more.


On that topic, alot of people have said that Katara was bitch this episode.

"It was fine before, but now it's just annoying."

Annoying? Honey, think about it; she threatened his LIFE. She's still angry and hurt and untrusting. Do you really expect her to automatically start the next episode with, "Hi, Zuko! Want to help me make a daisy necklace?"

No! My god, the girl was HURT in Ba Sing Se. She's suspicious of him. He hasn't proved himself to HER yet, and until he does that, she's going to stay that way.
Though, by the end of the episode, we see that perhaps Zuko and Aang's little adventure did impress her as she allowed herself to playfully- not truly coldly- taunt him at his dance.
People, just look and listen. These are signs. Good signs. She may get to a point where she starts to trust him, but he does something irresponsible and nearly breaks it again, but she'll trust him soon. And when she does, it will be beautiful.

We may not fully see it or even truly understand it, but we Zutarains are heading towards a WONDERFUL future with our ship. I promise you that.

Now, a lot of people have said the same thing about Sokka. SOKKA!
So, because he has his usual "bad" sense of humor, that makes him mean?

"Hey, jerks, mind if I watch you two jerks practice your jerkbending?"

Now seriously, look me in the eye and tell that's harsh. I guess you can't really, but think about it. This is normal Sokka in my opinion. Jumping into a volcano? Ok, do you honestly think he want's Zuko killing himself? Be honest now.
I thought so.

I loved hearing about Toph interacting with the badger moles. It was sweet, touching, a bit funny, and it taught us more about her past. We got to see a glimpse of her when she was more fragile; before she learned earthbending.

So all in all, this episode rocked. I would have liked to see more group interaction, but hey, I loved it anyway. Though, I feel sorry for The Duke, Teo, and Haru, as they have now been reduced to pretty much official tag-a-longs.

Oh, and one more thing....

Anyway, yesterday I woke up at about 2 in the morning with a very unsettled feeling in my stomach. I tried and tried, but no matter what position I was in, the feeling wouldn't go away. I got up and went into the bathroom and started shaking.
I tried to tell my parents but nasuea took over and I had to...well....let it all out for a nicer way to put it.

I was freaking out. I hadn't thrown up since I was practicaly a baby and there I was, staring at my dinner in a way that had been undelivered for 10 years.

It was like that all night and through almost all of the next day.

At first, I was afraid that it had been the strange tasting soda I had earlier that night and worried briefly if I hadn't noticed the dead rat in it....until my brother started barfing in the other bathroom. What a relief.

I went through several stages that night:

The freaked state.

The "this is the worst feeling in the world state". I remembered I tried to bargin with a god. ANY god.

The pissed state. The first thing I remember saying was "God, you son of a bitch, I'll rip your nuts out! WE HAD A DEAL, DAMNIT!"

The "I didn't eat carrots!" state.

The crying state.

And many others.

Then I slept for the rest of the day. On the floor.

Alright, so I take it you all have seen The Western AirTemple?

Awseome. AWSOME!!!

I actually watched it on Monday, but have been too busy studying to make a journal entry. When I actually had something decent, my dad shut off the computer!!!!!!

SO! Zuko. Oh, Zuko. You are such a sweetheart.
We get to see more Dorky!Zuko in this episode, along with a little impressions act that had me rolling on the floor laughing.
And what's an audience without a badgertoad?

So, as we know, Zuko joins the Gaang in this eppi, and not only becomes Aang's firebending teacher, but helps defeat Combustion Man! Or at least tries.

Like we predicted, out of all of the kids, Katara has the most issues with his offer to join, and at upright refuses too let him in the group. When he then offers himself as a prisoner, she shoots his ass with some water and tells him to get the fuck OUT.

And so, feeling defeated and sad, Zuko trudges back to his campsite. Toph, being the only one of the gaang to believe Zuko's sincerity, tries to go talk to him, but catches him off guard and gets her feet burned. Once the others see this, they are even more stubborn to the idea, but when CM comes along and starts his attack, they are pressed up against a wall with no way out.

