I haven't been in a relationship since the beginning of March and it seems everyone except me has a problem with that LOL

4. I need a massage. Bad.

5. I actually made a blog about what guys do wrong in relationships and openly admit I am not perfect, either.

6. My 3 dogs are the cutest, sweetest, smartest little pups ever... I have a shih-tzu (Newman), shih-tzu maltese mix (Louie-he is the one that hates men), and a maltese-pekingese mix (Joey).

7. Despite how it looks, my malti-peke Joey Seven is NOT named after anyone in Slipknot. My parents named him, not me. He's actually named after Joey from "Friends" and a Seinfeld episode.

8. I don't watch television.

I TAG no one... play at your own risk

I won't be wearing it at commencement.

I'm not going!

We found out who the speaker is and...*Yawn*! My mom agreed, if the university can't go outside its own faculty and get a speaker for this, why should we sit through it! YAY!! Pics to come once I can get a decent angle of it!

Party with Mushroomhead and pick up degree in private? That is my idea of how to do it!

In other news... I made SK plushies coz people asked me to, suggested it. And no one's buying. Come on now... this Dollmaker has to eat and get to class Each doll purchased is a few days of food or a tank of gas for me LOL!

Still looking for seasonal work but most places hate my school schedule. It sucks... I'm in that hard place where I *have* a job once I graduate college, but I'm not finished yet... and no one wants to hire me because I'm *in* college and have a funky class schedule. I made the mistake for TOO long of doing school around a work schedule and that resulted in ONE class per quarter if I was lucky, two. Know how long it takes to get stuff done with that schedule?! So last year I decided to give up full-time work, move to the main campus, and do school full-time. I definitely don't regret that choice but it's not an easy way to live, either. In a couple months (*fingers crossed*) things will be SO much different!

This week, I noticed I'm making work that veers off my usual. My other dolls are comical and beautiful in their own way, and these latest ones are pretty dark and twisted.

Why the change? Well, I feel as if I always created characters that already existed, and never had a chance to make my own. These latest dolls reflect what every one of us is on the inside once in a while.

I found a muse and I am running with it...!!!

Life came at me fast when I got back from vacation... I literally went into work 4 hours after I got home, started class the next day, and have yet to catch up since! *Screams* but I have a week off class, so I can finally unwind and get stuff cleaned up around here! My workroom needs organizing bad!!!
I DID make a new marionette-style doll on 7.28.07, so check her out in my gallery!

I had three trials of one doll's face with three different clays. Of course the clay that IS working will take forever to dry! I still haven't even made his clothing yet!

Gonna watch my weekly dose of trash TV that is "Flavor of Love" and then work on painting the mask to another doll. I ended up having to redo the entire back half of the mask, which, once again, set me back.

Once I get that painted I can work on the outfit for one doll since... that's all he needs.

Welcome to my corner of Deviant Art... where I'll be showcasing my infamous "Ugly Babies"!!

After working in the realm of custom costume/clothing design and construction, I grew tired of working with humans and decided to try my hand at dolls. It's the same idea... recreating what I see in a picture, only this time it tends to have "character" and "personality".

I have been customizing and creating dolls since December 2004. I'm sure, eventually, I'll get sick of it...

I'm here to not only showcase my work but also help out if anyone else wants to venture into the realm of doll-making

I have made around 30 dolls and slowly but surely am uploading them all on here... in the meantime... enjoy what has been uploaded so far

Currently, I have four dolls in the works. Three are 24" ones, one is an 18" one. I have an 18" one currently waiting in dollmaking limbo. Another 18" one is waiting for his final finishing touches to arrive.