DUNDUNDUNDUUUUUUN! ZUKO TO THE RESCUE!!!
Of course, he was thrown around like a rag doll, but he still put in as much effort as he possibly could, given the circumstances. Man, CM, what IS your problem? You're not even getting paid anymore. How'd he find them anyway?

Boomerang is back and more awesome than ever!!! It was feeling left out and decided to put all it's force to get back to the top, an BOY DID IT EVER.
Let me say right now, that I don't think that CM is gone. Oh no, he'll probably come back later at a very inconvinant time, recking havick andblowing up every boomerang in sight.

After the fight, Zuko again attempts to persuade them to let him join, saying that he had made some bad desicions and been through many difficult times but that now he had truly changed for the better.
Aang, taking into account his past experience with firebending decides to give Zuko the benifit of the doubt and allows him to join.
Sokka states that he just wants to defeat the FN and gives the OK. Toph declares that it will give her time to get back at him for his little incident. And Katara....well, Katara glares.
During Katara's decision, a drop of sweat rolls down Zuko's face, showing just how much tension there is between them. Zuko knows that his fate depends on Katara at this crucial moment.

And she says ok.

Aang needs a teacher and Zuko is there for that reason. She understands this and makes it clear, but the glaring goes on.

Later, when Sokka shows Zuko to his room there is quite a bit of awkwardness as he adds to Aang, "Ok, this is really really weird."

And heres something that should open your eyes. I mean REALLY open them.

Well....oh, I just can't explain it well enought myself, so here is part of 's journal (which you should SERIOUSLY read. It's made of pure awesome.):


"Zuko sits down and has a flashback of Iroh saying these words to him:

"You know Prince Zuko...destiny is a funny thing. You never know how things are going to work out. But if you keep an open mind...and an open heart....I promise you will find your own destiny."

The shot returns to Zuko reminiscing in the room.
There is then suddenly a very significant and important flash-like sound in the music, as Zuko realizes someone is in the room with him. (screenshot: [link])

He smiles, as he sees that it is Katara ([link]) then he gets up to greet her.

However, she basically tells him she's not buying it. She says "you and I both know you've struggled with doing the right thing in the past." ([link])
Then she basically tells him that he fucks up again, she'll pretty much kill him. XDDD oh yeah. he fucking hurt her DEEP man. [link]

All the action and excitment really kept me on my toes and when Zuko stood up to his father I jumped up and screamed for about 3 minutes!!! I was so SO proud and happy for him. My heart was beating a mile a minute during his "confession" and I was bouncing on my seat when Azula was cornered and stuck to the wall. And Zuko. redirected. LIGHTNING!!! OOOOOOOOOOOOH ZUKO I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!I'm finding all this hard to put into words, so just read journal for my feelings on the rest of the matter.

BUT! I also have something for you wonderful, patiant Zutarains......


SPOILER?: An avatard who vistited Nick Studio's says that they passed by a hanging picture of a screenshot of Zuko holding Katara in his arms with Sokka next to him.
Well, let me tell you I nearly wet myself when I heard this I was so excited. Now, I'm aware that this could very well be a rumor, but I'm crossing everything I can for it to be true.

Hikaharu. (Hikaru+Hiruhi)

Seriously, if you don't watch ect. it, DO SO NOW!!!!!!! It will rock your socks!
And Hikukaru IS. AWESOME. It's sooooooooooooo sweet and romantic and somewhat angsty and meaningful...and...and....I love it!
Plus, even though it's anime didn't end the way I would've liked, the manga continues!

Now, here's what really got me in the mood: there is a Ouran Koukou Sim Dating game!!!!! ZOOOOOOOOMMMMMGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine my disapointment when I found that the game (so far) is only issued for the PS2. *is a gamecube girl* The disapointment plummeted even further when it turns out that you have to be pretty fluent in Japanese to understand what everyone is saying. Chaw.
AND SO! To be able to get this game, I shall babysit relentlessly to earn up enough money to buy a PS2 (unless they make it for a PC before I earn that much) and perhaps even cram in japanese lessons! I must have this game!

Another thing. I know most of you have seen the trading card cover-thing, and would like to point out that, yes, Aang does have a nice profile, and yes, Zuko is still very hot (pardon the pun)....but has anyone said ANYTHING about the strange man in the background? maybe I just haven't looked at every discusion, but of what I have seen, no one seems to care about this mysterious stranger! Is he the new villian we've been told about? A new ally? What? Wake UP people!

And- Avatar Magazine cover! Just look at Zuko! Can you say, sexy much? I didn't think it possible, but his shagger-do just got hotter! And of course, Azula is looking beautifuly bitchy and phychotic.
Katara is placed under Zuko (just something pointless I'd like to point out), and is still wearing her second season outfit- as is everyone else except Aang, Azula, and Zuko. Needless to say, I'm very excited about getting this issue, and I think most of you can agree with me on that.


In other news, I am exepting requests- up to 2 or 3 a month. I can do Avatar (obviously), Harry Potter, and original requests. Please, I need some inspiration! (Well, my good inspiration hasn't really resurfaced yet. I'm sure as soon as season 3 starts, I'll have some good idea's, but since that's two months away...)

Now i've been nice and good about not spamming and flaming other ships- really, I have- mostly because I have not felt very threatend by any of them; however, there is a certain one that just absolutly makes me want to gag, and puke up nails: maiko. (scrubs keyboard viciously with steel wool)
See, before I never would have even thought twice about it- Mai is too depressed, bored, cold- for Zuko (and I still feel this way, despite feeling a bit threatened). But a terrible, terrible person (she's awesome though....I really hope that's the right icon...I could've sworn the profile said "male" before) has opened my eyes that it does have tiny chance. A teeeeeeeny tiny chance, but a chance non-the-less. This has also made me reveal the monster inside my obbsessive mind.
I have now discovered something that will make many of you gasp: I now totally despise Mai. Yes, it's true. How can i hate such an awesome character ( who is very similar to myself in fact) you ask? Simple. She might try to get herself paired up with Zuzu. And thats not good for the Zutara-base is it? Nuuuuuuuuuuu, it is not. So I have concluded that I hate her. More than Azula too, and if anyone could hate such a cool, yet drab teen more than that phyco witch than they've smoked a little too many- and yet I've never even held a ciggarette.
Sure she's a cool character, but.....argh. It's complicated. Lets just say this: I would rather be chased by a horde of foaming, raged hogmonkeys than see them together. Just something about them.....makes me...
Wow....the more I'm typing this, the more confidence I have in Zutara.......odd, huh?
I will admit that there was a quote from an interview on Avatarspirit.net that gave me the chills....but I quickly got over it.
When the interviewer (RM) asked Mike and Bryan about Mai spending time with Zuko, they replyed that we should stay in tuned for that. Yes, scary. But that my friends does not mean that they will be getting togther. Oh no, what that means is they may spend some time alone with each other (ewwww) but it does not mean that it will be romantic. It could mean that Mai still has feelings for Zuko, but he does not return them, or it could mean that....well darn, I forgot what i was going to say. Either way, it does not mean that any romance will blossom from it.
Now Katara and Zuko had some quality alone time and opened up to each other. Thay spoke about their mothers, apologized and shared meaningful glances. THAT my dears, is Zutara forshadowing.
I would write more but my Dad wants me to get off and go to bed now.....siiiiiiigh. Maybe I'll continue this later.

I would also like to announce that today is offically the first day of my spring break, and on Thursday I'm going to Six Flags with two of my friends. One of them was my first friend evah (if you don't count before reincarnation- yes, i believe! Pagen Powers though....*peace*), and the second became a friend through knowing my first friend.....hope that isn't too confusing.
